Our room was very neat and clean, it’s set up kind of like an apartment so there’s a fridge and stove which is nice for those staying longer. The breakfast was your usual continental style breakfast but it was also nice

AC was not working in unit. Had to change rooms. Not a real breakfast. Just muffins and coffee.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot big and easy to park.

The area was extremely sketchy as well. Random people would just hang out around the parking lot, especially at night. It felt even more unsafe due to the door not closing fully and the door handle not working (we would sometimes have to insert the card more than 15 times to be able to open the door). I couldn't leave my room one afternoon due to a group of people smoking joints right outside the door (and I mean immediately in front of it). I was woken up at 3:30am a few nights because there were groups of men yelling, drinking, and being rowdy in front of my door for at least an hour. The only good thing about the stay is that it came with a mini fridge and microwave, and we were able to request a bowl from the lobby. If you stay here, I hope you like flies.

No hot water, the 1st floor windows wouldn't lock , People walking all night long , music playing around premises. Wasn't able to make right of the situation decline another room , and someone that didnt work had place a stick in the window for our safety as women. It was the worst experience I ever had, I will not go back.

Small flies and couple of roaches in room I was staying in. Bought flypaper ribbon to deal with flies and killed the roaches. Otherwise, decent size room with bed, dresser, TV, desk, small kitchen.

However, the condition of the property did not meet basic expectations. The rooms were in very poor condition, with cleanliness issues that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, while the customer service and location was good, the lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness is a serious problem. Because of this, I would not stay at this l hotel.

It needs updating. The breakfast was just grab and go snacks.

The "breakfast" was a hoax and not a breakfast at all. It was literally make yourself a cup of tea, or coffee or hot chocolate with a sweet package muffin and a sweet energy bat or something. No toast or eggs or pancakes or anything of the sought. They also had oats in personalized packs and that's it. I was very disappointed because I would have never booked there had I known that's the breakfast offered.

The kitchen has stove but there’s not utensils to use. The bathroom looked clean but toilet bowl had brown spot in the bottom which gave me the impression that was dirty or used. I also saw cockroaches inside the room and reported them to the front desk staff.

We had to stay over for the night due to a flt delay. On the weekend, so few rooms in the Miami area were available for under $450/night. The person at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. Room was ok. Bed was fine for comfort. Everything looked dated and worn but cleanish. For the price we paid, we were very surprised by the condition of the room, and not in a good way. Pictures look better than in person. My wife was bitten in the night. There were a few small roaches in the bathroom - it is Florida, but still not happy to see them - there was a 1/2 space under the door to the room, easy access for them to enter. The AC worked well; that was a plus. We did not have their continental breakfast - we checked out before that area was opened for the day.

Kitchen had no cutlery, not even a kettle to make a cup of tea.

This property should not be listed on hotels.com and Extended Stay should not have their name attached to this property either. Extended Stays are reputable, but this property is run down and needs a lot of work, starting with replacing the cleaning staff who overlooks a smell like that and just keeps going.

The room was fairly clean with the exception of the bathroom door and elevator area. The room smelled like smoke which was horrible.

First of all, there are three properties within 1.5 miles of each other with exactly the same name. So I ended up having to take an extra Uber to get to the right place. They don't offer a shuttle even though they call themselves an "airport" hotel. Secondly, the lobby door was locked when we arrived and it took nearly 20 minutes for someone to show up and let us in. The hotel itself is very run down. The air conditioning kept shutting off and I had to turn it back on nearly every hour during the night. They only provide you with two tiny pillows for two guests, so we had to use folded towels as extra pillows. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

The front desk person did not speak English. He gave me the wrong room type and couldn’t use the computer to sign us in. I talked to the manager in the morning and she didn’t do anything to help. Stay somewhere else.

They gave us the noisiest room closest to the street corner. Traffic noise was loud, with people racing on the street until midnight. There was no ice machine, and no ice in the fridge. The room was run down.

The bathroom shower had putty in it, The door was damaged and there were noises coming from the hall and above our room all night even though we were on the top floor. Half of the room lights and outlets didnt work and on top of that the room rate was over $500.

They said that they had breakfast if you call a packaged muffin or a granola bar breakfast then this is the place for you but I don’t consider that breakfast. When I did try to get a cup of coffee all they had was sweet creamer so I asked the front desk for regular and she looked at me like I had 4 eyes and said no and then went back to speaking Spanish with a friend.

Everything with my stay here is exceptional, starting with the staff all the way down to convinces and nearby restaurant's and shopping.

They called the police on me because I had roaches and needed a microwave. The front desk lied said I was bothering breakfast patrons. Alex is a terrible manager. Said he would come give me a new room after he learned his employee lied never showed up.

Laundry room is convenient open 24 hours and good vending machines.

The room smelled of cigarette and the front desk agent agreed after she visited for herself. They only gave us one key instead of two. Breakfast was absolutely lacking. A few muffins and little coffee. Numbering of the rooms lacked planning. Odd numbers are on one wing and even numbers on the other side of the building. How would guest know that. Front desk clerk was arrogant

There’s was only one pillow on our bed and when my husband went downstairs for another (because they didn’t answer the phone), the front desk guy was rude and snooty about it. The shower didn’t get hot, even though the sink did. I asked the front desk if there was a trick and she basically said good luck. The bed was fine, which was the only good thing about it! Pleasantly surprised about that one.

I was very satisfied with how clean the room was. The floor, bathroom, kitchenette, bed. Over all the room was impeccable. I felt secure since I was traveling in my own. Staff was pleasant and respectful. 10/10 ****

Terrible rooms with no lights

Old and rundown facility. Pool advertised, but closed for 6 years. No kitchen utensils or dishes in room. Cockroach entered room under door. Pillows were terrible. Breakfast was dry instant oatmeal, coffee and a couple of bagged muffins. No selection. Would not stay again.

Everyone left me alone, which was great. None of my packages got stolen here. No room cleaning service and the floor is slanted so the shower leaks onto the wood laminate floors, but that’s easy clean up with the many provided towels. Easy access to trash cans. Lots of parking. Cool people.

The room that we were assigned to 318 had a very unpleasant smell that was unbearable. We requested a new room only to be told there was none available. We asked for pillows and they told us there weren’t any “left over”. The person at the front desk bare spoke or understood English. It was a horrible experience at this property.

I reserve for 2 nights in this hotel , I checked in around 10:00 pm wen I arrived one family member call me to inform me that my father in the hospital very ill, I went to front desk to inform that I wil need to return for the condition of may father, the toll me there is no problem as long if you check out 6:00am which I did, I spoke to Expidia telling them the story and they told me there were going to call the hotel to talk to the manager , 3 days they told me they didn’t get to contact the manager, now my father passed way and I received a letter from Expidia there was no refund for the last night. I will never recommend this hotel and Expidia to no body.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I knew something was wrong. As I was walking toward the room, I noticed drops of blood on the floor, starting from the staircase and leading toward the parking lot. It was alarming and made me feel extremely unsafe. When I entered the room, the smell of marijuana was so strong it was hard to breathe. I called the front desk to ask for a different room, but they said there were no other rooms available and that I had to come back in the morning. That was enough we decided not to stay. To make things worse, the room door didn’t even have a latch or any additional lock, which made us feel even more vulnerable. And we were a group of women traveling alone, so safety was our top priority. We immediately left because there was no way we could stay in a place that felt that unsafe and unsanitary. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The conditions were unacceptable, and it did not feel safe at all.

Property was okay for the price. Did not feel safe for a lady traveling alone. You have to request kitchen utensils, pots, coffee maker etc. it was very noisy. I stayed on the second floor and felt the airplanes were about to land on us every 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and attentive, but I wouldn’t stay there again. Other guests staying around me behaved in a way that made me feel unsafe.

There is pigeon droppings all over the stairs. The stench heading to our room was unbearable. The bathroom door was barely closing due to it being water damaged and swollen. The breakfast included is just oatmeal and a muffin.

The hotel was in a nice area with dining options in walking distance. The bed was rather comfortable for not being my bed at home. Bus route was easily accessible. The basic WiFi was okay, but dropped calls easily. Over all, for an efficiency style room a nice place to stay short term.

The room was not clean and ill-equiped. No dishes, pans, utensils, kitchen supplies, bathtub stopper or blow dryer. The floors were dirty and there was a cigarette butt by the nightstand lamp. I even had to kill several insects.The breakfast is extremely limited and offered only highly processed packaged snacks. It was very disappointing for an Extended Stay brand.

Definitely not non-smoking. While the room was well cleaned, it was very musty and smelled of cigarettes. Some occupants were smoking various substances on the property. They only put one tiny pillow on the bed! I had to use the blanket to make another pillow. Very overpriced for the value.

The room was horrific. Holes in the walls, water all under the window A/C, towel holder broken. The staff on the other hand were top shelf. Super service oriented. As I approached my room you can see that various units are being rented to permanent residents and its not appealing. Not worth the discounted rate. It didn’t feel safe. They did not accommodate the reservation or even attempt to help when it was an issue with the system. The lady at the front just said to contact where i booked and good luck.

My first room was very bad. I had to be moved as it didn’t have the security bar lock functional, bug issue and pretty bad leak in bathroom soaking the floor. My replacement room was ok for a cheap hotel. Basic bare bones room but functional for a short night or two. Staff was super helpful and friendly

There was a man screaming at the top of his lungs outside my room the night before the biggest meeting of my career from 11:30 - 1:30 am and I couldn't get a hold of the front desk after calling over 5-6 times and got no offer for compensation or anything to remedy the situation.

Staff worked hard to accommodate my handicapped mom. They found her a 1st floor room.

Breakfast was a small packaged muffin, instant oatmeal and coffee. Some kind of fluid had ran down the walls in 3 spots. Water in shower drizzled out, which made it hard to rinse soap out of hair! Worse shower ever/ water pressure!
