Very clean with friendly staff. The beds are about the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed on at a hotel. Timely shuttle service and great park and fly rates.

The bed is amazing comfortable. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. I like the continence of the airport shuttle and being able to leave my vehicle there. I would prefer more water pressure in the shower. And ice machine turned on once reservation is made because I always forget to turn it on

Excellent stay the employees are wonderful the kind woman at the front desk to the shuttle driver everyone there made my stay perfect.

No breakfast, that would make the guest stay even better. Not too big, but just some bread, eggs and bacon would do together with a fresh cup of coffee.

Excellent hotel right by the airport with 24 quick shuttle and only $40 for 14 day car stay! Would definitely recommend!

Catching a 6 a.m. flight out of Medford, Oregon, Candlewood Suites was the ideal place to stay. Customer service was top shelf. From our check in to our 4:30 a.m. airport shuttle everything ran smoothly. We will stay here next time!

All aspects of this stay were exemplary. From parking and check in, to the location and environment and comfort of the room, my stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional.

The toilet was leaking, the sheets on the bed were too short. Also seems like for a 5 day stay there would have been maid service at least once.

The hotel was very clean, so was our room. Bed was very comfortable and they allow pets and there’s no pet smoke anywhere. Would stay there again with her without pets highly recommend this hotel. They will keep your car for up to 14 days and they also will 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport.

Wonderful staff! Nice quiet hotel, they even decorated for Halloween and had candy out for guests. We only stayed for one night but it was a nice stay and we enjoyed it

Super welcoming to pets

I chose this hotel because it was the least expensive with an airport shuttle. Hotel room was just OK. There were no places to charge your phone with a USB. No free breakfast. Too much money for a basic room.

This is a great place to stay. Everything you need and more comfortable and nice than you’d expect.

We came in very late on the flight and the front desk host. Daniel was very accommodating and came picked us up in the shuttle helped us with our bags and was excellent. The check-in was easy. We were able to park our car and fly and the cost was reasonable for the room. The only issue that we had was the room smelled bad. The only issue that we had was the room had a strong odor that could not be eliminated. I believe it was probably a room used by a construction worker long-term and smelled of a hard working man odor.

Honestly, the only thing I can add is that I wish the bed was a king size instead of a queen. Other than that, we loved the room! Very comfortable! I also loved the Dove products in the bathroom. Most of the time the products in hotels are no-name brands. Oh and this has to be one of the best places to leave a vehicle while flying!

If you're flying out of Medford OR airport, this is the perfect place to stay. The front desk employee was very helpful and efficient. The hotel is spotless. The room is perfect--full size fridge, microwave (and free bag of popcorn), everything I could want till my plane leaves tomorrow.

The rooms were cleanand cozy. The staff were very kind. The location was close to the air port and they had shuttle and parking.

The check in was quick and easy. They explained where snacks and drinks were located. They also told me what was free and what there was a charge for. Beds were comfortable. I also liked that they offered firm or soft pillows in each room.

This was my second stay and it was just as good as last time. The staff are wonderful! It is super quiet, and the on site snack store is helpful for people arriving later in the evening.

Off short stay, however shuttle was not available and taxi was over an hour wait - I walked from airport to hotel 15 min … minor inconvenience but at late night - not the greatest

Beverly the manager accommodated a late check out for my flight, which I greatly appreciated to get some work done with their free Wifi. I would recommend staying here. My local Humboldt County friends already looked into their park, stay, and fly package.

We really appreciate the front desk for making sure we got to our flight on time via a shuttle. The night crew was super helpful and very nice to us during transportation the night of 3/20/24. We definetly will be staying again the next time we have to fly out from Medford!
