    We chose to stay here because it was the halfway point on a long roadtrip. The kitchens for food storage was a huge plus for us. The staff was unfriendly/not helpful. One of our rooms was completely torn up when we checked in. There were no towels for the pool. It was the loudest hotel we have ever stayed in. It was a rough night for sleep. I would not stay again.

    The location is near many restaurants and retail locations. This hotel is also near the interstate and major roads. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The traffic in the area is terrible at all times. Food delivery services take an extended amount of time due to the traffic, so plan on receiving cold food if you order. The hotel had a strong smell of a certain "smoked" product in multiple areas.

    I like the location and the way the lobby was decorated. The front desk clerk was friendly, however, the manager on duty today, January 5, 2026 who I spoke with today around 1:14 PM about the dissatisfaction of the overall room, he made excuses for the condition of the room. And to add insult to the stay, the manager stated the room had been renovated. Surely the manager was thinking of another room not the one I stayed in. The lobby smelled stale , The room smelled stale; needed air freshener sprayed. Based on the uncleanliness of the room particularly the toilet and shower. It appears no one had stayed in that room for months nor had a thorough cleaning of that room had been done in months. One lamp had a stained lampshade. The other lamp had no lampshade at all. The heating/AC unit did not work properly, some type of staining on the heating/ac unit, the USB port to charge your phone do not work. The refrigerator has dents in it.

    Room was very dated. Paid for Queen 2rm suite. Room had odor. Staff in turn gave us a can of Lysol and a fresh scent machine saying that they were booked and couldn’t change our room until next day. Shades were broken and ripped. No shower gel in the bathroom dispenser. Bathroom door terrible. Bed very uncomfortable. Was supposed to stay for 3 nights, though we checked out the next day. Manager was really nice. Offered to change our room after others checked out and another room became available. Did give us a partial refund and apologize for the inconvenience and our bad experience. Would not stay here again

    Parking lot was very dark and the spaces were super narrow. A number of people sitting in their cars at midnight with lights on in lot..kind of weird. Online Hilton App not helpful for "keyless check-in" . Had to go in and request keys. App is just not user friendly in general!

    The room was clean but it was not what k booked. I booked a king suite with accessible bathroom and they said they were sold out. I was told I was going to get refunded the difference and I have yet to see any refund. I will probably never say with this series of hotel again. People yelling outside our window till 130A and a dog barking due to the yelling.

    The people here are nice and we were only there to sleep so we didn't make it a big deal initially, but there were a number of issues that should not happen at any hotel. We had 2 rooms for the entire weekend. Stay away from room 421. (edited) [3:41 PM] No soap, shampoo, conditioner. in the shower... Dirty old cutlery in the dishwasher from the last guest. 1 towel....no bed fittings for the pullout couch. Again we got everything at the front desk but those are things that should be stocked and cleaned at all times. Breakfast was a joke. One simple buffet line of over greased and cold items. There was no milk for the cereal either....No waffles?!?! My staff was not happy at all. That was our only meal until late afternoon. No milk...really? All in all it wasn't the worst stay, but for the price you pay a HOME2 this was a Home-2. Will not be staying here ever again. The La Quinta next door looks brand new!

    The room had a dirty bathroom and sofa bed, strongly smelling of smoke, and they supposedly claim to be 100% smoke-free. On the app, they advertise a $50 pet fee, and they charged me $75. They didn't provide enough towels for the number of guests, nor did they provide sheets for the sofa bed, whose mattress was in terrible condition and dirty. It wasn't a good experience. I won't stay here again. The hotel is very run-down.

    We stayed a night for the soccer tournament. Hotel is located Ina great safe area with other hotels next to each other. Just a short distance to so many restaurants and stores. Room was very clean and comfortable with big fridge. Breakfast was yummy, loved it. Recommend to all families.

    The AC unit was broken in 2 different rooms o was given. I paid for a king size bedroom but i had to settle for a queen size because that is all they had left. The front clerk was absolutely awesome, she tried her best to make things right however its not her fault the rooms were hot. I am sure i will not get a refund but at least someone will know from this review.

    Hotel was clean and new, but quality control is poor for housekeeping. Room sleep 4 and we only had two sets of towels. When I looked for the blanket for the sofa sleeper.     Filthy. Took 30 mins to check in and we were charged twice for the room. Front desk didn't know how to refund so told us to figure it out the next day. Blood and urine stains on sleeper sofa, no linens, floors filthy, bathroom light didn't work, tv didn't work, no towels/toiletries, appeared to be dried urine in corner of shower. We overheard another guest say her room wasn't cleaned at all and had beer cans all over. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in ever! Hilton should pull its flag!!!

    I arrived at the property at night around 10:00 pm. I checked in and immediately left out to join the rest of my party. When I arrived back I went to freshen up for bed to discover a ball of hair in the bathroom floor and a dirty shower. I called the front desk to see if they could have someone clean it to no avail. I was told there was no housekeeping staff available. I spoke with the GM (very young and childlike) who seemed very unbothered & was very slow to respond to the conditions I have been left with entering day 2. He assured me that he would send housekeeping first thing to my room as this issue existed upon checkin the night before. However, they didn't come until around noon. Me & my 2 year old child had to wait all day to bathe. I'm more than disappointed with my stay. The kitchenette was half stocked with 1 fork and 1 spoon. I went to the front desk to ask for a can opener. The GM again said they didn't have one. The front desk clerk them got on her walkie and confirmed they I deed had one and had it delivered to my room. I do appreciate the front desk staff, the cooks & the warehouse people. They went above and beyond to rectify my stay.

    I Stayed for one night, one of my least favorite H2S I’ve stayed at. Probably Would never come back again for the going rate. Property seems a little old. Couch in my room was heavily soiled, desk chair arms were all torn and dirty. I found a dirty sock that was not mine. Breakfast was less than mediocre.

    This is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed with our dog and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. We’re both disabled veterans and this is definitely a great place to stay. It’s quiet even with all of the traffic in the area. Close to shopping and restaurants.

    This property is in need of a remodel, two members of the staff even said that to me. The door lock system is a concern. I started out trying to use digital key, but it didnt work. The front desk said that when that happenens they have to give the guest a master key to get into their room. I guest they teust you wont use the master in other guest rooms too.

    My next issue is the house keepers all barely spoke ANY English. This is unacceptable as communication is key to share what you need. I went three days with no housekeeping once. I had to plead with management to get someone to clean the room at 5pm on the third day. They offered no compensation for the roach issue, even after saying they would, nor the housekeeping issues. I guess I got what I paid for. It’s strange because outside of those issues, the normal staff were all professional and I had no issues there. There was one exceptional housekeeper that used translator app and ALWAYS made sure everything in my room was good before leaving. The manager for the most part was very professional, not that there was any unprofessional moments, but I would have appreciated not having to beg them to clean my room that day after asking multiple times since the morning hours.

    Our door was not in correct working order but we were just passing through for night so we may due. Staff was nice and understanding when I told them the next day. The loveseat in the roo. Was kind of dingy and some of the dishes were nit clean. Stayed with my dog and they had a pet relief area but it was not very large.

    First assigned room had not been cleaned after previous guest, leaving bed un-made and used towels behind. Front desk promptly assigned alternate room which was clean, though furniture upholstery was badly worn (also true of first room), bathroom faucet was loose and sink stopper was inoperable so sink did not drain properly.

    I decided to check out the new room before moving myself and my 71 y/o mother into that space. When I walked up to that room there was a small, black, plastic trash bag on the floor outside of the room. The door to that room was open and the room was completely trashed. I again notified the front desk, and they changed the room again. Without hesitation I went up to check that room out again before moving all of our stuff out. None of the lights in the bathroom or front entrance worked, nor did ANY of the lights along the back wall. I returned to the front desk and notified them as well. We decided to stay in our original room and prop the torn chair up against the door handle. This was a terrible experience. I noticed 4 other sets of guests having the same issue with their room being trashed upon entry. Breakfast was a joke. Honestly, how do they advertise 400+ free breakfast combos on EVERY POSTER IN THE BUILDING when they barely have 4? There were only about half a dozen of those items available.

    The property needs minor updating. My bath room could have been cleaner. The tub looked like it wzs half cleaned. Our room window shade was torn, like shredded. And the hallway carpet was not vacuumed in my 3-Day stay.

    This location is in a great area as far as shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, my room had a light out by the bed. I noticed it was unplugged and sliced with electrical tape on it. I reported it the next day and was asked, “ I waited until the next day to complain?” “Yes, I did because it was late when I came in the night before.” So I was told to give my number and Expect a call. Well, I never received the call. Once I returned back to the hotel that evening, I confronted the desk clerk. She tried to help but the two rooms she gave me were unsatisfiable. I decided to stay with the room I currently was in. The clerk (Beverly) was a great help.

    Check in was easy. No issues. Staff were very pleasant. Besides, not being able to take a hot shower; the temperature of the hot water was luke warm and the main door to the room was extremely hard to close as if the door was slightly off the hinges, all was well. I will book again.

    The first problem we encountered was the toilet seat was extremely loose. I tried to tighten it by hand but it really required a large screwdriver to do the job. The air conditioner/heat pump did not seem to control the set temperature very well. When in the "heat" mode it was very noisy. The weekday continental breakfast was good. It was not the same for the weekend. The coffee urn was empty for Saturday morning. Which I had to notify the person attending the breakfast bar. They also were out of napkins which they said they couldn't find any. The sausage sandwiches were cold also. Sunday morning the coffee was cold and the sandwiches were just a bit warmer. Monday morning was back to normal and the attendant was very pleasant and had the coffee and sandwiches at a good temperature.

    Two check ins within a week. No digital key, no contactless check in, no honor points, apparently because of 3rd party involvement? I just can’t seem to research enough!!!! The hotel is very nice, and the staff have been super. The Hilton Honors club is a game I am just about ready to quit playing….

    The bed wasn’t made it was not serviced at all We were sent to another room and that room wasn’t clean Being sent to a dirty room twice was actually ridiculous Finally the 3rd room we got it was a better room

    Booked rooms online and booked two king suites. Checked in at the hotel and didn’t know until we got to our rooms that we didn’t get king size beds. Was disappointed that the king suites were booked but that was not what we got.

    The staff were dealing with a parking issue that was not there fault. They managed to direct traffic and still take care of guest. I was very impressed with the staff and facilities.

    The entire hotel smelt like marijuana. I would not recommend this hotel. The ac cover was off of the air conditioner and laying in the floor.

    Upon Arrival - The hotel advertised heated pool and the pool was iceberg cold. The room given thermostat DID NOT WORK. No one on duty to fix and No other rooms available. Therefore we went back to Front Desk and CANCELED our stay and was given a receipt with NO CHARGE. PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR THIS HOTEL STAY.

    Our daughters had a softball tournament in Hampton. Gerald Mathew Park. Very convenient for us. Within few mins of park. Excellent hotel. Breakfast was awesome, lots of restaurant options nearby. Our kids loved it. Had some issues w our original room key door issue. Thank you guys for the upgrade. Good customer service! Will definitely be staying there again!

    I booked a room through Expedia and it clearly showed it was for 6 people. When we arrived they told us our room would only accommodate 4 so we had to buy another room. And you would’ve thought they would have given us a special rate, but they did not.

    The hotel itself was nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice. The free breakfast was not what I was expecting. Pre-made breakfast sandwiches which gave me an upset stomach. No bacon. Not set up like other hotels that we stayed at. Not set up like buffet style. I ate a bagel with cream cheese, grabbed an apple and a banana every morning. As someone looking for protein to start my day they definitely lacked in that area. No hard boiled eggs. Pre-made or pre-frozen eggs. I didn’t like it. My husband liked the O.J. And waffles. The bed had memory foam which made falling asleep very difficult. Memory Foam is fine if it’s replaced after used but if it’s the same one used after person after person, it’s no good. Other hotels use Pillow Top now that’s comfortable. Other than that our stay was good. I liked that I could stay there with our fur babies, which is a plus.

    The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk manager was awesome. So kind and helpful. He let my son pick out a treat and gave us bottled waters. After a 10 hour drive and some car trouble on the way, I was so glad we had chosen this place for our stay.

    Staff was super friendly and were all smiling. Overall looked very new. Missing lamp shade next to bed. Ran out of the room we booked so gave us a much larger room which was nice.

    The front desk and kitchen staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. Bright smiles, cheerful, and great attitude every morning. However, when we arrived our bathroom toilet was not clean (literally had urine in the area between the tank and the seat).
