I didnt even go in. They offer hourly rates so if course there is shady people standing around. I never saw the rooms except for when 2 young ladies and s young dude came out of one room and from what i could see it looked old and ran down. The office was filthy so i just left and went to a real hotel.

I was taught If you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all!!!

I paid for a room with a pole there was no pole when I pulled up to my room people were leaving out the bathroom door was broken the shower was dirty and the jacuzzi didn’t work well

This place is very convenient for leaving your car and going downtown from the train station nearby.

It may have been good in its day but is terribly run down. No lightbulb in the lamp. No shower curtain, and when l did get one the woman handed me a wet one and walked away without hanging it. One postage stamp size soap and a hand towel is all l got. Paint chipping everywhere. I could go on and on, but you get the idea.

There was no sheet on the bed. There was no refrigerator. No microwave. They did bring a refrigerator but it was dirty.

I was only given one wash and dry cloth. The bed only had one pillow and there wasn’t a trash can or soap in the room. Not only that but I looked at the foot of the bed inside the platform and found a lot of dirt and a filthy sock. The sheets and comforter had multiple holes in them.

They do not have any fridges, they only provide 1 pillow, it was dead bugs throughout the room, residue from something was left and the room wasnt clean at all.

Only has one pillow and no drain for hot tub. And oh yeah the jets for tub didn't work either. So not worth the 160$ I paid.

This property has rooms for four hours and the clientel it attracts is not the best.

This was a completely terrible experience. When we first entered the room it was filthy dirty the bathroom shower was broken also the blinds in the bathroom was broken the toilet was dirty. The spa tub did not work and was also dirty when I try to complain to the front office they simply told me they would give me a $50 coupon for the next visit. I contacted the front office the next day after leaving and they told me it was basically not their problem. My credit card was also charged twice for the fee. And the manager in the front office called me a liar when I informed him of this mistake they made. I ask for my money back and was hung up on. I guess this is their quality of service if I could give a -10 I would.

It was run down. Rate was way lower on site than online.

Almost nothing to be positive about. TV does not work. Very lumpy bed. Almost no hot water for shower. Not even a waste basket in the room. Not clean.

It was the worst experience ever it was like I was in a trap house but it was a motel the room had mold in it really bad in the restroom bathroom black mold on the doors it was red stuff in the shower like somebody just got killed and they didn't clean up all the blood.. the water pressure was bad the hotel key didn't work so the staff had to come up and open the door for me each and every time the blinds were terrible you can see right through them. This is only good for a 4 hour holla with a side piece. Oh and let me not forget somebody tried to climb through the window while I was there.. it's not a safe spot so I suggest if you're a woman do not want to know circumstances go by yourself if you're a man you can go ahead and do it if you just trying to get some quick rest or a nap of some sort but I'll take some sanitize and everything else to clean the room yourself if you going to take the initiative to do that but I suggest that you don't this place need to be shut down and or remodeled completely from head to toe

Place was disgusting I switched rooms 3 different times because the beds weren’t clean. And the last room looked good went to take a shower and black mold everywhere

Simply Horrible

The second room was better then the first; however it had no dome cover over the lighting. The bedspread had cigarette burnt holes in it and no waste basket.

No thermostat in the room and it was cold. Remote for tv didn't work. No trashcan. No phone in the room so I called the number from my cell regarding the temperature of the room and got answering machine and no call back. No wifi. The shower was dirty and stained. I didn't have flipflops so there was no way I was going to use it.

that placed look unsafe to even go to the office. my friend that lives there didnt want me to stay there or walk to the office. dirty place, men working that me me uneasy the overall view was horrible to even think I would stay there. this hotel should not be on your list for people safty.

The place was filthy, the shower had dirt from at least six people still in it. The walls were dirty and the ceiling looked as if it was about to cave in. All the rooms smell like cigarettes and weed. I personally will never go there again.

This place q bit run down need update asap first the water was not getting hot took me 2hrs to fill the hot tub, then the nice colorful lights that were on when we got there just stopped working all of a sudden. Lastly the bathroom old looking broken tissue holder so tissue sat on the back of the toilet oh and the little freezer compartment in the fridge was broken. Wish I could get my money back honestly not worth $153 at all!

Terrible! It’s for drug addicts and just all around shady characters. Just needed a place to sleep for one night and I slept in my car because the room smelled like a public restroom. Could have saved my $70 . I’ve stayed in 4 stars for $20 cheaper. This place is not for the week is all.

For 150 the room could have been more cleaner.. the bathroom was not clean well the tub/shower was not clean I didn’t even us it. The room was cold they was jawing a portable heater to keep it simiwarm and because of the heater the power went out causing the hot tub to cut off the heater to cut off and the tv to not work I had to call the front desk to turn it back on and they did n a timely manner ... when I got there the cover was very dirty with hair as well like nobody washed it at all also the tv was leaning against the wall on the table so I’m guessing the tv was on the wall and it fell cuz the wall where it was was damaged.. I did ask the front desk to have somebody come change the sheets and the cover which they did without argument and that was great. The service was good but cleanliness and for the cost is not worth is I would not be returning because of the uncleanliness.

I didn’t like the stay at all it was falsely advertised this is a poor location where to take prostitutes or so have you I have never been so disappointed in my life was told it was a jacuzzi or room didn’t even have a tub and when we unlocked the door it was a man laying in our bed that worked there I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The location was perfect. This place should be condemned !! It looks nothing like the pictures. Very outdated the blinds were broke the curtain was to small for the window so you could see straight out. the jacuzzi hot water only can be on for about 20 minutes then you have to wait 30 minutes to finish filling it up SMH. I paid alot of money for a horrible room. NEVER AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE

They show all these great photos but the place is a dive. Obviously its for dreggs and they were wandering around. Also a place to go "get busy". But wow if going to a place like this is your thing, you need higher standards. PLUS the room I booked was taken and it was much more expensive than it should be for a place like this. Have better standards if you go there to "get busy".

Someone recommended Presidential Suites. I booked a birthday stay for my partner. The pictures are extremely off putting... The actual rooms aren't nearly as nice as the pictures. Very shabby. We made the best of it, though. We sprayed everything with Lysol and cleaned with bleach. The jacuzzi was great, the bed was comfy, it was quiet, and they have flat screens with WiFi.

I liked nothing ! Everything was bad and I was embarrassed.

I was not allow to have a key to the door. Absolutely Filthy. Front desk staff very rude and on edge. They will disrespect you with no remorse. Worst $150 ever spent. I left early after finding rat feces in the room and they refused to clean or give me my money back. I was also not allowed to return to the room to get my belongings after being yelled at by front desk staff. I should have called the police.

I reserved the presidential jacuzzi suit. The carpet was nasty and dirty. Either the a/c unit or the shower was leaking so the carpet was soaking wet. And to top it all off half of the light in the room did not work. When these issues were brought to management they said they new about it and things were fixed before but it keeps breaking.

This place is a hooker and drug house. Nothing was ready when I got there. I was told I had to pay for the full price of the hot tub room & not the discounted Expedia price. I walked out when the meth head guy at the desk wasn’t sure how long it would be ready. There is NO way the rooms look like the photos. Steer clear and find a legit place!!

Worst thing that ever happened to me planned a romantic get a way with a hot tub arrived at 3 paid for the room then was told it was being serviced no refund I had to wait in a town where I know no one until 5:30 when the repairs were done and the room was dirty as omg horrible bathroom I had to buy supplies Clean my own room requested towels could not get them and was charged almost 160 for this I’m now sick I cried at least I had my husband they were so rude to me

I like that they have big jacuzzi but it didn’t work, the bed sheets were not clean and room had a funny smell when you first walk in. When I told the lady working at the desk about these problems she kept saying it’s nothing she can do and she wouldn’t give me my money back. We ended up leaving and went to another hotel.

When we got there he insisted on showing us the room before processing the payment. So we get to the room and he lets us know that we may want another room before heading inside. We get inside the double king bed room and it looks horrendous. The rooms a mess, there’s a stench to it, and I’m pretty sure he saw a bug in the bathroom and tried to kill it discreetly. So we leave to go to the other room he wants to show us, and the first door he stops at he has to look thru the window because he’s not sure if someone’s already in there...ok. We then come to another room which is very slightly better than the last stop. The Face of the (bad conditioned) air conditioning unit is hanging halfway on the ground. He lets us know that the couch, 2 feet from the foot of the bed, is a layout couch so we can use it’s bed as well (not sure how that was gonna work with the bed right in front of it). He shows us the bathroom which the sink has the stopper in it. He then lets me know that the water works fine but I’ll have to take the stopper out myself.. oh and the floor was wet for some unknown reason. So if you’re just looking for someplace to make your home feel rich, this is the place to go.

i could not even pass the night over there because the room and the bed are terrible, cigarette smelling everywhere in the room. And the picture showing the room is not what i saw.

Stayed two nights in two different rooms. They all suck.

They gave my room away after I arrived at 3:30 check in time and the host said it was because first come first serve type of deal. Then the room was dirt with nails sticking out the floor the bathroom toilet was broke. And the Jacuzzi jets were broke along with the tile siding. The room looked better on the picture but horrible in actuality!

Everything was horrible, dirty from the office to the rooms . Towels were dirty and the person working in the office wanted to argue about what you could clearly see was dirt . Refused to refund my money and then tried to negotiate the amount he would refund. A/c was broke and you can see out through every part of it . Bathroom was dirty . Just terrible

Was dirty front door seal was broke could see outside from bottom of door toliet didnt flush sink was clogged they said never got my reservation from exepedia so never got what we reserved i would recommend not putting this place out on exepdia to others mad disappointed customer only stayed there for maybe 6 hrs since couldnt use toluet or sink checked in after 1230 am and was checked out before 7 am so sad t9 spend that money couldnt shower or nothing there

The pictures on the website of location and rooms I loved but once I arrived it was a total Disaster Room wasn’t Clean’s floors are broken tile falling off of whirlpool , whirlpool didn’t work heat. Barley heated up the room this is totally unprofessional and not worth the amount of money I paid to stay here I would like a full refund because this is not what I was purchasing,, how could I pay for a room with whirlpool but it doesn’t work that’s totally unfair

After looking at the reviews I called the hotel to cancel my reservation and spoke with 2 individuals that I could not understand. We still wanted to give it a chance but we wanted to see the rooms before we paid and checked in and all the reviews were correct it was very run down, very dirty with poor customer service. There were two SUVs of people hanging next door to the suite that I was assigned to. They were loud unruly and smoking marijuana right there on the premises. The floor of my shower was so nasty that I showered in shoes. The carpet was wet under the air conditioner

The reservations weren't completed on hotels.com end... We still stayed the room needed cleaning people were knockin on my door and arguing all nite in the morning there were people outside trying to jump a car which woke me from sleep the police were called just terrible experience

When we first arrived I was very disappointed upon the looks and condition of the outside and grounds of the motel it really looked ghetto is the word I would use but the staff was very nice upon check in and was very accommodating but when we got to our room it was the room from the picture but probably 10 years ago it was disgusting, dirty, out dated, the chain lock was broke , and too much other stuff to list. So we went back to front desk and he did give us our money back in full immediately. I would maybe recommend and couple hour stay there or a place wit a one night stand but a romantic night wit your other half would not be ideal for here

This place is a bad place to stay. There are hourly rates posted on the sign in front of the hotel. Room was not only dirty, ugly, and musty there was a broken toilet seat and several things with duct tape on them to hold them together. Hotels.com should not list this place it is unfair to the traveler who is not familiar with the nature of the place.

2 beds were picture on the add so I thought that's what I was getting. I was given a so called upgrade to 2 beds. The room was dim, dank and smelled of stale cigarette. I did not feel safe so I booked a different location. 10 mins. Had passed no refund.
