Tv didn’t work, AC didn’t work, pool was drained, someone broke all of the windows of the room next to us. Lots of people walking around asking about drugs.

Id like to say thank you to John for being so polite and making sure I had a room down stairs because I am handicap and just for being understanding that my stay here was so comfortable I just didnt like that the lights are so dim and only had 2 pillows maybe more pillows and brighter lights.

We reserved a non-smoking room and our room reeked of cigarettes. We asked if we could change rooms. I was told that we can change to another non-smoking room, but they couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't reek of cigarettes.

My only complaint was that there were cockroaches in the room, which was unsettling and not very sanitary. There was also a lot of noise and activity throughout the night from neighboring guests, making it difficult to rest. Overall, the customer service was good, but the pest issue and nighttime noise definitely need improvement.

It's very good for what you'd expect out of a Motel 6. Very clean, but extremely dated and cheap. But just that, it's cheap and simple and all I needed. They had a laundry room and ice machine and across the street is a burger King and multiple convience stores so anything you needed was right there. Only thing is their hot water could cook you alive. I love a hot bath but I genuinely let it sit an hour before I could get in. A shower was a... Battle. Half my time was finding a safe temperature. But otherwise, I'd absolutely recommend for a motel 6. Easy parking. Coffee free in the mornings. The basics are there. Just a heads up, no shampoo or conditioner provided. BYO

Do not book this place! I am well aware of what a motel 6 was back in the day but I got fooled by the pictures. This place is not updated at all and dirty. The non smoking room smells like smoke and there was no way I would have been able to sleep here. Sheets were either stained or dirty, tub had a couple hairs in it, no air, and felt unsafe. We left and booked a much nicer place down the road for $15 more. Major fail!!

Stayed for 2 nights, bathroom was not cleaned, only trash was changed. The whole room smelled really bad, had to leave the door for couple of min just to be able to stay in. AC kept making loud noises. The go kart place next door was loud sirens were going on every 3 min until 12 am. A man came and started banging at the door 2 times 6 in the morning looking for someone. Will not stay here again, if I had a choice would change my hotel.

First off, the bed in our room horrible. There was a huge dip on one side. The cooling system took forever to turn on and cool off and when it finally came on it turned the room to an icebox even when we tried to adjust the temp. I had asked about if there was a pool and the girl said yes, but im not sure if its open or not because theyre suppose to be remodeling or something. So we didnt attempt to go but then later on there were people in it. Trash around the area and the smell of Marijuana lingered outside continuously.

I reserved a non smoking room with a fridge. When I got there the receptionist said there were no rooms like that left. Only a smoking room (Why was I able to reserve one then?). So she said I could get a room without a fridge. I asked for my money back, at which time she said they can’t do that. That was when she started a serious attitude. So I took the room. Went to it and there were 2 large barking dogs in a room right under mine. Along with dog crap all over outside. I went back to the office to complain, and she gave me even more attitude. So I left and slept in my truck that night. Not at all what I wanted after a long day at work. NO APPOLOGY! NO REFUND! Terrible customer service! Terrible experience. I asked for the managers name and number, which she gave me. But it goes to corporate. They told me they don’t deal with such complaints. That I need to deal with the manager of the location. I gave up!! I’ll never use Hotels.com, or Motel 6 again. Plus will definitely tell as many people as I can.

I never leave reviews but this was horrible experience. Room was clean but bed mattress was sold old, lumpy, and smelly that it was the worst sleep in a hotel. It smelled like an old homeless drugged. Marijuana smelled in the office, then parking lot, to rhe maintenance worker and throughout the hotel. Trash was everywhere. Loud music throughout the walls. Extremely small rooms. Old lumpy pillows. This was by far the worst experience in my adult life. This was equal to worse from eastern Europe Hostels in the early 2000s. Top it off 180 a night. Wow! I ended my stay early and left. Didn't want to say anything to the staff in fear.

Dirty, smoky, cockroaches, terrible noisy bed, very low water pressure in very small shower, A/C thermostat broken, open cracks in ceiling, worn out flooring, and charged me a higher price than what I reserved the room for!!

The room was adequate for us. Location to our venue was better. Cleanliness could have been better. We only really needed the room to sleep but it was nothing spectacular. For the money the hotel made out better. One flimsy little bar of soap. Also asked for non-smoking room and my room reeked of cigarette smoke. I would probably look at other hotels next time.

The room was neglected and in need of remodel. There was a hair on the bed, the paint was old and felt like it was coming off. The tub had weird marks on it (burn?). Loud voices were outside our room at all hours of the night (room, sidewalk, parking spots), though it was spring training for baseball.

The motel is somewhat old but they have done a good renovation to the rooms. It is bare bones but that is all we needed and the price was so much better than anything else in the area.

When my curtain was open, every time the cleaning people would walk by they would look in my window, even Maria the supervisor did the same thing. When I let the clerk know this and she saw I was not happy, she told me that if I wasn’t happy, don’t rent here anymore. The time before the same thing happened

We didn’t know you had to request room cleaning, so we only had the room cleaned once during our stay. A fridge in the room would have been nice, but there wasn’t any when we checked in. Other than that it was adequate.

There is no such thing as a non-smoking room. The A/C or heating system cycles air into the room that smells like stale cigarette smoke. So you feel nauseous. Had to open the door when I returned at night to at least feel like I was breathing fresh air.

It's about what you would expect for the price. Clean enough, lots of yelling and doors slamming throughout the night. Plenty of hooker's and shady dudes around. For a guy who needs to get off the road for the night it's fine. Definitely not a place you bring the family.

The entire property smells like pee and cigarettes. There was always somebody yelling or fighting in the parking lot. I’ve truly never stayed anywhere this trashy. Would never ever stay here again. (And I’m not a picky traveler! I almost always choose whatever is cheapest and have never had any problems.) Zero stars.

Staff is always nice. The ac is nice and works great. But they could change them out a we can have heat whenever we need it. Instead of waiting for the outside temp to drop below 65. And they could put fridge and microwave in every room.

No heater, on the room, did not have water for a hour, terrible customer service by the front office. I told the person in charge to have her informed all the customers that there was no water she said to complain to the manager on Monday. I would not recommend this facility. Bed was bad had the worded weekend. Hoping I can receive done cone if refund.

Room was cold weather wise. All other aspects of stay was average.

The room was clean, but they did not come to clean after the first night. On our second day, when we arrived at the hotel, the entire room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. I called the front desk, and they provided me with some Fabreeze to spray the room. The smoking smell persisted until the next day. When I asked them what was happening, they said that sometimes people smoke outside and the smell comes through the rooms.

First impression was terrible. Parking lot was barely lit and there were sketchy people walking around. Felt unsafe even getting out of my car. Got my room key and found our room. The main light did not even turn on, then we found a bed bug walking on the sheets. As if that was not enough we turn around to see a giant cockroach sitting on the desk. Absolutely disgusting and definitely unsafe. I never leave reviews but this was too terrible not to.

Water pressure was extremely low. Just a dribble. I removed and cleaned the filter.andnut was 100 times better. The room was clean, but othwrwise average at best.

Very clean room, #254. Great shower! Frontdesk lady was nice, but had to ask her several times to speak up. Not sure why she thought i could hear her whisper, after i told her twice that i ouldn't hear what she was saying. Otherwise, the one night stay was satisfactory and sufficed our needs.

The room was without any amenities, no microwave, refrigerator etc. the area was absolutely horrendous. The staff had me go check if the a/c was working in the room before they assigned it to me. The beds were worn out and uncomfortable and the outside noise went on til the early morning hours.

I have been staying with this Motel 6 North and her sister hotel Motel 6 South for almost two (2) months now and I am going to miss everything about both of these hotels. From the staff and their customer service skills to the the dog runs for your best friend, I can tell you that you will not be disappointed with your decision to stay here at the Motel 6 North and Motel 6 South. Checked in around 5 or 6pm. Got room through Expedia, was on call so left for a while. Got back to get some sleep. But all I hear is guest fighting, dog barking lady screaming like she was being beaten. I call office, they checked, then cops come banging .. I got no sleep. So checked out around 11pm. Had no more money, so have to find somewhere to park and sleep in my car while it was still over 100degrees out.. I asked for a refund told them everything I just stayed in my message to motel 6.they haven't even responded back to me. Been about a week now . The office guy that checked me in was cool. Don't know any of the others. But to not respond to my complaint or offer anything for the inconvenience.. I'm rating then at, would not recommend them for a place to stay.

Stayed for a night. Room was clean and mostly quiet. Golfland Sunsplash is right across the street, which added some noise, but not too bad. As we were packing up in the morning we saw a few "ladies of the night" leaving rooms, but it didn't really affect our stay.

There were too many transit residents and lots of cigarettes being smoked outside doors for me to be comfortable. I did not sleep one night in this room. It was clean and I found no bed bugs. But the atmosphere did not feel safe and was not comfortable for me as a woman alone.

No frills place, but it was clean and neat. We felt safe and tons of food options nearby. The beds were only double size but were they ever comfortable. No breakfast served. Parking was right at your door and free. We would definitely stay here again!!

Thermostat in room didn’t work & we had to turn air off completely. Called front desk & they told my husband he could come to front desk and get more blankets and a space heater for comfort. We were in pj's & refused to make the walk... inconvenience!The space heaters are dangerous so we wouldn't use that anyway.

The room was older but decent. The A/C didn’t function well. It took until about 2:30am to cool off to a comfortable level after setting to the coolest temperature/high fan setting 6 hours earlier.

Prices low and convenience

Busy environment. Heavy Traffic all hours of the day and night from roads .You will hear car doors slamming people getting in and out of their cars and going back and forth to their rooms all night long until 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. . Police Fire and Ambulance there several times during my stay.. No Central heat or air. Evap Cooler that you dont really control , and portable heaters provided. I stayed in December but for my knowledge about coolers is they only work when it's not actually hot or humid outside. It worked well as a fan to circulate air but it was 60 outside. Lack of temperature control really only gives you the option to be burning up or freezing cold. No coffee pot fridge or microwave in most rooms .Wifi is useless. Phone was out . Shower broken . Cigarette stains everywhere even though it was a non smoking room. In the morning enjoy a 4 oz complimentary coffee at front desk thats cold and stale and your key will no longer work if you leave the property and come back forcing you to go the front desk every time to get in your room . Pros: Cheap Dont not recommend, pay the extra $$ and get something decent next time .

Decent, it’s a bit aged and worn but it’s relatively cheap. There were a couple commotions over the night. It’s in a pretty run-down part of the city but again, it’s relatively cheap. I wouldn’t stay as a first option but it’s good if you’re pressed for $ or time

The stay was very nice very clean very worth the price I was amazed at the cleanliness and felt safe . The only problem I had was the housekeeping barged in the room didn’t knock before checkout while my child was naked getting out of the shower .
