- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Unsafe area with suspicious activity
- Long wait times at check-in

Pool closed Would not give a senior or AARP discount after I paid the other reason was because I went through Expedia, probably wouldn’t stay there again

Bad internet. Terrible location
- 3/5
Shower head was falling off, air conditioning was not working properly (seemed the filters were clogged), desk clerk was distracted and there was no available coffee/grab-and-go breakfast option for early airport commute.
- 3/5
It was convenient to the airport Room smelled musty. Outdated; shower faucet was almost falling off
- 2.5/5
It was quite and some what clean just smelled stuffy Needed to be update to to hire more staff to accommodate the property the view was a construction site the floor we were on smelled of smoke and stuffy
- 2/5
rooms were not clean ! candy wrappers o the flooor. And they had to put us in another room because the tv didn't work they tried for an hour then gave us anther room then the other room tv didn't work and the guy came back to fix it 2.5 hours there and i couldn't watch the game !

Our family stayed in a room that had been smoked in heavily. My son and I both have asthma and it took weeks to stop coughing after staying here. We asked to change rooms, but there were none available. I didn’t know smoking rooms were even a thing anymore, but it was so bad my eyes started watering as soon as I opened the door.
- 5/5
The desk clerk was wonderful, smiling, helpful. A rare and special person in today's world. Nice to arrive and feel welcomed.

Not much within walking distance but a hoppin Mexican restaurant next door that was always busy!!! Doing some renovations while I was there and appeared they were always cleaning keeping things nice. Very accommodating- would totally stay here again

- 5/5
Love the vibes always helpful when I fly in and out from Cali
- 5/5
Very helpful nice friendly staff . My experience here was way better than my last one had to switch hotels last minute. Very thankful thank you
- 1.5/5
Not much Very old and in bad shape
- 3/5
Butt can by back door full both days we stayed. It kept catching on fire. As you went to the parking lot it was putting off toxic fumes. According to Tennessee law smoking is not allowed that close to the door. Also my wife and I both use a CPAT. My side in a handicap room did not have a plug to plug it in. I ask for an extensions cord. I was given direction to Walmart to purchase one. As far as I am concerned they owe me 10 bucks for an extension cord.

When I request a full refund after all trouble. The clerk at the desk apologized and honored my request. The hotel looked as it hasn’t been cleaned in years. My rooms had to be switched twice because they weren’t cleaned and still had guests in them. I was almost ambushed in the parking lot by two men. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to no one.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 3/5
The room smelled bad, the carpet by the bed smelled like pee! The staff never showed us where the breakfast bar was until the day we left
- 4/5
The things that could be improved : their breakfast items. Whoever cooks the powdered eggs put too much water on it and next day, not much leaving the scrambled eggs too crumbled.LOL. They have a convenient shuttle to Graceland and Airport.

Stay was nice

- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay
- 3/5
The smoke alarm had to be removed by staff because it wouldn't stop beeping. The bathroom was not clean. Someone else's items were in the refrigerator. And the alarm clock was set for 6 AM by someone else and woke us up. I would not recommend this location.
- 3/5
Good price but a little rough. I booked it on location and price.
- 4/5
We were only there one night, but the room was ok (other than it looked a bit outdated with older bathrooms) and breakfast was good.
- 1/5
This location was so sketchy .. the parking lot was full of broken cars, random people walking around & the restaurant next door was run down, dirty & gross. I did not feel safe staying here with my daughter at all…. I didn’t trust my car in the parking lot as well. Do not recommend at all. I want my money back - I did not even stay here it was nasty..
- 1/5
Do not stay here. The entrance was very congested due to a bar located within 100 ft of the hotel door.
- 5/5

There were no positive interactions during my stay. I checked in on 5/22/26 into the Family Suite(215) this room was disgusting! The paint was peeling from the walls. The ottoman was ripped to shreds. The sofa was a filthy as can be. It was as black as Asphalt! The carpet was extremely dirty and it had an odor. The mattress of the roll away bed looked like they dragged it in from the alley. The room was next to the elevator and each time the elevator moved. We heard it. The desk clerk couldn’t move us to a different room until after 3 pm the next day. Since there were no Family Suites available. They split us into two rooms. On Sunday the other Desk clerk informed me that I would have to pay for one of the two rooms that other clerk booked us into on Saturday. Ultimately, after some consideration of the inconvenience that they’ve put us through. The clerk agreed to allow us to stay in both rooms without additional charges since there were no additional Family Suites available. One of the rooms they rebooked us into had a strong odor of onions. Even though, housekeeping cleaned the carpet just before we checked into the room. The rugs with LaQuinta logo at the entrance were filthy. The pool was closed for the season and my 4 kids were very disappointed that they couldn’t go swimming. I have stayed in this hotel 7 of the past 10 years for Memorial Day Weekend. I’ll never step foot in this place again. Finally, to add insult to injury. Early in the morning on Memorial Day. We were awakened to loud noise from next door and shouting in the hallway. Once my son and I left our room. We realized that, all of that commotion was coming from the children of the house keeping staff. These children were running the hallway. Running in and out of the empty rooms that their parents were supposed to be cleaning. The Breakfast line was long all weekend because one of their two waffle makers had broken.

It was okay as a layover stay
- 4/5
The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast. It can be improved!
- 1/5
Never checked in. Power outage knocked out internet. Waited several hours to check in, before leaving to secure another hotel.
- 1/5
They had pimps and prostitutes all over the hotel and Mexican restaurant next door. Possibly a sex trafficking area.
- 4/5
Nice people, secured parking was awsome.
- 1/5
The absolute worst. I repeat do NOT stay here. You will regret it.
- 1/5
Horrible stay worst ever never again
- 3/5
Breakfast was limited. Hotel was clean and in good shape.
- 1/5
My stay here was not great. I had ants in my room and I do mean several. This hotel is under construction and I could not enjoy my stay. My aunt also booked a room and they cancelled her reservation the day of and she had to stay with me
- 4/5
Clean room great staff
- 4/5
I always enjoy my stay here every time im in memphis.
- 1/5
Horrible place!!
- 1/5
I wasn’t able to stay at the hotel since there internet was down and TJ front desk said she wasn’t able to check me in . This was at 10pm so I had to find another hotel.
- 2/5
located close to the airport, but overall this hotel is VERY VERY VERY old and outdated. It needs major upgrades. The management was very nice and accommodating however I wouldn’t stay here again
- 4/5
Overall, the stay was good. But I like to work out in the gym was under construction. I didn't know that when booking and you couldn't use the pool.
- 4/5
Poor breakfast
- 3/5
Breakfast was very plain and the same every day. No choices on what to eat. Lack of what to put on toast. Eggs were gritty. And if you like pork patties you’re good to go lol
- 2/5
Average stay average price. Smelt Smokey
- 4/5
The maintance of the elevators is Poor the rooms are vintage
- 3/5
Noisy like a construction zone. Lack of lighting in common spaces. Feels like a lower type of property. Great shuffle service and knowledgeable desk staff.
- 3/5
The hotel is a typical airport hotel. I stayed here after my connecting flight to Chicago was missed. I arrived around 6pm and left at 3am for my early morning flight the next day. The gym was closed and inoperable. The room was dusty and had a weird bleach mix smell. The bed was comfy and free of bed bugs. The room was dated and definitely for a limited stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle runs from 4:30am to 10:30pm and isn’t your typical shuttle bus. It’s a minivan so don’t be alarmed when it gets to the airport. I paid $110 and don’t think it was worth the money. It did the job I needed to get some sleep between flights.
- 5/5
Anyway I felt Great stay.
- 5/5
I’ve traveled a lot & this has been by far one of my most memorable experiences. The hospitality & customer service has been top tier! I will be visiting again in the future! Thank you for making this a great experience!
- 1/5
There were ants all over the room, it was disgusting
- 5/5
The staff has been a blessing, very courteous and professional during my stay!!!! I appreciate the hospitality!!! I give them ten out is ten!
- 5/5
Everything was great, my only complaint is that the pool wasn’t open.
- 4/5
All good
- 4/5
Check in staff not real quick or helpful
- 3/5
Breakfast menu was ok, not many choices
- 1/5
there was no parking. the restaurant next store had filled up the whole lot. I was told to park out on the street and then move later that night around 1030 or 11 pm
- 3/5
Didn’t have breakfast…. Parking was good
- 4/5
Gated parking area needed code to get in and out of.
- 3/5
The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes
- 5/5
Staff was awesome. Hotel was clean. Neighborhood was industrial with a major roadway nearby but noise was acceptable.
- 1/5
Stay away from this hotel and Memphis Not safe at all
- 3/5
Our toilet seat was dirty and had dried urine on it. The staff was great, the complimentary breakfast was good. This is just an older hotel that needed some better cleaning and some upgrades. The area was a little sketchy as well.
- 2/5
Website did not state shuttle times for airport drop off. My flight was at 5am, shuttle was from 430am to 11pm. Also website did not state there was a daily fee to leave your car there while gone.
- 2/5
Need fruit and peanut butter at breakfast. Our tub constantly dripped. My side of king bed sunk to the floor. Exercise room was out of order. But it was close-ish to Graceland.
- 5/5
Room was larger than expected.
- 2/5
It was just ok. Ran out of alot if items before 8
- 2/5
The rooms smelt stale and stuffy when we first arrived like. Our last night we saw 2 roaches crawling. One on the night stand and one in the bathroom. We packed our things and put everything out car immediately. The area around the hotel was dirty looking as well. I will not be staying there again
- 3/5
The Mexican restaurant next door was good, but my husband was frisked and my purse was searched. Maybe not the best neighborhood.
- 3/5
Additionally booking information quoted a 26.00 pet fee for up to two dogs if under 50 lbs total weight. My two were well under that guideline. This same issue was encountered at my stay at the LaQuinta Inns in Ft. Stockton (4/19/26), Grand Prsirie (20th) and Memphis (21st). I seemingly was dealing with new employees at each hotel. I chose LaQuinta Inns because of their pet policy. I need refunds for security pet deposits as well as credits for pet fees above 25.00. Thank you for your sssistance. Edith Vinson
- 1/5
Umm it was run down
- 5/5
Great hotel and front desk staff.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Room was clean... staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. And I loved the gated parking
- 2/5
The Hotel is not clean. It’s run down. The towels smelled the bathtub was not clean. I was afraid to sleep on the sheets. It was terrible I checked out a day earlier the front desk person gave me the wrong information on refunding my night. Told me to call Expedia when I did they had to call the hotel to ask for a refund since they took my credit card at the time I arrived. I cut my trip short. Sadly, this is one is not a good hotel. Lack of cleanliness & security. Did not feel safe. My apologies but do not stay here unless you are okay with this stuff. Stay elsewhere
- 2/5
The breakfast was very nice, and kept well stocked. Our nonsmoking room smelled like urine and our key cards had to be reprogrammed several times throughout our stay.
- 4/5
Gave a 5am ride to airport
- 1/5
Room was dirty, dusty and gross. The bed mattress smashed in and lumpy. No hanger for toilet paper in bathroom and the toilet barely flushed. Just an absolute dump!! The only positive was the employees were kind.
- 2/5
We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport for an early morning flight. We checked in late during the evening and I instantly felt unsure about the hotel. The business next door had the front of the hotel parking full and lots of people congregating outside. I stayed in the car while my husband went to get keys for our room. They do have a gated parking for hotel guests which made me feel a little better. As soon as we walked in the door I could tell the floors were old and not clean. Once in the elevator the smell of weed was overwhelming. We booked a suite so I was expecting a nice room. We get to our room and a roll away bed was left in there, the room smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. The carpets had not been vacuumed. Bathroom mirrors were not clean. I checked for bed bugs and didn’t see anything to that nature. Had it not been so late and us just sleeping there we would have left. I would not stay here again, like ever. The bed was old and springs bothered my husband all night. I can be fine with an older not modern hotel. I can accept some worn out things. But the cleanliness for a hotel was not to my standards. We did not partake in breakfast, we left immediately after getting up. I would say be aware if booking this hotel.
- 3/5
Clean
- 2/5
Very unsafe area. Bad activities in parking lot. Management could care less. Pool was iim disrepair. Vending machines were giving wrong items and taking money. Staff and breakfast were pleasant though.
- 4/5
The breakfast was just ok.
- 3/5
Closed early
- 3/5
The room was okay. The staff was okay. Parking was okay. I didn't eat breakfast.
- 3/5
Didn’t feel safe
- 1/5
Average experience. Will not recommend.
- 3/5
Property its self was good reasonably priced. The area it’s located in was a little scary. If my wife or kids had come here alone I would have had them leave. The smell of joint stunk the hallways and elevator. I just stayed only 6 hours was woken up by doors closing and people talking so pack up and left. Jokingly called my wife said glad my car was still there. Didn’t stick around to try breakfast didn’t want to leave my bags in the car or room. You know that feeling.
- 3/5
😕
- 4/5
Clean rooms, the staff was friendly!
- 4/5
Good service
- 2/5
Barely any lighting in room, room not the cleanest and elevators smelt like weed every time we got in them. Strong smell of fragrance down the halls I guess to try to get the odor of marijuana out. Definitely will not stay again.

My first room that I was given, when I entered still had guests and their belongings in it. The second room the tv remote was missibg the back, shampoo/bodywash were completely empty, wifi was terrible, and the door was missing the secondary lock reinforcement.

- 1/5
The hotel was nothing like the pictures. It was dirty and there was weed smell everywhere . From the moment you arrive, down the halls, I had to out a rolled up towel by my door to keep the odor out. The carpet in our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The breakfast was minimal and dirty (due to kids being there without parents). Some of the staff was nice and others acted annoyed to be there. It was a noisy location due to the restaurant next door that seemed to function as a club as well. Would never stay here again.
- 1/5
I had an issue with the room: the sink was flooding, and the room smelled of mildew and mold. I asked whether they could move us, they said they were fully booked. The next day, I woke up sick from the moldy smell, left to get something to eat before the conference. Came back to water running from under the sink. I asked them could they do some type of reimbursement for the inconvenience of the room. Then was asked to move rooms when we literally stopped to put or food in the refrigerator. Having to pack everything an rush to get out there to make the our meeting which we still ended up being late to. As soon as we stepped off the elevator the maintenance man had fixed the sink. So now we was inconvenience by having to rush and move out the room. For them to fix the sink in less than 10mins. Fast forward to that night I ended up being so sick from the mold smell I couldn't leave the room that evening. I had breathing on top of coughing issues. Only to see how nasty the mattress was.. I asked the front desk if they could reimburse me something cause I've stayed at that hotel 3years in a row and Thats the first time I've had a horrific experience. Only for them to tell me they moved my room. That wasn't good enough. You put us in a room with nasty mattress and to top it off when we went to remove our food from the refrigerator it wasn't even working. I had brought some perishable that had to remain refrigerated and it was ruined.
- 2/5
The room had cosmetic issues that reflected a bit of neglect. For the first full day we had no hot water and no communication from the hotel.
- 2/5
Blood, or something on the shower curtain, along with it on a lampshade. Pillows and bed would work better as a parking spot. Worst night of sleep I’ve had in years.
- 1/5
Upon arriving I asked the desk person if it was a "non-smoking facility and she said "yes" but after arriving on our 2nd floor marijuana smoke was terrible! When I reported it she was in deniable......Eggs were cold.....no microwave in room.....when trying to exit the gate would not open......the card key to enter room would not work so I had to return to desk for new card (no apology) then later card would not work again.....card to fitness room would not work.....an employee also could not open it.....later the manager informed us "fitness room was closed" but when I suggested they place a sign on door he ignored my suggestion......lamp on desk did not work....this was the WORST La Quinta property we have EVER utilized and will never return!
- 2/5
The room smelled, like old cigarettes. The TV, phone and internet did not work. I won’t be staying again.
- 1/5
Bad neighborhood resulting in gated parking and a security guard, mold on bathroom ceiling, toilet did not flush, no soap in broken dispenser, tv would not turn off - had to pull the plug out to turn it off, walls stained and dirty, very low water pressure.
- 4/5

I would not here again.
- 1/5
Dirty no hot water
- 4/5
The shuttle drivers were great! Especially on the evening of 3/25/26. The desk lady (?) Was a very unhappy person. Everything else was good.
- 3/5
Run down pretty bad. Lights flickering and AC rattled all night.
- 5/5
Very clean an ppl are so nice
- 3/5
Not bad for the price, but definitely not an upscale hotel. It is convenient to the airport.
- 2/5
TV didn’t work, had to be moved to another room, that room smelled like mildew, when we went check out and get coffee there wasn’t any available
- 3/5
airport shuttle great
- 1/5
Disgusting hotel. Unclean. Smelled bad. Would never stay here again. Everything was beaten up and run down. Don’t waste your money.
- 4/5
Higher toilets
- 2/5
This place hasn't been updated in at least fifty years. The beds aren't even doubles. The pull out they gave us was stained with some kind of biological fluid. The plug in the bathroom didn't work. Just a really rough hotel.
- 1/5
Very danger location. Smell (Smoke + ) in room. Staff is not professional. Either business or family time, I would not recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
I thought the price was too high but comparable to other hotels near the airport.
- 3/5
Our room was clean. You need a gate code to park, which is good, I felt comfortable leaving my rental car. The area is run down. But the hotel is fine if you are staying the night and moving on to your next destination. We only stayed 2 nights.
- 1/5
Saw a German cockroach by the ice machine there are people living at this facility it’s next door to a bar & grill that the locals treat it like a club had people in the parking lot flashing guns the bar & grill next door had a car full of people hanging out the sun roof acting crazy definitely not a good family environment
- 2/5
The hotel is close to the airport. That's the only convenience.
- 3/5
No key needed to enter any door from the outside, parking area is gated though. No fruit options for breakfast. Room appeared to be clean, but not restocked. Coffee wasn’t restocked towels didn’t appear to have been restocked. No shampoo available there were two bottles of conditioner one watered down but no shampoo.
- 5/5
Great staff, great people. Would recommend.
- 2/5
I chose this hotel because of the reviews, proximity to the airport, and the shuttle. I didn’t realize that I was literally in the same parking lot as a nightclub, and when I asked about the shuttle, the front desk worker told me not to leave my car, that it was way too dangerous. They exterior doors all around the building were left unlocked and the beds were smaller than a double bed. Hot, stuffy, smelled awful.
- 1/5
Do not stay here pulled up two cops on premises got to my room it was dirty one light blown out shower dirty stain on blanket checked out due to these conditions no manager to talk to no maintenance person refused to give refund or make it right no manager ever there I guess her name is sue was traveling with a minor had to leave for these reason
- 4/5
Everything worked and met our needs.
- 4/5
Had to wait for someone to check us in. Was out of Breakfast food before the time was up had to order Uber Eats for some Breakfast. There was a sock next to the couch in site and there was food left in the microwave from the people that was in the room before us. The WiFi was fine.
- 5/5
Rides to Graceland and airport 👍. Had a decent breakfast, many choices but same thing every day. The security was friendly and there. The desk clerk TJ was knowledgeable and super friendly. Maids had the rooms tidy. Wi-Fi worked for me. Never been to Memphis and everyone made the trip amazing. Thanks for being so hospitable Memphis.
- 2/5
TV remote stopped working, room outdated (Ive stayed here before). Bed hard as a rock, woke up with a hurting back. I will never stay here again.
- 2/5
Okay hotel if looking for one night by airport. We were in the area for a couple of days to visit sites…A/C didn’t cool room, outlet was missing cover, internet (wifi) wasn’t working.
- 5/5
NA
- 3/5
Room was clean but worn in places, liked chipped paint, door on the dresser wouldn’t close, lights in both elevators flickered intensely. The rear doors smelled like pot
- 3/5
It’s just an ok hotel. I was expecting a little better, but it wasn’t the worst. You can it’s an older hotel that the company is trying to keep current, but there are signs.
- 2/5
TV remote didn’t work. Room key didn’t work. Extremely noisy at night. Hallway reaked of marijuana smoke. Located in a bad neighborhood.
- 4/5
Accommodating staff. Thank you.

Staff was amazing
- 5/5
The staff was great and very helpful at getting me where I needed to be with their shuttles and reminder calls.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, staff were very efficient and nice. Excellent hotel close to tge airport.
- 5/5
Great experience, I will be back!
- 4/5
I enjoyed the tv channel movies. The staff were courteous.and you offered a competitive price. I would recommend your hotel and return.
- 3/5
Rooms not near as nice as they looked in the pictures.
- 3/5
Nice clean room. Bed is on the harder side. Layout of the room was great. Was very impressed with the actual room itself, not so much once you come out of the room. Only major complaint I have is that the outside doors to the parking lot area either did not close at all (to stairwell) by room 124 and the door to outside didn’t lock at all and the slamming of doors all night long did not lend to a restful stay at all.
- 2/5
Room smelled rancid, was dirty in bathroom.
- 3/5
Room was ok
- 4/5
The room was very clean and nice and the mattress was very comfortable. The hotel was also very quiet. The staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. I also liked the gated parking for safety. The only thing needing improvement was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were great, but there was no yogurt, no oatmeal, no fruit, and the juice machine was broken. Otherwise, it was fine and we had a great stay.
- 1/5
Nasty attitude from staff
- 4/5
a bit beat up
- 4/5
Tired room facilities but all perfectly serviceable and comfortable very clean, excellent service and helpful staff, free airport shuffle amazing
- 4/5
Clean room. Nice staff.
- 1/5
Dirty, smelled like marijuana, would never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend
- 5/5
A very nice experience. Staff was kind and helpful !!!!! Excellent facility as well
- 4/5
Staff was nice, breakfast was good but the hotel smelled like weed the whole time. I had to put a towel at the bottom of my door so it wouldn't smell up our room.
- 3/5
Ok for an overnight stay but it’s a bit rundown
- 3/5
Property is directly next to a bar and grill that operates as a club with high traffic and does not feel safe. Parking is in a gated area due to this and checking in was difficult due to volume of traffic around the front.
- 2/5
Room 605 needs a deep cleaning and a new mattress, breakfast was ok ,juices were extremely watered down, Mexican restaurant next door is ok but way overpriced...
- 5/5
Stay was good and room was clean.
- 4/5
Close to airport. Quick stay.
- 5/5
Great scenery great place to stay totally enjoyed my stay
- 1/5
The staff was the bright point. The hotel was run down and in a bad part of town. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled like an ash
- 2/5
I couldn’t get additional towels from the staff and I’m pretty sure there were bed bugs but I’m still alive so they get two stars
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly!!
- 5/5
Nice size room & bed
- 2/5
It was a roach came under my room door from the hallway and went in the bathroom. Not good so I didn't eat the breakfast food there at all. The other Laquinta is better and more cleaner. I will be staying there next time.
- 2/5
The entire hotel smelled terrible (marijuana) and my room was very unclean I had hairs in the bathroom and a unbearable smell in the bed sheets. Never again
- 5/5
Our room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is gated parking.
- 5/5
For 76 dollars a room, it was more than what I paid for. Room was perfect. Staff was courteous. Walk in shower was nice as well. Would definitely book again if staying in Memphis.
- 4/5
People were friendly and very helpful. It was clean but an old hotel. The breakfast area was very small but the breakfast wasn’t bad. Wasn’t bad for the price
- 5/5
Room was clean and warm. Showers were hot and so was the breakfast
- 3/5
Everyone was super nice on the staff, breakfast wasnt horrible but bugs in the rooms
- 3/5
Rooms not in great shape
- 3/5
The staff was friendly. But room, amenities are soso
- 5/5
Wonderful staff
- 5/5
ok very good
- 3/5
Staff was friendly, but the elevator smelled like marijuana. The hotel looks older but appears clean for the most part.
- 1/5
I do not recommend this place if you like to feel safe. The place reeks of weed and smoke. Every room, every where. It’s close to Graceland but the area is rough. There’s a restaurant across from them that has a bar/nightclub type of thing. Looks like the type of place where people get shot. Not worth it! Find somewhere else to stay specially with young kids.
- 5/5
Clean and tidy, great staff. We’ll stay there again.
- 5/5
Typical breakfast st any inn
- 1/5
Visitors are drinking and just doesn’t feel like a safe and comfortable place to stay and I was only there a couple hours to catch my flight at the airport. People when a clean, smoke free, drinking free environment for their family. Will never stay there again.
- 5/5
My room was really nice and very clean. The front desk associates were very friendly. The shuttle driver was nice and recommended different places to visit and eat. I would surely stay here again.
- 1/5
Last resort for sure the staff was great. It’s just the hotel the rooms and everything else.
- 5/5
healthier offer for breakfast.
- 3/5
Yes
- 5/5
Room was great and the staff was nice.
- 5/5
Good service 👍
- 2/5
Staff was lovely but hotel lobby and first room had an unpleasant odor throughout.
- 3/5
Staff seemed to be pleasant whenever I encountered them. The area that the hotel is in isn’t the best but it definitely isn’t the worst and it’s pretty much central to anywhere u may want to get to in the Memphis area. For the price I’d definitely stay again. I didn’t really come across anything bad with the hotel itself. If I'm traveling alone and I come across a nice price for this hotel I'd stay. But I probably wouldn't bring my family here to stay.
- 1/5
My room had a smell in it. I had a whole in a towel provided and the phones was filthy
- 5/5
Great because close to airport & great drop off & pickup thx
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
Nasty smelly room smells like mold dirty towels
- 2/5
staff are professional and friendly. the facility as a whole and specifically the rooms need improvement and rennovations.
- 3/5
Door lock card didn’t work. Had to go down twice then they assigned me to other room. Room washroom comode seat was damaged. One the night lamp shade was missing. Premises near entry gate lady was smoking wearing old clothes. Elevator was stinking and light was blinking. Breakfast could have been better. I am generous giving 3 stars. Believe me.
- 5/5
The staff is great. The rooms are clean and spacious. Housekeeping is great. I have a lot of choices of hotels in Memphis- but this is my only choice!
- 2/5
Everything was fine, except check-in/check-out. It was long, the clerk wasnt real friendly, and first time ever, i had to leave a cash deposut. Usually my bank card is good enough. So at check-out, i had to wait until someone checked out the room, then i got my deposit back and i could leave. -- also breakfast wasn't that great. Variety was minimal. No signs for hot water or how to get to breakfast nook.
- 3/5
The hot tub is disgusting.
- 5/5
The room couldve been cooler .but we enjoyed the stay.
- 4/5
yes
- 5/5
Front desk staff was nice ! Room was clean and spacious , overall stay was good!
- 5/5
Room was clean staff was nice but smell was bad of weed people smoking.
- 5/5
Great service and staff all around
- 5/5
The breakfast menu was fresh. Clean room.
- 5/5
Clean room and staff was polite
- 1/5
My first time experience with them was horrible, my was infected with roaches, and the lights were dimmed to dark like they didn’t want me to see the roaches. Had an office chair with bird feces all on it. I had to get out of there quickly. The next room they put me in was way better no signs of bugs and well lit up with brightness but still felt uncomfortable after being in the first room. Customer service was great however they knew that room was infected with roaches. Will never there again.
- 3/5
O
- 4/5
Room was okay. The bed was good but most of the hallway smelled of weed. Food was okay
- 4/5
Good hotel, will check in again
- 5/5
Shuttle transpo was quick and very friendly driver. Also very friendly front desk person as well
- 2/5
Great place to visit if you're interested in a sketchy neighborhood, gravel yard next-door and the majority of the property stinks like Marijuana smoke. Not to mention various fixtures in the gest room that were broken and warn out.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing
- 3/5
Also the
- 3/5
Basic inexpensive hotel. Need to clearly say that they have limited shuttle service as their earliest shuttle did not work for our early flight causing us to have to book an Uber. Left too early to have their breakfast.
- 1/5
Room supposed to be non smoking but it smells weed. Staff are rude. I seldom make review but this time it was terrible experience 😌
- 3/5
The front desk receptionist was awesome the only negative was the guest that stayed there. Older men in the lobby begging for change, some looked drunk, weed smell in the hallway, guests talking loudly by the elevator and a roach was crawling around the room. Ghetto environment.
- 1/5
There were bedbugs.
- 5/5
Nice hotel for the money
- 3/5
The pet fee that is shown here on Expedia is not what we were charged. It showed $20 per stay, and we were charged $25 per pet, per stay. If the correct charges had been listed, we'd have stayed at another hotel. We have stayed here before, and the hotel is a little dated, but clean and sufficient for our budget.
- 5/5
Everyone was courteous and helpful
- 4/5
Was quiet
- 3/5
Shuttle didnt run early.enough to take me to the sirport. Place is old and run down
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They had gated parking was really nice. It was right next to a road but I only noticed the traffic on the first night. I would stay here again.
- 2/5
Everything
- 4/5
Clean room... airport shuttle on time.
- 5/5
Room was very clean. One tip: vacuum the corner behind the door :)
- 4/5
Staff extremely friendly and helpful!
- 2/5
We had to go down each day to have our keys redone as they did not work. The breakfast was only a few options.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Room was clean the stay was very pleasant
- 2/5
The person at desk was not friendly or helpful. Rocking chair in room was broken. Motel had gate to enter & leave, but outside door to side entrance was not locked. Steps & landings to upper floors had debris & rails & floors were not clean. SO disappointing because we love LaQuinta usually.
- 1/5
Not clean
- 5/5
good, friendly staff, good choices of breakfast
- 4/5
House keepers came to my room everyday and replaced my sheets, towels and made my bed. Staff was nice and helped me with anything i needed.
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
A nice room needs a bit of updating, the hotel supposed to be smoke free the whole place stank of marijuana nothing done by the staff.
- 5/5
Very good place
- 5/5
VERY MUCH CLEAN AND VERY MUCH HAPPY VERY NICE GIVE 5 STAR
- 2/5
Our room smelled like smoke .
- 4/5
Everything was good until the fire alarm came on at 730am got packed up came downstairs and everyone was just eating breakfast like the alarm wasn’t going off
- 1/5
Room felt neglected
- 2/5
Room neglecting bed uncomfortable and furniture needs to be replaced
- 4/5
Quiet with good food next door
- 4/5
The room was fine
- 5/5
Room looked clean but bathroom wasn’t clean. Clerk moved me immediately so great service there but housekeeping should know better and pay attention.
- 3/5
Average conditions. Average staff average cleanliness but good value
- 3/5
Check in was easy, room is dated but clean. There is a trucking company that’s right across the street and was very noisy.
- 5/5
I work as travel nurse have being on contract in Memphis. I had stayed over my contract in the multiple ESA in Memphis, each one was multiple disaster. I finally found the Laquinta on my agency site. It was a very welcome difference, the staff was very professional and accommodating. Nice complimentory breakfast, rooms clean and quiet ( helps when your nightshift). My only downside was i had not found this earlier during my contract. Definitely woild stay again.
- 2/5
No mirrors in room, more outlets, better cleaning of furniture. White spots all over sofas. Toilets are too low to ground. Overall, this hotel needs a major overhaul.
- 2/5
The room smelled of pot smoke as well.
- 1/5
The bed had no cushion, only the bed spring was there. Left with my back hurting.
- 4/5
The water took a long time to get hot.
- 1/5
The room smelled so badly.
- 1/5
The service was horrible. Manager (Amy) was rude, dismissive and NOT accommodating. The hotel is older and smelled. The combination of mildew/mold, cigarettes and CBD. The breakfast was not worth it.
- 3/5
Room was good, except for the bugs we kept seeing. The staff was very friendly. The daytime driver was a super guy.
- 1/5
Stay elsewhere
- 3/5
We did not have hot water when we arrived, but was resolved after a few hours
- 4/5
The hotel was cleared
- 5/5
Exactly what need, confortable, clean a professionnel staff
- 3/5
Rooms need to be updated!!!!!!
- 5/5
Great rooms. Desk very helpful and friendly
- 5/5
Clean room and breakfast
- 1/5
Room had a musty smell. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. I requested both two times during my stay. However, no one ever brought them. So, I had to wear wrinkles clothes. Also, there were rust stains in the bath tub. Although the hotel looks decent on the outside, the inside needs a lot of updating and repairs. Staff members were not friendly. When my room card stopped working, I went to the front desk to request assistance. The clerk frowned and acted as if I was bothering her. Don’t stay here!!!
- 3/5
The room and hotel's cleanliness was not to my liking but at least the bed was clean.
- 1/5
The rooms were dirty. The bathroom had old trash in it, the toilet was leaking, there were roaches, and the toilet paper holder was broken. The room smelled terrible. On top of that, the price was way higher than what was quoted online. It was definitely overpriced for something so nasty.
- 1/5
This was a very disappointing stay. We stayed for 6 nights. The only good thing was that all the places we wanted to see were only a 10-20 minute drive away. Lets start with the hotel. The hotel, elevators and our entire floor constantly reeked of weed. The people in the room next to us were coming and going at all hours of the night, slamming their door open and shut. Inside the room the floor was dirty. My fiance got shocked twice turning on the bathroom light. The power strip behind the tv popped several times, turning off the tv and lamp. Wifi never worked. We went 2 days without hot water. There was a wall plate by the desk that had completely fallen off the wall and there were wires hanging out of the wall. And pretty much every morning, very early and despite the do not disturb sign on the door, house keeping kept trying to come in. No knock or anything, just open the door. For almost $500, that was not worth it. I never ask for refunds but I think I deserve my money back after this. Very disappointing for a Wyndham hotel. We pretty much always stay at a Wyndham hotel and have a wonderful time. Do better guys.
- 4/5
The bed was really comfy
- 3/5
Room was ok. Clean. Mattresses were shot. One was tore up pretty bad, other had a sinkhole in the middle of it. The towels were clean smelling, but 2 had hair and makeup on them. Other 2 were just old and stained up. But room was clean. Hotel was ok. Vending machines on 2 floors took my money. Wont stay again.
- 5/5
Spotless room great price great staff great everything
- 5/5
Thank you
- 4/5
Airport shuttle was really convenient, staff friendly, some goodies to buy
- 5/5
Better then hotel next door
- 5/5
Everything is great
- 1/5
Didn’t get checked in our room until close to 5 because it wasn’t ready and check in should have been 3. WiFi down and not working , place is going down hill . Not a good stay at all
- 5/5
Everything thing was clean and the staff was nice
- 3/5
The room was nice but their maintenance checks were bad. Was woken up at 5am by the smoke alarm. Very disappointed because the staff told me we had to get it unplug or reset ourselves because no one else could do it. So it was either listen to beeping all the rest of morning or take care of it ourselves. My friend had to get onto the chair to stand on table just to reach the alarm. She hurt her leg by doing this. And the the staff in morning at check out could say was we gonna handle this situation . This situation should have never had happen
- 4/5
Staff was helpful, had an issue with both keys, and they helped quickly.
- 5/5
It was comfortable
- 4/5
yes the airport shuttle was the best service that was provided.
- 1/5
Dirty towels with holes, dirty tile/grout floors, damaged walls, odors, screw projecting from vanity at knee level creating a risk of injury, loose outlet when I trued to plug in my CPAP, and more. Truly a dump!
- 4/5
This was a great place to stay-very conveniently located and safe. The only issue I had was with an employee that was very rude - I know we all have bad days at times!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Everything was very nice, the people were very helpful, the hotel clean, parking was nice/easy...the stay was comfortable...
- 5/5
Nice place
- 3/5
The property is up to date, but it appears to need fumigation. There was a smell (like marijuana) in the air. For some people, like myself, it gives me a headache. So that made my stay not so good. Otherwise, it was nice.
- 5/5
The staff was great and the hotel was okay! The beds were a little stiff and the area seems a little unsafe but they do have a gated area for your cars.
- 5/5
Nice stay. Well be back
- 4/5
Internet was hard to get.
- 5/5
Great staff. Small pillows. Air conditioning strong.
- 5/5
Property in an unique location across from a tractor trailer yard.
- 5/5
The service was straightforward and prompt. The breakfast was delicious. All over a good safe stay.
- 5/5
Free breakfast geeat
- 5/5
Just plain amazing. Great rooms, atmosphere, breakfast. Friendly employees. Fasntastic rooms. Did not expect this kind of quality at the price I paid. Fantastic.
- 4/5
The staff was attentive and professional. Airport shuttle wasn't available after 10:30, but did take us back to the airport in the morning.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, room nice, parking easy & shuttle to airport while leaving car at hotel in secure parking all pluses!
- 5/5
Need up grading
- 2/5
The bed/mattress was split with stuffing hanging out.
- 4/5
Memphis did not feel very safe.
- 5/5
Best place to stay
- 3/5
Hotel corridors smelt smokey, and the room a little bit too. Decor isn't great, a bit dark and depressing. We couldn't find the remote control to the TV and couldn't turn it on manually. Other than that it serviced our needs and we slept well for our travels the next day.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice hotel
- 5/5
Always nice and clean also quiet
- 5/5
Always clean and have the best of service
- 4/5
We stayed here our first and our last night of our Memphis/Oxford trip. Glad I waited to review until our last night. First night we checked in around 1am. I called early about the shuttle. Glad I did as the shuttle stops working at 11am. We took a short Uber ride to the hotel. The room (2nd floor) was smoky and smelly, and the bathroom wasn’t too clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the towels were clean, as was the actual shower. It was also quiet. It was late so we didnt bother asking to change. There was a small breakfast buffet. Lots of coffee. However the eggs were inedible (and I am not normally picky), and the sausages didn’t get restocked the 25 minutes we were there, even though she said they would be “shortly”. We were dreading our return night…but upon checkin Sunday night, I told the gentleman at the front desk about the smelly room, and he offered to move us to a different floor. The room we got on the sixth floor was completely different. It was clean, smelled fresh, and the bathroom was clean and bright. The bed was once again comfortable and quiet. This room moved my rating from 2 stars to 4. We leave too early in the AM to get the breakfast, so can’t comment on it. Also, we still have our rental car that we picked up our second day, so it will be an easy drive to the airport. Also, they have a secure gated lot for guests to park their cars, which we appreciate.
- 3/5
Needs a lot of upgrading - pool was not open- food lounge was not open
- 3/5
Staff was friendly, elevators were just dirty and reeked of matijauna. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay.
- 2/5
This hotel is only next to a restaurant which is my opinion in extremely unsafe restaurant
- 5/5
Took for what it was never felt threatened or in danger Hotel was in middle of change for the better. Great room
- 4/5
There was hair in shower still. Pm checkin personable. Am checkout was told ok. Good night sleep.
- 5/5
Good sized room, 2double beds. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely lady on reception when we checked in. Very comfortable beds. Good location. Would definitely use again. 😀
- 2/5
To start off, I checked in online it claimed to speed up check in. There was a Line almost out the door and took 45 minutes just to check in. I enjoyed everything else.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
When they run out of food for breakfast in the morning they don’t replace it. The Wi-Fi was terrible, it would come and go and it was very slow when it did work. I had to use my data lots
- 2/5
Location was good and it looked good from the outside, but this was definitely a 1 day only trip. The second we got into the urine smell filled room, we saw a roach. The only reason we stayed was because we chose the nonrefundable option. I will from now on always add the extra money just so I can have the option to be refunded possibly next time. I will never stay here again. Seeing roaches made me not even want to take off my clothes or put my stuff down. I guess the a/c being in working condition is also a plus… This place is worth $50 a night nothing more!!! I also forgot to mention but they have a gated property, but none of the hotel doors lock. This is so unsafe anyone could walk in from anywhere at any time.
- 2/5
The stairs were filthy . The gym room was useless & dirty with food crumbs and plastic cups thrown on the ground , weights were not eve paired and all around dirty . I went back the next morning and looked the same , which tells me that the staff doesn't clean . Same for the stairs
- 1/5
Nothing in listing says you have to pay to leave your car and that's deception. And when we returned from trip at the time they were told to expect us they refused to send the shuttle. We had to pay a taxi $30 to take us to the hotel and our car. We will never stay there again.
- 5/5
Very kind and helpful young woman who ch vied my friend and me in. Good problem solving on her part:
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Close to Graceland and downtown.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were great!
- 5/5
It's a nice place to stay.
- 3/5
Room smelled like cigarette smoke attempting to be masked with perfume. Dingy and damp.
- 3/5
bed not very clean
- 5/5
Nice place convenient to the airport. Will stay here again.
- 3/5
It was a decent stay for where we were going. We were coming for Graceland and all around Memphis. There was a roach in our room, we received dirty towels initially and the wifi was bad but not a huge deal but would have been nice. There’s a muggy smell to the rooms like it’s damp all the time but it is a decent stay for the area. Make sure your room does not not smell like smoke. It’s a no smoking area but some people don’t respect that. Other than a solid 2.5/5
- 3/5
Ww
- 5/5
Clean room. Renovated and not dingy
- 2/5
The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was commendable. But the hotel itself was pretty bad. The location was very sketchy, the entire hotel smelled terrible - a mix between old cigarettes and rotten trash. The room wasn’t vacuumed when we checked in and the toilet wouldn’t flush on multiple occasions. Not worth even the cheap price tag
- 1/5
Initial room was not cleaned. Switched room. New room was clean but mold and mildew in air was horrible. Carpet seriously need cleaned. The smell of stale marijuana smoke was in the hallway. Also smell of marijuana smoke in hall coming another room was horrible.
- 2/5
The need was either sorry or had bed bug crap on it and the bed itself was super uncomfortable. The staff was friendly enough and check in was easy
- 5/5
Secured parking
- 2/5
There was an obvious odor throughout the hotel, from the entry door through all the hallways and even in our room. The sheets and blankets had a very strong perfumy smell that made sleeping very difficult. We did appreciate the free shuttle service to the airport. Probably would not stay there again though.
- 5/5
Everything was No Complaints
- 3/5
The place is very clean, staff helpful and friendly
- 2/5
An inadequately staffed & dated motel with non-residing persons & paying guests loitering at the front door area that is in desperate need of attention to electrical/plumbing maintenance & of more careful cleaning is not appealing nor does it represent the image La Quinta seeks to convey. Don’t stay here.
- 1/5
Moved rooms and still the place reeked of weed. Woke up at 3AM choking on the smell of weed coming from the next room. This was after I moved from another room due to the fumes coming through for the other room. Walked out of the elevator to a man holding a blunt. Not an ideal location for those with younger children.
- 3/5
Beds were decent not bad. It was outdated. Location was sketchy. The smell in the room upon e tering was off. It was noisy. But I saw a roach in our room. Thats where my opinion went downhill.
- 3/5
Hotel needs to be renovated staff was awesome services good good price location good ,I did enjoy your vehicles having a gated parking area, my room 122 smelled like weed. Other than that no issues.
- 5/5
Very good staff very helpful
- 3/5
The warmth of the nighttime check-in staff and of the one overseeing the breakfast offering is offset by the poor maintenance of the room (lights were missing & many of the inadequate # of electric outlets do not hold the cords plugged in to them) and the elevator system and the sad quality of the powdered eggs for breakfast. We also had prank knocks on our room door late, late at night & the night staff never answered our 3 phone calls to the front desk to ask for help. Finally, the surrounding industrial area bordering the parking lot is not the motel's fault, but the additional noise and unsightliness does not make the motel appealing.
- 3/5
The area was a bit depressed as was the hotel for a Wyndham property. Staff was all very nice thoug
- 5/5
Way better than my first stay in Memphis! Altho due to my lack of sleep I miss breakfast. Breakfast hours should be extended or started later so the hours are later. Breakfast ends at 9 and starts at 6. I slept through it sadly. But, I stayed there for the reason of breakfast but I was exhausted and missed it.
- 2/5
Staff were friendly and accommodating. First room tv did not work. Gave me a new room. No hair dryer. Tried to call front desk phone was from another room and did not work. Bathroom had remaining partial of toilet roll. No shampoo
- 3/5
This property was OK all the way around. I likely will not stay there again when I’m in Memphis, but it was adequate for my needs this time.
- 2/5
Rooms were not fully dusted and cleaned. Weird black stuff on the ceiling. Property is more run down than anticipated. Also, only one elevator was working which kept people waiting for awhile. The smell of marijuana is everywhere in this hotel including the rooms.
- 3/5
There was a small leak in the bathtub where it came out onto the bathroom floor. Also, whenever we left and then came back, our key didn’t work. This happened twice and we had to go down and get a new key.
- 3/5
The mattress was busted. No wifi and no coffee maker, just coffee, sugar and cream.
- 3/5
Toilet was very short,
- 3/5
Many areas smelled like marijuana, including the elevator. Our room also had a left-over marijuana smell.
- 5/5
Staff was very accommodating
- 4/5
It was ok
- 2/5
Had bedbugs in the room an a family member lil kid got ate up.. they did I nothing to accommodate us… only change room… spent one whole day at the hospital, so didn’t really even get to enjoy one of the nights.. an got ate up one night so really didn’t get to enjoy the stay…
- 1/5
We only noticed the next morning after the cover came off during sleep.
- 5/5
Not ideal location
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious room i do recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
Toilet seat needed tighting down so it wouldn’t slide around. The room never cooled down because air conditioner needed to be re-charged.
- 2/5
Lot of police presence at the restaurant next door!!!
- 4/5
Well it was ok not great but worth the stay
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Theresa was very friendly checking us in
- 5/5
This was a nice hotel. Gated parking. The staff could not be better. I didn’t hear a peep all night any of the nights. I have to say I will definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Many broken things, everything smelt like weed. We felt very unsafe in the area and room was not great.
- 3/5
I was told that most rooms were like that. Eventually, I managed to change my room: Better toilet, but a loose toilet seat! Prostitutes & their pimps frequent this hotel, especially around the swimming pool. 2 of them stole $200 from me. I reported it to the police. They couldn’t do anything though! I liked their swimming pool & variety in their breakfast.
- 3/5
The hotel served his purpose, I did not feel safe, the Neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but it was in very good distance from Graceland, which was my purpose of my visit and the bed was comfortable enough for my overnight till I hit the next state!
- 4/5
Breakfast was excellent! Service was great too, friendly staff. Shuttle drivers were friendly as well. Only minus was only one working elevator and the marijuana smell in the elevator. Flickering lights in elevator need repair too, otherwise it was a great experience
- 5/5
Safe, quiet and staff was professional.
- 4/5
Convenient, and shuttle.
- 3/5
No hot water upon arrival. They did eventually get it fixed, but everyone had to wait quite awhile. Lobby and the one working elevator reeked of weed. The one elevator was shaky as all get out. The room was clean and quiet however. Bed was firm but comfortable.
- 4/5
Nice parking spot, close to my room
- 5/5
Cleanliness
- 3/5
People were friendly the hotel left alot to be desired. Needs updating and tlc
- 5/5
The shuttle to the airport was greatly appreciated
- 2/5
Carpet & furnishings old, doesn’t feel clean
- 1/5
As soon as we walked in the hotel it reeked of marijuana, the parking lot was extremely dirty, with hair extensions near the back entrance and several homeless people walking around and hanging around the hotel. The fourth floor also smelled of marijuana. Just felt like a hangout for folks to party. My family and I did not feel safe so we took our losses and booked a room a couple blocks down which is so much safer and cleaner. The photos on the website are definitely deceiving. DO NOT STAY HERE.

My family and I had been traveling back home from San Diego C.A and this was our last stop to sleep. Upon our arrival we seen guest just hanging around in the front smoking. Which was very uncomfortable. They have a gated parking spot in the back which was not any better than the front. Again more guest just hanging around pacing back and forth . Very sketchy . How does hotels allow this ? . When we got to our room , I turned on the sink and shower and noticed the water was running yellow . Unappealing! Guest service was excellent but this is definitely a sketchy area .

I arrived at the hotel at 7 PM. It had been 95° in Memphis that day. When I got to my room the A/C was not on and the room was an oven. I turned the AC on high but it still did not cool the room effectively. After 2 hours, I asked the hotel for a different room. They would not give me another room with a King bed saying they were “all gone” (even though it was a Tuesday). It wound up taking 3.5 hrs for the room to get cool enough to sleep in. I contacted Hotels.com for a refund but they were also no help. Would up getting a $25 credit from Hotels.com on an $80 room. Epic fail by La Quinta. Epic fail by Hotels.com. I suggest you keep looking and find a different hotel.

The property smelled like smoke all through it.

Please do yourself a favor and book downtown instead! It’s so much nicer and friendlier!

My stay was positive. My room was clean and comfortable and I greatly appreciated the transportation to and from the Memphis airport that was available.

Room was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a lot of dining options close to the property, but doordash delivers with no issues

Walked into room 104 and was very clean and smelled fresh. Air conditioner works great. The lady that checked us in on this fine Sunday after 3 was very nice and welcoming. Thank you staff. This will be our choice to stay when we come back. Thanks again.

The elevator did break down for a few few hours but it was fixed

Now, the downsides: the area felt extremely unsafe. At the restaurant next door, I was searched to check if I was carrying a weapon. There were people wandering around the hotel in a worrying way, who most likely weren’t even guests. I honestly felt afraid to leave my room. On top of that, there was an overwhelming smell of cannabis throughout all the hotel areas. Because of the staff and the room, I would highly recommend it. But aside from that, I do not find it safe.

The door to the gated parking did not lock. Small uncomfortable pillows on the bed. Otherwise, a good stay.

Totally outdated. Too many things wrong in room. Wyndham hotels are substandard.

Best staff! Shuttle service excellent! Clean rooms.

The TV didn't work. A shout out to Estevan who fixed it, but it was the 3rd time I asked. I tried to call the desk but the phone didn't work. My room cards had to be re-programmed every day. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. Nice soap in the shower. The room smelled a little musty. Not too bad. The first room they gave me just had the rugs cleaned and smelled like chemical. the location was good, the price was good, the folks working in the lobby were good.

Room comfort and cleanliness were great. Very nice staff as well.

Only 1 restaurant close and free breakfast is minimal unless you like scrambked eggs, burger patties or toast for breakfast. Free shuttle to graceland and airport is great and staff are friendly and willing to help. Located next to commercial property that is noisy and starts work early like 6am, and our room was right next to that and the car park. Bathroom is dated and had a smell like mould.

our 1st room was not ready, because someone prior put a hole in the wall, room #2 the AC didn't work , Room #3 was smaller, and the bed was VERY uncomfortable if we were staying more than 1 night, I would have asked to be moved. The breakfast was VERY good, everything was good, and plentiful

Fantastic

The lobby, elevator, and hallways smell like pot both times we stayed there. One of the elevators also didn’t work on both visits as well. Our room was fine.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and a great variety to choose from. Ms. Amy at the front desk was amazing and so helpful. The swimming pool was clean and so much fun.

The staff was very friendly. The only complaint we have is that the bed was very hard.

This place was very good for the price. It was nicer & cleaner than other hotels we tried in the area. My dog was able to stay there but there was very little grass to walk him on. The room was decent sized. We could tell that the carpet had just been cleaned which is great!. The sheets & towels were clean. There was a self serve breakfast buffet. What I liked the most is that it was a gated, secured parking lot.

Was value for money

I liked th proximity to the airport and I liked the gated parking

The property seemed okay overall but we found a roach on the TV stand immediately upon entering the room.

Check in was amazing, Amy was our most friendly receptionist. Hotel is looking a bit dated and has lots of areas in need of fixing. Bed room was spacious and the bed was comfy. All facilities were clean and tidy. Shower was good. WiFi shocking. Breakfast was a simple affair with limited choice of continental food. Freshly cooked. Hotel shuttle available to airport and Graceland.

Easy to access. The lady who checked us in was asleep at her desk and seemed upset that we woke her up to check in.

It was an amazing stay.

I love the control access parking
