Ms. Shade from the front desk was very kind at all times with me and my husband, very attentive and helpful, she was making sure we were comfortable with the hotel service. Definitely this will be our home when traveling to Mesquite! 100% recommended!

Location to the arena was exceptional. Pool area needed some attention (broken lounge chairs and umbrella). Room was clean and the kitchenette was beneficial. Front desk staff was friendly.

The sweet girl at the front desk (Stephanie) was absolutely precious and so very kind and always helping. The housekeeping supervisor was very friendly and even helped us get our valet full of luggage out of our room. The lady working the breakfast bar worked diligently all morning to keep the bar full. She was also super friendly. We were very impressed with the staff as well as the establishment. We stay in several hotels for dance competitions and this by far surpassed them all. Great job Marriott!!

This was an excellent hotel. Each staff member that we encountered was very kind. Not only was our room very nice, the entire hotel was kept clean and smelled good.

Only problem we had was since this hotel is near a highway there was a lot of traffic noise, however our wonderful host got us switch to a room across the hall in the other side from the road! Breakfast was good and all the other amenities seemed well kept up! Just make sure to get a room in the front of the building!

I liked that the room had a refrigerator, including icebox, small stove, small dishwasher, and a small amount of kitchen items, such as cups, plates, and silverware. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The room size was decent for a solo stay, but a little small for a family. The staff at the front always was welcoming and had a smile on their face. I had a room by the highway. It did not bother me because I travel with a sound machine, but if I didn't have that sound machine, I'm sure I would not have liked that traffic noise when asleep. Additionally, the continental breakfast was typical quality for these types of free breakfasts, but definitely not great. They only provide room service once every three days.

Unfortunately the room I was given may have had an issue with the cooling/heating unit. The cover was off of it sitting on the ground. The room smelt musky and damp. A few nats maybe due to the moisture. Yet the front desk corrected the issue when brought to their attention. Very hospitable and responsive.

The staff at check-in was great. A really comfortable bed and a surprisingly large room made our stay a really enjoyable experience.

I was overcharged on my card on this past saturday. The funds were returned and deducted again yesterday 6.25. I spoke with corporate and they were not helpful at all and advised that my payment should be refunded from expedia. I was checked in by the General Manager by the name of Safira Garza. This has been so frustrating and im not sure how to go about this.

I had an incredible stay at TownePlace Suites Dallas Mesquite! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. Approached the check in desk after a long tiring flight and ride from the airport. There was no one at the desk. I had to wait literally ten minutes to check in waiting for the desk person to appear from outside the hotel. My only complaint about the hotel was this unnecessary delay in checking in.

It was a very nice breakfast set-up. It wasn't the same meal each morning and there was plenty of variety. The dishwasher did not work.

It was amazing the suites have everything from full size refrigerators and a fully stoked kitchen to a beautiful and spot free bathroom ... the beds are so comfortable along with a arm chair and a dining room table ...plus free breakfast and 24 hr fitness center...would fully recommend to anyone ...

It was in the area we needed to be close to family for thanksgiving. So it was super convenient the pricing was good for what you get and the bed was comfortable. Also didn’t know we had a kitchenette when we booked( not exactly sure if it even mentioned it in the description) but it came in handy since we were traveling for the first time with an infant

The night manager when I came in was quite amenable, cordial, and polite. However, the gal whilst I was checking out was rather stringent about letting me have a slightly longer check out time; which was a bit inconvenient for me. I only asked for a bit of a postponed check out time. The breakfast was fine and the room was convenient for my business travel needs.

The staff were extremely warm and welcoming, willing to provide support without question. The property could use some upgrading, and the cleanliness was standard but not exceptional. Upon arrival, I found stains on my sheets and, later, a bug crawling on the dishes. The gym is substantial for a short trip, and fast food restaurants and Walmart are within walking distance. It's an ideal stay if you need to be within the area, but if you're looking for something more convenient, you might consider a hotel closer to the city.

I loved how convenient the property was to the highway and how clean and quiet the room was. The walk-in, hot shower, was the best, especially after a long day. It definitely meet my expectations, and I will be back!!!

At check out attendant was unable to process my payment of choice because she didn’t know how plus wouldn’t get anyone else to help her. Tv didn’t work in the room. No safety locks on the door in the room. Broke. At breakfast employees were eating breakfast too and making alot of racket. Butting into guests.

The first room I had, had roaches and a pill on the bed. The second room I had, had moths flying around. The front desk personnel were very respectful. She remembered who I was from previous stays. Big difference from our first experience. Just wished there wasn't any roaches because I love this hotel.

we were put in a room next to the highway so all night long all you could hear were vehicles going down the highway. the hotel was clean but they do not clean your room until after you leave . had to put trash in the hallway to be picked up. also maintenance was knocking down the door next door at 11:00 at night.

After discovering the room keys didn't work, returned to the front desk and she attempted to remake a set of keys unsuccessfully. She then stated that something had been changed with the door and she would let us in and slide keys under the door in a few minutes. An hour and a half go by and my son is getting hungry, I don't want to leave my belongings behind and have to have a front desk clerk let us into the room every time we return so I phone the front desk and she says that the people who can do whatever needs to be done will be there "soon" but she doesn't know when. This was at like 4pm on a Friday so it's not like we were there at an usual time or anything. That issue coupled with the road noise on the freeway side of the hotel, I was out, we went and stayed at the Hampton across the street and had zero room key or road noise issues. I will not be returning to this property, ever.

Room was filthy.

The property was fine, they were having area wide power outages across the neighborhood. The staff was excellent in dealing with guests checkin while the power and internet was out. They went above and beyond to make a rough situation better!

We didn't stay at the TownePlace suites. We were sent to the Hampton Inn and suites across the street.

. We were getting told 7am that it was time to get out. I don't think we will be back. I told the front desk and she said that they were very busy and the knew customers were going to to come soon. I was a paying customer. Never again.

I liked the fact that it had a Kitchen... Most facilities just have a Mini Fridge and a microwave...They have a Stove, Microwave, and a Refrigerator.. I would more than likely visit this Place again

The hotel charged my bank card 5 times for $300 a piece. Caused my card to be overcharged. Still waiting on my funds to be release. Also put us In a room that was already checked into. But the person left. So we had no clean towels or a clean bathroom.

I believe it is absurd to build a hotel close to a Freeway and not to have better sound proof windows. The noise from the freeway is non-stop. Breakfast was very limited. Something smelled really bad in our room (like wet rags). Every time I go, I get the room next to the stairs which is very annoying. Not only you hear the cars, but also people talking and going up and down. The hotel is fairly new but it is in a really bad condition. Needs lots of maintenance beyond paint.

Clean, new hotel, well lit, safe, low noise from road, great staff, easy check-in.

Overall the hotel is nice. Our room had a leak in the pipe above the shower head and also the AC unit was leaking water onto the carpet. By the time we realized this, the kids were already showered and in bed so avoided walking on that section of the carpet and also went to bed. The breakfast-to-go wasn’t great but hopefully everything will go back to normal soon.

Our overall stay was fine. Bed was comfortable, amenities were great. However, our stay abruptly ended a night early when we found a very large cockroach in our room. The hotel comped us for one night's stay however what we had to pay and the inconvenience of moving to a new hotel at 11pm the night before we had to fly out I don't feel is fair.

We were in town for a baseball tournament in Forney and didn’t really spend that much time at the hotel for it to bother us. Location on the highway was great, but lots of highway noise and cars racing all night long.

Very rude and non attentive front desk. Dirty hairs on towels, no trash bags, dirty carpet, only allowed one room key. I called Marriott customer service two hours after checking on to complain about the dirty mess and bad customer service and was told the towels would we replaced and room cleaned up, THAT NEVER HAPPEN.

Very clean room everything was great my only let down was that the lady at check in told me breakfast would be from 7-10am the next morning (Saturday) and when we get up for breakfast there is nothing found downstairs. Other than that hotel was super nice no problems.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was also very courteous and helpful. Suite had full size fridge and full stove which pleasantly surprised me. My other Towneplace stays have had the range top but not the oven part. Now, the funny part, bathroom was great, except i like a shower where i can close the shower door. Not this one. Yes, fancy, but not my fav part. Otherwise, fantastic stay.

Hotel is newer, very clean, staff was good (morning better than evening). Room was fantastic, comfortable bed, super convenient to Texas City and of the options I have tried will definately being staying here from now on.
