Very nice facility in a nice area just a few miles from downtown McMinnville.

The staff was helpful. And breakfast was decent. I like decent protein for breakfast and my husband loves carbs. Both of us were happy.

It’s a nice place to stay. Room was clean and good sized. Bathroom could use some updating but it was clean and functional. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was free, not quite the variety as other hotels but the food was typical.

Very nice stay at Comfort Inn. Everything was clean and the room was super spacious. Cookies in the afternoon were a welcome surprise.

The hotel overbooked and canceled my reservation with no notice to me. I showed up to check in and they told me I canceled the reservation. Booking.com took good care of me and made sure I was not charged a cancelation fee.

Hair dryer didn't work; staff couldn't find a replacement and not helpful or concerned. Went to bed with a wet head - not good at all!! Gave us a $20 credit. Very insufficient.

Pillows were yellow and could see it through the white pillow cases. Both lamps in the bedroom bulbs were out. I told the guy at the counter and he said he would tell maintenance. I had to take a bulb from the bathroom so one of the lamps would work. The changed the bathroom light but not till 4 days later. I mentioned the pillows and he said they wash them. They need new pillows instead of trying to wash out the sweat stains. Pretty disgusting Breakfast hours are good. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was good.

Great location and awesome breakfast. However, need to put in high rise toilets and grab bars in more rooms. Lack of availability of rooms for disabled. Not enough.

First room they put us in the toilet would not flush and they do not have a repair person on site ….so within the first 10 minutes in the room we had to switch rooms and then they put us in a room where the air conditioning wouldn’t come on for like 30 minutes ..very frustrating

It's the little things that make a middle of the road hotel great, so staff is really important. If they don't care about my stay, then I'm not coming back. Friendly staff. Room was clean but out dated with a musty smell. Breakfast didn’t have much options and the bacon and eggs were empty for a while.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of parking, which made coming and going really convenient. The staff seemed knowledgeable, though they weren’t particularly warm or friendly during our stay. Our room was spacious and quiet, but the furniture was noticeably nicked and worn, giving it a tired feel. Overall, it was adequate for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

We had good time.

The first room would not lock. The second room they moved us to would not have a functioning TV. There was nothing the staff could do but move us. Which is painful when you travel with 2 kids.

There was a big wet spot in front of the bed that didn’t dry until the next day. There was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker upon arrival. Staff didn’t inform me at check in about hours or location of amenities of breakfast. Very disappointing.

The shower curtain in my room was rancid. The putrid odor permeated the room even outside the bathroom. You have to wash them with bleach to kill bacteria on a routine basis.

The shower did'nt work properly. The water sprayed all over and the toilet did'nt flush properly.

The lobby fireplace was very welcoming as we arrived from the brisk Autumn weather.

Check in was less than expected. Gentleman did not seem to be enjoying his job, not very helpful with local food establishments.

Our Office Manager prepaid for this stay on hotels.com, but when I got to the property they made me pay...again? We hope that they refunded the original form of payment. The office manager said this hasn't happened before, and it was frustrating. Luckily I was given a company credit card, I know some of my co-workers don't have them and count on the prepay option for a smooth trip!

I wasnt sure how the room service worked. No one came by until the day before i checked out of a 4 nite stay. Just need3d more heads up on how room aervice worked. All linens were morw than adequate for the 4 nites.

There was construction next door which added some noise, but when I looked it up online, I was very impressed at what McMinnville is doing to add affordable housing and amenities for residents. Will be going back for our next trip to wine country.

I wouldn’t go so far as to say this is a free breakfast. I have a hard time understanding why a national chain can’t offer better than powdered eggs for their patrons. It might be better to get pastries from one of your fine downtown vendors, add some fresh fruit, and brew some decent coffee-bad form folks.

Everything was great. The A/C did a great job, the room key worked, and the TV was large. I say that because the last hotel I stayed at was terrible and nothing worked, in the middle of August no doubt! The bed was also very comfortable, but what is with hotels and these tiny airplane pillows these days!?

The person who checked us in was not very nice or friendly. We traveled with another couple and asked for adjoining rooms and he explained why he couldn’t do that due to our both reserving a king size bed which was fine but then we asked if we could be close to each other and we were on the same floor but on completely opposite side of the hotel.

Very nice staff. Wall in room by bed was gross. Rest of room including bathroom were fine. 3rd stay here.

Next room turned tv on full volume at 5am every morning. Not a pleasant stay for me.

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly but the facility could use some updating.

We had a one night stay and decided to stay at this property for the first time. It was easy to find parking was great. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly. Our room was what we expected and the breakfast in the morning was filling and tasty.

We were not impressed with the quality of our accommodations. Our room was nothing special ~ not inviting in our estimation. Decor was sparse. The pillows were of extremely poor quality ~ small, lumpy and quite uncomfortable. The mattress was not much better ~ the mattress had very little, if any, support. The bathroom was spacious but rather bare bones. The breakfast was okay ~ there were many items to choose from. We stayed at the McMinnville, OR location. We would not book here again ~ and if anyone should ask, we would not recommend lodging here. Hopefully, other Comfort Inns are better. Our experience at this location was sadly poor.

McMinville is a cute town. This hotel is in an industrial area away from the city center. It would be my advice to stay closer to the action.

The breakfast was horrid! Consistency it the eggs were stuck to the bottom, biscuits were hard as a rock, etc. keys did not work. Could go on and on, but you get the message.

Do not stay. Broken down beds. Stained carpets.

The one-night stay was very nice as I traveled through the Willamette Valley wine country. The young lady who checked me in was so warm and welcoming. And when I left the next morning, she was there again to brighten my day! The breakfast was very well done compared to comparable hotel breakfasts. The room was clean, quiet, and comfy.

Awful - filthy, stained mattresses stained, broken lampshade, stained worn carpeting, stains on the walls, lumpy mattresses and pillows, worn sheets and comforter. Breakfast was cold and sausages were swimming in some kind of juice.

Overall stay was good. But there is no garbage cans outside and around the hotel not ideal.

The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. The room was clean and the public portion of the property was well maintained. Breakfast items were in short supply.

Good, requires some remodeling

The lobby was clean and inviting and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was just the usual hotel breakfast. The room was clean but, unfortunately, the room and linens were a bit shabby and felt tired and a bit rundown.

I checked in around 3:30pm. I attempted to check out at approx, 6:45pm. I let the front desk know it just wasnt working out for me. Instead of checking me out the front desk person told me that she couldnt check me out until tomorrow morning. So, I left the hotel and will have to come back in the morning to check out.

Didn’t like the construction next door but otherwise the property was nice, clean and comfortable.

No one at front desk when I checked in. Waited 10 min, still no one. Had to call hotel and tell someone I was at the front desk.

Good stay for our family! Less than 5 min away from Evergreen Aviation Museum and Wings and Waves Waterpark - so perfect for us as that was our purpose for our visit. Our room was clean and decent size. Nice breakfast with friendly staff. Conveniently there is a diner located in the parking lot, but their operating hours are limited.

Pleasant stay. Standard room with decent breakfast options. Minimal workout options in the gym. Facilities a bit dated but comfortable. Would stay again.

We have stayed here before and had an excellent experience. We found ourselves in the area again and chose it again mostly because the breakfast offered was so good last time. This time, not so good. Went down for breakfast 3 times and there were no protein items. On the 3rd trip we asked if more eggs were being made. The female said she would make more. Gave it another 15 minutes and still no eggs or meat. Something seemed off, no water available either. And this was early in the morning. Between 7 & 8 am.

The staff was not very responsive. The cleaning products they used were so overwhelming with the scent it was almost impossible to stay in the room or sleep.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner. Then the next morning, they took the time to take pictures of ingredients in their breakfast so I could see if they were gluten free. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit choices, fluffy scrambled eggs, and sausage that were gluten free. This is our second stay at this location, and we will be coming back next year!

I had to visit for work and I needed a hotel near where I was going and this was perfect. It was right across the street from the place I had to go and everything was smooth and nice. Nice facility, nice staff, good value.

Dated and needs repairs and updating. Breakfast is ok but the “Out of Service” sign on the waffle maker appears to be permanent. The same with the “Out of Order” sign on the swimming pool. No indication they will ever function again. The carpet in rooms and hallways is old and dirty, needs good cleaning at minimum.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and if you are looking to stay near the hotel while family is at the hospital next door it’s a perfect location. The restaurant next door has great food for breakfast and lunch.

Hotel was fine. No complaints. Just abit ‘blah’ but suitable for a nights sleep. Beds comfortable and although our room faced the busy road - with AC on we couldn’t hear the traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful. I guess I expected something abit prettier / lighter decor inside given its wine country with lots of tourists. That was the biggest let down after a day of visiting spectacular wine estates. Guests seemed to tourists - not business people (week day). We had just stayed in a hotel downtown Portland and it cost less and was a much much nicer bigger hotel with fresh decor and new bathrooms. Very close by is the Aviation museum (possible place to visit if you end your day early) and next door is a place that is called ‘Diner’ which we didn’t check out)

Overall a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and that towels were available. Check in was very slow, system was not working very well. We had to visit the desk three times to get two working keys. The last time I noticed the girl was trying to reuse the key that still didn't work. I asked her to get a new one. Suddenly, we had two working keys. She seemed annoyed that I had asked her to do that. We only had one lamp in the room so there wasn't enough light to read at night. Otherwise we were comfortable. Would consider returning.

Best beds anywhere.

For the most part the beds were nice, plenty of lighting and a dirty washrag that was left in the bathroom on top of the shower curtain. Desk was told about it and did nothing about it. It was still there when we returned and the night clerk had came up to get it. The night clerk was very nice and helpful. The morning clerk not so much.

Front desk were all awesome & accommodating! The breakfast staff was helpful & caring. Kids were so happy to have a pool & HOT tub!

We enjoyed our stay in McMinnville, and Torri and her staff were no small part of that. We felt welcomed from the start of our stay, and the friendliness of the staff was welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without pause!

This is an older property and is right next to the hospital. There is one Diner nextdoor and it is only open from noon to five pm. The one front desk gal, Trina, wasn't friendly at all the other two were awesome. The smoke alarm went off after taking a shower and then proceeded to beeb. The front desk didn't have any batteries nor was there a maintance worker available so we took it down ourselves. Anyway, we won't likely stay here again in the future.

This was a sister visit, and the Comfort Inn was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was nice. The beds, while not having the crisp sharpness many hotels seem to strive for, were incredibly comfortable. We will definitely return. Staff were wonderful giving us great suggestions for breakfast close by. We were very happy to have chosen this hotel for our getaway.
