Amazing stay at Dua Hotel in Brickell! Beautiful, modern rooms with stunning views, a perfect location near everything, and top tier amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Truly a 5-star experience. I will definitely be back!

We caught my attention was the attention to detail. Frontdesk staff was very informative. They even followed up with intermittent text messages to see how our day was highly recommend this place.

They need to make those doors soft closing. They don’t have “do not disturb” signs available and the staff comes at the doors knocking at 9:30-10 am which was too early for us. We were still sleeping at that time. They don’t provide any free bottles of water. The tiny bottles of drinks at the mini bar were too expensive, like $8 for 6 or 8oz bottle of water. Other than that, the place is ok.

Rooms were fantastic, but you could hear the Music from thé bar on thé ground floor. Amazing pool, great balcony in our room but the restaurant is a pss.

Absolutely stunning hotel, room was awesome, bed was very comfortable and clean. However, I got the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had because there is a restaurant that turns into a club beneath the hotel that BLASTS music until midnight during the week and 2am on the weekends. I was on the 4th floor and the music was quite literally inside my room. I had to sleep with headphones on, and take 3 sleeping pills to even drown out the non stop EDM Latin based music it was absolutely a nightmare. The hospitality and service is exceptional. I’ve stayed at this property a handful of times and return precisely because of that. Best service I’ve experienced in a Miami hotel by far. Highly recommend it. Also conveniently located in the heart of Brickell.

Last word, be sure to inquire about room setup. First room was basically long hallway with bed in middle of room, with no bedside tables. Function of retro-fitting hotel into condo building as near as I can tell. M

Our credit card was cloned at the hotel. The staff doesn't seem interested. Everything is extremely expensive!!!!

Upon booking there is no mention of a $250 fee for damages so wasn’t expecting to pay that much the day of check in, however upon checkout that amount was fully refunded but it’s something guests SHOULD be made aware of. The steam room had mold & gunk as if it hasn’t been cleaned, the sauna rooms need to manually be turned on which is an inconvenience cause for a 5 star hotel those amenities should be READY for use for guests. The jacuzzi area had mold and gunk around the tiles which is disgusting if you’re walking around barefoot in the pool area. Upon arrival Expedia informed me I get a complimentary bottle of wine and I told front desk (I would assume if they’re setting up the room they would set it up with the complimentary wine as well but that was not the case) we drank the wine on top of the mini bar logically thinking that was our complimentary bottle of wine however it was NOT. We went to front desk to clarify and they said since we already drank it they will note it as the complimentary bottle of wine-upon checkout we were informed there were NO room charges however a DAY later we were charged for that wine. I’ve had to call THREE times to inform them I shouldn’t have been charged and they said they would refund it however a week has gone by and nothing has changed. Definitely will not be staying here ever again, seems like staff doesn’t communicate with each other and cleanliness is non existent is shared communal areas.

Layout of the room could be better in my opinion, desk is tucked away and hard to use if you need it. Location of the Dua is good, staff are nice (guy with ponytail helped a lot in getting the Uber driver to find the drop off spot) high rise pool was nice with good views. In the restaurant they try a little too hard to upsell you. Overall I give it 3.5 / 5 stars, good, but there’s some fixable things they could do make it great.

Only stayed one night but nice and clean, friendly staff. Balcony had good views and the pool area was nice. Also enjoyed the food we had by the pool. I believe parking (valet was only option) was an extra $60 but that was probably mentioned in the fine print I didn't read.

This hotel was located not too far from the shopping mall, Starbucks, CVS and great food all around. The staff were very pleasant and attended to our needs (toiletries and ice for me). Pool on the rooftop, gym and a sauna. The bar in the lobby has great oysters, pizza and drinks. Also a DJ outside just perfect. I enjoyed staying here for my 55th birthday.

• Noise Levels: The hotel’s first floor and immediate surroundings are extremely noisy, with disturbances continuing until 2 AM. The hotel guests are occupies the first nine floors of the building, while residential units are situated above the ninth floor. This setup seems to contribute to the excessive noise, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. • Misleading Photos: The property and rooms images presented by the hotel are not reflective of the actual conditions. Upon arrival, I found the room to be much smaller and narrower than depicted, with outdated fixtures that showed significant wear and tear. • Bathroom Facilities: The bathroom design have no privacy and convenience. There is only one sliding door that alternately closes off the shower or the restroom, meaning one is always exposed. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is notably low, and there is only a single sink in a very confined bathroom area. Overall, my stay was marred by these issues, and I would caution potential guests to consider these factors before booking.

This property was noisy with a lot of children and not a lot of good access to any fun nightlife. On top of that there were no umbrellas around the pool. Really? Who can lay out in the sun all day without any shade.

Great location, walking distance to pretty much any sort of experience wanted - store, restaurant, lounge and so forth. The staff was very friendly. Brickell is my favorite town in Miami and Dua is in a perfect location spot where it is not straight in the middle of it where all the noise gets in.

There is a nightclub on the second floor which was too noisy to sleep on the 6th floor, including Sunday night. Not pleasant when you have to get up early to work remotely. Good location, good breakfast in the restaurant. Lots of restaurants and mall within walking distance.

At checkout, I was charged for the breakfast, and I’m still disputing that charge. Also, the valet parking costs $61, which is an absurd amount, they don’t give you any option to park on your own, forcing you to use their service. The “breakfast included” is only $20 per person, and it’s not the full breakfast that you can choose from. I would never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

I really enjoyed my stay here. They really try to keep the upkeep of the property clean and pristine. The pool is amazingly beautiful and big. Awesome views of brickell and Miami. You can even see parts of Miami Beach if you look closely. My only knock is that I stayed on the side of the building that faces a big construction site which made for loud mornings and terrible views. Next time I stay, I’ll request a room with a balcony and different view. All in all, this is a great hotel with friendly people and good vibes.
