Large room and clean hotel

We enjoyed our short stay. The staff was nice and the room was clean.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff during check-in was a bit rude. We expressed concern for road noise, and were put in a first floor room with incredible amounts of road noise due to the drag racers outside at midnight.

Friendly staff and clean room. Lots of parking. There is noise from the road, but I wore earplugs. Breakfast was ok, but we went down half an hour before it finished so options were limited. Lobby bathroom needed attention. No toilet paper and unclean, but could also be down to users.

The location is great. Central & close to Linfield University. Great Mexican taqueria within walking distance. Also lots of snacks, local wine & drinks to be bought in the lobby. Staff was super nice.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices and the area was neat and clean. The facility was clean, the gym was adequate, the pool area appeared clean and well taken care of. Staff were helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfy.

The hotel is a homey place, located minutes from downtown McMinnville and the wineries! It was very clean & well maintained, pool & hot tub sparkling clean, staff incredibly kind and helpful. Very nice breakfast cafe with a great selection of hot & cold items, and good coffee - yay! We really enjoyed our stay, and will stay here again if we’re in the area.

The Continental breakfast was excellent. The location was clean and quiet. The air conditioner hadn't been used but was on when I entered the room, it made the room smell musty like wet carpet.

Best stay in McMinville. Short drive to downtown shops and restaurants. Well equipped room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Decent assortment at breakfast. Would stay again.

This is a nice hotel at a decent price. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well taken care of. Our room was spacious and the hot tub was amazing! They had late check out available, so that's a plus.

Clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit noisy; you can hear other guests above. A key amenity we needed — the EV charger — was not working.

In the bathroom, the hook behind the door was near the top. I couldn’t reach it. It really needs to be lowered. Otherwise, it was fine.

There’s some food & fuel options nearby but little else. The room was clean. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the shower head was broken. Disappointing for the money spent.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, Jenny the housekeeper was very professional and prompt when I needed a couple things for my room, she is very nice and always smiling. Nicole at the front desk always greeted me with a smile, very polite and professional. Parking was very accessible. I will definitely come back again and again.

The room was clean and good. The breakfast was below average.

The staff was excellent. I can’t remember their names(you know who was there when I was) I should have written them down. but they were helpful not only about the hotel but surrounding areas . I noticed the same kind helpfulness to others as well when they checked in.

I enjoyed my week long stay at Best Western in McMinnville Oregon. The staff was very helpful, accommodating & professional. The rooms were clean, the water was hot & water pressure was Excellant. I would like to give praise especially to The cleaning staff! As I needed extra towels, etc. They were spot on. Present but not overbearing. The gym was nice; all good equipment. Air conditioner worked like a champ! Very convenient location. I would absolutely be a repeat client. One of the things I would change is the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine. So if you just woke up & went in there; it was like; WHOA. I also understand sensitive fire systems & it is for overall safety. Another issue was when you step into the tub; it popped & crackled; so the adhesive did not take correctly. Little pockets of air along with the jet engine fan kind of took away the long, hot relaxing shower part. Otherwise, I would give it 4.5 stars!!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

The location was perfect for us which was to be near McMinnville…1 mile away. And also close to our favorite wineries. Hotel staff was very nice, breakfast very good, rooms clean & comfortable and priced right. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to Linfield University for a college visit and then to McMinville for food. Great college and town and hotel.

The shower head was funky, either to strong or too soft, and i couldn't get the temperature right. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. They did not have ice on the first floor, and a few breakfast items were not available. But service was friendly and efficient.

This was a decent place to stay. Our room was spacious and nice. It was in an odd area...with an old motel 6 turned into apartments maybe next door...or maybe it was for the homeless? Not sure, but was a little concerned about our car in that neighborhood overnight. I don't know the area, so it may be unwarranted. The AC was very effective. Bathroom was very small.

From a less than inviting greeting to the mixup on our reservation whee we booked a king bed and received a queen to not even looking to see if they could accommodate a switch to noisy room right at the elevator to probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on to the shower so poorly installed I wondered if I might fall through the floor….i would recommend elsewhere if looking for a place to stay when visiting McMinnville

Went there for my granddaughter's 3-year birthday. She had a blast swimming in the pool eating at Burger King which was real close. Jay let us in early to decorate the room. No charge for that. It was just awesome. Fun time

Room next to elevator loud, toilet seat was broken. Checked out a day early and never received my refund.

Due to a family emergency, we had to bring two teenage relatives here on Christmas Eve. The receptionist was very kind and was able to accommodate us at the last minute. There was also a very convenient shop at reception with basics like toothpaste and makeup wipes, along with snacks and drinks

Smelled very strongly of pot in the hallways. We reserved room with a King size bed because my husband is very tall. We were told they overbooked and we were given a room with 2 queens instead and not offered any refund or discount.

Room was small, very bright, unable to cover windows at the top. Short walk to 3rd street.

They seem to be doing their best (with the exception of the front desk staff who ignored me for 5 minutes while trying to check out). Hallways and stairwells dingy. Elevator was down. That said, could have been a lot worse and was overpriced even for McMinnville.

The place is ghetto and they double charged me over a thousand dollars for two nights. The manager won’t respond and no one answers so now I’m forced to have filed a police report. This place is gross and criminal

Very friendly staff and a great breakfast! My stay was part of a bicycling trip and the they were very accommodating. My room had a relaxing hot tub, great after days of long rides. My only complaint was the bar of soap and a thin comforter.

We went to spend a night at the casino and decided to stay at this hotel. It was better than my husband expected, but it was ok for me. The bathtub had a lot of places where the paint was chipping. The tv took a while to connect. But in general, good place.

We stayed at the hotel for an overnight during a visit to wine country in the Willamette Valley. The hotel location was very convenient, the staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. The hotel was clean and quiet. McMinnville itself proved to be a very pleasant town to visit.

The towels in my room were damp not at all dry. So that was weird. The staff was nice, but the communication between the 3rd party reservations and the hotel really needs improvement. We were made to feel like it was our fault for not reserving the room directly from Best Western McMinnville.

They sent a text to let me know when the room was ready. Which was early and a pleasant surprise. The hotel is older but well maintained. The room was large enough for 4 of us comfortably. I appreciated the space. We were on the 4th floor far away from the elevator. Nice and quiet, even with a basketball tournament in town. The breakfast is typical, no complaints. They have 24 hour coffee/tea station in the lobby. Also a nice water station where we could refill our water. The staff was all very pleasant and helpful. They accommodated me with a late check out. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I find myself back in McMinville.
