It's different .they are tiny houses on a lot just minutes from 3rd Ave aka Main Street..just nine cabins +houses) perfect...fire pit, gazebo, spot on..

This little slice of tiny home heaven is beautifully situated walking-distance from McMinville’s historic 3rd Street where you can eat, taste and shop to your heart’s delight. Each of The Boutique’s nine custom tiny homes is unique unto its own. The interior appointments are super cool, cute and comfortable. The beds are….well… I actually didn’t want to get outta mine. I could have easily lingered until noon. The creatively designed central courtyard features a fire pits, adorandak chairs and a meditation inducing vibe, with lovely statuary invoking peace, rest and relaxation. This couple will be back!!

Our cabin was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean. We loved the courtyard and the fire pit. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Boutique Retreat. All the individual tiny houses have their own style. It’s very clean and relaxing. And the fire pit outside is a very nice add-on to the stay.

Charming and clean with nice outdoor space. Instructions were clear and easy to get in. Close to downtown and good coffee shop right across the street. Adorable friendly cat named Leo lives a few doors down on the way to downtown. He is the offices neighborhood greeter and made our stay especially lovely.

Close to 3rd street. Comfortable. Patio was very nice with comfortable Adirondack’s and fireplace.

We had a really lovely time here. It was nice to be able to just go into our room with the provided door code. Everything was clean and the bedding was lovely. Our cabin was a bit small for sitting in there together, but the outdoor courtyard area was perfect for sitting and relaxing - love the fire pit! It is an easy walk to all the great things around “downtown” Mcminville, and the bathroom was lovely and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

The property is perfectly located. Half a mile from the busy street makes the perfect location for balancing walkability and quiet time.
