Breakfast was solid, rooms was nice but those pillows were some of the worst I’ve ever slept on. If you like your pillow to have the same support as a wet piece of paper then stay here. Might be the worst sleep of my life.

Good staff. The people working in the kitchen for breakfast are super nice and helpful. I think one lady's name was Shady - she's incredible! I really enjoyed the breakfast- very good. Give them a raise! It's also a nice place as well - very clean. I like that it's close to everything - walking distance. Thanks, I would come back in a heart beat. I'm a fitness guy. I wish the fitness center had mats. Also, 1 (15 pounder dumbbell was missing). Luckily I didn't need it that day.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The only issue was our bathroom sink was clogged so it drained very slowly. Our shower door also would not stay closed and would open while taking a shower so we had to hold the door with our foot. But these minor issues were addressed upon checkout and I’m sure will be handled promptly. It didn’t not make our stay any less comfortable. I’d stay there again.

The exercise room did not have an inversion table. Bed was a bit too hard for my wife.

We enjoyed our stay for the Graduation. The hospitality from Brandi while we stayed was impeccable as well as a breath of fresh air. You don't see Customer Service / Hospitality as much anymore in this day of age, so again it was WONDERFUL to see as well as feel. She went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable. The only minus was we stated there were 3 in the room, but they gave us towels enough for 2 people only, so we had to track down a maid to get the required towels needed. As far as the price all Hotels are overpriced in this day of age which is horrible and unfair to say the least. I never will understand how the prices continue to increase where the enjoyable stay is more than a person's mortgage or rent if you required time away from your home for whatever the reason; i.e., work, family, children, weekend getaways etc.

The lady who runs the breakfast was amazing. She was upbeat, very friendly and approachable. She laughed, engage visitors and smiled. She carried herself as someone who took pride in their jobs, keeping Irene restocked, picking up and emptying trash even from the guests. What a joy so early in the morning.

Not wanting to cause any problems I advised the front desk I would stay in the room but requested air freshener for the smell and they stated ok. I left the property and then received a call from the front desk about placing a machine in the room to get the smell out and I agreed. However, upon returning to the room, it smelled even worse — extremely strong like bleach and chlorine, almost like an indoor pool area but the first smell was temporarily gone. I asked them to remove the machine because it was loud and they did. However, as the night wore on the initial smell returned. Nice staff but VERY disappointing for the price I paid.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites McDonough, GA is an outstanding hotel. The staff, Ms. Brandi at the front desk was helpful, knowledgeable & very kind. The amenities were great. Ms. Shay in the breakfast area was so sweet. She made us feel welcomed, offered assistance & made sure we had what we needed. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Parking was easy everything was clean. We got a queen suite and it was nice and roomy. The only problem was the shower door kept sliding open and the breakfast was good but the one lady couldn’t keep up she needed some help looked like to me

Great overnight stay. The hotel was spotless. The king bed was comfy, the in- room thermostat easily adjusted the room temp to our preference. Breakfast included box cereals, oatmeal with a variety of toppings, eggs, two varieties of sausage, grits, and a small assortment of baked goods. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good. There were restaurants close enough to walk to.

First impression was nobody was at the desk. I wanted a couple of minutes and a young lady appeared. She didn’t smile introduce herself or welcomed me. Her face was flat. The room was okay it was a bottle of a cleaning product left on the bathroom counter and a hair wad on the table. I did have to pass by the desk again after checking and it was a young gentleman sitting at the desk and he greeted and welcomed me which was nice. It was worth a one night stay. Despite those minor issues I would stay again.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites in McDonough GA is exactly what a traveler expects and needs on a long trip. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable for a good night’s rest and hot breakfast and coffee to begin the next morning. I was rested and ready to go.

The hotel was located in the city, not far from lots of dining and shopping areas. There was ample parking. The beds were comfortable and water in the shower had good pressure. It was a clean room and quiet hotel. If in the area, I would stay here again.

It was a nice stay. The bed seemed really low. I think it was because I was out in a handicap room. I would say to tell the person if that is the room you are giving me.

First and last time staying at this hotel. Called front desk late night Saturday upon checking in to one of my rooms regarding a roach I found and killed, all I got what “I’ll let maintenance know in the morning”. Next morning I wake up & heard nothing else. Checked out & till the day no one reached out. HORRIBLE experience & wouldn’t recommend. I will make sure to spread the word about the service.

Front desk… I believe his name was AJ was superior!!! he was very sociable and really was an amazing front desk man! I wish all my encounters when checking in had someone like him very personable, and took time to speak with any questions we had.

Stayed here one night and it met our needs. One of the elevators was not working so we used the stairs.

The stay was great. Great location. There was a problem with my reservation, but it wasn't with the facility. It's with Hotel.com/Expedia. They still have not credited my account.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was VERY clean. The front desk rep was very nice. I wish i git his name, but he wore glasses and had braids lol. Geoff was in charge of breakfast and his hrits was THE best I've ever had at a hotel! That's a big deal if your southern or if you live grits. We'll definitely stay here again!!!

Easily checked in, and the breakfast was plentiful even 15 minutes before breakfast ended. Very pleased with this hotel and how clean it was! Pool was very warm as well, and they had plenty of towels stacked up for us to use. Pleasant stay from start to finish!

All staff was extremely nice and friendly. Front desk, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff all greeted you with a smile that didn’t feel fake but was genuinely nice and friendly. I definitely will stay here again when I’m in the area.

This hotel was recently renovated. It was updated, clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. We were very pleased with our stay.

The hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. It was very inconvenient to find out that our rooms aren't stocked with any towels or washcloths. We checked in late around 7:30 pm and took the elevator and did notice another patron carrying towels and washcloths. We didn't realize we didn't have towels until we were ready to shower. My husband went down to the front desk and was given 2 towels and 2 hand towels but was told they were out of wash cloths???
