    The hotel smells very bad all the time, the carpets dirty, the corridors smell like sewage, the rooms with a lot of humidity, mold and dirt. It's not worth staying there. I stayed in room 412 a week ago, they didn't put new soap or new towels, they just made the bed. I complained every day and they didn't respond. I do not recommend the hotel at all. In addition, the hotel serves as a hotel for people who have recently undergone cosmetic surgeries. Everything smells bad.     The rooms were not clean. Also, the card didn’t work. I had to go 4 times in 2 days to the front desk for replacement of the card. The front desk said that they have an old system and she could do nothing about it.

    The location was good There was no internet our entire 3 day stay. Housekeeping never made the bed and they charged our card on file and could not explain the reason for the charge. They offered a discount for the inconvenience and then never applied it at checkout

    The location is good, and it has free breakfast, but don't expect much more than that. It was cheaper than other options at the time, but you really get what you pay for. It's ok for a night or two, but only if you don't have another option. The free breakfast is ok, but no more than 5/10. The hotel and rooms show some age and have seen better days. For what it delivers, it should be at least 20% cheaper.

    This time, however we were inconvenienced with NO wifi throughout our stay. There was wifi in the lobby but not in the room, which was very inconvenient. Room was clean and comfortable as usual, but there was no wifi, the phone, the TV and one light were not working and didn't get fixed during this short stay.

    Housekeeping itself was extremely minimal, limited to just making the bed and cleaning the bathroom. It did not meet even basic expectations for a comfortable stay. Another major issue was the so-called “high-speed” internet, which was incredibly slow. When we asked about it, staff explained that it slows down when many guests are using it. This made it difficult to rely on for anything important and added to the overall frustration. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.

    Clean environment always. Even though some of the workers do not speak fluent English they are always willing and eager to assist. Staff particularly the cleaning take their job seriously and work constantly to keep the hotel 'clean & fresh'. That's very important to me! Additionally, the breakfast spread is really good, healthy and varied! I just luv this hotel! The location is central actually in walking distance to food store, popular restaurants, pharmacy and a small shopping center.

    From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated a clear lack of concern for guests. Their “I don’t care” attitude set the tone for the entire stay. The hotel itself had a very unpleasant and unusual odor, which made the environment uncomfortable. The room was equally disappointing. It was bare—no artwork or basic décor—and the sheets appeared dingy and unclean. Several functional issues made the stay even more frustrating: the internet connection was unreliable, multiple lights and electrical outlets did not work, and there were no USB ports available, which is a basic expectation today. In addition, I had to have my room key reprogrammed repeatedly every time I left the room. Housekeeping staff frequently gathered in the hallways speaking loudly, which disrupted any sense of rest or privacy. To make matters worse, I checked out on Tuesday evening, yet my stay was recorded incorrectly as ending on Wednesday. I have made several attempts to contact the hotel to obtain a copy of my bill, but no one answers the phone or follows up. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and far below even basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

    To say the hotel is outdated is an understatement. The room itself was definitely moldy. You could literally smell it and it only got worse after going out for fresh air and coming back in. Not sure if there was or is water damage in the building that cause it but it was horrible. We had to open our window practically our entire stay. We coughed all through the night from the dust and mold in the room. I’m not sure how this hotel passes inspection and health regulations, genuinely. My partner and I are not at all picky people, so for us to share these sentiments, you know it was really bad. If you can avoid staying here, please do. Even for one night. The owners need to take pride in their establishment and give the hotel the care and remodel that it desperately needs.

    The staff was friendly... The first floor is kept very nice, smelling nice and is clean... The third floor where I stayed smells humid is messy. Saw water bug... The bathroom was usable but had built up dirt in the corners. Moldy.. the AC was okay but only because it wasn't summer hot yet.... Housekeeping did not come during our stay to change the towels. I know I could have called and asked for them but we were out all day and we'll get back there. Tired

    After being delayed several hours, ending up stuck in a different city and unable to reach Hampton Inn by any of their channels, Hampton Inn thought it appropriate to keep not only sell our room but also keep my money instead of doing the honorable thing and refunding me.     Very moldy smell on the 4th floor, room wasn’t very clean either. Location was ok but not even the phone worked so calling the front desk for extra towels was impossible, we had to go down quite a few times.

    Yesterday i returned to the hotelaround 12noom upon entering the front door a female staff was mopping the floor of the entrance apprerantly she got angry that i didnt wait until she had completed the mopping she told me something on spanish and i.looked heri n the eyes ready to give her an appropriate reply she realized that i was not please and she said in english "thats ok". So they speak English when.its convenient for them. This morning coffee was not available until 7am its usually available at any time.

    Some cleaning crew started pressure washing the building right outside my window at 7 a.m. with a very loud compressor. Front desk was not willing to do anything about it. Ground level room window had no curtain, only a blind to completely darken the room or have no privacy from people walking by.. Internet speed very slow, impossible to stream anything.

    He finally gave me another room — but it didn’t have any hot water. I had my one-year-old with me, which made the situation even worse. It’s hard enough traveling with a baby, but not being able to bathe or get warm water was completely unacceptable. The clerk apologized and promised a discount for the trouble, but when I checked out, I was still billed the full amount. Between the confusion, lack of professionalism, and broken promises, this experience was beyond disappointing. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

    We had to report a theft on the property to the local police and the manager on duty delayed access to security footage for nearly two days. This caused us to wait much longer than we needed to the get the guy caught who stole our items! The front staff kept telling us, the MOD would be there this time and the next - its like the person only showed up once in 2 days and no one else was authorized to give the local police the footage. It was frustrating to say the least, there was zero urgency. I would not recommend this hotel or ever visit again.

    The first room that I got did not have a working blind. The second room I got, the AC barely worked. Only one of the vents was expelling cold air. The coils must have been frozen and melting because the area around the unit was soken wet. We have stayed at many best westerns before. This is our last one. The quality has deteriorated dramatically. The furniture in the general areas was old and worn. The room had lots of patching on the walls and bathroom. Very disappointing stay.

    I had to keep going downstairs because the rooms keeps didn’t work. The bathroom at broke soap holders. The iron didn’t work. The bed was extremely hard to sleep on. The workers at the desk were always hiding never had the counter so you had to wait until they came from the back. Another guess even had to come down stairs to get toilet paper from the front desk. Horrible experience.

    There is a daily breakfast that is severed from 7am to 9am, which is basic but gets the jobs done.. it's usually some type of eggs, a meat (bacon or sausages) and hash browns. They also offer bread and bagels, yogurt, cereals and waffles. There is juice and coffee as well. Location wise it's pretty convenient, about 15-20 mins from the airport, places like Dolphin Mall, Walmart, Marshalls, gas station, Wendys etc. There are several other hotels right next door such as Spark Hotel. When booking on expedia it indicates shuttle services being available- that is NOT the case. We were advised that stopped since 2023. There are no shuttles to and from the airport or nearby shopping areas. They only offer to call you a taxi of needed, but Uber is cheaper. They also took a deposit when we checked in, which we werent aware of prior to booking. All in all it worked, as we spent minimal time in the room. The parking wasn't the best. This hotel is one of those where you get what you pay for situations.

    This has been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. First at check in they don’t speak English, the rooms are falling apart. They really need a good handyman. The bathroom had molded in places I had never seen. The air conditioner sucks, the room was so hot the whole night we barely got rest and got up so sweaty. The rugs are full of stains, the beds are extremely old, the springs were so bad it felt like a trampoline (literally). For what they cha he for this hotel and the location it’s in they really need to do better.

    Good locations and infrastructure, price is quite high for the poor offer in services and customer satisfaction. No guidance in any way, knowing I had five days tickets to parks they did not offer any vantages of staying with them. One night was a private event in the Island of adventures park just crossing the street. The clerk and hotel personnel were aware of that when I and my family went out for dinner. At return both streets were closed to the traffic and even for those like us staying at that hotel and we stay out for more than an hour

    Older Best Western and not one that’s properly cared for. My room was riddled with mold and its related, notable smell. The old school key card system kept discharging for any little thing. Great location and nearby restaurants, but the owners of this franchise location should invest in the property — even just to stay competitive as there are two, more modern and comparably priced hotels adjacent to it.

    Everything was very basic, the room definitely needs updates and more cleaning. It was extremely inconvenient to have to have my room key constantly re-programmed especially on the top floor at end of hall. They only have 1 elevator that stops at every floor no matter what direction. If you return late you’ll be parking out back and the side doors don’t work. The pool is average at best and right next to the dining area. The breakfast wasn’t good, I tried it first day and never ate again. Staff was OK, didn’t care about the key issue. Housekeeping never came one day. Wouldn’t use a Best Western again, definitely not this one. Bright and noisy outside windows in back.

    The air conditioner had trouble keeping a cooler temp. We notified the front desk on the way out. The breakfast area was full every day. People left their garbage on the tables as if there was a waitress attending to them. We suggest posting a sign for guests to be courteous and throw away their trash.

    Location is very convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast - breakfast was replenished throughout the allotted hours. Dislikes Front desk staff - only one of three staff members was helpful and went beyond to assist. Room - carpet was in horrible condition, stained and smelly. Bathroom fixture was ready to fall off the wall. Mini fridge froze all our fruit and milk; actually worked as a freezer. Pullout bed in king suite was badly stained and ready to dump. Hotel condition - corridors smelled moldy and carpet dirty. Only one elevator to service all guests. Room key wouldnt work from time to time and we'd have to go downstairs to have them reprogrammed. Breakfast - not a wide selection but lovely nescafe coffee machine , perfect for coffee lovers
