Treatment by staff and their attitudes they were not trying to be accommodating with my booking for someone who had booked in advance seems like that I was given the room from hell it had all kinds and of problems.

Cleaning and breakfast. I requested a crib reservation in advance; however, when I arrived at the hotel, I found that it had not been installed in the room. After contacting the front desk again, I was informed that there were no more cribs available for installation. This situation significantly affected our night, as we had to sleep with the baby between us to prevent her from falling off the bed.

Good afternoon I was very disappointed on my day being there. I had to go six times downstairs for the desk to give me a key. I think that’s a waste of time you going downstairs for six time to get a key every time I went out I had to come back and get your key. I feel like it is really disrespectful for somebody’s trying to have a day off and not do nothing and the keys are not working for you being frustrating. I believe I should get some type of reward back or some type of funds or have a manager call me or something because I feel like it was that was the only bad thing about it in the whole entire time. I always stay there and I don’t feel like it was I will come back anymore when they have no problems

Before I even arrived at the hotel I had been trying to call them to inform them I would be checking in late because of a delayed flight. No one answered. I called multiple times and the front desk never answered. So on the phone system I tried the reservation line. These employees where somewhat helpful and tried to give me a direct line to the front desk. This did nothing because still no one answered and I got asked to choose a different line on the phone system. Beside the customer survice issues this place needs some serious physical updates. The furniture in my room was definitely well used and the chair had a large stain on it. The beds were super hard and you could feel the springs. The beds were super tall and the nightstand between them was was half the height of the beds so trying to reach anything on it was an olympic sport unless you have long arms. The drains in both the shower and sink were super slow. So when showering you got to stand in your filth water. Since their was drain issues I didn't even try the self service laundry. However I did look at the laundry space and it needed a deep cleaning. Plus the only laundry supplies you could buy was powdered Tide. Also while I was there only 1 elevator worked. It was the slowest elevator I had ever been on.

Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se escucha el ruido de los aviones ya que esta muy cerca del aeropuerto de Miami. Cuando llegué a la habitación el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y me cambiaron a otra donde la cerradura no servía. Me tuvieron que cambiar hasta 3 veces las llaves y cuando pasaba la tarjeta había que empujar violentamente la puerta para poder entrar a la habitación. El hotel es un peor es nada. No lo recomiendo.

The staff was not very helpful. The room keys didn’t work. I had to go down to the desk multiple times to fix them. Our first room was occupied by other people and our second room was disgusting. It was damped and smelled mildewy/musty. I would not recommend and would never stay there or at a Hilton IHC again. It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at with my family and it was over $300 for one night. Not acceptable at all. I would expect to pay no more than $100 to stay there IF that. Personally, I would pay zero!

The staff is warm and welcoming. Although my towels were changed regularly, the tea stuff was not. Breakfast and the dinner at the restaurant was lovely however the restaurant was closed on a Friday but that was not stated. They were no water available for the rooms as well.

We were there for 1 night only, and the fire alarm kept going off at 3am, 4am, 6am and so on. We couldn't sleep one bit. Woke up every time scared and thinking there was an emergency. The front desk never picked up the phone when we called to get more info.

Hotel was easy to find good location near many restaurants. Considering the location the hotel was quiet and the room very comfortable. Breakfast was offered downstairs but was a bit pricey compared to restaurants in the area - Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Would recommend the hotel if you are in the area.

We arrived in the midnight and the lady was disoriented and has very bad service, I had to go to the lobby 4 times because she didn't know how to program the room keys, on top of that deplorable treatment and she had alcoholic breath. The other staff were very responsible and apologized for the altercation.

A man did try to follow me to my room. We got on the elevator together went to the same floor. He motioned for me to get off first I did but waited to see where he was going. He went right and back left toward my room. I peeped around the corner to see where he stopped. He was at the end of the hall pretending to be on the phone. I turned around got back on the elevator and went to the lobby for a while. When back up to my room did see him. A little while later looked out the peephole and there was a man on his knees listening to the door across from me. Waited a little the first man came out there was a woman inside and the last man comes down the hall and walks in the room with the woman.

Next day I reported the cleaning situation to front desk and decided to pay for a suite upgrade thinking that everything would be different but then I understood that was a particular situation with the hotel. The King bed was uncomfortable so my experience was not as good as it should for this kind of hotels. Something that made us happy was the breakfast and the attention in the breakfast area that was good

This hotel should not be promoted in Expedia, it was an absolute disgrace. My parents stayed there for one night, and what they found was unspeakable. Toilet was clogged, they had to use the toilet in the lobby, the staff could not accommodate them nor send them to a different room. The bathtube was also clogged, full of hair... my cousin also booked there and they could not give him his room... it is very dissapointing. They did not offer any type of solution, compensation or else... PLEASE STAY AWAY!
