Awesomely spacious, the studio was great!

The stay was good the bed was really comfortable.The only problem was the toaster didn’t work the pool needed a cleaning up and the elevator didn’t work but our room got switched to a new one which was good.Overall the stay was good and I’ll definitely come back

The room was clean, it was the perfect size. Had two bedrooms and a sofa bed. Was very comfortable. Loved it , will stay here again.

Laundry could be improved as there was only one washer working out of the 2. There was a sufficient amount of dryers; 4 in total.

Very bad experience, the staff had very poor customer service. The cleanliness was terrible! They do cleaning every 7 days, according to what they explained to me, so if you only rent for 5 days, as in my case, the room doesn't get cleaned. I had problems with the air conditioning — the nights were very hot, and even though I reported it, they never came to check it. Terrible!

Property was clean and nicely updated. Only problem was thr room was advertised as a 2 bedroom? Each with a King bed and only 1 bedroom had a King, the other being a Queen.

The room was very clean and it was a safe location. I didn’t have any issues at all. My room was big with 2 bedrooms and it was just me. The credit card home is cheap which I like. I would stay here again. I was basically recovering from my nose surgery so it was perfect.

The room was neglected. We stayed for 7 nights and received NO housekeeping service the ENTIRE time! We called to request housekeeping four times but no one ever came to freshen up the room, change the linens, etc! No one answered the phone and we had to literally go to the front desk to ask for items that should have already been in our suite. We were told the room had been renovated but the tub looked very old. Also tried to fraudulently charge additional fees after we had checked out! Horrible experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. A little on the small side for 4 adults in living room area. Will stay again if staying for a short time.

Cleanliness and the suite we reserved would have been great, but we had to be moved to two rooms because the heat in the suite didn’t work. We sat in our suite for over two hours waiting for it to warm up. The front desk person said that if we moved around, the room would heat up but it didn’t. Finally maintenance was called. A guy came in and said that it wasn’t working. We thought he was coming back to do something, but he never did.

The snacks were outrageously expensive & there was no place around the hotel to eat or shop , so we were trapped with stale snacks and nothing substantial to eat. The hotel is overpriced for an inconvenient location.

Location was great for my purposes. I was impressed with the cleanliness and that is where they exceeded my expectations. I needed something that was going to be affordable, and I was afraid of being disappointed. But the room was nicely, renovated in a modern and comfortable fashion. I was impressed with the kitchenette! I would love to return to this hotel, even for private use. The only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t stay longer for personal reasons and enjoy some personal time.I was price shopping and that led me to this hotel. Price for value I have zero complaints and there’s nothing you could do better.

Honest Review: The reception was mediocre at best. My family and I were not greeted or met with anykind of attentive nor friendly customer service. We were a family of five in a 2 bedroom sutie and were only stocked with 2 bath towels. I called to request more towels and after an hour I didnt receive them. Called back and they didnt even have the request logged. Half hour later, received a call from reception who then asked if I received them yet. Of course we didnt and were told we had to come downstairs to get our own and with an attitude. Never have I seen this type of service when traveling the world. I just came from a candlewood suites in new york with stellar service. Safe to say I would not be staying again. The main room tv was not working, dishes were dirty and thebstove was broken. Safe to say I would not be visiting again. The positive was that it was in a central location and easy to get around, rooms were decent and room rates were reasonable.

Staff was very helpful. They had to move us a different room because Booking.com had inaccurate room info on the website when I booked it. Hotel was conveniently located for what we wanted to do. Hotel is under remodel/improvements. Had an alternate entrance instead of usual lobby door. This actually meant that building was NOT secure (anyone could enter). Thankfully the room we got was in the other building. We had to pay an additional charge since we had to switch rooms. Very disappointed Booking.com had inaccurate room description on the website.

Honestly, the price and it was fairly clean, but I mean the price could've been better The rooms could've been a bit bigger. It feels a bit cramped. - I mean if I go to Brickell or closer to the airport, the rooms are indeed bigger so for a hotel that is out of the way like this you definitely would expect bigger rooms

Air conditioning is VERY cold. Which i like. We were there 4 nights and Noone came to take out our garbage, remove dirty towels, or give us clean towels. We took out our own garbage and had to go to lobby for clean towels. There were three big TVs in the suite, only 2 at a time would work. One was always broke. Kitchen sink and bathroom sink wouldnt drain.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodative. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Recommendation to consider would be to install room card access into the buildings where the hotel rooms are located. There is no one stationed outside the buildings and any non-guest can open the door and access the hotel building which is very unsafe. Finally the carpet in the hallway is old and there is a sweet scent attempting to cover up the dusty/mouldy scent. I recommend either replacing the carpet or going wood tile.

The kitchen floor was not properly cleaned so to other areas in the room, however the girl at the front desk was very friendly when checking out and assisted us with a late check out.

It was in the middle of renovations, so we had a couple roaches come from up under the kitchen and dishwasher. The stove light stayed on even though we never used it. But overall was clean and comfortable

The customer service was horrible, the worst that i have ever experienced. The parking lot was a mess,The pool was in the parking lot. Never seen anything like that! House keeping did not clean the room property we still had trash in the trash cans. The linen was the same linen on the bed before they so called cleaned the room. House keeping did not clean the bathroom. And while my husband and myself was watching a movie the TV went out. I had to call down stairs 4 x's 3 x 's the guy at the front desk came up to try and repair the TV and of course he didn't repair it. This was my first bad review ever! I have been to another Candlewood suites before in a different city and loved it this is the reason I chose this one. However this one in Miami was the worst! I will never stay here again and i do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

Stayed here at this hotel for a total of 8 days for an extended stay to recover for a surgery. Front desk and checking in was great, parking kinda sucked for my situation. The hallway getting to our room stank so bad of must/mold and or cigarettes as well as when we first opened our door to our room. We bought sprays to avoid the smell. No complaints on the actual layout of the room. First night I slept in the bed I was itchy, the very next day I had surgery and slept in the living room on the little recliner the remainder of my stay accept one more night because I just couldn’t get comfortable I tried to give the bed another try…. But nope… I’m covered in bug bites assuming bed bugs- and also a few nights in I happened to look up and noticed the mold on the vents in the living room and then in the other room my friend was sleeping in. Next day maintenance came and sprayed it with something not sure what but hopefully helps bc my stomach and breathing were not ok the first few nights but hard to tell if it was the mold or the surgery. It was overall a nice place to stay minus the bug bites, mold and smell. As an IHG member I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again

The property uses stock pictures from another property to advertise this property what you see in the pictures is not what your getting at all the room has the AC in a inconvenient spot which cause you to be hot at night no matter the temp also the room stays muggy because of this the hotel itself is rundown and dingey do yourself a favor and don't stay here they also charge 50 dollars for a deposit on arrival which I was not aware of until I arrived the grill area is rundown and the pool was dirty as well it's a shame that the company that owns this hotel either is not aware of its conditions or knows but does not care DO NOT STAY HERE and make sure to read all the reviews like I should have did

The outside of the hotel isn’t much to look at so you can’t really go off curb appeal. But the ROOM!!? It was great. Very roomy and bright, very clean, had a kitchen with all the necessities. The hotel was quiet and felt safe. The lobby was cute and the front desk person was vey friendly. It was perfect for my one night stay. When I come back to Miami I would definitely stay there again.

We had a very pleasant time in a beautiful, cozy, quiet, and clean place. The staff was very friendly at all times and responded to all our needs. The apartment had all the amenities, including a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a dishwasher, an iron, and a hairdryer. The place also offers a laundry room with washers and dryers available for guests to use free of charge. In the lobby, they had coffee, decaf, and hot chocolate available 24 hours a day, also free of charge. There is a pool, and it is located just 30 minutes from the city of Miami. It’s a very central location from which you can easily travel to different cities on Florida’s west coast. I loved the city of Doral, where it is located, as it is a very peaceful area with many stores nearby and other essential services in case of emergencies. Excellent place and service! Highly recommended!

Property claimed to be recently renovated but the condition of the rooms were terrible. By sight and smell. Would not recommend. Ants present in bedroom and kitchen.

It works. The room could’ve been cleaner. There was flooding in the kitchen during the night that could’ve been from the dishwasher? Not entirely sure. But the area it was in was convenient.

Property was under construction on our floor however there was no noise and it was pretty clean. Considering upgrades are definitely needed but so far they look like they’re working on them would recommend this place.

Was dirty, the elevator was filthy the floors were sticky the shower was rusty and yellowing the TV did not turn on whatsoever lol the beds are comfortable though!

Small insects crawling through window into room, all over room, including bed, desk. Very small and hard to see. Took a shower in the morning, water was cold and filled up the bathtub. Not an ideal hotel room, although it is a roof and the a/c works. Biggest concern is the insects crawling over me in my sleep…

Property seems to be in a safe area. Conveniently to a lot of shops but definitely needs an update. I see construction going on so its definitely on the way. Rooms size and amenities are great. Comfortable bed and clean. Would stay again for a night or two.

When I checked in, the nicest young man, Noel, was so sweet and he actually cared about his job and my happiness with my stay. He was so polite and helpful. He really made my stay perfect. I appreciated his kindness so much.

My experience was excellent. They don't offer room service, but they had 24-hour coffee and food for sale at the reception. I'm very satisfied with everything.

The only other thing is that I prefer a walk in bathroom with a glass instead of a shower curtain as the shower curtain seemed to be a bit too wound up and I had to tag at it to have it cover the entire space.

Everything was wrong. They sold me a king bedroom and got a full. The bed had a huge slump in it. the AC would not stay on. The room was moldy smelling so much so that our sinuses were on fire. The refrigerator was dirty and didn't work. The front doors are thin, so incredibly loud.

Checked I. And went to our very dirty room. Mildew and dirt on window sill. Mildew on draperies. Moved to a cleaner room. Tv did not work. Maintenance worked an hour to repair it. Then the iron did not work so had to request that. This hotel is NOT already for guests. They are renovating parts of the hotel but supposedly the room we stayed in was completed. I can not recommend this hotel👎
