Nothing the Hotel is closed and a large fence is around the property. Travel Lodge needs to get a better handle on their properties. The fact that a reservation with conformation was made when the property is permanently closed.

- 0.5/5
The room was full of roaches, the sink was leaking. Housekeeping never came to clean our room or even let us used a broom since they would never clean it.
- 1/5
The cable was turned off and the lights were turned off after 2 days there. I alerted Expedia and I was refunded and went to another hotel. Thank you Expedia.
- 1/5
The room was nice and big they put me next to an exit so i hears the door slamming 24,7 then the tv is so small in that room. The snack machines are good they need to open up the restaurant again.
- 1/5
This hotel was totally out of business, garbage around the door, closed down.
- 1/5
Cable was out, microwave was rusted. Utilities was cut off at 5:50 am and all guests were given two hours to leave. We were told that the building was shutting down. I would like a refund.

Very Nice Staff
- 1/5
Disgraceful. AI generated pictures. Run down to the point of unsafe.
- 2/5
Room was neglected
- 2/5
The room was not entirely clean. Had hair and things on the toilet . Open shampoo pack in the shower. Carpet feels disgusting when you’re barefoot. I love the security feature with using cards to enter rooms and etc though. Very affordable so you pay for what you get I guess.
- 1/5
Only one staff member was rude tv in my room was small didn’t work well some staff wasn’t friendly I didn’t no that was homeless place for people
- 4/5
Decent stay for the price. A lot of commotion going on at night at all hours on first floor but that’s not hotels fault. Towels look old so may want to get new ones
- 4/5
Everything was good.
- 5/5
Yes and the staff was very courteous.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. Bathroom door would not shut TV and some outlets would not work. Sheets was dirty.
- 1/5
Just not very good

A lot of people walking around the area who didn’t seem to be staying at the hotel. No shuttle to Graceland. No credit card service.

The area and hotel was suppose to be a smoke free place. But you smelled smoke everywhere.
- 4/5
They were all so nice and kind people.
- 5/5
Everything is great!
- 2/5
A very tired hotel in a sketchy neighborhood. Now that they no longer have an airport shuttle there isn't much reason to stay there.
- 4/5
room was fine......

The room was dirty, the TV didn’t work, and the iron had exposed wires – a clear safety hazard. Electrical sockets were hanging out of the walls, the hairdryer barely functioned, and the windows were in a disgraceful state. The air-conditioning unit was filthy and unbearably loud. Lamps were broken, the carpet was sticky and grimy to the point I had to keep my shoes on, and the whole place had a foul smell. Even the vending machines were poor – full of condensation, meaning the food inside couldn’t possibly be stored at a safe temperature. Given this property carries the Wyndham name, I expected far better standards. Wyndham should be inspecting this hotel, and platforms like Expedia shouldn’t be advertising it in such misleading condition.
- 2/5
Ugghhh horrible experience ruined my birthday weekend! There was no cleanliness!!
- 1/5
Not clean, dirty hotel. Bad smell everywhere.
- 4/5
For age of property no pool and just look old
- 1/5
Water was falling off the tape, lipstick on the pillow cover, bad smell all over the hotel
- 2/5
The TV was broken, the drapes did not close all the way, the shower was either cold or hot but could not get it to stay on a moderate temperature. The carpet was so sticky I kept my shoes on. The halls smelled of weed and some real unsavory characters handing around in the front and on the side when I looked out the window.. Will never stay there again.
- 4/5
The staff was very helpful!
- 1/5
Broken down vehicles in parking lot. Crackheads hanging around. Rude night staff. Carpet in room 100 is torn, AND STICKY. Bed was super worn, squeaky, and pillows were tiny and lumpy. Bugs on walls and on the floor, holes in walls in bathroom, cracked walls, tub, pool broken (was told there wasn't a pool at all,) wandering around found a pool in terrible condition. The lobby looks nice, but everything else is old and dingy.
- 1/5
No hotel sign on the street or anything. The elevator is out order, the ceiling has mold, the curtains were falling off the wall, no covers on outlets, no light in bathroom walls were all banged up. Ac unit was all beat up and rusted. No breakfast buffet like ad says and pool was a big hole and not functioning. Lighting in whole place was dim and poor. Mold in vending machine that worked. Place should be condemned.
- 1/5
I will never stay again at this poor hostel.
- 3/5
It was okay but there was little service and very noisy. The internet was not available in the room.
- 1/5
The AC wasn’t working the carpet was really dirty. It was just a bad hotel stay and the room smelled horrible. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
- 5/5
I love it
- 4/5
This is an older motel but the room was adequate. There was no coffe pot in the room but there was a microwave and so we were able to improvise. All in all in fit our needs at the time
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and willing to help when needed. The room was great very clean and nice size. They had several accommodations including a place to eat a gym and lot ofElvis. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. It's was a great and quiet stay thank you
- 5/5
Had enough towels
- 3/5
This hotel is so run down. Needs so much repair!!! Air conditioner sounds like a tractor running, walls are all chipped up needs painting. Just an overall update.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 5/5
Bed was comfy. Sad part no breakfast. .
- 1/5
There was no TV in the room. The bed frame in the first room was not under the mattress properly. The elevator was very scary to ride on due to it being out of date and no certificates on the elevator walls to show it has been inspected, and the doors closed very slowly. The second room we went in, the bed frame was sticking out from the foot end of the mattress and was loose. There was only one full size bath towel and the pillows were too small for a king size bed. Also there was no breakfast service.
- 1/5
This place looks like its about to be condemned. The pictures must be old. Half the lights in the hallway don't work. The A/C in the hallway is out and wreaks of cigarette smoke because the works smoke next to the door leading to the closed pool. The carpet in the rooms was dirty and got my feet dirty as well as being damp for some reason. Don't come here
- 2/5
I literally put a towel down in the tub to shower. Slept in my clothes fully covered every inch of my body.
- 1/5
Good staff
- 3/5
This place was a bit rough but once inside the room it was okay I guess. What can someone do spectra for the the price. It was close to the airport but lots of rift raft folks around
- 5/5

Bedbugs and bonjour water. What else tu say?

Homeless Everywhere
- 1/5
The place looks apocalyptic!! The web pictures are 100% a lie! As soon as I pulled into the parking lot the first thing O saw qasThe place is so run down and so so sketchy
- 2/5
Ac was awful. Literally anything that could be broken was. Had 1 towel. And 3 half size lumpy pillows. Pretty much what you'd expect from a $60 Memphis Hotel. Hard to believe it is associated with Wyndham at all
- 1/5
The tv remote didn't work, ac barely worked, horrible bed and pillows, shower was slippery, scetchy people
- 5/5
I feel safe being here and so does my daughter
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
The advertisement online was exceedingly deceptive. The lobby was the cleanest. We stayed in room 121 and woke up with multiple bites from bed bugs. I have a video.
- 1/5
Other than online booking, its all cash transactions. Elevator doesn't work. Hallway lights are replaced by uncovered florescent light bulbs. Towels are not much bigger than hand towels. Rooms have bumpy mattress, with bed frames that do not fit and stick out. Furniture is all scratched up and drawers don't close. Bathroom towel bar is broken and rusty. Sofa is worn, with stains and paint. Lamps are torn, rusty, and scratched up. The profile is a lie
- 5/5
Its just a waste of space at this point. I would have gone there last nite had it been open. 1 Love K
- 1/5
I want to check in, you have to swipe your key card to access the hall/elevators to guest rooms, you also have to use your key card to go back through those same doors to get to the front desk. One would think this is safe, however there are four exit doors on the first floor, that I checked, two of them the locks are busted and the other two are just unlocked any random person can get in or out. This is not safe, especially if you are a female traveling alone with children. The place is absolutely filthy. The seams of the ceiling in the room have come apart and sheet rock particles are falling. It is like that on a wall in the bathroom as well. There is also black mold along the ceilings and walls in the room and the bathroom. There’s black mold underneath the bathroom vanity on the floor and the wall behind it as well as the ceiling above the bathtub. The odor was horrible, bed sheets were stained, maybe not even cleaned and the mattresses were old and springy. In addition, when I inspected the mattresses for bedbugs, by pulling the sheets back, I discovered each bed was wrapped in green Saran Wrap. I went to the front desk and brought all of these things to their attention and the lady acted like she had no idea what I was talking about or why the mattresses were wrapped in saran wrap. Pool has a collapsed cover. Photos online are not an accurate picture of what this place actually is/looks like. This place should be condemned, enter at your own risk!
- 1/5
We checked out early and never even bothered about a refund as we just wanted to get out alive. It appears that the photos of the hotel on the website are from when it was first opened as they are NOTHING like this now. The reception area is full of drug addicts and that includes the staff, it looks like it is being used as a half way house for ex cons and drug addicts and people are actually living at the hotel. I have emailed TravelLodge by Wyndham to report this hotel as they need to know what is going on and also reporting it to Hotels .com to remove from there website as it is a total disgrace. I never normally complain about anything but I really want people to be aware of this hotel and do not book and spend your money there.
- 1/5
It did not feel safe, the room was generally unkempt and had a general unclean feeling. The bathroom was worse, we actually chose not to use it if we did not have to. No towels or toilet roll in the room - we had to ask the desk staff for some. Lady at the desk was helpful but the hotel is not somewhere we would stay again. It wasnt on the airport complex but you could hear the airplanes very clearly as the windows were so thin. We visited beale street at night and the civil rights museum during the day and both cab drivers questioned 2 young ladies staying at the hotel and advised us to 'watch out'.
- 1/5
I suppose to stay for one night I checked in at 10 Pm, the front desk woman have an attitude, first the elevator was out of order had to take the stairs, not safe guys in the hallway, when i reached the room it smell like mold and carpet is really dirty, holes in the wall, bathroom wall was cracked. tv doesn’t work. I was there just for couple hours waiting for flight, had to leave there can’t put up in the room I prefer to stay in the airport until flight time. Checking out the front desk woman was having an ugly attitude since I was reporting about the room.
- 1/5
Broken needles in grass beside sidewalk to rooms. Carpet in hallway pulled up. TV just propped up against wall on dresser. Looked like homeless were being housed. People out front with stacks of belongings (not suitcases). Bottom of tub black. Did not feel safe place to stay. Left and rented room elsewhere.
- 1/5
Worst hotel. Walked in and walked out. Terrible. Do not stay here.
- 3/5
My tv didn’t work
- 1/5
Terrible everything!!! Doors do not lock. There are holes in the walls. Sheets are dirty. I could go on and on. Place should be condemned. Sad thing is they wouldn't give me ANY of my money back.
- 1/5
Where do I start with how terrible this hotel stay was. First the lobby was very dark and uninviting. It was giving The Shining vibes. Then the elevators were out so we had to walk up and down stairs to go back and forth to our room. Then when we got back from a day out and about we were temporarily locked out of our room because the staff didn't set up the key card for the correct number of days, so we had to walk back down to the lobby to get that sorted out and fixed then had to walk back up the stairs and thankfully it worked. Then a few minutes later I had to return to the lobby to get my Doordash food order and then had to carry it back up the stairs. Because again the elevators were out. This hotel stay turned out to be a Stairmaster challenge instead of a nice relaxing birthday vacation for my son.
- 1/5
Unpleasant smell Elevator was broken the entire weekend Mold in bathroom and toilet Floors/carpet needs changing
- 5/5
Staff was great! Friendly and helpful to provide a pleasant safe experience.
- 1/5
The experience staying at this property was horrible. The place is run down garbage everywhere, elevators were broken no CC machines they claimed that it was down must pay cash if you use a third-party hotel. The pictures that was showing were deceiving the pictures to compare what I’ve seen is false advertising as strong as suggest people not to go there. It was a rough side of town. Within one hour my wife and I left the hotel for a better property to stay for the night. Hotels.com should really investigate this place. My wife and I do not feel safe staying there. I’d like to add the bathrooms were horrible. The bedding was torn and badly worn. Lampshades were smashed no TV. I can’t go on and on, but I had enough.
- 1/5
Run down and falling to pieces. Regretted my choice the moment walked in. Room with burned out light bulbs. No toilet paper. Used soap bars. Smelled like marihuana in the room. Clerk demanded I pay in cash said they do not accept take credit cards. Felt like I was in a war zone.
- 3/5
It was ok the problem is with hotel.com how this was a discount when u paying the same amount if i book online on wyndham.com
- 3/5
Not dirty but dingy and outdated. Thin walls. Great hot water and pressure. Neighborhood was close to things within 30 minute drive. The first night there the hotel felt very transient. The price was right. Not likely to stay again.
- 4/5
Service
- 1/5
No tv as the storm had taken it out and was rudely told I could stay elsewhere if I did not like it. Forced to pay cash even though they had a sign saying if it was booked from an online party you could put it on a card. When pointed out the lady was rude. Would pay more and NOT stay here again
- 1/5
They is out of date and dirty emergency doors were broken and elevator wasn’t working
- 1/5
The worse hotel I ever stayed at!
- 1/5
It’s was horrible!! I couldn’t even stay there just nasty!! I’m requesting a refund!
- 2/5
The room was fairly clean. There were cracks in the room, I couldn’t find the ice machine. The pool was the worse. Not the best area but it’s conveniently by the airport. Staff in the afternoon is slightly rude. Not much to eat around there except for a gas station that is next door and a Popeyes which is walking distance across the street
- 2/5
There were police at the hotel everyday, for what reason, I dont know!
- 1/5
Waiting on the owner to call me. Upon my arrival the room was just terrible. So the nice young lady name J...... change and gave me a better room persay. But that evening when my sin told the mean ,rude, disrespectful lady at the desk that J......was aware of his room change. That young lady was so rude, nasty talking crazy that I had to get the police involved. We ask for our money back still nothing. I paid for 3 days. I have never been so disappointed, disrespectful. The hotel was already not up too park. But to get talked and threatening by a worker is too much.
- 2/5
When we got there it was not the cleanest place there were roaches in the bathroom, no housekeeping services on yhe 3 days we werrr there. The remote for tv had to be replaced. The a/c had a problem
- 3/5
This Hotel needs to be upgraded really bad!!! Didn’t feel safe there.
- 3/5
Clean room and area. Staff was excellent.
- 1/5
The hotel is rundown terribly. It arppears to be a place for displaced families or homelessness. It looks nothing like the pictures shown and it's very dark and not well cleaned (lobby, rooms) I didn't feel safe there at all and my 1st fl. room was so far away from the front desk if I needed help. The rooms have no phone so you have to use your own phone to call for help/assistance.
- 1/5
If there was a no star option it would get no stars. This was a horrible experience and horrible property. Memphis ia the armpit of the United States.
- 4/5
It was close to graceland.
- 1/5
This place is horrible. Lamps in the room were rusted and didn’t work. You walked out of the room and it smelled like synthetic weed. AC was not working in the hallway and that made the smell worst. People were constantly coming in and out with trash bags. Too much commotion going on outside. We had to pay for breakfast. We checked out a day earlier.Never again will we go back to this place.
- 5/5
Great place
- 1/5
very old structure, carpeting was at least 30 years old, fixtures, both water and electrical, were old and loose fitting. Area seemed pretty seedy, and dangerous.
- 5/5
It was a great stay rooms wer clean and smelled so good great customer service a wonderful staff
- 5/5
NA
- 1/5
Saddest part is that even if that hadn't happened we still would've given it one stars for just being grungy and uncomfortable. They didn't even bother to make signs for the building, the sign outside says "Dad's Place".
- 5/5
Good ppl n the room is clean
- 2/5
The pool doesn’t work like the website says there was no way to plug the bathtub to give kids a bath
- 1/5
Very disappointed!! Poor customer service, literally argued with the staff their key stopped working and resulting in police being called on guest because of a complaint. The elevators are worn down and need immediate repairs, when exiting the elevator the STENCH was so disgusting like trash, please don’t waste your time
- 2/5
The hotel is in need of some renovations. The pool was empty the fitness room locked and unable to use. Half the parking lot open. The front desk clerk was complaining she hates this job and how she wasn’t going to be paid until Tuesday. Didn’t tell me anything about my room or how to get there.
- 1/5
It was like a skid row motel and we walked out after just seeing the room. The beds were the dirtiest beds we've ever seen. The lobby seems more like a place you'd get arrested in. And the parking lot could be a crime scene at any moment. Fortunately the person behind the desk immediately gave us a refund without any questions. She obviously knows how bad it is as well. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
- 1/5
It was so nasty had cockroaches everywhere the bathtub didn’t drain. It was just dirty didn’t vacuum anything spiders in the bed
- 5/5
Everything was great and easy
- 5/5
Everything was great fast and easy
- 3/5
The check out was the fastest ever, the check in was the longest ever. The property is nothing like the pictures. The pool is not in service, the hallways smelling like pee I have no ide why, the room smell like cigarette, the floor was sticky and stain, the internet is a pain to get connected and I would never book there again.
- 1/5
There was bullet holes in the bathroom. Mold on the shower walls and ceiling. The lock didn’t work right. It looked like the bathroom has not been cleaning properly in years. The hotel over all did not look anything like the pictures that were provided. The beds were hard and uncomfortable with stains on the sheets. I did not feel safe or comfortable to sleep right in the night. My dad went to get some chips from the gas station around 9pm and when leaving there was guns grown in the parking lot. He then had to come back to the room for safety.
- 1/5
This hotel is nothing like advertised
- 2/5
The staff gave me the wrong key i entered someone else room and they weren't dressed luckily she was understanding other wise it would have ended terribly
- 1/5
Online is said it was an airport hotel which it was not. Pics must have been taken 20 years ago. We drove into the parking lot and there were people all over the lot in dented up cars just sitting there. Checked in and went down hallway into room which both smelled like a combo of weed, tobacco and smelly deodorizer. Turned around and immediately checked out and drove a few miles to a much nicer hotel. Hotels.com did a good job at advocating and getting me refunded.
- 5/5
Definitely an older property. There are better places to stay but it is okay for overnight
- 1/5
The room was so dirty and gross. Stains on the sheets and the couch was covered in stains. It looks nothing like the pictures and didn't seem safe at all. Stay away, I cannot believe this is a Wyndham hotel
- 2/5
It was dirty, hair dryer was broke, but I didn’t go to Memphis to stay in a room
- 2/5
The property is run down, poor to no maintenance. No phone or coffee pot in one room, the couch was missing in the other room. The beds were hard, they need replacing. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.
- 5/5
Nice rooms & affordable
- 3/5
Everything was average
- 3/5
Elevators smelled like smoke. One of 3 bulbs burned out in bathroom.
- 1/5
