The ac sounded like a car engine trying to throw a rod and worked about as good. Lobby Doors locked at night. It looked like an asylum with really dated interior. You hadto trade your towell at the desk for new. No ice. The best I can say is the front desk folks were nice. But you had to yell to get their attention. You couldn't get a refund. I would recommend go someplace nicer.

The ac worked well...the shower, and tub, dripped and the microwave was flaky (light stayed on and door wouldn't property close one night).

Checked in at 7pm and the room wasn’t ready. Floors were dirty, hallways smelled horrible. No check out available via tv and no one was available at the front desk at 6:30 am to help check out. Will not stay there again.

Problem obtaining any silverware for our dishes... had to borrow from our friends and return prior to leaving. Problem with clerk double charging our stay - took 3 days to speak to manager. Finally received a credit back to our account. Wonderful location - we will look elsewhere on our next visit.

The bathroom power outlet was not working. The entrance wall was wet due to painting, and there was no caution for the guests. My handbag was damaged due to wet paint. The quality and variety of the breakfast were very poor and insufficient. Very horrible experience. The most frustrating part was my handbag's irreparable discoloration.

Elevator did not work/carried 5 bags up and down 3 flights of dtairs/room smelt like dog urine/light in did not work/went to bathroom in dark/a/c barely worked/seems like the 1st floor is all section 8 housing/a real dump/pictures on web site do not reflect reality/absolutely don't reccomend this place/HORRIBLE

The staff was very personable, helful, and kind. It was noisy while I was there due to animals and people just being loud. The room was not very clean when I arrived as I found remanants of animal food on floor. Also consider moving easy to move furniture when cleaning rooms because when because when I pulled the TV out to connect my computer and X Box it was absolutely disgusting. Kitchen and bathroom was clean tho! It was just the bedroom and desk area which was gross. Bathroom looks like it had some potentially serious water damage from above. Not a place I really wanted to spend time. Just a roof to sleep under. The price was very conpetitive to their credit. I won't recommend those who travel with my company stay here.

Room 129 needs a new battery for the smoke detector it kept beeping through out the night. Not the best nights sleep,

Gross carpet in the room. Sticky something on carpet area by the bed. Swivel chair for desk in the room dirty with mystery stains. Smell of smoke in my non-smoking room was so strong that I had to wear a mask because I am allergic. Ended up having to sleep overnight in my car because I could not stand the smell. Refused to even give me a refund for this terrible "experience".

Very minimal amenities. No ice maker, no necessary items for kitchen. Smoke alarm went off 3 times in middle of the night. No pool or lobby area. Very minimal breakfast and one morning no coffee made. Hotel for out of town workers, not families.

This place is so runned down. Everything is out dated. The kitchen area needs major upgrading. The towels were all dirty and disgusting with sunflowers seeds all up in it. The furniture is completely old. The light shades weren’t even at all. The closet door was a shower curtain. Carpet had so many stains along with the window curtains, which are so out dated as well. So many holes in the walls. The front desk agent was more concerned with flirting with the guy standing there. So many people walking around outside, felt very sus. There was no outdoor security for vehicles and I doubt there were cameras as well. The doors to the room wobbled and didn’t feel secure at all. Kept waking up throughout the night as there were people making loud noises outside all night long. Very runned down, very cheap, very old and not safe at all.

My overall stay was less than average but you get what you pay for. During my stay the fire alarm went off 2 mornings in a row starting at about 6am- going all day, it was very nice waking up in a panic for 2 days straight. The overall cleanliness is non-existent. Blood splatter in the bathroom, the bed sheet was inside out and fitted to the bed, the carpets were smelly, there was an awful smell coming from the drain. We lost power for about 2 hours one night but that was a city issue. I also had a cleaning crew come into my room to do maintenance on the A/c which was not ideal, it took about 10 min and it was the whole hotel. I decided to go get free breakfast one morning about 7 am and they have a cute small breakfast muffins but all of the hot coffee was gone and the front desk assistants were no where to be found. Overall this hotel has lots of traffic, not very clean and not very safe. 2/5 stars for convenience and price.

My wife and I spent two days here in late April 2025 while in Mesa for a family matter. The room was very no-frills. Only one bed had access to the lamp and phone, and there was no coffee maker, utensils etc in the room. On the kitchen counter there was a sign stating if we called the front desk they would deliver a big bag of kitchen equipment, but this was untrue and I had to lug it myself from the desk to the room. There were no USB ports anywhere, the TV only has cable and the bed was okay at best. But it was VERY good quality for the price.

The location of the hotel was convenient and the staff was friendly. Overall, the facilities were old and just okay. There were stains on the carpet and the bedding comforter was very thin. The shower curtain was too short so the shower head had to be angled at a certain way to avoid getting water all over the floor. There was also a small amount of water leaking behind the toilet. The room key could not open the doors on the back or sides of the building so it was a little inconvenient when having to park very far away from the main entrance when no spaces were available in the front.

It's an older property with some renovations. However, bathroom shower is chipped and flaking, faucets are bubbly and chipping. Drain was full of gunk. One hotplate in the kitchen area was sticking up when I got in the room, and underneath was old food. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel advertised breakfast. That consisted of coffee,nutrigrain bars, instant oatmeal packets and a few pre packaged muffins. Probably won't return.

The hotel ran out of water on two different days and when I called the front desk, they were rude and said they didn’t know when the hot water would be available.

Property served its needs. Chose this hotel because of price. Room was clean. Furniture was old, dated and scratched but still usable. Recliner in room was broken. AC worked find. First morning no hot water but front desk said they had someone working on it. Hot water was back on by the time i was back in my room. Couldnt find TV remote. Bed was comfy. Overall hotel was fine if all you need is a place to sleep.

I love the location. The continental breakfast literally at the main entrance of the hotel next to the entryway trash can left a lot to be desired. When sitting at the foot of the bed, the front rails of the bed come up like a see-saw. The faucet continued to run though the water was turned off. The attendant tries to help but it seems to be beyond her control.

WHAT A DUMP! Room 329 filthy dirty, faucets had soap residue, maybe toothpaste from guests! ! Room smelled dirty, carpet filthy and outdated, scratched furniture, outlets had dust on them dirty corners in bathroom! Dingy stained whites sheets! Counter had broken missing pieces.No ice machine! By far the worst place we've ever stayed!

The entire building smelled like marijuana, our room smelled strongly of bleach, the bathroom was very clearly not cleaned (hair on floor and in shower, toilet seat was dirty), all pillows were stained and didn’t have pillow cases, mattress appeared to be very old based on the look of it and being able to feel every spring in it, no hot water (which staff knew about and did not tell us until we decided to check out early due to the awful conditions)

Then they told me there was no pillow case ready. so I waited for pillow case 45 min. Then there was no (HOT WATER) I had to take a cold shower and I was staying for 2 days (ROOM WAS CLEAN) and also there no ( BREAKFAST ) just Coffe

I requested a ground floor room and yes I got one! Our first morning the whole building had no hot water. The floors were sticky. Im not sure if its Hotels .com or if its Extended Stay America but AARP or Senior discounts are not available.

The water coming from the shower was cold even when set on hot , the water coming from the kitchen sink was hotter

Room had strong cooking smell, found out it is a lot of caked grease on the range hood. Shower head had leak between shower head and wall, water spraying out from there, and so very low water pressure coming out of the showerhead.

The room was a little run down. Chips in the counter to the kitchen area. Bathroom door squeaking when shut. Plaster chipped behind bathroom door. Otherwise, it was nice and quiet.

I wasn't impressed. Furnishings were worn down. Had kitchenette but no utensils plates coffee pot etc was available. Concerned about clientele hanging around the parking lot. Ad said breakfast included - yeah, coffee and a packaged muffin. Convenient location, fairly quiet.

This place was a dump for over 200 dollars I expected a nice hotel this place was anything but…

I think the property needs to be upgraded (the bathroom), the TV control was in bad conditions and it could be a little more clean but over all not bad for the price. The night shift lady was very helpful.

We have come here several times and we like it. It’s clean and nice corner rooms if you get them. Alisa works at the front desk and she is always so helpful and kind! Great customer service from her - always! She is part of the reason we come back. If needed, we can always count on her to be helpful and knowledgeable for any needs we have. Thanks Alisa!

We have stayed here twice. Front desk is very friendly and we have had no problems. Small parking lot.

Hotel was full of questionable people. Transients in the parking lot. Multiple room with backed up plumbing. Was changed from a room with a sink with standing nasty water in it , to a room that the toilet wouldn’t flush in. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in a while. Didn’t feel safe enough to have my 9/12 year old walk to the car in the parking lot alone. If you’re a homeless and you need some friends to scrounge up for a room for the night then this is your place. If you have a family try somewhere else.

The property is not like pictures showing in website its way different, need to retake pictures, and when i grab this hotels say breakfast included but is no breakfast there. Bath no counter tops to put your personal thighs. But I impressed with the general manager i think her name is Lilian She's so great and friendly she helps what you need s , And girl work ar evening she always have colored hair she's helpful to all people's needs anything.....

The place had an off-putting odor in the room and all common areas. In general things work… however all furniture shows great signs of aging and I didn’t want to touch any surfaces in the room.

My room was disgusting, at first when you walk into the hotel it’s like every other hotel but the actual room was filthy.The bathroom was very dirty and so was the bed. The whole place smells like pee and is very disgusting.I really do not recommend choosing this place over a hotel a little more expensive.

The hotel had a funky smell. The shower faucet dripped all damn night I couldn’t sleep. The hotel seemed sketchy like it had bed bugs so I couldn’t sleep.

This is a terrible hotel that I have ever encountered. The room was dirty and outdated. There were stains on the floor that looked like blood or spilled beverages. When we pulled back the bed cover, we discovered the bed sheets had not been changed, with dirt and hair all over the bed. I had to go to the front desk to request new sheets. The staff member at the desk seemed to already know about the issue. She immediately apologized and offered to change our room, but after realizing there were no available rooms, she apologized again and just gave us fresh sheets and pillowcases. Although the booking stated that breakfast was included, there was no breakfast—just coffee by the entrance. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

Every piece of furniture was chipped, torn, or falling apart. The place wasn’t very clean. The water in the shower had no pressure whatsoever, so the water trickled down the bathroom wall. Couldn’t even shower. I honestly have NO idea how this place continues to get business with the condition of the rooms. Do NOT stay here.

The employees are very nice. The clientele to are great extent are trashy, dangerous, filthy, and/or drug-addled. The outdoor areas are filled with dog excrement. The predominant breed here is pit bull, and many are owned by people unable or unwilling to control them. The shaded area up front is taken over by smokers. People sit in vehicles drinking liquor.

Originally given an unmade room that smelled of cigarettes. Next room was much better but the kitchen was banged up. No icemaker in the hotel was a disappointment. Breakfast was a joke.

Floors were clean room was quiet but i called front desk to report bathroom sink plugged an asked for draino but no one came and no one called me back. I had to use kitchen sink to brush teeth and while i was the kitchen drain belched and filled the sink with vial sludge. I was going to cook while there but changed my mind as i did not trust the sink. It belced several times during my stay. It was foul. Upon checkout i explained what happened and all they said was "sorry but we do not have anyone for maintenance". I wont be back.

This is the best thing about hotel rentals as you have an actual kitchenette in your room. If on a family vacation you'll get more bang for the buck here 😄😉

Our room smelled like cat pee, floors were not swept, bathroom floor was sticky, bed sounded like metal box was about to fall apart and had noisy next door neighbors.

The property made me feel unsafe; there was people who lived in their own vehicles parked outside camping. There was only one entry into the facility and one elevator to floors. Upon checking in there was a guy that followed me into the elevator and followed me off my floor. I was traveling alone and I stayed near the exit doors until he disappeared around the corner. Then I found my hotel room. I was there for work training and I only left my hotel to go to work and come back. Never left room to explore hotel and its amenities.

We only needed a one night stay. So for that it was fine. The bed was comfortable which for us was all that mattered. The girl at the front desk was great. She was pleasant and knew her job. The cons of the room. The shower leaked, the hot water adjusted from hot to cold. Only one of us could shower. Was afraid the second person would have a completely cold one. No wash cloths. One bar of soap. It was the only reasonably price place to stay which I assume was way it was busy. I would stay again if there was no where else. I was able to sleep which is all i wanted to do.

Large room with small kitchen. Kitchen supplies must be ordered through front desk. Hotel does not have ice. Coffee is only available in the morning. Mattress was average. Staff was friendly, but sometimes hard to get a hold of. Room was clean, and the area felt fairly safe. Large TV was nice.

This hotel needs some major updating. The bathroom is outdated and the shower head barely worked. The sheets were low quality and scratchy. There were holes in the carpet in the hallway. Not worth it for the money.

We got off our flight and went straight to the hotel and they put us as a no show. Told us they didn’t have a room, and then said they do have a room but couldn’t take our payment because of a night audit. We were basically told to leave they couldn’t help up. I was with my son and elderly mom, we had just traveled from Michigan and it was 4am our time when we arrived. My mom wasn’t even allowed a restroom when we asked, like I said we just drove straight from the airport. We were left stranded with everything being sold out around us. We had to sleep in the car. The woman at the desk was rude and not concerned what so ever. I asked her if we could go to sleep and pay in the morning but there were no options for us. I told her I have my child and mom and we are exhausted!!!! Great way to start a vacation. We are currently sitting in our car and can’t find a hotel even though they did in fact have a room. The receptionist was the most unprofessional person, she could have handled things so much differently.

Bed comfortable and room clean. Night staff was rude when I asked for repair to a tub faucet that wouldn’t turn off. Upon returning at noon, the day manager and front desk came to check it out and gave me a different room very cheerfully. Made this a great experience.

Avoid this place. The only thing good was the person at the front desk. Old looking rooms, dogs barking, no amenities. Fire alarm went off twice in one night. Stay somewhere else.

I did not like that we could only use one entrance into the building. I did not like that there was limited parking in the front. I parked in the back and could not enter through the side doors and I had to carry my luggage all the way around the building. The lighting was not as lit too and I feared I might get mugged. But the rooms were nice, quiet, and the beds/pillows were heavenly. The atmosphere was pleasant, the smell was fresh as I stepped into my room. A cleaning lady checked on us in the morning, and she was not annoying but more like a motherly check up and I loved that she gave us a caring smile and told us to have a wonderful day. I would come back to this place if I'm in the area again.

Wrote another review on the original stay. But I will say just don't stay here. The rooms ARE NOT clean, beds are horrible, bathroom was dirty, there are cockroaches in the halls of the MOTEL, not worth saving the extra money.

No real included breakfast, just a small table that they set out muffins on. That's cheating, you can't call that 'breakfast included.' Room smelled like dead animals or people. The check in staff looked like they were on drugs. Homeless crowd sleeping around the hotel. Cockroaches inside the hotel. Bathroom wasn't clean. And the BED, oh the BED it was like trying to sleep on rocks, with a scratchy wool blanket. I couldn't sleep the entire night. I stay in hotels often this is absolutely the worst I have ever stayed in. I have never checked out after 1 night and moved hotels. This hotel made me do that! Don't stay here! Not worth the money they charge. The pictures lie!

The cleanliness of the room we stayed in was poor. Hair in the shower, pee on the bottom of the toilet. Overall old/outdated feeling to the room. Poorly decorated. However the AC/heater worked and the bed was comfortable. There listing states they have a breakfast but it’s just coffee, muffins, and oatmeal. A poor excuse for a breakfast. We ended up having to go out and get something. By the time we got down there there was next to nothing left. Seems like it’s a come first thing in the morning or you won’t get something. For a one night stay it worked but I will not be returning.
