When we arrived the room type we reserved on Hotels.com was not available. The hotel staff blamed it on Hotels.com. When I went to the room it was absolutely disgusting. Not only was it just plan dirty and smelled bad, but it was in run down condition. It was so bad that we didn’t even stay. We left and were refused a refund from the hotel staff. I would absolutely recommend this place be taken off of available stays on Hotels.com.

The bedding was dirty. I asked the staff for clean sheets and pillow cases specifically. He did offer another room and it was just as dirty. The floor hadn’t been swept. The curtains were dry rotted, the air conditioning was good. To top it off, I fell down the stairs in the stair well. The paint that’s on the stairs is not the proper paint for floors. Trash and debris everywhere. Your online pictures do not match your rooms.

It was a special night for me and my man Garrett Red Smith, I love him so much!

The property needs to be closed down it is filthy and stinky and the management is the worst of the worst I don't even know how it's operating as a business, holes in the sheets, cigarette burns on the furniture. No refund signs on everything. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone other than the Better Business Bureau to have it closed DOWN!

This place is deplorable; we booked 4 rooms and every one of them was nasty and unclean (dead bugs and spots on the floor, dirt and animal footprints on the bedding). Both elevators were out of service, and the staff informed us they would NOT be serviced anytime soon. Vending machine had a sign posted "Use at your own risk". We turned in room keys 1/2 an hour after arriving because there was no way we could stay in that dump. Management locked us out of the lobby and wouldn't let us wait for our Uber inside.

The price. The room was not cleaned during 2 days of a 4 night stay. The first night, after checking in at 3 p.m., I was locked out of the room. There was a coating chip missing from the bathtub, resulting in a rusty spot. The bathtub was also very slippery. The room had a refrigerator and an office, both of which were rusty and needing to be replaced years ago. Each of the two nightstands had a USB charging station. However, one did not work.

Property for drug sales and prostitution an not the even the good kind lol... If you coming in town and need meth and crack then yea this the place for you so serious.... Place felt itchy just going in there.... other than that stay there if you don't give a care

I booked for 2 queen double bed rooms but was checked into 2 twin double rooms. There was hair in the tub of one room. The TV in one room didn’t come on the TV in the other had no remote. The elevator did not work. And the building was crawling with roaches. All vending machines had a sign use at own risk no refunds. I did not say anything as the hotel had signs posted every “ no refund after check in “ which is when you find problems. Note I booked on hotels.com and had to pay upfront with no refund after the evening before. I will never stay there again and would not recommend. It nothing like the pictures. Even the refrigerator in the room had something spilt in it. I really feel I should have been able to get my money back. Stay there at your own risk!

This place was pathetic, dirty empty pool, crack heads, prostitutes around. Not close to downtown. Run down facility. I can only pray for anyone who has to stay here.😭

This hotel is a prime example of you get what you pay for. The pictures are misleading. Elevator was not working so I had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. When I get to the room to turn on the TV, the remote doesn't work, go down to ask for another one the response is the manager took it and isn't here. A sign that says on the vending machine use at your own risk. It was only one night. Spare yourself

Ice maker on the 5th floor… stayed during a storm lost power no generator so from 945pm til I check out the next morning at 830 am no power … never do staff check on anyone I understand it is a large hotel but could have made some effort… when asked what would of happened if a person needed power for medical reasons was told they would have to call ambulance… to rack up an extra bill some may not be able to afford…

RUN AWAY from this place. Booked here without knowing the area and we didn’t end up staying the night. You couldn’t pay me to stay the night here. The smell in the room was vomit-inducing and I guess they tried to cover it up with cleaning product? There was broken glass in the parking lot and multiple severely damaged cars. The door handle to the room was practically falling off of the door. The pool was empty and the elevators do not work so good luck if you get a room on 5th floor. Felt very unsafe and we left almost immediately upon seeing the room.

Nobody cleaned the room while I was out. I had to ask for towels and soap every morning. There appeared to be only one person working there. Just a horribly run business.

We were not aware that the hotel elevators were under construction and they scheduled us to stay in the 5th floor. The only way to the other floors is the stairs. The rooms had a bad odor as well. We cancelled the room and the staff was kind enough to approve the refund.

Where do I start first off? It was a five story building in both elevators. Did not work and appeared to be that way for sometime. None of the ice machines worked. There was an old bar of soap in my bathroom and the showerhead would only come out of a trickle, though the bathtub water came out fairly strong. There was only two lights in my room, though the room was very clean and seemed to be slightly remodeled, but all in all wouldn’t stay there again they definitely need to improve.

Parking is angled both sides making backing out to leave a challenge. Pool had not been cleaned yet and prepped for warmer weather. The HVAC system worked great. Room overall same as pictures. Cleanliness' needs some work as there was dirt on the floor between the desk and dresser. Also, the surfaces had a dusty gritty feel to them. The microwave was basically unusable due to peeling coating and turntable was rusty and didn't turn. Lamp shaded by the bed had a sticky substance on them. Smoking room so you would expect some tobacco related issues but burn holes in the sheet is unacceptable. Check your room top to bottom before bringing your stuff up, OH by the way the elevators are inoperable so your climbing stairs. Several other reviews said management was great assigning another room for these kinds of issues but they shouldn't exist in the first place. Ok if you're in a pince or trying to save money, Location fairly quiet. I personally wont be using this hotel again.

We didn't stay because they didn't have a working elevator & the area looked unsafe for children. There is no way the room photos matched that run down building. The people hanging around the entrance gave the appearance that it was an "hourly rate" hotel.

These were the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. Your feet stuck to the floor. The blankets had cigarette burns. A non smoking room stunk of cigarettes. Mold growing on the wall. Roaches crawling across the floor. This place and the parking lot looked like it debuted on the first 48 tv show. IT WAS DISGUSTING. DONT BOOK HERE.

Not been rented to me there was another lady in lobby yelling about her room condition the place was all around unprofessional unsanitary and unfit for living I would not recommend I’m out of my money for this room and I still had to book another room Expedia should cut ties with this hotel

We booked a smoking room for one night when we got there and checked and put us in a room on the 3rd floor. I was told the elevators didn’t work my mother in-law can not walk very well and had to climb stairs to get to the room. We got to the room you had to give the door a hard push to get it open. The room itself was in need of updating not to mention the roaches crawling on the walls and tables for a smoking room there’s no ashtrays in the room I whet back down to get one and was given styrofoam cups to use. Even though it was a pass-through room on our way home, I would not recommend staying there on the other hand. The staff was decent.

Our original non smoking room had a strong marijuana smell, so we switched rooms. The second was ok, no smell. We did see 3 roaches and 1 other bug in our 4 days there. One day there was water all over the floor and a small puddle in the bathroom. We left & when we returned, it had all dried up. The parking lot was one direction to a dead end. The price was cheaper than most, so we lived with these minor issues.

Staff was nice. It was a quiet area and the pillows were incredible.

Paint peeling from walls. DIRTY. Everything metal has rust. Cable was out. 2 small crappy pillows for a King size bed was ridiculous. Towels were years old and stained. Had a Jacuzzi room but the water was barely warm so I couldn't even enjoy that. No Coffee in the Lobby so I had to drive miles away to a gas station for coffee. Motel is near railroad tracks and trains run all night. Just a horrible place to stay. Do Not Stay Here.

The elevator did not work and we were on the fifth floor Their cable was out. Our room had no heater. Where the heater was supposed to be was just a big hole and the plastic grate to the outside was unsecured and you could just push it open and anybody in anything could’ve crawled into our room. And the extra security lock on our door was broken. There were cigarette burns all over the bed. We left needless to say. Hotels.com won’t give me a refund either. So I recommend to everybody to not only not stay at this hotel but book straight through hotel so you have some protection if you find yourself in a similar situation.

This motel was one bad thing after the next. The whole place had a slight cigarette smell, the elevator was out, and there was no cable (the latter two I could forgive cause I know things break and that can't be helped). I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room they put me in smelled like someone had smoked in there with cigarette burn holes in the comforter. There were also large stains on the comforter and chair. I asked for a new room which they accommodated. The new room didn't smell like smoke but there were again large stains on the comforter, chair, and wall. I wasn't expecting a lot, but general cleanliness is a must. I didn't stay there a single night and they wouldn't give me a refund.

I am requesting a FULL REFUND as I could not stay in this unsettling hotel last night due to its disgusting appearance and feeling very unsafe!! Stained furniture, burned holes in bedding, burn marks on wall surrounding an exposed 220v outlet for air conditioning unit. Room was not cleaned, used soap, one towel, wrappers sitting on dresser, lipstick mark near sink. We were sent to 2nd room with similar issues and strong marijuana smell. We we’re refused refund and opportunity to speak to management. We were charged $100 for the grossest hotel room that truly should be condemned. The pictures on your site did not reflect what they truly looked like and should be renting for about $30 room at most. I’ve reached out to someone on your team to assist in getting a refund. Please help to resolve this issue as I will not let this rest! I have pictured for proof if needed.

my room had cockroach, spider, spider webs no phone service no elevator my first room had rusted chair rust on the refrigerator stains on the tub stains on the chair and ottoman, they switch my room again cockroaches was unable to get a refund I had nowhere else to stay but you guys are to be the shame of yourself. And they did not provide any type of continental breakfast that you showed them having staff was even sleeping on the furniture in the lobby if you want to call the lobby It is not downtown in and studio suite it's a hotel eight and on the phone it says quality on the key card it's quality you will never get me again and as many times as I can blast you I will.

Rooms were not cleaned well and smelled musty. Upon arrival there were no towels in the room and the bedding had stains. All tile floors with no rugs. Paint was old, and conditions of the furniture was run down, looks like it has not been maintained well. There was noticeable water damage in the room and the location was questionable.

Do not stay here, worst hotel experience ever! They put me on the 4th floor, elevator didn't work so I lugged my stuff up there only to find the door lock was broken. Took all my stuff back downstairs and they gave me a room on the 5th floor. The manager acted like he didn't believe me but a maintenance guy verified that I was right. This was just the beginning, there were numerous other problems during my stay. It seems like this hotel would be better suited to hourly operation.

Nothing the hotel said was offered, was actually offered. No gym, no breakfast, no garden, no airport shuttle, no pool. There should be consequences for a hotel pretty much lying on their amenities offered.

Real clean

When I got the lobby it reaked of cigarettes. The front office gave me a room that was occupied, had to go back and was sent to the 4th floor. The linen pillows disgusting I stripped the bed and blood stains, pee stains alll over, floors disgusting , no remote peeling bath tub and leaking. I was traveling and had no choice but this was beyond disgusting.
