    The location. It was close to malls, restaurants and the airport. The breakfast options. On our first night we were in a room in which the ac was too loud. We called the front desk and maintenance came and told us it was normal. We didn't sleep well the whole night. On the next morning, I went to the front desk and asked for another room and they were very helpful.

    The room was simple, clean for the most part. We encountered a huge bright yellow stain in the bedroom carpet and 2 dirty spots in the shower curtain. We this to the housekeeper in our floor to which replied "that stain is being there for a long time"... I also reported this to the front desk. (they didn't offered to move to another room). Bed was comfortable. I asked for 4 extra pillows, the housemen brought me 3 after over an hour waiting and he just said "this is it, no more" while giving me 3 pillows. I do not know if he meant "no more" because they didn't have more or "no more" of being annoyed. We are a family of 4 and only 3 towels were provided everyday. Be ready to wake up early... breakfast is only available till 9am, so for us, mountain timer's is hard to wake up, they should consider this and extend their time till 10am. Needs to be updated, shower, air conditioning-makes too much noise, TV's are not "smart" so you are limited to a few local channels. Won't stay there again. Sorry!, not worth the money....

    Wife stepped on gum while exiting front door. She asked front desk clerk Kelly if she had a wet wipe to remove. No, just a tissue. Kelly did not want to assist. When the other clerk came to help then Kelly seemed more responsive.

    Very neat place, only three complaints are the AC blowing directly onto the beds was not ideal and it was quite loud when it started up. Also- our room had lipstick smears in the bathroom on the walls.

    Centrally located for the cruise port ~20 min. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, a bit outdated, but we only needed a space to sleep. 4 adults 2 kids fit comfortably using the pull out sofa. Parking and area felt secure. Good value for the cost, view of the bay was nice! Would stay again. Sofa bed was clearly older and squeaked A Lot, but whatever. The location could be hard to find the first time. It’s in the very back of a block of hotels.

    We had a lot of broken things in our room, the toilet handle, the shower head. Room was old and kind of gross, the hallway are carpets very dirty, and the whole apartment has this kind of musty smell, the trash cans were very small, and naughty enough hooks in the bathroom and sink area.

    Was clean , under a little construction it looked like. Worst beds I’ve slept on for a Hilton hotel. Staff was okay not very friendly, when I went to check in the receptionist didn’t wait on or acknowledge me until he finished his conversation with his friend or possibly another worker ( non work related) which was annoying. If u don’t necessarily need a kitchen there’s another Hilton legit next to this one and it is a few hundred dollars cheaper if ur staying days

    Dirty sticky floors, hvac thermostat didn’t work, staff gave us the wrong breakfast time where we missed the complimentary breakfast, there were ants on the tables, the tv volume didn’t work, and there was barely any water coming out of the shower head, super weak pressure, we notified the front desk where the girl said ok we will notify maintenance and nothing else happened. Very disappointed specially when it’s almost $400 per night. Stay away from this place.

    I was told twice when calling ahead of time there was NO SHUTTLE from the airport to the hotel. We took an Uber for $50 for all 6 of us. I was told at the hotel that we could’ve taken their shuttle. This was very disappointing.

    We only stayed for a single night, we had to leave before breakfast but the night staff were great. Before we left they did off us some fruit and drinks as we couldn't stay for breakfast. The first airport shuttle left at 7am, so we didn't get time for breakfast, so if the shuttle was to leave 30 mins after breakfast starts, that would have been better. However everything was fine.

    We were only at the hotel, four ten hours and we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast. The idea of twenty four hour coffee was very appealing, however. We arrived and there was a long wait for the elevator. The other elevator had A. Xerox sign that said elevator under maintenance. Thank you for your patience or sorry for the inconvenience. Clearly, the elevator was not being maintained, nor repaired and other guests had confirmed. It had not been working for an extended period of time. I would have felt better if the truth be told ... Elevator broken. And we are not interested in fixing it anytime in the near future... Plan on a long wait... in the morning your way to the airport and shuttle. Additionally the parking is managed off site. There was somebody there waiting in a golf cart to call the tow truck company as soon as you went in to register... If you did not pay. We had to pay twice for car parking and we only had one car there. At a time for the entire stay. Warn your guests... if any, it is twenty dollars with no hourly rate.

    The room was nice. Well I booked and paid for my room 4 months in advance. When I got the the hotel after traveling all day, they did not have my reservation. I had to call booking.com myself and talk with multiple people at booking.com. Then booking con called them and confirmed I had a reservation and had already paid. Then booking com cancelled my reservation and left me and my son stranded. Hilton gave us a room but at an even higher amount than I originally paid. This room cost almost $900 at this point. My son and I had to sit in the lobby for over 2 hours. We were tried. This was an awful experience. I did everything I was supposed to do. These 2 companies did not and I was the one who got screwed in the end.

    Nice location with airport shuttle transportation. The location is ideal and you are walking distance to several chain/quick service restaurants if you need a quick bite for lunch/dinner. The staff was courteous and pool was decent. This location is nice, because you're not directly in the airport runway path so it's quieter compared to hotels on the north/northeast side of the airport. Lobby area is nice and the free breakfast buffet was good.

    We booked a suite months in advance. We were arriving late due to flight delays so I called ahead to confirm our room would be held until our arrival. When we checked in we were told they didn’t have our room but they would give us two rooms at the same price. This would have been fine but one room was located directly behind the elevator shaft. The headboard of the bed directly on the wall of the shaft. Needless to say we were awake all night due to the noise of the elevator running up and down. I complained to the desk who offered no resolution.

    Nice location and walking distance to a few restaurants. Nice pool. It took an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. We had a 2 bedroom suite with 6 people and there were only 2 chairs at the table. We had the fire alarm go off because someone burnt something in there microwave!

    Close to the airport. Suggest when making a reservation that the hotel shuttle information is made available as we had to call the hotel several times to find out how it works. Also, suggest to answer the hotel phone more frequently as we had to call many times without answering. At the room we were expecting at least a bottle of water since we arrived late at night and had to go down to the lobby to get water from a station. All in all fine for a night but one expects more for the price.

    It’s a good hotel. The rooms are crazy big. It’s a busy place whenever a cruise disembarks or boards. It’s a bit out of the way of killing time but there’s a little plaza nearby for food. I’d stay here again but I’d hope to be in this area closer to check in time because there’s nothing to do in the area.

    The room was very nice and clean. 2 night stay. The pool was very nice, lots of room and seating available. The breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was different both days with plenty of options and several staff members keeping food hot, organized, clean, replenished a d fresh. Coffee great! Coming from small town Vermont, Miami was a bit overwhelming. I did feel very safe at the hotel with my11 year old granddaughter. Paid parking at the hotel. Easy driving directions from the airport to the hotel. We stayed in a suite. Refrigerator, microwave, stove top, dishwasher and kitchen sick were all in very nice, clean order. Plenty of plates, cookware, utensils, cups, coffee, etc. Ice maker clean and convenient. Heavy air freshener presence in the common areas. For sensitive noses, it may be a little uncomfortable, but not too bad. I live in Vermont, lots of fresh air. I never notice hotels or places of business using them. However, I have noticed many places here in FL use them….??? I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again! Thank you!

    The breakfast was amazing, hotel was clean and stayed clean during our stay. Pool was open and decent. The room was a decent size for a 2 bedroom suite. It was average nothing bad to complain about but nothing overall amazing to brag about either. Hotel in great location but can be congestion. Housekeeping was requested but only brought new towels and took used ones away. New linen was not given or the room actually cleaned. We stayed 4 nights. All the employees were kind and nice. Yes i would book again and stay!

    By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Miami. Great prices. Amazing staff. The breakfast is phenomenal. Pool by the water. The king suite has a harbor view and a separate bedroom. You can beat this deal. If you’re traveling with family this is a great option.

    The continental breakfast was garbage, there was nowhere near enough food for everyone so warming containers were empty and nobody refilling them, and you have to pay almost $20 a night for parking at the hotel you already paid for. Do not recommend staying here. Also our fridge barely got colder than room temperature.

    Nice staff, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, really enjoyed the waffles. We were told to call the hotel for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport but couldn’t get anyone on the phone, ended up taking an Uber but they were super busy when we got to the hotel.

    We stayed at this hotel and needed another stay the following week. First time the room was clean and smelled fresh. The second time they put the wrong size bedding not big enough for the king bed so we had to use the sofa. The sofa was stained and smelled of old cigarette smoke. There was also a gay guy with make up on pretending to be whatever it was and it was there the previous visit as well. We noticed a lot of traffic to its room from the moment we exited the elevator. Numerous people visited this room and it was pointing from one room to the next and having others in and out of its room frequently. I did not feel safe. It was mid way on the fourth floor. Beware of run down rooms.

    Linda at the front desk was amazing, friendly and very efficient! The room was big and had everything we needed for a 10 night stay. Hotel is a little dated but still very nice. The pool was great and I loved having a room right on the lagoon. Housekeeping is hit and miss. They are scheduled for every other day but it's more like whenever they feel like it, even after a nice tip. Definitely stay here again the price makes it a great deal.

    The room 623 two bedroom suite was full of bedbugs and I got bitten and a spider bite. I have the picture and medical bill to prove it. The management staff never called to follow up on my well being. I called several times and they still have yet to respond. So, I’m not taking this to the next level. I had to go to urgent care!!! Not a place I would ever stay again!!

    My stay at the Homewood Suites was short and sweet. The staff there were all very kind and helpful and the grounds outside were well kept. The room itself was very clean and overlooked the lake which was my favorite part. I would absolutely book again in the future :)

    In addition, the front desk service was horrible. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and showed little interest in addressing our concerns or offering a solution. Instead of feeling welcomed or assisted, we felt ignored and disrespected as guests. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. Due to the poor cleanliness and terrible customer service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Breakfast was absolutely horrible. It ends at 9am - they even take away the coffee!! Which means you have to get up early on vacation. And it also means it’s as crowded a an ant bed - good luck in the waffle line. We felt like cattle. And so unnecessary - it is unacceptable they end it at 9am. Also, they charge for parking, and they charge to even wash and dry clothes. Too much nickel and diming. Also the first day there was no hot water so we couldn’t take baths. Will never stay here again - and you shouldn’t either.

    Hot water was being repaired one day and promised to have back in evening. It didn't happen. Kids worked out at sports camp all day and couldn't take a shower. Next morning I couldn't take a shower because there was still no hot water. Asked the manager to contact me about some kind of discount and never hear from them.

    Unfortunately there was an issue with the keys and I had to go to the front desk 2 different times. The 3rd time we got upgraded to a bigger room because of the issue. That was nice from the from desk lady but not necessary, we just wanted our key to work. Once in the suite, the space is great but unfortunately it felt dirty… carpets seems like they haven’t seen a vacuum in weeks and bathrooms had that red mold… we were there just for one night and I was glad. Elevators also take forever, they do have several on property.

    The front desk staff were great and our suite was a nice size. The free continental breakfast was good. However, we were there for 3 days and never received housekeeping services for our family of 3 ( no fresh linens, towels, soap, no garbage pickup etc.)This was a first for me. I had to leave our garbage outside of our suite for pickup and I had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. Because of this, I probably would not refer others to this establishment.

    Staff were extremely friendly! Parking on the pricey side if you stay more than a couple nights. Hotel seems outdated, elevator out of service and the other past its inspection date (posted sign was 5 months expired). The room was ok, i appreciated the fridge as i travelled with a baby. The curtains did look to have mold and overall did not feel clean. Hotel rooms could use an upgrade. The breakfast options were some of the best ive seen in a while, and the food always looked fresh!

    The receptionist was wonderful. She helped us with early check in as our arrival was about 6 hours early. The room was great. The rest of the staff was very nice as well.     Property is good, but for 7 floors, only 1 elevator was operational, longer wait times in lobby. Parking is self park and paid at $20 per night. Breakfast was good but they close at 9am for which management should consider delaying breakfast timings. We were provided accommodation on second floor and there was maintenance and lock changes throughout the floor, throughout our stay. Very annoying with small infants trying to sleep.

    The price increased $50 upon my arrival. The checkin staff appeared to be very annoyed upon my arrival. I requested digital keys however I never received them.     First of all we got there super early getting back from our cruise. They stored our luggage until our rooms were ready. Our rooms were ready 4 hours early, which was fantastic. They didn’t charge for an early check in. We had 6 in our room and the room was amazing. So much room. The view of blue lagoon was awesome. The staff were super sweet and very accommodating. They offer a free shuttle to the airport which was great. The only issue with the shuttle was the air wasn’t working the greatest or it wasn’t cool by the timewe got to the airport . He could’ve had van running while we were waiting but that wasn’t worth a negative review. I finally found a stop that I will always book while cruising out of Miami.

    Room was clean for the most part. The bathroom could’ve used some more cleaning in the corners. The hot water was at most lukewarm in the shower and at the bathroom sink. Also the deadbolt lock broke the morning we were leaving and we couldn’t shut the door all the way. I did let them know on our way out. It’s perfect for a one night stay but anymore than that I would think twice. Breakfast was fruit, waffles, eggs, sweet potatoes, cereal, juices, water, milk, bread and bagels.

    This was a great pre-cruise hotel stay. We loved the 2 bed-room suite. My brother and sister took the room with the 2 beds and my husband and I took the king bedroom. We had plenty of space. We took a short Uber Ride to the Dolphin Mall. The staff was very kind. Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful! If we're ever in Miami again, we will definitely stay here again.

    Ambiguous shuttle name, can be easily mistaken with Hilton's shuttle service. Cost us $20 to get a taxi to the right hotel. Also we ordered drop off at 7 a.m the next morning, driver left without even enquiring about our whereabouts which was the hotel's lobby. Unlike the nearby Hilton hotel, they're was no signage to indicate where one should wait for the shuttle, hence we thought the lobby would be an ideal location. This mistake cost us an additional $45 to get to the airport. I'm never going back there. Plus the pillow case I got was dirty.

    The hotel is ideally located . Service was great. There were two front desk staff that went above and beyond when I needed help with packages. They are Jennifer and Maria. I would recommend this hotel to all.

    The stay at this hotel was nice, very well located and the breakfast was very good. The only thing I did not like was how noisy the ac unit it was in my room and the the electric outlet for the bathroom was not working. Other than that it was pretty good

    House keeper didn’t come and clean a couple of times. when they did come around they did one bed but not the other, trash was no taken and we always had to go ask for towels because they would ever not replace them or we wouldn’t have enough.. other than that our stay was okay

    Good hotel near MIA airport. Staff is nice and helpful. Hotel is a little dated, and it shows in th3 details. Pool is small for hotel's size. Breakfast is decent but it gets crowded. Several of the laundry machines did not work. Kitchenet and sofa in room were great, but there was no space between one of the beds and the closet. I feel it was overpriced for what we got.

    Check-in process was not smooth. Reached the hotel at 3:15 PM and room was not ready. I said, I have Hilton honors membership, they said, Since I booked through hotels.com, the room is not available until 4:05. My Hilton app was not working for online check-in. So, I will have to wait in the line for almost 30 minutes for check-in and got the room around 4:30 that too without the room keys. Someone came and opened the room. I received the room keys around 10 PM. Until then, there was no room keys.

    It looked nice on the outside and the view was amazing, but inside the room had some questionable things in it. For example, the couch bed had a brown stain that wasn’t clean before and in the bathroom, the door was very close to the toilet and it was a bit cramped in there. But the staff was accommodating and that was good.
