Reviews
The hotel has a central location in Miami Beach, close to the beach and various amenities, with a mix of positive and negative reviews regarding the staff's service. Some guests have experienced issues with room cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities such as the pool, while others have praised the hotel's comfort and value for money.
- Central location in Miami Beach
- Comfortable rooms and beds
- Inconsistent staff service
- Issues with room cleanliness and maintenance

Very nice and smooth experience

Pool was not working, there was no running water for more than a few hours one afternoon, phone did not work, one of the two elevators was not working, some lights in my room did not work, pillows were oddly lumpy. They give you pass for free chair and umbrella at beach with a partnering hotel but that area of beach disgusting with seaweed so you can’t even enter water and seaweed gives beach foul odor.

A good basic property limited ammenities. Location good for S Beach.

El dia martes cortaron el servicio de agua de 11 a 5 pm, sin embargo avisaron muy tarde al huesped y no se pudo hacer uso de las duchas en las habitaciones
- 4/5
Well we didn’t have the pool to use when we got here yes I would come back when I pool is ready not until then small room I had my room at home was bigger than this one but we had a wonderful time thanks
- 4/5
Hotel was clean, close to the beach, and within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Lastly, the staff was very professional/helpful. We will definitely stay here in the future.
- 4/5
Restaurant, plage, tout était à côté. Le personnel de l’hôtel extrêmement gentil et serviable. Juste dommage que la piscine était en rénovation. Mais l’hôtel nous a offert tous les jours,le parasol et les transats pour la plage.
- 5/5
Hotel is in a great location, one block from the beach. Front desk Diego is a very kind person and very helpful. Room I paid for was a petite room good size for one parson and clean considering the age of the hotel I was a good stay.
- 5/5
Everything was great. I was only in Miami for one day and this was the perfect hotel/ cost for 1 night.
- 5/5
Amazing stay. Our room was upgraded for free. Had free beach chairs and umbrella at the beach and very nice staff. Beds we’re comfortable and towels were so soft
- 5/5
I would definitely go bac
- 5/5
Great efficient staff and location perfect

Nothing
- 3/5
Good area in the art deco district. Staff very helpful. Toilet door sticks after decorations. Toilet handle broken. Swimming pool not operating. Ground floor outside area under palm trees not open.
- 5/5
That doesn’t have the breakfast included. And the options to buy the breakfast where only a few
- 3/5
- 1/5
2.) The Pool was out of service in one of the most busiest parts of the year (Memorial Day 2026) 3.) The staff failed to mention that the room temperature would never lower less than 70 degrees. 4.) Although the staff was very nice, they weren't helpful with basic check-in and what the added costs were.
- 5/5
A special shoutout to the front desk staff, Hugo & Nathan … they were awesome! Both made the check in & check out very easy & were very accommodating & helpful!!
- 4/5
The location was good. The place needs some updates. Bathroom didn't have room for storage. There were no mirrors besides the bathroom one.
- 4.5/5
Loved the location me the friendly, helpful, professional staff! Loved the lobby and the breakfast! Room was comfortable and clean but dated.
- 4/5
Recommended stay!
- 5/5
Had a really pleasant stay here! I didn’t expect much because it’s relatively lower in price than other South Beach hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised. At checkin they kindly upgraded us to a larger room. It was clean, mostly quiet, and the staff (especially Hugo, Natan and Joel!!!) were so so helpful and kind interacting with them. The hotel has a basic gym, free coffee and water which was excellent. They gave us beach towels and chairs since the pool was under renovation. The location was also excellent. Thank you for treating us very well here. The wifi could be improved/more reliable.
- 2/5
The location of the hotel was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby was nice. It was very old and run down. The hallways were dark and smelled of terrible cologne. When my room was cleaned the towels were not replenished. The pool was closed for renovations. Just overall the vibe was sad.
- 5/5
This hotel was great and spacious, great service
- 4/5
The staff were amazing especially Hugo and the rest of the front desk staff. The location is excellent. Unfortunately the outside area and pool were closed due to construction so there were no amenities.
- 5/5
The front desk people were really nice, our flight got there around 7am and asked if we can check in our bags. They allowed us to change in their bathroom and when we returned they let us know that the manager was able to get us in a room early. As well as for checkout, they let us check in our bags till the afternoon. Overall, good experience very close to the beach and walkable to ocean drive and other convenient stores
- 5/5
Location pricing Staff The pool out of service
- 5/5
I stayed in the smaller room with the king and t was just enough space. Walking distance to shopping on Lincoln. I will stay here again
- 4/5
Nice staff. We stayed in a suite and the room was nice and big. I would definitely stay again .
- 5/5
Really all you need in the Lincoln Road area of South Beach!! Very nice big room and friendly staff!! Give em a try!!
- 3.5/5
Location is killer. Facilities are adequate, but I wouldn’t want to spend more than a couple nights here. It’s old and creaky, and the fan in my air conditioner. Unit was a little noisier than it needed to be, but it was clean and workable.
- 2/5
If you’re mainly looking for a basic place to sleep, it does the job. Otherwise, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The lobby area is nice, but the rooms definitely don’t match the appearance of the common areas. There is plenty of shopping and food nearby, which was convenient. The lobby bar was okay, but drinks were pricey and they don’t serve food.
- 3/5
Pool was closed due to refurb
- 5/5
Great location and room! Not sure
- 5/5
We specifically booked Albion Hotel to be close to the New World Concert Hall. Everything was great , the room was spacious , quiet..all you could want
- 5/5
Location and very friendly and helpful staff Nothing
- 4/5
Pool was closed for renovation
- 5/5
The staff was the best. No pool access due to construction
- 4/5
Excellent location and freindly staff
- 4.5/5
Location was great Old and door in bathroom not close comply
- 5/5
Clean bedroom and organized, great shower, nice air conditioning, friendly staffing having a wonderful location in South Beach by Lincoln RD and about 2 blocks from the beach.
- 5/5
Free room upgrade!
- 0.5/5
Horrible, the room size is so small, dirty sinks and bathrooms, so bad
- 4.5/5
The hotel is clean, the staff are very nice, the facilities and the location. There is one outdated elevator that feels like a maintenance elevator but other than that the hotel is amazing.
- 4/5

- 0.5/5
Nothing Terrible place The water was completely out for an entire day. We couldn’t even use the toilet, let alone take a shower. We reported the situation to the lobby, and they told us to come back in the morning because management would compensate us somehow, but they did nothing. On top of that, when we said we would never come back again, their response was basically “you never know.” The staff were awful, the facility was terrible, old, and smelled bad.
- 4/5
The front staff confirmed pool should be done renos by end of May 2026. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again .
- 4/5
Staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast service was quick and food was good - could have used more healthy options. The room is fine but could use some updating. Sink and tub were not draining well. One elevator not working.
- 5/5
The pool was under renovation
- 4/5
The convenience of the Albion Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach and the Lincoln Road shopping strip. The room was comfortable and the staff cleaned it daily; very well. The breakfast was not included with our stay but was very good nonetheless. Our only complaints was that the pool was still under maintenance, but it was mentioned on the website; and we were somewhat surprised by a regular room, when our booking stated that a balcony and sofa would be part of our reservation. We didn’t make an issue of it because all of South Beach was already booked. In fact, we talked to a guest who had checked out and had to come back because he could not find another room. So, all in all, our stay was pleasant. When we go to the beach, we typically go to spend time outside in the sun anyway.
- 5/5
Location was PERFECT! Everything at the hotel was top quality. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Just the right thing! Hugo and Diego from the front desk were super helpful and polite, handling our requests. Breakfast was a nice surprise, it was delicious! Overall I would totally recommend it. If you are looking for a nice place with an amazing location and incredible staff THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!
- 5/5
I would love to visit again.. I enjoyed myself.
- 5/5
Love this hotel. The staff was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable. Would here again.
- 5/5
It was our fourth stay at the Albion, and everything is still incredible. The service, the friendliness, and the cleanliness are all excellent. This time, we stayed in a newly renovated room, and I can say they managed to improve on what was already great. Thank you again for the wonderful stay, and until next time.
- 5/5
Good staff surprisingly quiet
- 4/5
The staff was so nice! The pool was down for construction which they informed us beforehand!
- 1/5
The pool was under construction. The noise was terrible starting at 8 AM. The pool being under construction, the garden was out too so the only place to sit in was the very tiny lobby with all the travelers and their luggage. The location is good, but I will definitely not recommend this hotel. It needs complete renovations and only one elevator was working.
- 4/5
No pool that’s why i rated it 4/5. it was in renovation
- 4/5
Good, could have been more clean
- 4/5
The hotel is really good , also the location, but no more flexibility to get only one hour late in the check-out. They said NO.
- 5/5
Nice property great location very walkable
- 4/5
Loved the staff and location but I would recommend skipping the breakfast. Hotel was cute and comfortable for one night prior to our cruise.
- 3/5
I checked out at 11 am although I requested late check out but unfortunately my request was rejected
- 5/5
However, I would like to note that the lighting in the room was quite insufficient. I believe improving the brightness would significantly enhance the guest experience.
- 5/5
Too bad the pool wasn't operational
- 1/5
Room was not cleaned when we left. Tv barely worked. Only one elevator worked, other elevator broken or not working either. Pool was not open. Park over $1000 for 3 nights, unhappy stay.
- 5/5
The hotel staff was very nice in the location of the hotel is 10 oh 10 however, I guess the expectation of them announcing that they were going to renovations led me to believe that the hotel would be in better condition than it was but the air conditioner works
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
The breakfast selection was good although on the expensive side. It was in a good position, less than 5 minutes walk to South Beach.
- 5/5
Great location and great staff!
- 5/5
Front desk staff was excellent
- 3/5
Didn’t use bar
- 5/5
We will absolutely stay here again. The staff was amazing and so helpful. Close to everything, they have towels for the beach. The pool was closed while we were there, which was no big deal for us, we were there for the beach and city.
- 5/5
Pool was under repair , but getting there. As for the sea very good and staff very helpful.
- 4/5
Expedia lists property as "on the beach", but there is a walk of about 1200 feet to the beech. Also the restorant only serves breakfast, lunch and dinner are not available. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean.
- 4/5
Pool was under renovation and couldn't be used.
- 2/5
Gross and dirty
- 5/5
Staff is extremely helpful, kind and communicative. Very accommodating and that’s what sold it for me. Not to mention the walking distance to the beach, massive shops including huge cvs pharmacy right across the street was so convenient
- 4/5
The pool was not ready but I was happy with the beach chair passes. It’s a good location in between ocean and Washington. Only one elevator worked so I took the stairs a lot.
- 5/5
They were so kind and accommodating. Hugo was helpful and welcoming. Room was clean, bed comfy. The pool and outside areas were still under construction, but it looks like it will be awesome once it’s done. We will book again our next visit.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
This is close to the beach and stores. Ideally located for tourism
- 4/5
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from South Beach, which made it very convenient to explore the area. While the hotel itself could benefit from some upgrades and the pool is currently being repaired, the service more than made up for it. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall, the excellent customer service, cleanliness, and location made for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Hotel needs a facelift, kind of run down, pool is in disrepair, only one of two elevators operational.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, very comfortable beds
- 1/5
The male staff Mark was pleasant and helpful. The room I got should only be recommended for a one night stay. The lobby was great aesthetically but everywhere else including the main floor restrooms was looking run-down. the internet sucks for my level of work.
- 4/5
It was good
- 2/5
Hotel was very run down and dirty. Cracks in the wall, non working elevators, no heat, so much condensation from AC, faucet falling off.
- 5/5
Perfect spot. Quiet and Friendly
- 3/5
Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Location is very good.
- 2/5
Staff was nice. Room was terrible, no heat only AC to the max with so much condensation everything felt wet in the room. Elevators didn’t work. Room was dirty and failing apart. Sink faucet was loose and falling off, toilet running constantly. No parking and no amenities.
- 4/5
Good staff
- 5/5
Staff and cleanliness.
- 5/5
Very clean and the staff was friendly and so helpful ❤️
- 2/5
Not to clean room smelled dirty and you cloud hear everything
- 4/5
Very Well. Great Stay Pleasant stay At The Albion
- 3/5
The facility could use some TLC. The staff was friendly. The location is nice, being close to the beach, and a nearby shopping/ restaurant mall.
- 4/5
The staff were great, really helpful - the room was clean, but the doors weren't very soundproof so you could hear a lot of noise in the hallways sometimes
- 1/5
The room was dated and very noisy
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly - I received a complimentary upgrade on my room which was brilliant too!
- 5/5
The room was nice with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but had all the elements.
- 5/5
Courteous staff
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff!
- 5/5
Staff was great! Hugo made our stay memorable. Great location.
- 3/5
Very courteous the staff. No microwave in the room and not even on site. Very dissappointed on rhat. on that
- 5/5
Love
- 4/5
Yes
- 1/5
FREEZING and NO HEAT and no heater available. I ended up boiling water for heat and wrapped in every sweatshirt I had....awful experience (:
- 3/5
Room was in good condition. Awkward layout with a tiny but mostly clean bathroom (it was difficult to open the door and squeeze into the bathroom). Biggest complaint ws the delay in getting the room ready made me late for a meeting that night which I purposefully flew in early for.
- 5/5
Great location.
- 4/5
Great location, all staff helpful and courteous.
- 3/5
Hotel is in a good location but room and bathroom were outdated with no counter-space in bathroom and no wardrobe space in room. Hotel is over priced for what it is.
- 3/5
Fine location, nice staff, great lobby. Dark hallways, shabby room, thin walls, tiny elevator (only one two worked), sunken mattress. Pretty much a typical Miami Beach hotel experience.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel for the cost. Staff were brilliant (shout out to Hugo!!), location is amazing (just off Lincoln rd) and the room Was genuinely good with comfy beds. We stayed with our two young kids and loved it. Will be back.
- 3/5
The 1st room smelled funny due to the carpet I believe. Then we upgraded the room and everything was fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and vibrant for the most part. One of the elevators were broken. The working elevator's level 2 button was not functioning properly. The bartender was sociable, who made extremelyyyy tasty drinks. Overall decent stay!
- 4/5
Clean room. A little dark. Bad lighting for makeup. Staff awesome
- 4/5
Sadly unable to get an early check-in but Hugo was reallyvery helpful, we were able to leave our luggage and we ended up with a comp upgrade to a suite which was great. It wasn’t a problem for us that the pool wasn’t available, but it was a bit naughty when booking through hotels.com that we only found out about that after the booking was made. The elevators are a bit gloomy. I wouldn’t want to be in one by myself if travelling as a single woman. The coffee in their café on the second floor was not very nice. We didn’t have time for breakfast on the morning departure sadly .I love Art Deco so very pleased to stay at the hotel. The location is very good as well.
- 1/5
I didn’t even stay something came up I would like a refund
- 3/5
Room was really cold . No ice buckets
- 3/5
The location is great and the lobby is very nice, but once you get past that, things go downhill quickly. Despite advertising the pool all over the listing, they do not inform you that the pool is under construction until AFTER you book (I had to look three different times before I could find the notice in the listing, in the fine print). The rooms are so tiny that you WILL bump your leg into the side of the bed at least once during your stay, so look forward to that :) only one elevator works, and it’s so slow you’ll end up taking the stairs. The reat of the hotel feels somewhat run down, so you definitely get what you pay for.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition, just small and old. But it was clean
- 4/5
Staff courteous
- 5/5
Location, location and location! Also Lobby is beautiful. Spacious rooms. Great service. For the price we paid right on high season during the holidays, couldn’t have asked for a better stay. One of the elevators was broken but even that wasn’t a big deal. Receptionists were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again since we always give ourselves a couple days before/after our cruises.
- 3/5
They need to have some snacks and drinks available in the room.
- 4/5
Free breakfast to get the day started and close to everything like Espaniol way and the beach.
- 4/5
Although this is an average small hotel with basic amenities, my room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable, the staff is excellent and it’s in a great location close to everything!
- 1/5
Only one elevate working small and dirty, the room shouldn’t even be a room it is a closet with no window and so small you can’t even put your bags, horrible bed and bad linen, this hotel just close down and remodel it is a horrible place I do not recommend it
- 4/5
Location is good
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed and room. Staff especially Hugho very helpful.
- 2/5
Elevator terrible Missing light bulbs/light in room. Front desk staff AMAZING!
- 5/5
Great room and staff was very friendly!!
- 3/5
Room had a musty smell
- 5/5
Excellent choice! The hospitality was great
- 4/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Max at reception is always wonderful welcoming me time after time
- 5/5
Like 👍 our review! We had a wonderful overnight stay at Albion South Beach Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida after flying into Fort Lauderdale to depart for our cruise the next day. We chose the place due to its solid reviews, walking distance to Lincoln Road shopping area and beaches, and great value for the price point. Overall, the hotel met our expectations and we really enjoyed the cozy bedroom with four pillows, clean bathroom with a tub, large closet and safe for valuables, reasonable internet speed for emails and searching, beautiful and comfortable lobby, quiet hallways for a good sleep, a small working gym, free morning coffee (after 7AM) on the mezzanine, and most importantly, a kind and personable staff. Please note that we didn't have access to the pool since it's currently being renovated during our stay and it was not a problem to us. Since we were on the third floor, it was very easy to take the stairs instead of the slow elevator. However, we enjoyed the access to a sleek bar downstairs for a late night drink and access to an a ala carte breakfast with a variety of offerings. Lastly, the hotel offered a luggage hold for the day allowing us to explore the area more before departing for the cruise. Given this, we would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.
- 3/5
Definitely no luxury linens or bath amenities.
- 5/5
Room was small
- 5/5
Clean room, bed was comfortable. Hugo at the front desks was great. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Staff wasn’t most helpful, pool wasn’t in working order. Disappointing.
- 5/5
Great stay, nice location, friendly staff
- 4/5
Good staff; clean
- 5/5
Second time here. Great property, conveniently located near shops, beach and restaurants (walkable). Easy to get Ubers/lyfts. Friendly, accommodating staff. Good breakfast, good rooms with the essentials.
- 4/5
Had a nice stay. Very accessible to all places that i want to visit.
- 5/5
The room was the size of an indoor cabin on a cruise ship. Plenty of space for a stay. You are a block from Lincoln Mall, a block from the beach, and a block from the Jackie Gleason music center. Lowe's and the Ritz-Carlton are block away under swimming there is a better location in South Beach that doesn't have music downstairs and noise until 1:00 a.m.. the properties of updated that's really clean Steph could not be more commentating. There's a pool currently under renavation, but the outdoor seating for breakfast more than makes up for it. Remember you are less than a few hundred feet in the beach. There are a few other properties very close The Crest, and the James, but I'm quite sure, of all the local properties this is the pick. For the price you're stay in Miami at the Albion is unbeatable.
- 2/5
The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to everything. Staff is great and the lobby is cute, however the hotel is not located on the beach as advertised but it is near the beach. I would “not” recommend this hotel. The halls on each floor are dirty. Upon check in and getting to my room, the commode was stopped up and I had to make multiple calls before maintenance came to fix it and the tv in the room did not work. It definitely was not worth $200+ per night.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous, thank you Hugo! Your advice for BOGO drinks at the hotel bar was much needed and appreciated.
- 4/5
Close to the beach, restaurant except parking is very expensive
- 5/5
The room is in good location and we’re close to the Lincoln Road Mall. The staff really helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Perfect location and stay before we boarded our Cruise, welcomed by "Freddy's Smile" was very warming and felt good about the place, Thank you Albion South Beach Hotel

Lovely room. Local to shopping & beach
- 4/5
Cool lobby
- 5/5
The rooms are very clean. The saff is very welcoming.I enjoyed myself.I will go back again
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff
- 4/5
Nice hotel, great staff, very friendly. Parking situation in miami beach is always a little difficult, but the gotel gives you a good option (public parking nearby)
- 5/5
Offered a great value for the price
- 5/5
Very Nice
- 5/5
Old bathrooms rooms, pillows like rocks.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Every staff I encountered at the front desk were very friendly! As a solo traveler I felt very safe at this hotel. The lobby was aesthetically pleasing. There were stores and restaurants and most importantly the beach in walking distance, a car would not be needed unless you’re going out of the South Beach area. The pool was closed which would have put the cherry on top, but hopefully it opens soon. I would say the only downfall would be the walls are extremely thin. You will without a doubt hear anyone in the hallway and neighbors next to you, so if you’re a light sleeper it would probably keep you up at night/early in the morning. Also, the petite room is really petite. It was fine since I was alone, I don’t know if 2 people would be comfortable for more than a night’s stay. I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Clean comfortable room. Great Art fliied lobby. Great location.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room with beautiful art in lobby.
- 5/5
Older, classic hotel in good condition. There is shopping and dining in easy walking area. The staff was excellent and agreed to print our cruise luggage tags. Yes, we would stay here again.
- 2/5
Basic at best. Tiny bathrooms.
- 5/5
Lincoln Road shops right outside.
- 5/5
The most friendly.and accomodating staff. Brand new large pool coming soon
- 5/5
Nice stuff you can leave your luggage until check-in or checkout time

- 5/5
Theres more than enough shops and eating options nearby to suit anyone which makes a difference from a lot of places I stay
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Mark, the front desk attendee was absolutely amazing!!! Mark welcomed us as soon as we arrived - assisted us with parking, restaurants and places to see. We truly appreciate Mark’s kindness and generosity with our stay! And the hotel was just as nice! Hotel was super clean and super quiet! We will definitely stay there again when in the Miami area!
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Not your big tall building. Small with the charm of Miami Beach. Nice people at reception want to accommodate all your requests. Not a lot of view but super convenient.
- 2/5
Unfortunately our room was right next to cleaning service room and they kept slamming the door there from 7am and making a lot of noise in general so we couldn’t sleep after 7am. The doors have big gap underneath so you can hear everything from the hallway. Also the WiFi is blocked to many different sites, apps and to some social media platforms such as TikTok which is very annoying. Even the google play store was blocked. The lobby staff was very kind.
- 5/5
Nice lowkey hotel
- 3/5
It was ok
- 3/5
The bed in the room was extremely tiny.
- 1/5
Ill never recommend anyone to go in this hotel

This hotel was clean, convenient location for food and shopping. The hotel staff very polite and patient. Mark was very helpful in helping me working out my reservation issue, we went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I will definitely stay here my next time in Miami.

First they lost my reservation then tried to accommodate me by upgrading my room yet they didn’t keep the same price as it said online when I asked to do a reserve now & pay later option. Never again

I have been going to this hotel couple of times whenever I go and visit Miami Beach. This place is accessible to everything walking distance going to the beach area. Staff are friendly. So many choices where you can sit and dine in. I definitely recommend this place.

The hotel staff was very nice. Construction was happening which is understandable but I got upgraded to a room that was right infront of the pool was construction was mainly going on in the morning. The AC in the bedroom was also not cooling. I informed the staff before heading out to business meetings all day and they said they would take care of it. It was not fixed when I got back. The sleep was very uncomfortable because it was hot all night in the room. It was not my best experience.

Id like to have a swimming pool when it's done.

Very clean and close to beach

Excellent. I enjoyed my time there and the hotel staff, Pablo and the team really made it enjoyable. The house Keeping staff always had a smile for me which was very nice.

Great location, but the facilities can be improved with a little investment

Not baad for this price and location

Good experience. Will stay again

Great location
- 5/5
Mattress could use an update.
- 5/5
Facility was clean and quiet, with a good location. We left early prior to breakfast but it was expensive for what it appeared to provide. The bed was older and uncomfortable for my taste
- 2/5
The room that was there in the pictures seeing what I have booked is different from the room I have been allotted. It was tiny like a small box, hardly there is any space to walk for two person and moreover the entrance to the room was so narrow passage that I have never seen before. overall a pathetic experience
- 3/5
Did not like the darkness in the hallways
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
The pool is still under maintenance Hope to be back when is also a feature to be enjoy
- 2/5
The rudest treatment that I have ever received in any part of the world. The woman who was at the reception during my check-in doesn't deserve to have a position that implies being in contact with customers.
- 5/5
Good attention
- 4/5
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The hotel is located really well close to the beach and Ocean Drive. Easy to get to from the airport, take the mover to the bus terminal at the airport and then get the 150, it takes you straight there. Only down side was the pool being renovated and seems to be a ways off completion. The hotel did email to confirm this before I arrive but still a shame.

So close to the beach
- 2/5
The picture are overly photoshopped compared to what you’re getting
- 5/5
Love the location!! Only downside was that the pool/courtyard was closed, but overall had a great experience and would recommend!

Bed bug every rooms

The pool was still under construction. However, they did give us access to two beach chairs, and an umbrella.
- 5/5
Great place and fancy rooms
- 5/5
I love staying on this hotel it’s very convenient to the beach. stores and safe even walking @ night. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff are nice.
- 3/5
Great location - close to the beach , shopping, convenience stores and restaurants. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re clean. Perfect if you’re looking for a convenient and tidy place to stay.
- 2/5
Not worth it. There is also no parking.
- 4/5
Good overall
- 3/5
The POOL is still under construction after 2 years!
- 2/5
The pool was under construction and they didn’t let us know before booking it. The showerhead was loose and it barely worked.
- 4/5
Staff friendly and helpful. Great location.
- 5/5
I stayed one day in a 1 bed bedroom and I loved the clean bathroom. The products were moisturizing for me because of how dry my skin and hair was. The bed was big, wide and clean; Very comfortable. Very good quality room, products and cleanliness! Would go back 100%
- 4/5
I have stayed here a few times and it’s a nice art deco hotel close to the beach. The frustrating thing is the pool has been closed for a couple of years now which is a little annoying
- 5/5
Nice driver and nice car clean too
- 4/5
The hotel is clean and good for the price. The staff is friendly and supportive
- 2/5
Front desk not so friendly. Room are dirty hairs in shower the only nice thing here was the friendly door man they have

Although I was informed after making my booking through Expedia that the swimming pool was close for maintenance I had no choice but to keep the book because it was non refundable. This information should be available before paying for the reservation, I would have booked another hotel.

There was little animals in the shower

Second time staying at this property. Friendly staff, we even got a free room upgrade this time! Clean and close to everything we enjoy in South Beach! Will be booking again!
- 4/5
Was a nice hotel and would definitely stay again, it was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Only downside was the rooftop pool/ bar/ lounge was being renovated which was one of the main reasons for staying (my fault for not doing the research before booking)
- 5/5
The building shows its age, but it's still lovely. Staff is helpful and attentive. I picked this hotel instead of staying in the huge fancy host hotel for a conference because I wanted to be able to relax in a quiet place off the main strip and not be kept up all night by partying coworkers. It was perfect. Coming back each night to the Albion was such a welcome escape.
- 2/5
Very old hotel with terrible conditions
- 5/5
Convenient location to beach, convention center, shops and dining.
- 5/5
The best location to visit NYC
- 3/5
Also parking was not on site and expensive
- 4/5
it’s bed size were smaller than most standard hotels that I’ve personally stayed in.
- 5/5
I booked a beautiful Superior Room on the 6th floor with a great view of South Beach. Very quite floor, no loud obnoxious noisy guests anywhere near my room. Had the best night sleep and rest. This will continue to be my go-to hotel for my Miami Beach stays going forward.
- 3/5
Staff at reception were fantastic and very accommodating. Bathroom door didn’t close properly in our hotel room and toilet was leaking. Bathroom was below average. The rest of the room was spacious and comfortable but the lighting in the room was terrible.

I loved it there the only thing I was sad about was the pool being closed because I love the pools out Miami. BUT I WILL BE BACK TO THE ALBION
- 3/5
No parking on site, need to use parking garages that are several blocks away and is unsafe to walk alone at night
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
This property is very well maintained. My room was clean and cosy. Great customer service! There was a water issue and I received a call to let me know the times it would be off. By the time I got back to my room it was on. Comfortable and safe walking distance from the convention center and places to eat.
- 3/5
This hotel looks nothing like the pictures it looks wayyy nicer in the images. This is the type of hotel you’d get if you’re too drunk to go home if I’m honest. It’s a good location walkable to shopping and everything but the area isn’t super nice and the hotel is very old and even has a smell and the room next to mind had plywood on it! The staff was friendly , but the images are very misleading.
- 4/5
Everything went smoothly the room was nice and affordable no hidden fees or any extra charges were made and had their own parking garage that you could come in and out for parking but there was a 50$ parking fee and 8 minute walk back to the hotel regardless the stay was good.
- 4/5
The staff is amazing, and the cleaning crew is even more amazing!!!! Old hotel but super clean and close to everything we needed. Wish they had valet parking tho…
- 4/5
This is a great location for access to South Beach and downtown Miami. Our hotel room was on the penthouse floor and had a great view. The bed was super comfortable. Our only problem was with the air conditioning which could not regulate temperature. It was either on polar vortex or off. The room was so cold. We weren’t sure we’d be able to get warm last night, however, once we turned it off, we were able to fall asleep and be comfortable. The hotel staff are very helpful. Parking in a public parking structure within a short walk cost of $20, which was reasonable.
- 5/5
I have stayed here so I love it thank you Mark
- 2/5
I was very disappointed with this hotel because I went for business. They advertised a pool and it was under construction. The breakfast menu has items sold out as early as 8AM, The AC unit in room was very noisy. The hotel was noisy trying to do work in the room and getting a good night's sleep. .
- 4/5
This hotel is being renovated. My room was fine although a little tired. Bed was good. Shower was good. Condition was reflected in the price so a good value. Very convenient to everything. I will come back at some point. This is a classic older Miami hotel so kinda cool

the check in is ridiculous
