The floor is dirty and when walking barefoot, your foot gets black. I am not sure that they mopped. The outdoor areas are dirty and have not been swept. The jacuzzi looked dirty and the jets did not work and it was not hot. No towels were available.

We didn't like the old nasty carpet, the old dirty bathtub, the rough stiff bath towelsthe two hard pillows, the old (at least 15-years) furniture, and being charged a $12 "resort fee" for a pool/spa that was closed and wi-fi that was not operable

1st room had a bad odor, gross couch, hard bed, & rotten door frame 2nd room: Bathroom lock inoperative; 2 bulbs out; they forgot to restock towels; and safety was a concern the entire weekend

It was overpriced, the bathroom was dirty the floors were sticky and it was just an old feeling/ looking in general. I wouldnâ≢t stay here again.

The floors were laminated vinyl and when walking on it, it felt sticky but wasnâ≢t.

Very dated, shower did not work very well, gutters outside were very loud and did not divert water during the rain, very stuffy room.

There is no way the Arizona golf Resort is a 4 Star Hotel! The first room they put us in had no AC and the TV's did not work. The next room sprung a leak in the ceiling over the bathroom door. The final room was a trashy handicapped access room. BAD!

The smoke detector was going off when we checked in. My husband called the front desk and asked that the battery be changed. At 3:30 am the smoke detector started going off every 30 sec. Asked to speaker to a manager the next morning, still waiting.
