    Dirty on the outside and inside staff at front counter no help at all ended up going elsewhere there were people hanging around outside the entrance and in parking lot definitely felt unsafe

    The only thing that I was upset about was the fact that I booked the room online, but once I got there, I discovered that there were actual hidden fees. The staff assured me that my extra deposit would be returned to my card, but my biggest worry was " What if I didn't have that money for that fee? Would I have lost out on what I paid online?" Other than that, the price of the suite was very reasonable, but I will not go through another 3rd party service.

    I mean the rooms were very bad condition. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Sheets were not changed. I even saw dead bed bug. Also saw blood stains from bugs. I checked in and checked out in 10mins.

    Received key for 1st room, room wasn't cleaned. 2nd room, key didn't work, 3rd room had a hole in the wall, tv didn't work and the bathroom wall was very dirty. Dried up something- gross. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic. Also, they charge you additional fees totaling $75 that aren't mentioned on expedia. They charge a deposit, utility fee and cleaning fee and even charge your card before your stay. If it wasn't late and i didn't just drive 11 hours, i would've stayed somewhere else.

    Nothing When I first opened my door to the room, a roach was on the inside of the door. It froze and then scurried under the door and into the hallway. The hallway itself was not clean. I spent the whole night with all of the lights on, in hopes of not seeing any more roaches. The entire place had a weird smell and thins walls. I had to pay $2 bedding fee and another $10 cleaning fee even though I was only staying for one night. I was not provided with towels but the drain in the bathtub looked so warm and gross, I wouldn’t have wanted to shower there anyways. The tile floor in the bathroom and kitchen was sticky.

    They parking lot was full of trash. There was stains in the bathroom and kitchen. Not mention they had sign that said no toliet paper. They didnt have enough face rags to accommodate two adults. And our saftey was in jeopardy because they gave us the key to somebody else room. Thanks god they didnt have a gun. You get what you pay for and even that was too much.

    There were several people standing around the lobby drinking beer from large beer cans and there was a strong smell of smoke as if someone was smoking inside. When the receptionist finally got to me she informed me that my reservation had been canceled an hour earlier and it wasn't available. That was it,no explanation just call Expedia for a refund period. When l asked for some documentation on the cancelation she copped an attitude and began talking to me in a very aggressive tone,to which l realized l was in a very uncomfortable situation. It appeared that this property was helping people with living assistant and that was confirmed by a person outside that l talked to that was staying there. This is not a safe place and my teenage daughter was happy that we just got in our car and drove home to St Louis regardless of the enormous pressure that put on me after having driven all day.

    The internet kept going out. Guests walked their dogs with no leashes...one ran into my room. Road the elevator with a guy who had a gun in his pants. I usually know what I'm getting with a Motel 6, but for the price i paid, this establishment was unacceptable.

    The location was not bad, and the receptionist was very kind and professional. The entire hotel smelled like rotten food or fish. Including the hallways that led up into the room. And there were piles of trash 4-5 feet high outside that should have been in the dumpster, but no dumpster was nearby. We found rotten onions and garlic in a drawer in our hotel room that had little brown roaches crawling all over it.

    There wasn't anyone at the front desk, had to call on our phone to have someone come check us in. Had a kitchen with no dishes. Tried to get someone to bring them but gave up. A number of people hanging outside smoking cigarettes. Felt very unsafe.

    Hotel itself was fine. Our room had old gum dried and ground into the carpet and on lanoleum floor. Bathroom door would not shut. The beds were uncomfortable. Blankets on beds had some dark stains. The floor is thin and creaky. There was no breakfast except coffee even though there was a sign at front desk that said to only take 2 muffins or oatmeal. There was also a card in our room that said the breakfast hours 6:30 -9. We got there around 8 and front desk said there was no breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located for Graceland and downtown Memphis area. Front staff was friendly. Price was good.

    My guest was afraid to return to my room once they realized the staff was actually unable/unwilling to even ensure the gentleman who robbed me returned to the property. Which he did twice. They tell me I would have to leave as the knife I wear in my belt every day violates the their no weapons policy. How? They could not tell just that there is a picture of a knife in the sign. So. They was the managers reasoning.

    Very bad place to stay . The whole place smelled bad, loud customers. The place is not neat at all. Beds not clean. We checked in and less than 30 minutes we had to check out due to noise and the room condition. The General Manager was very nice and went beyond to refund us our money, she called early morning to found out why we left .

    Overall my stay was good. Better attention needs to be paid to cleaning the room, there was left over food in almost each cabinet. It would be nice to get more than 2 pillows on a king size bed. The shower rod had rust on it and the vents had caked up dust on them.

    Pictures are deceiving. The young lady that assisted was very nice , pleasant and patient. She allowed my dad and I to look at the room before checking in (or so I thought). Water dripping, light in bathroom didn't work and the area in general was not pleasant. I tried to get the reservation cancelled but could not. My dad, mom and aunt were with me and I didn't want to have to worry about our safety because of area.

    The hotel is getting really run down. There was trash, cigarette butts all over the yard and parking lot. There was people hanging around outside that looked suspicious.     However, the condition of the hotel was in dire need of repairs and remodeling…the hallways were filthy but the room and bed was clean and comfortable. Even though it was very late if it wasn’t for the patients and kindness of Ms Alfany aka Renea and her prayer for me…I would have left and slept in my car! She offered impeccable customer service, offering the best room she had available inspite of the deplorable hotel conditions.

    Hotel was dirty, room had no utensils dishes cups etc. Bathroom trash was not emptied, shower head sprayed water on the ceiling, toilet seat loose to the point of falling off, halls had holes in them, hallways reeked of weed!     When I got there , there was a woman there that was not too friendly. I explained to her that I had already checked in and she told me she couldn't see anything due to her not being able to log into the computer, and that she didn't know if she would be able to help me. Meanwhile I just got off a long flight and now being told I don't have a room. So I got on my phone and showed her my itinerary from hotels.com with the confirmation number.. this woman looked me dead in the face and said "Ma'am that has nothing to with us!" Excuse me?? How does it not?? When I've booked for this room through this website!! .. she gets the manager on the phone and the manager informed her that she indeed spoke with me and that all she had to do was get the payment. But they ended up getting into as well! So the manager told her to give me a key and she would correct it in the morning. Although the manager corrected it, she put the dates in wrong! So my reservation was from 12/1-12/4 and I was checked out on 12/3 so then after I spent a whole day in training and having anxiety about my belongings being left there. I hurry back to the hotel and was told I'd have to pay for another day! Poor service.. I almost had a panic attack I was so frustrated

    Where do I start. Old, run down, no smoke detectors, no utensils or anything in the kitchenette, broken shower rod and section 8 people living there. The manager was great and so sorry of the conditions that they are working on them.

    This is a terrible hotel. E-mail received for feedback is asking “how was the check in?” Well there was no such. Expedia website for this hotel says check in ends at midnight. My husband and my 2 daughters arrived between 11 pm and midnight and there was no one to help them. This hotel has a sign saying check in ends at 11 pm! Called to phone is advertised there and of course no one answered. While they were there waiting trying to get help they killed a cockroach. That’s when they decided to leave. I called Expedia asking for a refund and they said “property needs to authorize refund” ……….

    the lobby smelled of marijuana when we first stepped through the door; I got there late after 11 pm and they only had a cleaning lady working the front desk bc apparently they have "office hours" for a hotel. Then they "ran out of the double queen bed" rooms we had booked for the night. The whole place felt and smelled dirty. Thank goodness our stay was only for one night.

    The room was in disrepair with torn lamp shades, peeling paint, a nonworking phone, and a drawer that would not stay closed. I didn't complain about any of that. I put our bags in the room and went to visit with my parents. Upon returning to the room, water had leaked from the sink or the refrigerator and pooled in the floor. I couldn't call the front desk for assistance, so I had to take my young children to the front desk to request assistance. Between the key cards that worked very poorly and the time it took to get another room, the process took an hour. The attendant didn't know whether the King and Queen rooms had sleeper sofas, which was necessary for my situation, given that my original room had two beds. Eventually I got my girls settled into a room that had no bedding for the pullout couch, not even a sheet on the mattress. I slept under my jacket for the night and had to go to the front desk the next morning for bath towels, as the room had none.

    The property itself seemed scary. Stragglers in parking lot. People living in hotel. Refrigerator made horrible noise. It was dented and had mold on the side.

    I never got to check in because Expedia didn't let me know when I was booking the room there was a 150.00 deposit that I didn't have after I got an Uber there!! So no they service was terrible I was left to stand outside and find a hotel to stay at because I was on a budget.know y'all trying to charge my card and I never slept there because I booked a room that told me 93.00 bucks to check in but when I get there it 250.00 bucks to check in I was so upset

    The property is full of bed, bugs, and roaches. There is garbage overflowing at the trash, cans, bed mattresses, laying on the side of the dumpsters holes in the ceiling, dirty microwave, extremely dirty.
