At least the beds had clean sheets on them. There were stains on the carpet, the curtains, the chair .

Closeness to my conference. Many Restaurants around the place. No climbing stairs. Everything was on a single level. Parking was easily available. Seems to need a lot of maintenance. There was no coffee machine in the room Bathroom had some mold. There were no hangers for clothing. There was not an iron or ironing board.

air conditioner worked, has a TV, microwave and small fridge. It is very noisy, people talking outside and semi trucks blasting by. There was no coffee or coffee maker or hairdryer. No extras just a small bar of soap and small tube of shampoo and two disposable plastic cups. Floors needed to be swept and mopped. The tub was not functional just a shower. The bed was uncomfortable worn out. I left there with back spasms. The price is too high for what you get.

I realize there were a lot of bikes in the area over the weekend. It was a pretty noisy motel. The woman that answered the phone, and was running the front desk, could not speak English. Even after showing her my license and spelling my name four times she still did not know what I wanted.

Mountain View Motel was a decent stay overall for the price, but check-in was frustrating. Our room was not ready until 4:30 PM, and when we arrived they were still cleaning it. The booking system also seemed a bit disorganized, and it took about a half hour conversation with the woman at the front desk who was also cleaning the rooms before we were finally assigned a room. Even then, we had to wait outside while the cleaning was finished. That being said, the room itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was definitely a good value for around $90 a night. The location was convenient and close to the wedding venue we were attending. Overall, not perfect, but a reasonable budget stay What I didn’t like about the property was having to wait well beyond the advertised check-in time, which almost made us late to the wedding we were attending. There also seemed to be a breakdown in communication regarding room availability and reservations. The next morning, I attempted to speak with the front desk, but I was waved off before I even had a chance to ask my question, which left a poor final impression. I believe the motel may be under new ownership or management, and with some adjustments to communication and the check-in/check-out process, the overall guest experience could be much more pleasant
