Reviews
The hotel's location, particularly its proximity to the beach, is highly praised by guests. However, the property is frequently criticized for being outdated and in need of renovation. The staff's service is inconsistent, with some guests praising their friendliness and others finding them unhelpful or rude.
- Excellent location, especially close to the beach
- Spacious rooms
- Outdated property in need of renovation
- Inconsistent staff service

On our week long stay we noticed the AC wasn’t quite working properly. We called maintenance multiple times and ended up having to move rooms. Kitchenette counters are a bit dated with pink Formica laminate. Unless you have the king suite you are blessed with a view of either the side of a really nice resort/parking garage or an abandoned resort on the other OR Collins Ave which does not have a view of anything but the busy street below. “Affordable” rates for a reason.

Excellent location; Wonderful view; nice and clean Couldn’t open Oceanside windows to get fresh air. -Some English communication issues.

What I liked the most was the location, very close to the beach. We even had a sea view room. Overall, I didn't like the hotel. Everything seemed outdated, there was a very unpleasant smell of damp everywhere. The rooms and the hallways were furnished with old and damp smelly carpet. The cleanliness was not really ok, I found hair in the shower cabin. Very small containers of shampoo and shower gel so I had to buy a larger quantity from the store. The walls felt like they were made of cardboard, you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. I was totally disappointed. I didn't expect to find such a hotel in Miami. The main reason I chose the hotel was the location, on the beach. The front desk staff was cold and indifferent, not very friendly. While a few employees were helpful, language barriers were an issue as some could not speak English. This hotel is absolutely not worth the money, especially compared to the much higher standards of service you receive in Europe for the same price. I will definitely not return.

I had a beach front room, overlooking the pool and beach. It’s like a tiny apartment. I will say two adults max per room any more might be a problem. I enjoyed the pool area.

Always my favorite great location The fact the desk didn't understand much English. The room had a leak that had the floor wet. Was also lacking dishes and the one drinking glass had a crack and my son cut his finger. When I tried to tell the front desk she couldn't understand what I was saying. Which was a lil disappointing. But still my spot

Beach Access!!! The hotel did not look like the photos online. While the hotel appeared to have attempted remodeling the rooms, the redesign in our first room (#206) was not functional or comfortable. The bathroom was extremely small with two doors that collided when both were opened. The bathroom floor tile was also cracked and shifting. To make matters worse, the AC leaked onto the bedroom floor, and the room had a strong mildew smell. After reporting the issues to the front desk, we were informed there was no maintenance staff available, so we were moved to room #405. Thankfully, that room smelled much better and had a more practical layout with a larger-feeling bathroom, even though it appeared to be about the same size. Because of the inconvenience of having to repack and move rooms, we chose not to fully unpack since we were leaving the next day anyway. Unfortunately, the customer service did not improve the experience. When we requested additional pillows, we were told that due to lack of staff, we would need to come downstairs to pick them up ourselves. The same response was given regarding assistance with the wet floor issue. There was also no attempt to financially accommodate us for the inconvenience we experienced. This trip was meant to be a quick getaway and 60th birthday celebration for my fiancé, but the stay was disappointing and far from what we expected or deserved. Overall, it felt like an epic failure on the hotel’s part, although we still managed to make the best of our weekend. The hotel did not look like the photos online. The location is perfect in regards to restaraunts and the beach. The size of the rooms are perfect! Rooms are a bit dated and could really use some updating. For the value it met my expectations but if there were updates made to the rooms and facility this place would be absolutely amazing.

Location great for proximity to beach and restaurants. There was no breakfast/meals available. View was awesome but I wish there was a balcony. Pool was quiet, beach setup was convenient. Building dated. Toilet broke (I fixed without calling down). Lightning too bright for space (thank goodness for small lamps provided). Walls thin and carpet should be removed. Didn't care to be watched while in pool area by people working out (reflective glass).

We have lived in the area for many years and know the Crystal Palace well. It has a great location very walkable, close to the beach and shops, rooms are roomy and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. A room with a beach view or balcony would have elevated our stay. Our room was nice but the small windows made the room dark larger windows would open up the view and let light in.

Location, location, location!!!!! Red line!!!! 2 min to the beach! Excellent!!! Each room has 2 beach beds included - that’s a huge advantage if you prefer calm way of holiday - stay at the beach all day long. The facility itself is old, but anyway for that price and location it’s great

The photos online didn’t look like the hotel I felt. Our room was salmon pink color with mirrors everywhere and the glass was broken in places. Made me feel uncomfortable. The people above us you could hear their child running back and forth in their room. I called the front desk and they didn’t do anything. Lotion was great though.

If I could give this “hotel” a -0 I would because it’s terrible!! I say “hotel” in quotes because I have stayed in nicer motels, in Mississippi, on the side of the road. I very rarely give a negative review about anything but I really felt this deserved it. I paid almost $500 for 1 night and the carpet was so old and nasty I couldn’t walk on the floors barefooted. You would think that at those prices they would update this craphole but I guess not. Anyway, obviously, I will never go back to this hotel but hopefully someone will read this and make a better choice.

Nice pool facilities and gym. Walk to the beach just in the back. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. Good transportation, bus and trolley. I do like this landmark a lot. Definetely will stay again.

We have stayed at Crystal Beach Suites previously, so it was our obvious choice when we were coming into town to see a show at the Miami Bandshell. What we didn't expect was the nice upgrade to the ocean view suite! We wished we were able to stay for more than just one night! The suite was clean, beautiful and we were able to wake up and watch the sunrise before we left. CBS will be our only place to stay when we visit Miami from now on!
- 3/5
Clueless staff. Twice they just barged into our room. When I asked the front desk they acted like I wasnt telling the truth. Kind of a crappy location too. No restaurant just a couple vending machines.
- 5/5

This hotel was conveniently located near retaurantes, a Walgreens and the beach for swimming. The location was very busy but seemed safe enough.
- 4/5
The location is great lots of food options in walking distance.

Great location right on the beach. Beautiful pool. The room was great for a 2 night stay. Having the kitchenette permitted us to cook our own breakfasts. Would consider staying again if the price is right.

Very nice place. The hotel is right on the beach, It offers 2 complementary beach chairs. You can purchase the umbrella or extra chairs at a discounted price. The suite has a kitchenette and dedicated area for preparing food and dining. It’s close to everything, restaurants, stores, PublixThe building is a little bit old but it’s clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

What an awesome place!! Right on the beach (and you get two free beach chairs for staying here). Tons of food that is walking distance. Staff is super helpful. Room is big and open. The gym is friggin massive and impressive. Really great all around.
- 5/5
Very clean, staff great, gym very good, very nice place to stay.
- 4/5
We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much, the property was very nice and beach access was amazing! 2 chairs included but must pay for a umbrella if you want one which is only 15 for the day. I loved how the rooms felt like an apartment having a door separating the bedroom from living room/kitchen and the bathroom that way if you are staying with a morning person you can shut the door while they watch TV and don’t wake you. I don’t have any complaints it’s not a super fancy high end but it gets the job done and the staff are super helpful, water and ice station to fill up your own cups and store and restaurants galore right outside the hotel. I would liked to have see a little area you can buy small things such as bandaids, personal care, smaller things but there is a Publix about 2 blocks away so it’s pretty convenient. We were there at 9:00 am and they found a room for us early to check in which was a major plus! Keep in mind you have to be 21 to check in as I myself are a younger traveler so watch for that!
- 4/5
The View from my room was not great
- 4/5
Hotel guests have also access to beach chairs service, and there are amazing restaurants around the hotel.
- 4/5
I would stay here again. Nice that it’s just a minute from the beach with beach chairs included. Even though breakfast wasn’t included the area had many options. Grocery store near by was convenient if you wanted to purchase your own things to help save you some money during your stay. Hotel room also provides small kitchen .

To whom it may concern, I would like a full refund, it was horrible, the room had a odor of mold , my daughter had to get medical attention, once we returned home for mites , we had constantly headaches and lightheaded, I asked upon arrival to be moved and they said they were fully booked, who may I speak with Expedia to receive a refund, thank you .
- 4/5

Stayed a few times in a past 3 years. I like place because it’s like 1 bd apartment so I can be more flexible with food since I travel with a child. Has beach chairs and pool, near multiple restaurants. Everything you need in a range of 5 min walk. It is older building so I do not expect everyone perfect but it is comfortable for me.

We ended up not staying here at all. We checked in and our room smelled damp and moldy. It was was terrible. Upon further inspection we found mold all by the windows, and right outside of our window was the air conditioning system or something. It made for an old and rusty view. We immediately went down to ask for another room and was told that we could not be accommodated, but other people coming in after were able to check in and those rooms should’ve been open prior them checking in. Especially seeing as to how we didn’t get the room that we actually booked online (ocean view room). At the end of it all we had to fight for a refund. Ended up staying at the Hilton for the same price. Smh

Cleanliness of the room
- 4/5
Adequate place to stay. Older hotel but most of the building in the area already are. My room was facing the street. Great soundproof windows. No balcony’s. Pool and beach are right there. Nice boardwalk too. Many people around. Felt safe. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Avoid Campo Argentina. Food is awful. No flavor. Very bland. Can’t believe they were voted one of the top restaurants in 2025. Better off eating at McDonald’s. All in all. It was a good place to stay. Heard that they are planning to tear down the place and build a new hotel.
- 3/5
It was great for the price point and location. The beach access is AMAZING, as well as the chairs and umbrellas to rent for the hotel at a very reasonable price.
- 2/5
Reservation had been canceled by staff by mistake and gave us a room without heating and no refrigerator working. The worse thing is that the staff knew it was not working and did not mention it. I know because I overheard them talking but did not know they were referring to the room they would assign us.
- 4/5

My fiance wiped her face and there were bugs all over the wash clothes and towels that she recorded and she talked to the staff about it and showed a video of the bugs to the manager in charge which she agreed was very disgusting and we were just moved to another room and told the Manager would contact us which we still haven't heard from.
- 4/5
Room was pretty clean, and the staff were friendly. The pool isn’t heated, the gym closes early, and there were no recycling bins available, which is why I gave it a lower rating.

The hotel itself was nice — comfy rooms, decent service, and a solid atmosphere. But one of the towers? Yikes. The hallway smelled like cigarettes, and it definitely hadn’t seen a deep clean in a while. There were even a few moochies hanging around, which made it feel less like a hotel and more like an uninvited guest convention. When I mentioned it to the morning lady at the front desk, she gave me this robotic “Okay, I will tell the cleaner about it,” like she was reading straight from the handbook. She didn’t seem rude, just… checked out. Not exactly the kind of response that makes you feel taken care of. Overall, good potential here — they just need to care a little more about the details.
- 5/5
Everything was great. The hotel is clean, at a great location, and has beach chair services, but the pros are it’s very old and no actual parking for the guests.
- 3/5
So they charged me extra $25 for reserve fee, mentioning that the expedia doesn’t include that charge. Also late check out was unavailable for me. Also they charge extra $20 per extra person. And for the bags too, if you want to leave them, not that much but $1. No water in the room, the location is nice North Beach, quieter than South beach. Solid 3.7/5

Clean rooms and a great location. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
- 4/5
Older property but still great area for food choices a grocery store one block fabulous Large rooms everything we needed good for families

Location
- 5/5
Great location, check in was a breeze, friendly staff.
- 5/5
This place is in a good spot if you don't like too much "traffic" around. Has good eateries, shopping and bars aroind. Beach is steps from property. Ana was very nice and extremely helpful.
- 5/5
The big issue is no parking
- 5/5
Very good services
- 5/5
Right on the beach with a kitchenette in the suite.
- 5/5
Suite room with kitchenette suitable for family. Ocean area right on premises. Pool on premises. 4 person suite. Partial.ocean view for a perfect price. Good price. The boulevard at the beach and showers divine. Nice area walking distance to many good restaurants
- 2/5
No like it
- 5/5
I love the service and great area for food!!
- 4/5
Convenient location, close to the beach. Even the hotel is pretty old but they tried to keep in good condition
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 3/5
Todo estuvo muy bien excepto una gran Cucaracha que aparecio en la noche en la salida del baño. Es la unica queens que tengo de la installation
- 1/5
Room had a slight moldy smell. There were roaches in my room children playing in the hallway.
- 1/5
The hotel is dated. The room smelled like mildew.
- 5/5
Beach access and location
- 5/5
Amazing we had a great time great location very satisfied with hotel service and cleanness
- 2/5
Old
- 4/5
Great location, but the room was just okay. Our room was dated and not very clean. They do provide beach towels which was nice. That's about all I can say.
- 5/5
Hotel stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived at 5:30am. The ENTIRE STAFF was warm, friendly, inviting, and most of all, helpful. The ocean view suite was well worth the upgrade at it overlooked the pool as well. Hotel sits right on the boardwalk giving direct beach access. Didn't get a chance to experience the pool (limited time) but saw maintenance scrub the water line daily before opening. The entire hotel was pristine. Close by a Publix, convenience store, liquor store, drugstore, and multiple restaurants, this hotel is my new go-to while visiting Miami Beach.
- 2/5
Beware. All of the pictures shown are not accurate. There’s a picture showing you the resort and it’s of the resort next door. This is like an indoor motel resort. Very outdated and definitely was not what I was expecting for my taste. Also if you have a suite with more than 2 people, you have to pay an additional $20 per person per day over the age of 3. While in the room I was coughing and could barely breathe but soon as I’d go outside I’d be okay. There was something in the air preventing me from breathing. I give them 1 star. The front desk morning staff was nice.
- 4/5
Very spacious rooms, easy check-in, clean, easy beach access. Would have preferred to be able to take a night swim in the pool (it closes at dusk), and parking a block away is a bit of a pain if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise, worked great for our family of four.
- 3/5
It was decent for the price but expected a little more
- 3/5
House keeping was doing great job cleaning every day. Bathroom is outdated, beach was horrible. Full of see weeds…
- 3/5
Was peaceful and quiet . But our air didn’t work on the room only the living room.so we had to put the mattress in living room our entire stay. No complimentary breakfast and u have to pay for coffee paid over 1100 for a room for 5 days to not at least get free coffee . Room was clean . Beach chair comes free but they close n take them from you on the beach at 4pm that’s too early. So we had to buy chairs n umbrellas from another hotel . Pool was very nice . We went to ocean drive for the beach because the one near the hotel was cutting our feet under water due to a lot of seaweed . Overall everything else was ok . Nice desk workers they are there 24/7 to help you
- 1/5
We couldn't sleep from hearing all footsteps from upstairs room. A room is tiny with smell. Staffs are not friendly. I asked if I could have plactic or paper cups, and the staff said, "No, I only have my water bottle!" What kind of answer is like that? The conversation ended right there. There is no parking lot but using public lot outside. I paid 3 nights, but left early after 2 nights.
- 5/5
Muy buena atención las habitaciones son muy cómodas y muy limpias
- 5/5
No parking so be prepared for that but local parking very close. The front desk ladies were amazing. Quaint little room right by ocean.
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
Good location, close to beaches and the Miami Bandshell
- 5/5
Acces to the beach, gym and the amenities. Excellent customer service!
- 5/5
all people and service was nice
- 5/5
We’ll definitely go again, perfect set up for non restaurant people
- 5/5
Staff was fab and location was great too, right on the beach!
- 5/5
Didn’t like no parking available
- 5/5
loved that the beach is literally 10ft away from the hotel & they offer beach chairs. Parking was a little tricky but overall a great stay !
- 4/5
Excellent location. Room quality is less than average.
- 4/5
it would be better to change the carpets for tiles or a more hygieninc type of floor -) we disliked A LOT! the construction being carried in the north side, just in front of our room ;(
- 4/5
Write next to the beach. Provided towels and chairs for the beach and the pool. Nice small kitchenette as well.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would come back but next time with an ocean view.
- 5/5
We came early and was able to check right in. I truly enjoy this place. The rooms are very nice.
- 5/5
A plus
- 5/5
My husband and I stayed in this place for 6 nights. It is good place to stay. Staff is friendly, room is clean and comfortable and hotel is next to the ocean.Specially I like about this place there is kitchen. It makes easy to start your day with coffee and breakfast.
- 4/5
Wasn’t bad at all. Hotel was a little outdated. I do wish that the $100 fee that’s due at the property could be taken out of the $250 deposit they also make you pay instead of having a pay a total of $350 at check in. That would actually make it easier for both parties.
- 4/5
the room was spacious and as expected. the kitchen accessories were in good condition and sufficient in number. Very nice and quiet swimming pool. Easy access to beach, promenade and restaurants.
- 3/5
Must important the internet do not work in the rooms , you can hear the people in the upper room unfortunately because the building is too old . Other than that the personal are friendly housekeeping staff is great thank you Angela and Robert the manager
- 3/5
Had to park at a public parking lot and pay that was a block away from hotel
- 3/5
I liked the place around hotel , but inside the room , you can heard all the noise from other rooms, you can heard people fighting in upper levels, baby crying, everything..
- 3/5
The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel needs some serious upgrading. The 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and mildew the entire time we were there. The pool was nice, they give you free towels and beach chairs. Was there 4/30-5/2/2025 and there was construction next door which is quite loud during the day. The pool closes at 7 so there is not much to do around the property.
- 5/5
Nice staff and excellent room service everyday! Free beach towels were very useful!
- 5/5
Great place to stay Eddie at the front desk is a rock star quick thinker problem solving all the things you look for in an all star employee
- 5/5
We had a great stay and we had just come off a cruise and had quite a bit of luggage. The desk agent was so wonderful she allowed us early check in since we had an infant and all the luggage. Her name is Margarita and she was AWESOME!!!
- 2/5
L'avantage de cet hôtel est qu'il est très proche de la plage, des restaurants tout autour. Par contre l'hôtel a besoin de rénovations car vétuste.
- 5/5
Wish the rooms had outdoor balconies.
- 5/5
In general terms, it was very nice hotel and the area located, in front of the beach, several restaurants and secure.
- 4/5
The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with the toilet but it was fixed within 10 minutes. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive. Proximity to the beach was amazing and it was nice to have two beach chairs each day that came with the room. The location of the hotel itself to various restaurants was also ideal. We walked to several local restaurants and had great food and experiences.
- 4/5
It will have been important to tell about the resort fees which i didnt know until i took my room. Parking lot not too far from the hotel. Its about $15 per day.
- 1/5
Can’t find parking, staff seems miserable almost every time we talked to the front desk don’t recommend this place at all
- 4/5
The property is located in a very convenient location and accessible by Miami Beach trolley. Overall a pleasant experience. However when we checked in the hotel was not full and upgrade could have been provided to a room facing the ocean without a fee.
- 5/5
We had such a lovely time, the food within walking distance is amazing
- 4/5
Property was in the perfect location. Go to Miami all the time but this was our first time at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. Located close to so much. No parking on site but parking was only a black away and a third of the cost of all the other hotels we’ve stayed at down there so was a huge plus
- 4/5
Bed could be updated and the bathroom fan could be used update a lot of steam when showering.
- 1/5
terrible conditions
- 5/5
8/10 only because of the late check in!
- 4/5
The room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful!!
- 2/5
Check in lady was sassy and a bit arrogant. I did not feel welcome like in other hotels. She made me feel like I was bothering her. Also she gave me the room keys without being activate them so it was such an inconvenience since I had suitcases and it was a hassle to come downstairs. Feel like she did it on purpose. I would not go back to this hotel nor recommend it. Location was great!
- 1/5
The surrounding area was also unsettling. There were a lot of homeless people around (there was one sleep right next front door of the hotel, and walking down the street didn’t feel safe. To make things worse, I encountered multiple intoxicated individuals, and there was vomit all over the streets near the public parking lot. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor conditions, lack of parking, and uncomfortable surroundings made for a very unpleasant stay.
- 2/5
Rooms are nasty
- 5/5
Staff friendly and very accommodating.
- 4/5
Staff as welcoming and helpful with anything I needed , very out of date but not really a big deal honestly get out and enjoy the beach and the area . Little kitchen area is great if you won’t want to
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Everything about the property was great but, I do wish it had a balcony
- 3/5
Good location, easy access to the beach and the pool area was well maintained. The fitness center needed some updates and was only open until 2pm each day. The beach chair/umbrellas service was convenient, however they closed at 5pm and we often wanted to stay on the beach longer with the chairs.
- 5/5
Loved it definitely will book again
- 3/5
Some of the hotel is outdated. But rooms were nice not modern. But clean. Front desk staff could be a little more helpful and less abrupt in helping or answering questions. We would stay again because of location to beach and area
- 3/5
Very musty smell on our room, messed up air conditioning unit.
- 3/5
The building is very outdated. Hallways especially and door fixtures. Room clean good amenities with hot plates washer and micro and fridge. Very comfortable bed! But squeaky as hell!!! Wonderful restaurants all around with very good service. Hotel staff friendly.
- 3/5
The bathroom sink was nasty, it has crusty residue of who know, and the pedestal toilet had old orange urine. The room was smelly. Staff was not friendly at all. I need a bottle of water; their dispenser did not have any water so I asked the receptionist, and her answer was that I can go to a closer store (three blocks away) and get my own.
- 5/5
Great location. Friendly staff. Hotel is clean- suites alittle outdated but very functional with kitchenette. Parking is a bit of problem--parking lot a few blocks away with limited parking. Once we found a parking spot we didn't move car. Overall great stay!
- 3/5
The crystal is a nice place. Definitely a bit dated but everything worked and was clean. It’s definitely a three star experience. It does have a full kitchen and I would stay here again if that’s the case.
- 4/5
Location was amazing, pool and beach area clean and well kept. Beach chairs were a bonus. Room was highly outdated, which was fine but the entire room was in desperate need of a deep clean. The sheets and bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Ana at front desk was very accommodating with an early check in. All staff were pleasant throughout the week. The location to the beach is a 30 second walk. The boardwalk next to hotel and beach was nice for a run / run / bike ride and goes on for a long time time. Local restaurants, cafes and shops were all convenient and nice. I plan to come back next year.
- 3/5
Room was average, but needs to be upgraded. Moldings & tracks for windows were quite dirty. A.C. is wacky. We were hot during the night and other couple we were with in another room said the same. Thermostat set at 68 and still uncomfortable. Staff we interacted w were all very nice, but not a place i would stay at again.
- 1/5
I wouldn’t recommend my dog staying there.
- 4/5
Perfect location!
- 4/5
We had a one-bedroom suite with a pullout couch in the living room, a kitchen, and semi-ensuite bathroom. The bed was super comfy, the shower wasn't great but it got the job done. My husband loved the on-site gym. The pool was never overly busy, but because of the tall buildings surrounding it, it was in full shade by 3pm. A very quick walk to the beach, restaurants, the grocery store, and only a block away from the free trolley stop. Checkout was 11AM but our flight wasn't until later in the day so we could store our luggage after checkout ($1 per bag) until we were ready to go to the airport.
- 3/5
It was okay for the price. The staff was super nice and the location was okay, kind of far from south beach. My problem was the room itself, very old and it smelled like humidity! A lot of humidity!!! It was clean but it felt dirty with the smell.
- 4/5
Nice area
- 2/5
However the smell and conditions of the rooms are not good. Very old, need renovation.
- 2/5
Sucio y abandonado
- 3/5
Beach access is very close and easy, with chairs and towels included. Pool area is nice. Overall safe and convenient with very helpful staff. Rooms are old and a little dirty, with smells of must in the hallways. Parking is a block away in public lot for $1/hr with park mobile which was decent for being on the beach. Lots of small shops and restaurants in the area to try some good ceviche, Cuban food, and pizza.
- 5/5
Great value for what your receive. Don’t expect super fancy, but good overall value for the money. For example, it does not have a bar/restaurant onsite, but it is a convenient walk to many places to eat.

Kathy J.
- 3/5
Old building and units haven't been updated since the 80's. Location is excellent for beach access.
- 4/5
We had a great time with easy access to the beach and friendly staff
- 4/5
Stayed in a premium room and there was no smell as some reviews said. The hotel is dated and hallway carpet is old but everything was clean and liked the mini kitchenette for convenience with all the pans and plates etc. we paid for public parking which was very cheap and overnight is free.the ocean right in back of hotel.
- 3/5
Too many extra charges amd not friendly
- 5/5
Very close to the beach.
- 4/5
Lovely location, is great to have a kitchen, front desk and beach staff were super nice! Is not luxury but would stay again
- 4/5
Easy access to beach, pool is nice.
- 5/5
Pretty nice place within walking distance to many places. Front desk staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Elevators were slow and hot water takes a few minutes to get warm but we only stayer overnight so no worries. Overall a good stay.
- 1/5
Pool is horrible, pictures in Expedia is totally misleading, should not pay more than 100$ a night here
- 4/5
Everything was good walls are thin could here above me but didnt bother me. Enjoyed pool and easy beach access.
- 3/5
The property is a bit dated. One of the front desk clerks was rude and did not want to be bothered. One of our key cards would not work no matter how many times it was activated. She told us several times it was because it was near our phones and we told her several times that we knew better and ensure the card was separate from the phone. She just seeme me to be annoyed
- 5/5
Spacious oceanfront hotel in North Beach. Great dining and shopping options within walking distance. Beach access with lounge chairs.
