Really good breakfast, staff was incredible. Just a tad outdated but overall a great experience. Breakfast potatoes were really good.

The pool and cleanliness of the rooms The staff was rude at the front desk when I checked in and didn’t accommodate me with a conjoining room and instead put me in two separate rooms on different floors so I had to go up and down the stairs all night back-and-forth between rooms when I requested conjoining room from the beginning and called ahead, only to tell me that they were sold out when I got there and couldn’t change anything, but there was a door in the room that can join to another room.

The highway is super close but I didn't notice the sounds at all inside.

The brekfast was standard hotel fare. The rooms were a bit sparse. However, the hotel did feel safe. The staff was very helpful though.

When we came in to check in there was an odd smell in the lobby. It was clean looking, but it needs a fresh smell when you first walk in. The room also had a stale smell. The room was ok and we felt safe at the facility.

Perfect crash pad for a weekend hockey tournament at Extreme Ice Center. Nice breakfast area, and room had a very nice renovated bathroom. In room a/c was meh. Anything not top notch with the room was minor (a few inop outlets, aforementioned weird a/c unit), but all the must-haves (bathroom, bed, breakfast) were very good.

Great option for overnight stay. Plenty of breakfast options, good coffee. Staff friendly. Clean. Had 2 rooms over 2 different nights and 309 for whatever reason was a much nicer room than 209. TV spotty in 209.

Nice room, quiet, clean, pleasant staff.....overall very nice. Only small complaint was the a/c fan "tinging" as if it was barely touching something while it was running. Didn't bother me much, but know there will be some it would drive crazy. Would definitely stay there again while in town.

It was nice and clean. The blackout curtains did not fully black out the light. The pillows were tiny, but the bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The pictures on the website are a bit deceiving. It is a little bit older of a place but has been updated a bit. Overall, though it was a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Check in was fine. Check out not so much. If you leave something behind they expect you to drive 3 states to retrieve your item. I offered to pay for them to mail it back but they refused. These are prescription glasses. I got locked out of my room before I checked out. Man was not very sorry about it

This hotel was adequate. The breakfast was okay. The water pressure was great. The furniture was old, chipped paint, no drawers. The freezer in the refrigerator needed to be defrosted. The elevator ping is very loud.

Overall the hotel and service was good. The food was good and the comfort was nice. The only issue i had was they werent able to provide additional wash cloths when asked. I was told it would be about an hour for fresh wash cloths. Besides that everything was good.

My room had strong mold smell, the fridge in my room had an ongoing puddle. I was bitten, by whay ny Urgent Care described as a bug bite of some sort, my body had an outbreak large bumps filled with puss. With treatment internal and external lasted two weeks before clearing.

Pros: The bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Cons: There was hair on our bathroom floor. The A/C fan would not stay on, and it woke us up every time it would click back on. You can hear the highway from inside the room.

The hotel rm had horrible air quality. The air condition sound like it was about to blow. The bed smelled like mildew. There was moisture in the rm that made you feel damp. The hall ways smelled like mildew and smoke. I didnt stay the full two days i left early, i was getting sinus headaches

Quiet hotel with spacious clean room, big soft bed, ac worked, indoor swimming pool was clean and provided clean towels. HOT breakfast was delish and well stocked: bacon, eggs, potatoes, belgium waffles, pastries, breads, yogurt, cold cereal, milk, juices, and coffee.

Clean which we appreciate the most. Mattress bags on beds! A+++!!!! Just what we needed and not more. Breakfast offerings had enough options plus hot food. Coffee cannisters small so run out frequently

Shower curtain had a hole in it, which I immediately informed front desk about. Water pressure was good. There was no air vent visible in bathroom to suck out the humidity of the shower. I had a horrible nights sleep: walls are paper thin (I woke up to every door slam and even the next door sexual encounter). The light from door rim was horrible, and it didnt help that I was in the room at end of hallway next to outdoor entryway. I informed front desk of all above details upon checkout and lady just nodded and continued the checkout as if she heard nothing.

Breakfast was not the best very limited options and potatoes were hard as could be. Bed had stains on cover had to get it cleaned with no remorse, dresser was duct taped on corners the staff was the best part of the stay so friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! However the tub in room 308 wasn’t draining down properly. But other than that, it was a great stay for a weekend.

The rooms look newly remodeled. There was a mini fridge and microwave. The only downside was there was no closet or wardrobe to hang your clothes.

Occupants of the room above mine sounded like they were running around and rearranging furniture at all hours of the night into the early morning like 3am. Was in town to take some certification exams and got little to no sleep the 3 nights I was there.

Everything about this property said "welcome". My towels were folded like I was on a cruise ship! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The beds were extra comfy!

This was a last minute stop while traveling through and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and quiet it was.

It was convenient. The bed was comfortable. The shampoo etc was a nice touch. Breakfast was okay but the eggs, sausage and potatoes were not great. Potatoes and eggs were very dry.. don’t like those kind of convenience sausages. There should be an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Needed more towels. Outside sidewalk and driveway were very dirty and needed to be washed down. But overall not bad.

Room was clean and comfy. Coffee and breakfast were great. Price was reasonable, and the hotel was 7 minutes from the ice rink.

The place is very old and you can tell it from the beginning, from the front desk to the flooring, to the elavator, the fainted door colors and furniture inside the room. There was no closet/hanger inside the room. I was in other Wingate locations before and this one was not comparable to those.

Also one of the reasons that I selected the property over another one close by was that it offered breakfast. So two negatives here. When we checked in breakfast didn't start until 7am. It has been my experience that most hotels start breakfast at 6am. Then at 7am there was no breakfast to speak of. The breakfast area was still roped off and the staff had not prepared anything. Just seemed that there was no care to the situation. If we had to stay in the area for more that one night we would have packed up to stay at another chain.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, facility inside was clean. Down side, Outside was a lot of construction, inside the HVAC was noisy. Run for 5 minutes then off then 5 minutes later start with alot of noise. Also NO CLOSET

The property was a little secluded and often at night I would miss my turn onto the property due to poor signage. There was a lot of construction around the area so I know this will be corrected once more development is completed. Overall it was a very clean, nicely maintained property and considering it was a holiday week the price was surprisingly reasonable.

Room was dirty. Smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. Paid for a king bed and got a queen sized bed. Walking barefoot in room turned feet black instantly. Comforter had stains on it

Need full length mirror in room so when bathroom is occupied another person can fix hair or makeup.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was unassuming, but clean, safe, and quiet.

Friendly check in, front desk clerk said we should stay on 2nd floor since the only room.ok the first floor was by the laundry room and he said that gets noisy. We took the stairs after check in, then left for my daughters hockey game. We took the elevator when we got back because her hockey bag is large to carry up stairs. The elevator smelled like someone had smoked weed. (I only know the smeĺl from a different hotel at another tournament recently and my police friend visited and educated me). The smell in the elevator was overwhelming and we had to pull our coats over our face and hold our breaths. The hotel was so clean, that was very unexpected. The elevator in the morning was fine. But - it seems to be a growing issue in hotels and i thought I should let someone know. Great stay other than that elevator ride.

I informed management that ant was in my room on the 1st night. nothing done. 2nd morning ant in my bed with me. I have video. Poor compensation was offered in return.
