The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the location, shopping and dining options, and views, but expressing dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, maintenance, and value for money. Some guests also report issues with the service and amenities provided.
- Convenient location with various shopping and dining options
- Beautiful views from the rooms and balconies
- Cleanliness and maintenance issues in rooms and common areas
- Poor value for money with high prices and hidden costs

Room could have been cleaned better. Did not sit in chair in room under the cushion was filthy it was hot when entered the room a/c wasn't working keep going in and out. The walk to the room was long then had to go up stairs with luggage.

The warm welcome cookies IT IS TIME TO REPLACE THE MATTRESSES!!!!! incredibly uncomfortable. Definitely not worth more than $300 for one night!

I like the place , but they need to work on renovations
- 4.5/5
I loved the customer service and the chocolate chips cookies the valet parrkers were professional and the older gentlemen that helped pack our van with swiftness. N/a

The size of the room Not being able to park myself and being required to use valet and no drink or ice machines.Had to buy drinks first stores inside the motel at nearly $5 for a can of soda

Hotel room was clean but the hotel its self was decent looking. It was hard to find everything. Extremely difficult to find hotel room. A lot of construction work going on. Had to travel to several different elevators to go to room and leave hotel.
- 5/5
This is a great hotel to stay at if you're planning on taking a cruise. The shops at the bottom of the building are cool, in fact there is an Asian restaurant that was SO DELICIOUS. The room was clean, wasn't in perfect condition though. But the TV had a cool streaming service option and decent free wifi. Would recommend my fellow cruisers to stay here!
- 5/5
Very clean and nice staff location is 10/10 family friendly if traveling with young kids
- 5/5
My stay was great experience with staff was nice. Didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything food ,shopping. Everything is close by.

5/28/26 - room was fine but the hotel is under construction so keep that in mind. We arrived around 12:30 am to the hotel after a long travel day and the front desk attendant did his job and that was all. He was a little rude but we got checked in. The room was nice, but when we finally got to sleep around 2 am we had plans to sleep in before our cruise later on. We were awoken at 7:45 to the sounds of construction. We tried going back to sleep but the construction noise was a lot. I wouldn’t not stay there again, but I wouldn’t stay there again while they’re in construction.
- 3/5
The room was nice. The cookies were good. Just with so many options in this price range, we could have picked way better
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
Location, view, market place for food, check in/check out, cruise shuttle service ($10/pp) and it was quiet!! Our floors were not the cleanest and it took about 2 hours and 2 phone calls to get someone up to help with A/C in other room. It did get fixed.
- 3/5
Hotel is good for one night. Layout of lobby and access is confusing. Only one elevator to access street level to hotel lobby. Hallways smell like mildew, but the rooms are good enough. Good location though.
- 5/5
The reception was a little confusing as you have to use different lift to all condos but it was well explained so not a big issue. The 2 bed condo we had was amazing, super specious, great walk in closets, big bathrooms and big bedrooms with all 3 rooms having access to the balcony! It was well maintained, AC warming well, it was just a great stay. We will def stay there again! And highly recommend this property!
- 3/5
The bellmen were awesome!! All the construction! The parking hassles because of the construction. It was hard to take a picture at the pool because of the construction. I did not know about the construction until I called to ask a question the day before. I feel like the rooms should have been discounted due to the construction.
- 2.5/5
After the room was changed, it was nice. I hate we had to go through that. The first room was not at all what we booked, it smelled like a cigar and when we called the front desk the sent a man with sire freshener to spray, that made it worst .

Great location in Downtown Miami albeit the hotel has alot of construction work which we were aware of pre-check in. Despite numerous pre-check emails to Front Office Assistant Manager Nestor Maravi expressing concerns based on recent reviews, it was a really poor stay. No breakfast vouchers given at check in, asked the following morning and their systems were down, totally unhelpful staff, told that I could go to a Starbucks in the lobby despite having paid for breakfast. Eventually given vouchers and told that I can use that at one of three independant deli's/cafe/restaurants in the building in the gallery area-certainly wasn't expecting to go hunting for breakfast. No concierge service, no bell desk, took three phone calls daily to eventually get our room cleaned, no hot water at all on our final day, generally a tired looking hotel (if that's what you can call it), poor staff with zero positive interactions throughout my 5 day stay where it seems the staff and management are not bothered. Lots of similar priced hotels in the Bayfront area.
- 5/5
Next to the bay with beautiful views

Amazing experience. Checked in and given a much larger room. We were very happy with our stay, and friendliness of the staff.

beautiful place and location, view more obstructed of bay on lower floor there was no hot water at anytime, and had to request toilet paper on first day, that the 3 bedroom apartment had only 2 of the bedroom with their own bathroom and the 3rd bedroom had to use one of the other bedrooms bathroom if you had to use toilet, so NO common area bathroom for the third bedroom to use in the middle of the night without entering one of the other bedrooms occupied by couples, fine for kids but weird for all adults

The only nice thing about the stay was the view from the room. The valet tried to double charge me upon leaving when I told them the charge was taken the night we checked in. You can’t even use the smart tv in the room without paying additional for WiFi, I won’t be staying here again. I paid $75 for a room upgrade and asked to have a high floor, they gave me the lowest available. Had a great experience with the workers in Starbucks under the hotel but that’s the only positive thing we had for our stay.

Nothing!

The location It was very very old, unclean carpets on the corridors, very old and stingy . The bathroom in our room had a horrible smell. The corridors smell often like marihuana. I ask many times for cups for the coffee and the staff didn’t delivery them. Horrible experience

The view was great. Staff superb Free water The room dated The hotel is going through refurbishment. 1lift only working The pool deck awful. Beds plastic and uncomfortable No shade and no umbrellas Work being carried out on pool deck with dust and noise Breakfast was a voucher to eat in the onside shops Didn't even cover the Bill Balcony small and in need of a clean Hotel has said it is on there website but no mention of this on your site
- 3.5/5
Large rooms Good value for money Good location Air conditioning is very loud Housekeeping is minimal Hotel under renovation so difficult to navigate

The hotel is dated and a bit rundown. There are renovations going on, but there was no excessive noise from the renovations on the 9th floor in the room.

Location was close to cruise port loved the view of the bay. The staff was great. We loved our complimentary cookies and water. Front entrance was under construction so it was a little confusing
- 5/5
Location was great close to everything to do particularly the ferry taxi to Miami beach which meant we had the best of downtown and beach locations. The pool are was under some construction but it was still a really nice place to chill and the shops/restaurants were great and value for money.

Okay stay not much to do
- 5/5
We rented a two bedroom condo. The room itself was very nice, but dated. Cracks here and there.
- 2.5/5
The congestion and difficulty finding the entrance No drinking water in the room and noisy a/c
- 2/5
Elevators didn’t work, they don’t have accessible water on any floor. The rooms looked way different (nicer) online than in person.
- 2/5
Not that great
- 5/5
hotel and rooms were very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. We did 2 overnights, pre cruise and post cruise. When we arrived at the cruise port I realized that I had left my meds in the refrigerator and could not get back to get them so I called the front desk to see if they could get them out of the refrigerator in the room and keep them refrigerated for me until we returned. I was very thankful that they handled that for me. there is quite a lot of construction going on at the property so getting in and dropping off luggage was a little confusing, but we managed. we would stay again, thanks.
- 3/5
Under construction!!! 😔
- 4/5
Property needs updates. Plenty of food and shopping near by. Lots of construction going on in the building. Elevators and front desk are hard to find.

The construction that we were not made aware of at the time of booking the room
- 5/5
Very clean, best staff. Luis. And Megel. The front desk… all so great! They gave us a great room and help us with my mother by giving so a wheelchair for our stay. I can’t speak any clearer. Excellent room, location and staff. The construction. But that will be better soon. An area map of restaurants would be good but I may have missed that in our room.

Property was under renovations for main lobby. We had enter and exit through restaurants.
- 4.5/5
Undergoing renovations
- 5/5
Great property
- 2.5/5
It was hard to find my room. No one offered to take me to my room, or help with my bags. The construction at the hotel had everything discombobulated. Having to take 40 minutes to find my room
- 2.5/5
Under major construction. Chaotic and hard to locate where to go. Alos the walk from the elevator to the room was insanely long, plus included 4-5 stairs, so had to muscle our luggage up stairs.
- 2/5
Pool was closed. Jacuzzi only. Towels took 3 calls. Someone pooped in the hallway
- 1/5
Room preparation was obviously done in a hurry. Hair everywhere, towels not piled up but tossed, not all bars of soap replaced. Overall, property is VERY DATED. Expedia never disclosed that the property is undergoing year-long renovation. There is no lobby or driveway, and to get to lobby, guests must walk through garbage receptacles serving a 36+ floor condominium building. Expedia should have disclosed this but didnt. I dont know what the renovations will look like once finished. But its best to stay away unless you get a deal on the room. Location of the property is not the best: nearest tourist attraction Bayside Marketplace is at least 30+ minute walk, and nearest metromover stop is 10 mins walk away. Spend the extra money and stay in brickell.
- 4.5/5
Remodeling was an issue but unfortunate. My park view wasn't much of a park to view but I could see the water front as well so it was okay.
- 5/5
There many small stores that accommodated to our needs if we needed anything. There is a publix close by if you need groceries.
- 3/5
Overall decent property. The lobby is shared with a mall and directions to the front desk are a bit confusing. The upper floors are all condominiums so the amenities are shared with full time residents. The room was clean with nice balcony. We signed up for a shuttle to the port the next day and the person at the desk who signed us up could not give instructions on how to actually find or get on the shuttle.
- 2.5/5
Very out dated, part of the pool was closed, escalators were broke
- 3/5
Parking is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! The room was clean but very dated and all the furniture has scuffs and ruined table tops. The balcony was filthy as well. The beds were comfortable, the views were amazing from the room and the staff was very friendly but for $360, I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 2/5
Hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which the staff failed to inform guests about prior to arrival. The main entrance was closed and guests entered via a mall entrance. My room, despite being cleaned had a consistently terrible odor from the bathroom. The poolside is outdated, with work actively ongoing during my visit. It was not the vacation retreat I expected.
- 4/5
Great view!
- 4/5
Location Floors was nasty
- 3/5
Don’t drive a big suv or truck you’ll pay double to ballet ridiculous policy very nice but bizzare way to enter and exit. I wouldn’t go back
- 2/5
The email threatening my room would be cancelled when I chose i would pay at the desk at check in
- 5/5
Staff was very attentive and professional. Construction is a bit crazy right now.
- 0.5/5
Fridge not working Cabinet where fridge sat was rotted and wood was on the floor. The room location was like walking the green mile and then having to walk up steps. Major water leak in hall way I had to travel an yes it dripped on us. It was the worst place I have stayed.
- 1/5
The property is under construction: the lobby, the entrance, the pool, the elevators, etc. The rooms are ran down as well. We had to goto the garage to get on an elevator to bring us to the lobby. I don’t believe this hotel should be open during this time.
- 4/5
not happy about the construction and poor signage
- 5/5
I enjoyed the shops. The the staff is very professional and nice. 💯
- 4/5
Lobby is under construction, but the room is really nice.
- 3/5
Under construction and wasn’t told. The shuttle to port was horrile
- 5/5
Clean room, very friendly stuff! They were under construction, so it’s a little confusing trying to find where to drop off. Ended up being the entrance to the Marriott and then going down a side hallway.
- 3/5
We came on Thursday 2/5-Sunday 2/8 and Sunday 2/16-Monday 2/17/2026 with our family who also had rooms. On Friday 2/6, our family who had a one bedroom condo had toilet issue and someone only came up to give them towels to clean up the floor but didn’t even fix the toilet. On Sunday 2/16 our family they got their room plenty quick, we went and checked around 1:30 pm to see if anything was ready since our family got their (2) rooms. We originally booked for a Jr Suite with bay view, we got the 7th floor overlooking the Women’s Center, loading area, and some bay. Our toilet did work in the beginning. It took awhile for hot water for showering. We have stayed there in past trips and we understand that you are “slowly” renovating or remodeling, but this was the most difficult accommodation’s we have had and it wasn’t a good impression to us bragging how much we loved staying at your facility and our family who was staying for the first time had to deal with long hallways to rooms, bad views, toilet issues, confusion in how to get to and from their rooms to front desk-outside.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition. Could use some updating but overall a good experience
- 3/5
El personal amable, pero tuvimos que pedir sábanas para cambiar las camas parecian usadas
- 3/5
Room was great, but we did have to walk a long way with luggage to get to the room.
- 5/5
Location
- 2/5
The only good thing about this hotel was the view. Will never stay here again.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel nice staff beautiful great location
- 1/5
Arrival at hotel very confusing, under construction and very poor signage. Very inconvenient arrival to hotel valet and getting to front desk. Room was not ready by check in at 4:00pm, front desk never called to tell us it was ready. 5:00 we went to front desk, room ready they forgot to call. TV did not work, had to call for repair. The room was very strange!! There was a large living room but it had no seating! No decor as far as pictures, etc. I felt as if we were given a room they hadn’t planned on booking. Do not book this hotel. Very old and out dated. No telling how long it’ll be under renovation be side they have a LOT of wirk to do to update it!
- 2/5
Under construction. Poor signage and direction to temporary lobby. Had to come in the loading dock next to the dumpster.
- 1/5
Construction noise, no hot water
- 2/5
Difficult to find Difficult to navigate through hotel Broken elevator
- 5/5
Good experience! Just needs to be updated more. Great people working there and very feeling.
- 5/5
Yes, very courteous and very clean
- 3/5
This is a beautiful hotel with lots nearby…. But definitely out of sorts for our 1 night here!
- 1/5
T the hotel was under construction, and it made it hard for the taxi driver to get in as well as for me to find the reception desk and a restaurant to eat when I entered my room. I took off my shoes and sat down, finding that the floors were gritty because of the sheet rock dust and so I went in to take a shower and the shower had no water coming out so it was ok room wasn’t very well maintained and I would not stay there again. I would like a response as to my complaints for the hotel because Hilton has been a good hotel for us in the past and I just wouldn’t want to change. Thank you.
- 3/5
The hotel was under renovation, which we discovered when we arrived. To park, you have to use the valet parking service, and it's excessively expensive.
- 2/5
Staff not friendly, construction zone
- 1/5
Room cleaning was terrible , lights dint work in one room, mold on tiles , terrible bedding just overall bad experience
- 3/5
Hotel was under construction and we were never told. We wouldn’t have booked here had we known.
- 3/5
Any hotel doing construction she clearly state that before booking and offer discounts. The construction was ridiculous, navigating around the confusion was bothersome and more importantly the ABSOLUTELY POOR COMMUNICATION for RIDICULOUS! I was in the app and on the phone for over an hour (and I have time stamped screenshots of when they just stopped communicating via the chat in the app). I won’t be staying there again anytime soon. I’m completely disappointed in Hilton because the communication was via the Hilton Honors App and their phone line.
- 5/5
Nice location. Big rooms.
- 4/5
It was great !
- 4/5
Nice property overall with great views.
- 2/5
Valet service? Did not lift a hand to help us!
- 1/5
I’m very disappointed in HILTON. Next time I will stay at a Marriott or Hyatt.
- 5/5
Beautiful view. Nice staff. Very cleanly
- 2/5
The entire hotel was under renovation. The lobby was in a closet, no easy entrances, difficult elevator situation, the rooms were in terrible shape. My sliding door to the balcony wouldn't shut, so it had to remain ajar the entire time and I could hear the street. The A/C never worked properly and there were holes in the wales and floors. I understand it's complicated during a renovation, but I still paid a lot of money for the room and there was no indiciation that this would be the case.
- 1/5
Hotel is in disarray room was in really rough shape. Cookies are still good though.
- 2/5
Horrible fan noise in room could not fix first night it was fixed the next day. Asked for towels twice no towels delivered until next day. There was no proper handicapped entrance no doorman could not find entrance.
- 2/5
Nowhere was it ever mentioned that this hotel was under massive renovations. The pool is closed, there is a maze to the hotel entrance, mind you, enter through a beautiful Marriott amd the front desk is in a makeshift meeting room. When inquiring about a late check it when checking in, was told call tomorrow morning, whats the point if you are trying to sleep in. The commercial center attached is old and smelled like vomit. Definitely would not recommend.
- 5/5
Although the hotel was under construction, the staff was helpful when we were finding our way around. The room was very clean and beautiful too!
- 3/5
The tv didn’t work and the elevators were all screwed up. The pool wasn’t accessible. Nice rooms though
- 3/5
Apartment in a 41 floor apartment complex accessed by back of the way very very odd elevators at this location. The room had clearly Not been used in quite some Time and was in rough shape. Would not Stay here again.

Dirty and poor conditions
- 5/5
Wonderful check in, amazing room and view!😊
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Room was excellent. We were able to enjoy great views from our balcony.
- 5/5
Construction to main entrance is going on but signs everywhere and staff is very helpful. Mike, my bellman, took me exactly where I needed to go.
- 5/5
They got is in a room even though we cam early from our flight.
- 5/5
Overall great property just stayed during renovations. Im also use to staying at the doubletree and they give you complimentary cookies. I had 2 reservations and wasn't offered anything. Maybe it was due to the renovations
- 3/5
Location and room were perfect but the major construction going on at the hotel was terrible. None of the restaurants were open.
- 3/5
The drop off pick up area is small. Lots of cars in the space provided. A bit chaotic
- 5/5
The body wash was empty. Called the house keeping but no one showed up to refill.
- 3/5
Room .
- 2/5
No one mentioned that the hotel was under construction
- 4/5
I have not received a receipt
- 4/5
Nice day at this hotel. Came for a conference and was able to promptly check in. I was given a room upgrade, and it turned out instead of my room with double beds, I got a two bedroom suite overlooking Biscayne Bay. Note though that this hotel is under heavy construction. Finding the entrance to the hotel was a challenge in itself, although they had staff pointing you in the right direction from the outside. Then you have to go through an indoor mall to find the lobby. Getting to my room required changing elevators twice, and I got lost my first time. The upgrade was a nice bonus, although the room had been renovated, the renovation was not done top-notch. But the view and ease of access to everything I needed for my trip definitely made up for it.
- 5/5
Could use upgrades but great staff, location
- 4/5
Nice hotel- lots of construction- updates going on currently which made navigating around und the property cumbersome.
- 3/5
Room could’ve been cleaner the bedspread has stains on it,construction was going on at the time so it was very inconvenient for me
- 5/5
It’s under construction but it’s fine.
- 4/5
Clean room, great layout, amazing view.
- 1/5
When we checked in around 1 PM, I requested a crib. After hours of waiting—over five total—we finally got one only after I went down to the front desk and said we’d leave if it didn’t arrive. When it finally came, it was old, beat-up, and dirty. Then we found out there was a wedding happening right below our room, and the music was so loud it made it impossible for our baby to sleep or for us to rest. The hotel never mentioned this when we booked or checked in. For a Hilton brand, this was a terrible experience—unprofessional service, poor communication, and complete disregard for families with infants. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
- 5/5
Room was nice
- 2/5
The icing on the cake was the emergency alarm going off three times during the night. If it wasn’t our final night there when the alarms went off, I would have requested a refund and moved next door to the Marriott. Should have booked with them initially.
- 4/5
Great view and nice hotel, but The hotel lobby is on a renovation, the elevator from the garage is very slow, chatters on hallways in the morning from cleaning staff, renovation is on going in the briza too, the check in was really fast and check out as well.
- 3/5
Room was clean but they had construction going on and the reason we book at this hotel was for the pool but it was under construction
- 5/5
The hotel was under renovations, but was still a beautiful room and facility
- 3/5
Huge cockroach in my shower, reported it to front desk and they didn't seem alarmed...more like it was common. Floors are dirty and dated. Construction going on in area so very hard to get in and out of.
- 5/5
A++++
- 1/5
I've stayed at this hotel many times but they are going through a remodel and nothing works! The toilet backed up every time I flushed it. I had to call Maintenance multiple times. The TV did not work. There is only 1 elevator that works so waiting to get inside or leave is extremely time consuming. Overall, this place is a disaster. Will not book again. It was disgusting. Oh and the Primo restaurant? Both of us got food poisoning. Disgusting
- 4/5
I know it was under construction but parking is a pain
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly clean room
- 3/5
The hotel is undergoing renovation and everything is hard to find. The hallways are filthy. The room is okay . But doesn’t appear to be anywhere for breakfast! Very disappointed !
- 5/5

- 5/5
Nice stay

The Hotel was neat , a very convenient spot to be in, I would definitely recommend it and be back.

This property is currently under renovation. Extremely difficult to navigate. If you stay stay on the condo side do not stay on the Hotel side. Huge difference.

We chose this hotel due to the location on the waterfront and the swimming pool for a 24 hour stay before we returned home to the uk. Whilst we were happy with the harbour view, on arrival we discovered that the pool was closed for renovation as were communal spaces such as the lobby (a temporary one was in place) There was also only one elevator available for the entire building causing everyone having to wait for several lift button pushes before making it into the elevator. As with all American hotels it did not seem that stairs were available other than for emergency exits. We were offered the use of the pool in the adjoining hotel but this was disorganised with staff in both hotels not being sure of procedures. Neither hotels.com or Hilton contacted us in advance of our stay to let us know about the works. Had this been the case we would not have stayed here and would have chosen another local hotel with a working pool.
- 3/5
I did not like that there is a lot of construction going on. It is vey inconvenient to be walking all the way up the escalators with your luggage. It would of been nice to have a bell boy.
- 5/5
TWe had a wonderful stay, despite the ongoing construction and out-of-order elevators and pool. The property is very convenient with a variety of food options and stores downstairs, including a UPS and salon. I would definitely choose to stay here again with my family.

Bath room dirty
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
Terrible experience. The hotel is under construction and nothing was disclosed ahead of time. Valet service is painfully slow and unorganized. I was hit with unauthorized charges on my bill that I had to dispute. Elevators are slow and overcrowded, making it a hassle just to get to your room. The room itself was not clean and clearly not properly maintained. Overall, poor service and not worth the stay.
- 5/5
Very good
- 1/5
There’s a very bad smell from the bathroom And the parking is so expensive The bed sheet and the sofas are not clean too
- 3/5
My room was beautiful, but the sofa was dirty, the chaise lounge was dirty, the white curtains were dirty, there were stains all over the coffee table. My sheets/pillowcases weren't changed the entire time I stayed there.
- 3/5
The drill started at 9am and lasted all day. The rooms are too far from the elevators The room was cleaned very late. The room was clean and we reserved the same day as we had a horrible experience with another hotel, and I definitely was expecting more calm. The first floor mall and restaurants are awsome, the amazon lockers as well.

The reservation did not disclose remodeling or that the lobby was closed . Took us forever to find the front desk … which was moved.. employee at the desk looked at me confused when I asked for directions .. to get to the 20th floor we had to go through 2 elevators and zig zag hallways and service hallways .. felt unsafe at night ..
- 3/5
The hotel was under construction so no pool or spa. They did offer the Marriott pool as a substitute. At night, you can hear other guests pretty often. The worst part was the air conditioner. When it turned on, it made so much noise and woke you up throughout the night. We didn't get a good night sleep at all.
- 5/5
My stay was perfect the only inconvenience is the construction and figuring out how to enter the building. Also yall should inform people when bioking that we dont have pool access. The pool is always a big part of choosing a hotel
- 1/5
I dont like that when we booked the hotel, they did not say that the pool was close, and a lot of stuff was under renovation. So we don’t have the pool time with my family, we dont expect that. That makes me feel so disappointed.
- 2/5
They were doing construction and did not have clear directions on how to get in the building or to the service desk.
- 1/5
We were not made aware that this hotel was under major renovations. There was no main entrance. We had to go through another hotel, Marriott to find our hotel. Our room and view were amazing, but then the next day, they were doing construction right above our room. They were making the new pool. it was so loud we could not stay, we literally had to leave. We called and complained, but basically the manager said there was nothing they could do since we booked our reservation through Orbitz. The whole experience was terrible.
- 2/5
1 the Hotel now is under construction 2 room was dirty and bad smell, horrible. I notice was under construction when I arrived. On Expedia doesn’t said nothing, very bad experience I was celebrated my birthday! And no pool!!! Under contraction tooo
- 3/5
The property was going through construction at the time of our stay and the pool was not open ( in July)
- 1/5
Annoying check in no where to put the car, the front desk was acting wired like he’s the boss. The room was not that great of cleaning u can see some spots not clean on desk bottle drips stain. Level 6 was so noisy from outside work. Ac make wired noises. Took forever to find our room to walk around the floor. definitely not the best for price go to brickell.
- 2/5
Our room was great and perfect for before our cruise. However, the hotel is undergoing some big maintenance and it is really affecting the quality of stay. The room had some maintenance issues handles missing, broken light switches, and patches to be rectified. Having to walk through the main building's garbage area and loading area to get main level is awful. The security scanner for the elevator to run was temperamental and often had long waits on it to work. Give it 6 months when all the construction should be finished and then it would be better.
- 4/5
Entry to lobby was not convenient easy to find
- 2/5
I upgraded to the junior suite and expected a nice room. The room was good size, but furniture is very old and chairs are dirty. I would not even put my bag on it. The bedding had wholes and the hotel is being renovated so since 8 am we had jackhammering noises. The worst stay!

1. When we arrived, the hotel was undergoing a major renovation, something we were totally unaware of. We would have changed hotels if we knew. 2. When we arrived via Uber, we could not figure out how to get to the lobby. We asked the valet, he told us we were on wrong side of hotel and we had to walk around. We did, only to find nothing, then walked back. (Very hard for us as we are in 60's and had 3 suitcases). When we got back, same valet insisted there was no entry where we were. We found another valet that helped us a little. Problem was we went in right door but then was sent wrong way. Took us 35 minutes from time dropped off until we found the hotel desk to check in. 3. Tried to use digital key, it made us go to hotel desk to run credit card, even though we gave when booked. 4. There were only 2 elevators when we got there for our floor, one was broke. When we went to breakfast, the 2nd elevator broke. People were doing stairs with their luggage. Luckily, we found a bellhop Nate (probably best employee at this hotel). Nate got us to our room using service elevator, then came back couple hours later and took us and our bags out of the hotel to where we could get a Lyft. This hotel is not fit to have guests right now, and if it was my first Hilton property, I would never consider it again. There were a lot of unhappy people.

What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. When my boyfriend arrived separately, they went out of their way to assist him with the check-in process and made everything smooth and stress-free. We both really appreciated their kindness and professionalism—it made a big difference in our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
- 3/5
No notice regarding construction; transportation was confused- unable to receive timely transportation to cruise port.
- 2/5
The property is under renovation. There was no sign where to enter to check in. There was no option other than to valet the car. Once inside the hotel it was very difficult to get back inside or out. No signs to help you. Only one elevator was working. Wait for elevator very long. I will not stay again until renovations are complete.
- 2/5
Room not properly maintained. And smells like pet .
- 3/5
Located close to port but is under construction no real lobby. Spend the few extra bucks and stay next door.
- 3/5
The hotel is under construction, if I had known I would have went next door to Marriott. The entrance was difficult to find, the room was not cleaned well. Not worth the price.
- 3/5
Hotel under construction, without warning. Front door closed with poor signage on how to enter the hotel. Water pooled in shower, did not drain.
- 5/5
Everyone was very friendly & helpful. There is a lot of construction & getting into the property was a nightmare. Took 40 minutes to find the entrance for the valet parking. Once we found it, everybody was very helpful and very friendly helped us get our bags to our room. We were in 747 as we had partial ocean view, however the building across the way could see directly into our room, we didn’t care but someone else might. The hair conditioner was empty but every thing else was good.
- 3/5
Nice property some staff were good some & some not , house keeping came and cleaned room but never cleaned floor it was dirty & left old towels also inside the closet .
- 4/5
The property and stay were great; however, the television in the room shut down every 30 minutes while watching. We could not finish a program without resetting. We contacted the staff, and someone came to repair the issue four times with no success, so we dealt with the problem until check-out. Other than this, the room and stay were great. (Four day stay)

Price vs room quality
- 5/5
Everything was great! As long as you don’t mind a rock hard bed.
- 5/5
Great staff. Condo was awesome with great views of the bay.
- 4/5
Everything was excellent. Very happy with the room and the staff was great. The only problem I had was I heard noise in the morning outside my room on the 10th floor. When I looked out I had maintenance people on my balcony painting so I was unable to open my drapes for about an hour which was super annoying.
- 2/5
The views were nice
- 4/5
Loved our bay view room. Although my digital key didn’t work and I had to checking at the desk, the wait wasn’t too long.
- 5/5
Only valet is offered but even during low traffic weekday hours it was an absolute nightmare to drive in or out. The constant honking in the valet area is enough to drive any non local insane.
- 5/5
The view from my balcony was amazing.
- 5/5
We had a great stay! Great location and comfy beds.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
The view was amazing

Great location front desk was very nice .I was also granted to check out 1 after.
- 2/5
The room smell cigarettes and supposed to be non smoking rooms. They try to move us to another room and the smell of the room was worse like someone did a very bad smelling poops you could smell it in the hallway
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
This hotel has a shopping area next to it with a few dining options which makes it very convenient.
- 4/5
Nothing
- 3/5
The front desk only had one person. Michael was nice enough to give us an upgrade. However, the room was old. The door and lock on the slider leading to the deck was broken and the partial view of the water was the sidr of the building right above the HVAC and deliveries. There is no real lobby and the hotel definitely needs upgrades in order to live up to its "Grand" name. This was a last minute choice since we missed our cruise.
- 5/5
How lucky they are!!!
- 5/5
Beautiful stay. Loved the hot tubs!
- 5/5
My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to everything and with easy access to main attractions. The facilities were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. I would definitely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
- 5/5
Easy check in super friendly
- 1/5
No proper wifi and no basic amenities. Moreover they gave us a room above the event room and there were two consecutive events going on in 2 days and people were so loud outside even till 11pm dancing outside
- 5/5
Nice hotel on a marina. Good restaurant. I stay here frequently. Valet for cars a but expensive. But all in Miami is.
- 5/5
Beautiful property and excellent staff. This property is near the metro mover which makes it easy to explore the city.
- 4/5
Es recomendable
- 5/5
great staff
- 3/5
Great location, beautiful bay view and plenty of shops for food and last minute travel items. I did not care for the location of our room on that 9th floor it was the second to last felt like we literally walked a mile to the room from the Elevator. Room and hallways was a little out dated. But overall not a bad stay.
- 4/5
Stayed here for 1 night before a cruise. Great location. Definitely pay for the location. Easy 20 minute uber ride to the port of miami and great views of the port if you have a full bay view room
- 3/5
Staff at front desk were not friendly! Bell staff and valet were good. Room was dated and worn. View was great.

We were at the hotel for a family wedding. The food and catering were very nice.
- 1/5
Staff is rude, I need it a new room because of the noise of construction inside the hotel and they told me “we only have one if you don’t like it you can check out and look for another hotel”
- 2/5
Clog sink in bathroom
- 3/5
It was okay rooms outdated you could here the toilet upstairs run a lot the view was pretty I probably wouldn’t stay here again workers and staff were nice
- 3/5
Need updating and repairs. Shower handle came off while trying to turn on shower.
- 4/5
Hotel is in need of a refurbishment.. lots of wear and tear in room.
- 1/5
The shopping on eateries around the facility... The hotel is very dated the facility didn't match the cost... Very dated furniture.. lighting in the bathroom.. towels worth two and a half star at best.. I had to make three calls to the service desk about pubic hairs that were on my toilet They sent a cleaning lady on the third call ..unacceptable for the price in boasting of five stars... I had to approach the service desk once again this time it was about the room being stuffy The air conditioning was not working... There was a bidet in the bathroom that only showered out cold water who can use this.... Maybe if it was half of the $380 per night some of those things would have been expected/accepted
- 5/5
The bay area and park accessibility
- 5/5
We loved our stay here! While you are in a large city hotel, there is a lovely walkable park on the bay right outside the hotel. There are also some excellent restaurants and a Publix within walking distance. The hotel adjoins a residential building and shares a mall with a Starbuck's and other retail which is also convenient. Valet parking consistently got our car to us in minutes. The pool is nice and was never that crowded.
- 3/5
They advertised free shuttle to the cruise pier but as it turns out, not on Tuesday or Wednesday so despite paying a lot for the rooms, we had to also pay for 2 Ubers. They did however have fabulous pillows
- 4/5
The amenities are fantastic, the pool and hot tub area are nearly perfect, and the adjoining shops and restaurants are also enjoyable, especially Casablanca. Unfortunately on the second night we lost power, hot water, and the generator shook our room badly starting at 3am. To our relief, the hotel staff, particularly Robert Ramos, made sure this was well compensated. We will always stay with this establishment when we are in the area. No harm, no foul.
- 2/5
All this while I was explaining to the front desk my wife was sick and needed to go to bed. They could have just offered to downgrade us instead of lying to my face. Calling the diamond hotline didn't help either but they did call the property and got this same answer. To top it off the AC did not work in our room and the slider does not latch properly. I was not about to waste my time calling the front desk about it. It was Feb 2nd so it wasn't brutally hot yet.
- 5/5
It was a great hotel with wall size sliding doors looking out to the bay
- 1/5
I’ll never be back
- 5/5
We were upgraded to a suite style accommodation which was lovely but we thought too large for our 3 people family. All amenities were good, including washer dryer which we used in unit. Our second time staying here. Will stay here again if in Miami for a cruise.
- 4/5
Very goog location, nice staff
- 5/5
I made the right decision staying here
- 3/5
Room could be cleaner, something splattered on the wall above the head board.
- 5/5
Great place, clean, but a lot of broken. Elevator, escalator, patches on the drywall everywhere, pool deck was patches as well. Looks like stuff is being done. But I would have expected that the Elevator and escalator would not have been down the whole 3 days we were there.
- 5/5
the view, the location, the room...all was extremely nice
- 3/5
Good restaurant surround the hotel but is a hotel more for business not for vacation or else. In this opportunity the air conditioning broke for five hours.
