Pool area was beautiful. Our best cocktail experience was at Séptimo, and the DJ was amazing. Really appreciated an early check in as well.

Not happy with my overall stay, they were not able to find my colleague on the booking, which clearly indicates his name on the booking. Bad communication, of the booking and did not resolve the situation, I have send a message to Booking.com to investigate this matter.

The room and the view was fantastic. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. Pool and hammocks were lovely. Location is excellent. The evening turn down service was not always done and we could have done with an evening clean.

Erik from security helped us retrieve medication left in the room at checkout and we didn't realize we had left it until we got to the cruise terminal! We would've never been able to get this accomplished without him and if we were not staying at 4 seasons, i highly doubt this would've been able to get accomplished! Can't say enough!

From the moment we arrived at check-in, the stay at the Four Seasons Miami was nothing short of amazing. The staff was friendly, the room was impeccable (and I am a very picky when it comes to this), the food at Edge was delicious and they helped us celebrate our anniversary in the best of ways. Location, rooms quality, nice food Lost deliveries, charge for handling lost deliveries, and then the repostage fee for the price of the package. Been promptly kicked out from the room by knock to the door at 12:15 (15 min later than check out time), luckily was about to vacate it with packed suitcases already, but polite call would be enough rather than very beautiful and polite, but an absolute bulldog lady. Conpletely killed the experience.

However, despite the above, this convenient Miami hotel did not live up to the Four Seasons standards of premium customer service, especially regarding the room cleaning. During our stay we experienced several issues, from unacceptably poor housekeeping (fresh and noticeable carpet stains of huge proportions; no restocking of complimentary water bottles; missing glasses for beverages, etc.) to technical issues with a non-working bedside tablet (which worked just the first day of our stay) and a few basic mistakes from our in-room dining order. We also experienced long waiting times --or even no answer-- whenever we called the front desk to report these issues. To be fair, the hotel manager apologized when we raised the issues and offered a complimentary breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, to make everything worse, we made the mistake of leaving a personal item of high sentimental value in the room after checking out, which surprisingly was never found nor recovered (we are absolutely sure it was left in the room... but sadly reported it too late to be returned by the cleaning staff). In summary, what we planned as a special wedding anniversary trip ended up a truly forgettable and regretful stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel with gorgeous outdoor pool. The staff from front desk, to housekeeping to wait staff to pool attendants, were very nice and accommodating. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly they delivered items to our room. There was nothing we didn’t like!

Left feeling underwhelmed. Checked in around 4:15pm (after 3pm check-in time) and the room wasn't ready. Luckily Mario (Ambassador) addressed this personally and made an effort to rectify the situation. Hotel website advertises breakfast buffet at Edge Brasserie. No buffet to be found and apparently this is only during peak season..? Major benefit is access to Equinox gym. Room is nice, but nothing substantially different from other 4/5 star hotels across the US.

This would have made this hotel 5 stars: not having a wet rag smell upon entering the room, having more than 1 car for complimentary car service, and going more than 2 miles for complimentary car service. I couldn’t give this hotel 2 stars because the front desk people were nice and those who stopped by our room for other services were friendly. Other than that, I would reconsider staying here again.

First room was dirty and shampoo/conditioner were watered down. The phone was also broken. When I was moved to my new room the phone also didn’t work but it was cleaner. Spa system broke when I had an appointment so I ended up waiting 40 mins for somebody to get me. Overall, this was not a 5 star experience.

We had an absolutely amazing dinner at Nuna with our kids and then were able to spend some time at the pool after dinner because it's open 24/7, a luxury we never thought we'd enjoy so much. We had an early flight and room service was delivered on time (5:45am) and our car was ready for us to depart.

**Strengths:** The kindness of the staff in the restaurants, bars, and pool **Areas for improvement:** Housekeeping. Upon arrival, the cleaning cloth was still in the room. The carpet wasn't vacuumed once during our stay. On the second day, our room was still not cleaned by 4 PM despite two reminders to the housekeeping staff. The room was finally cleaned thanks to the intervention of the reception staff, who also apologized for this lack of service. A more fundamental remark regarding the layout of our room: despite the hotel renovation, the layout of our room, at least, does not meet the expectations one might have for a Four Seasons room. The old air conditioning is noisy and not really adjustable. There is a lack of a desk, and the electrical cords on the floor of the room are not what one would expect from a modern layout. Perhaps other rooms are better equipped than the one we had

After spending thousands for a room, merch and the buffet (which were all great) me and my girlfriend were being followed by one of the staffers for hours during our brunch. After I was done spending my money and wanting to leave establishment, this gentleman who I recognized from the pool area blocked us from leaving and asked if I was ok to drive. I was never driving, as I had a few beverages at the pool and explained my girlfriend who is sober was always driving. Why I had to explain this to them I am not even sure. After a terribly embarrassing exchange, I asked the two gentleman who were crowding me and my girlfriend to move as I felt like they were in our personal space. This has never happened before at this location nor any four seasons I have stayed at. Repeated calls to speak to the head manager have left unanswered.

Hotel is really beautiful. The 2 acre grounds are gorgeous with 3 pools, although 1 is reserved for residents. The palm tree pool is great for relaxing and the pool was open 24 hours. The rooms are decorated to very high standards and feel very luxurious. The food at the Edge restaurant is delicious, and their bar is super fashionable. They are very dog friendly, which is perfect for us bc we travel with our toy poodles. The location is also very walkable to restaurants and shopping. We had great meals in the neighborhood based on the hotel’s food recommendations. Valet is fast and efficient. The gym is an Equinox a few floors below. Overall a wonderful hotel! Housekeeping was agressive and tried to enter our room with a do not disturb sign up and texted me later asking if I wanted service. I asked them to stop texting and said I will let them know when I want my room cleaned. There was a bit of an upsell attitude at the property, but that may be a Miami thing. I received another text just before check in asking if we wanted to upgrade our room to a suite that was double the price of what I booked. I guess I thought that if you were going to offer an upgrade that it might be slightly more (or complimentary), but not double. There are not enough lounge chairs at the pool for guests and definitely not enough umbrellas. We were told the wait would be long, but it ended up only being 15 minutes, but the chairs were in the sun. I sat there for a bit but my husband didn’t. For the rest of the trip we used the pools at odd times just for a quick swim.

The location is perfect - a short walk from downtown, and very close to the waterfront. The view from the room is stunningly beautiful. They seem to have a lot of servers which are new and inexperienced. If you order something at the pool, and even for breakfast, it takes a long time to get your order, and mistakes will be made.

The Four Seasons in Miami never disappoints! I have been coming to this property for years. It has always been and is still wonderful. The staff is great and service extremely efficient. The rooms are lovely and well laid out. Every member of Staff is polite and enthusiastic. I can't say enough good things!

I think the bellman that take your luggage when you park and bring to your room....there may have an issue with theft. I did not have my carryon locked and I was missing a pair of sunglasses that I did not figure out until we left and arrived at our next destination.

This is hands down on of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything from the arrival up on to our departure was flawless. The valet was always on time, the room service was impeccable(also with the times) and the staff is extremely friendly.
