The staff was very friendly. The bar area was nice with a good food. The room was not so great. Tv didn’t work. Light by the door was out. Was no shower curtain. Just the one you use for decoration in front of a shower curtain so water got everywhere.

When I booked this property, the total was $143 as I stayed for one night. When I got there, they tacked on another $100. The room was great and well stocked and had everything i needed. I wish the pool was a bit more clean in the morning. The deck was fine, but the actually pool was a bit dirty. This however would not stope from staying here another night. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and the hotel had an airport shuttle which came in handy.

Entered my room and it was filthy, front desk staff were rude. The restaurant wasn’t open at 6pm for the rest of the night. The worst was a stray injured kitten on the pool deck that staff didn’t seem to care about.

This is an updated review. Great stay, great staff, great gym and pool. Great bar and restaurant. Freezing cold AC. Timely airport shuttle to and from. Special shout out to the front desk staff and bartender! Oh and great view from room 526!

OK for whoever wants to be close to the airport They say they have shuttles every 30 minutes to the airport. I waited 1h15 minutes for the shuttle (and I was on a rush for an event). The hotel refused to pay me a taxi. Invented there were traffic jams around (lie), never admitted there was something wrong going on (probably shortage of drivers). They didn't handle well the situation and kind of ignored mine and other guests' complaints. I would never stay in this hotel again. By the way, for the price, room was OK, not great. Bed was too soft, shower too weak.

The staff really made the stay great. We had an early flight with an 8 month old and we really needed to check in early cause our baby was NOT happy. And they quickly did all they could to help us out and we were able to check in early to get our baby a nap! The coffee shop downstairs was also so nice! Only thing was the tv didn’t work very well

Location nearby the airport. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN INVOICE after my booking, THEY NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS / EMAILS, OR EVEN BOOKING'S CUSTOMER SERVICE MAILS / CALLS ! THEY JUST KEEP IGNORING ME AND BOOKING'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT'S OUTRAGEOUS !!!! Payment parking fees of 35$ a day.

I did take issue with a few things: -the pillows in the room were all giant overstuffed things making it very difficult to sleep. -I paid extra for “bay view”- and I got it, on the fifth floor where my view was mostly the roof of the bar and convention spaces of the hotel. -The WiFi in my room was horrid. I was in the furthest room from the elevators closest to the outside of the hotel. I could hardly get much work done let alone stream Netflix.

My room was booked several months before I arrived. I didn't no receive a email regarding my stay nor did I see a deposit amount of 100.00 per day. 100.00 per stay is what I am use too but Pullman held.400.00, 100.00 for each day of my stay this was.accessive and aggressive. Anorher gyess I rodw to the cruise port told me.she The rooms are.just clean hotel rooms, pricey.

The place is great. Building and park are great. Pool is, though not renovated a high point in the infrastructure. The French atmosphere is still present. the hotel needs renovation. It has been declining in manteinance, for many years since it was the Sofitel line. Staff is not as good and responsive. Services are limited. Matresses on the 15th. floor need urgently to be changed before somebody gets a terrible backache.

Stayed one night to relay on to cruise the next following day. Nice comfortable hotel, great pool area and view. Airport shuttle was little slow to arrive. The breakfast was overpriced, did not participate. The room was clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. Some of the soap dispensers in the bathroom were loose or coming apart off the wall. Walking distance for other restaurants and grocery store.

Easy shuttle ride for an early morning flight. Hotel was clean and had been updated. Pool setting was nice. Staff recommended Bayside / Pier 5 for dinner. Excellent recommendation.

Location to the airport is a plus and the common spaces and pool area looked nice. I appreciated the shuttle service and my check in experience was good. My room was extremely worn and there were cracks and pits in the bathroom tile as well as stained and threadbare carpet. It was clean but still looked shabby. My friend was arriving on a later flight and I gave her name at reception and said to give her a key. The person checking me in wrote everything down and said it was no problem. My friend's flight was delayed and when she finally arrived, the woman at reception gave her a lot of attitude, told her there was no note of another person in the room, and wouldn't call the room to verify. She texted me and I got her, but that was not a good impression.

Check-in was quick and easy. Thanks to my account status, I received two complimentary drink vouchers that could be used at the bar (up to $12 each). The lobby was clean, and I always saw staff actively cleaning and maintaining the area. The staff members were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I forgot to print my cruise tag before my trip and they were able to let me print my cruise tag for free. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness could have been better. I found hair and stains on the bed, and there was a doo doo stain on the toilet seat as well. Aside from that, the room was acceptable. One positive aspect was the hotel’s convenient location, with several restaurants within a short walking distance. Overall, I would book again.

The location was great, the front desk staff were friendly and nice outdoor area to get some fresh air after long travel. Airport shuttle was good but without information on how to locate prior to arrival was only able to use it to return to the airport. The property was impossible to make contact with, prior to my arrival I tried to contact them via the bookings.com app, and by phone listed both in app and on Google. The elevator did not need a room key to access any floors, which made me uneasy about security, you could walk off the street and pick any floor to go to. When checking in staff were friendly but didn’t give much information, I had to ask about the facilities, breakfast times and how to get to my room. In the early hours of the morning someone tried to enter my room, I attempted to call reception thinking there would be an after hours contact but the phone line rang out. The property did not feel very safe for a solo traveller. Keep that in mind if you are looking for book.

Would give this 5 stars as everything was great apart from the shower. The water flow was awful. But you can bath or run taps and splash the water at yourself.. rooms clean, good size, comfortable beds. Lovely pool area. And shops a 10min walk. Also they have a shuttle bus to and from the airport. Would still use again.

Had a great time at this hotel! The view from our suit room was beautiful. The restaurant/bar had really great options and the food and drinks were delicious. Outdoor pool was nice and clean. The only downside is that my friend had left her sneakers in a previous room before we upgraded to another room and it hasn’t been 24 hours since we switched rooms for them to tell us room service couldn’t find them. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

The airport shuttle was very convenient. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was very dated and in need of refurbishment. There was not much warmth about the rooms unlike what you could find elsewhere. I also thought it was interesting that they still just used double sized pillows for the bed even though it was much larger than a double. The breakfast buffet was fine, but could do with improvement.

You have some shop near to the hotel. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I needed an extra towel and tried to call to the reception for 1 hour and busy all the time, I went down and nobody was on the phone so I guess it isn’t connect to answer the phone.

This is an old hotel and we were disappointed in this property, which supposed to be part of the an Accor group. The room was ok, but bed had no support and was lumpy, the linens are poor in quality (sheets, pillows and blanket) and the towels were non-absorbent. We heard planes until the late hours of the night and there was a party somewhere in the hotel with heavy bass music and lots of people yelling. If any of these things are important to you for a good night’s rest, take a pass!

However, the rooms are very outdated. My bedding was dirty on arrival and needed replaced. The furniture in the rooms is very old. The bathroom sink was cracked. Warped floors, old carpet. I chose this hotel for the nearness to the airport, but I old not stay here again.

The breakfast buffet had minimal selections. Worst of all they tried to charge me $25 per person when my booking through Expedia showed free breakfast. Had to waste time to tell them and showed them my proofs. Also my room was set to 65 when I walked in which was too cold so I tried to turn up to 72 but it never did anything. It continued to blow cold air and the blowing noise was very loud! I had a terrible night sleeping with a thin blanket. Not going back there for sure!

I only stayed for one night but the room was very underwhelming. I did not enjoy my stay. The toilet was barely flushed, the lamp was held together by tape, the couch had 2 big stains on them, the blow dryer did not work, and the restaurant was very overpriced. The hotel was gorgeous on the outside and in a nice area where you can walk to restaurants and shores, but I probably would not be staying again.

It is so beautiful inside. It’s gated and the front desk is 24/7. Its location is great - right on the “lagoon” and within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. There’s a free airport shuttle starting at 4:30am, and it is very punctual! The pool was quite dirty, many floating leaves and LOTS of dead bugs. Granted I did use it right after it had rained that day, but if they are able to clean it more frequently that would be appreciated. It was a nice design, views of the lagoon and a waterfall. The front desk told us we could go to the restaurant, but when we walked right over it was closed. Unclear about the restaurants hours, no clear signs or postage regarding that. I read a few reviews that you could hear the planes because the airport is literally across the street (well many streets) - very cool for direct views from my room of the planes taking on and off. I could hear them from my room but with earplugs I was not awoken in the night.

The $35 for parking fee is obscenely expensive for a slam packet full lot with small parking spaces. Come on! this is VALET parking rates at Walmart type parking. $20 max should be the going rate.

For the price of one night, the staff could have been nicer. Instead we were treated poorly when asked to change rooms. The room smelled like smoke as if a group of people just decided to smoke back to back packs of cigarettes in the room. The smell was embedded in everything and the room itself was dingy. When asked the front desk to change rooms - he moved us right next door. Does that make sense?

I have never had a hotel turn me away with a prepaid reservation. Many people are getting upset with the hotel. They did not offer anything- no accommodation, no help, nothing!!! I will never try to stay here again. Stay at your own RISK!

I am beyond thankful that I chose to stay at the Pullman as my stay for Miami. It was close to a lot of tourist attractions that I was hoping for . I was able to go to South Beach which was only 20 minutes away from the hotel , Little Havana was only about 25 minutes away, and the hotel even had restaurants close to it within walking distance . I really enjoy my time at the pool, where I was able to take a swim and unwind for the day or take a morning swim. The only downside was that we didn’t have a microwave on our floor so we had to go to the 6th floor for the microwave, but overall great staff and great hospitality.

An upscale DIRTY motel. So dirty . Unclean rooms, they didn’t even change pillows case. Shower faucet fell out in bathroom , coffee cup was unwashed . I suggest to fire GM in hotel. DIRTY, Unclean room. Sofa had all food stains… YAK ! to sleep on unchanged bed sheets.

Call because we need it a late check in, once we arrive the front desk clerk was not very helpful, took a very long time to do are check in, gave us a room in the second floor with a horrible view even though we had VIP from Expedia, and will not let us pay for a day pass for parking instead every time we wanted to leave the property had to go the from desk so he could grant us access.

Nice breakfast After a long flight, we really needed a good night’s rest specially, the baby but the toilet was making a constant loud noise all night, which disrupted our sleep. There was also water leaking in the toilet , which was concerning. In addition, the bed was unstable, making it uncomfortable.

The front desk does not answer the phone at all, and it took nearly two hours just to receive extra towels and washcloths. At night, the hotel felt very unsafe. The environment reminded me more of a transit-style facility where people are living long-term rather than a hotel. The elevators were dirty, and none of the ice machines worked on any floor. There was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the hotel, especially on my floor, and it even seeped into the room. The bathroom ventilation didn’t work, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable while showering, to the point it felt difficult to breathe. The shuttle driver was also unhelpful—he didn’t assist with luggage and expected guests to load everything themselves. For a hotel of this level, that was surprising and disappointing. On top of that, breakfast is priced at $30 per person, which is far too expensive for the experience offered. To make matters worse, I saw a man walking barefoot throughout multiple floors, talking to himself. It raised serious concerns about the level of security, which felt almost nonexistent. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Safety, cleanliness, and service were all major issues during my visit.

The location was ideal for an overnight stay, very close to the airport, restaurants, and shopping centers. The gym was very clean. During peak hours, there was a very long wait to even ask someone a question at the front desk. The front desk agents all seemed uninterested in leaving their desk to offer assistance. I had a package arrive the night before my arrival; upon checking at 3 pm, I asked for my package and was told to fill out a form for them to just attempt to look for it. Came back 5 hours later, and nothing had been done, and was told to return the next morning at 6am, as I had a midday flight. The following morning I returned and was told nothing can be done until 9 am. After much pleading, someone finally went and looked for my packages but was unable to find them in the back storage, only to discover the packages were sitting on the floor not 10 feet away from the front desk agents, who, despite my asking, refused to check the numerous packages sitting right on the floor next to them. The toilet in my room was not sealed to the floor properly and rocked every time I sat on it.

Great setting with beautiful pool area. Overall the property needs updating. The mattress felt saggy. The staff were great, but there are not enough of them. We stayed there on a Friday ad the restaurant did not open until breakfast on Saturday. Seemed like a missed opportunity as the hotel was full of people catching a cruise. The bar was packed and it served food. The food was good but there was only 1 bartender and 1 food server. They did their best but struggled to handle the numbers.

Do not stay here! Probably the worst, most dirty place we have ever stayed in. the floors were sticky the bathtub bathroom, sinks, baseboards all had mold. The TV didn’t work. We had to go get batteries for the remote control. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, toilet broken clogged. The phone had a lot of dirt around it. The sheets and blankets had grease stains on them or something. It was gross. The swimming pool had beer cans left around it. The breakfast was gross. The pictures were completely different to our experience. It looks like a completely different hotel. The staff were really rude very unfriendly. And every six minutes a plane would fly above our room, shaking the room it was so loud.

After waiting in line for nearly 2 hours, at 1:30 am they tell me the hotel is over sold. They refused to pay the amount charged by any other hotel and no hotel would accept from them their voucher. So had to find another hotel myself and paid $400 for about 6 hours of sleep. They had only one trainee at the reception who was not able to do anything.

Breakfast was a waste of time, paid for ten days. Had Breakfast twice. Cold coffee and tea which meant you bought a hot drink from the Starbucks franchise, very smart! All the staff we lovely and tried their best to accommodate you as well as the could. Air Conditioning was permanently on freezing so had to ask for a HEATER. To be honest the place is not bad , just needs a refurbish and small upgrade. If you are staying a night then on to a cruise, then it’s fine. But unfortunately I had to stay for ten days!

However, although it was obvious that some people were allowed a late check-out (those travelling to the airport for the same flight as me had organised a 6pm check-out), I was told this was not possible for me. The pool by the lagoon was a lovely touch, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a lagoon‑view room. My only concern was the mattress ; it felt quite springy and worn, which affected the comfort a bit. Aside from that, we had a great stay and found this to be an excellent pre‑cruise hotel.

There are three reasons why I would hesitate to stay there again. 1) We were given a room on the 2nd floor located after several conference rooms. Might have been in a former smoking area. The carpet reeked of stale old cigarette smoke from the 80s and there were cigarette burn marks noted in the carpet. 2) The mattresses were old and the bottom sheet did not completely cover the exposed mattress on the sides. 3) Very expensive cafè. It cost over $7 for a small bottle of Simply Lemonade. Since the hotel is close to the airport I guess they charge airport prices for food and drink. Three stars because the place gives upscale hotel vibes but the room felt more like a Motel 6. Maybe the other rooms at the hotel are really nice but cost more?

The stay was fine (just OK) since I was there just overnight, and the staff was mostly pleasant. I had higher hopes for this place based off of some pics I saw online. But I found my room dirty. There were hairs on the wall in the shower (two different types), someone had spilt coffee on the carpeted floor, and it left a significant stain. There weren't enough conveniently located plugs or charging ports for electronics and lastly, there was no heat! When I was in Miami it was cold (iguanas were falling out of trees) and the room was without heat. I went down to the bar for a drink and to look around but it wasn't what I had hoped it would be. There were families and kids everywhere. They were literally sliding down the banisters and bouncing balls off of the walls! I am not exaggerating!! It was borderline chaotic! There was amply seating but I guess because this may be a hotels families stay at before going on cruises (?) there was a lot of trash and plates of food with scraps lying around and just about every surface was sticky. In spite of all this, I gave it three stars because of its convenient location and the staff was friendly.

The hotel needs some updates! It’s musky and stuck in early 90’s ! As soon as you walk in it feels outdated and smells like a pool ( and their pool is outside! ) Not sure if the smell was to mask the old musky scent but it was definitely not pleasant. Elevator is old, decor is old and the rooms are old with popcorn ceiling ! The hallways feel more like a Motel rather than a hotel …. Only saving grace is the shuttle and proximity to the airport

The night auditor was really helpful. My main issue was that on a usually cold Miami night there was no heat output from the AC. After a day that included a transatlantic flight, a diverted flight due to weather and re-booking resulting in additional travel time, I was too tired to have to wait for someone to come see what issue was. The second room I was given to, the thermostat control was not operational and had to sleep in my room cold, I called front desk and they just gave me a tiny table heater. The hotel is understaffed. No extra pillows or blankets. The ac in the room only works on high fan and the temperature could not be adjusted. We froze because no extra blankets. The room smelled awful and had to use cologne to make it smell ok-ish. Was woken up in the middle of the night from a strong Gould smell coming through the air conditioning vents. Had to turn off the system. The provided bath products were empty. The beds are uncomfortable and have springs that creak when you roll over. The drinks at the bar were more expensive than what I pay when I stay at the Ritz Carlton. The pool are is pretty but there are like 10 pieces of furniture for guests to use and this is a large hotel. At one time this was probably a nice hotel but our visit it was miserable. Lesson learned. Cannot recommend and will not return.

I stopped to look at the menu at the bar instead of the apparently early closed restaurant and the staff payed no attention never mind asking if I needed anything. I went back to the room and ordered from Uber. The room was good enough, old but fine. Quiet except for the airport (not a complaint) just over all quiet was nice. I purposefully stayed near the airport so I’d expect that noise. The shuttle to the airport was good. Dropped off right at the airline counter basically.

The room entrance lamp was blinking when on. The toilet flush was constantly making water noise. Beds were very uncomfortable. Parking on site was not included and there were extra charge. Fortunately we just booked one night. I will not go back

The bathrooms were not cleaned, carpet smelled, and the room did not look satisfying enough for the price paid. The staff quickly moved me to another room which may not have hair in the tub, but still not up to a standard I would expect a hotel like this to have. I have parked and visited the lobby many times and thought it would be a great place to stay while celebrating NYE in Miami, I was wrong. Didn't stay longer than an hour and packed up and made the ride back up to Palm Beach after all the festivities. Will not be staying again.

The food was decent but clearly the restaurant was way understaffed. We waited in a line for quite a while and weren't even acknowledged until we spoke up. Had to let someone know there were 3 of us. Also had to ask for creamer for our coffee several times. Never got it until I actually got up out of my seat and went to the serving area to ask. Breakfast is definitely not worth $35!

Before I even got to my room, the guy checking me in hardly said 3 sentences to me. He had given a complete run-down of the hotel amenities to the couple that checked in right before me, but when I checked in, he basically took my credit card, handed me a key, and pointed to where the elevators were. Incredibly rude right from the start. I'd feel differently if I hadn't JUST WATCHED him provide great service to another couple. Why was the service not consistent? The only nice thing that I can say about my stay is that I had dinner at the bar in the hotel, and it was very good. I will never stay here again. I had booked a day room at this hotel for the end of my trip about 5 days later and ended up cancelling it and finding something else after my stay here.

The WiFi wasn’t working and I had to call tech support to get it to connect. The toilet wasn’t caulked correctly and shifted when sat upon. The phone in the room was disconnected and I had to use my cellphone to contact the front desk. There was a massive stain on the sofa. The drinking glass turned upside down on the paper circle had a clearly visible large black hair coiled up in it . Clearly cleaning and maintenance are not a priority.

There wasn’t any perks given, no drinks voucher as per the perks advertised on the expedia account or any room upgrades either. The room didn’t have a kettle to have any tea or coffee machine and hotel shuttle didn’t arrive for an hour after a 10 hour flight we gave up and got a taxi instead. In house dining wasn’t available either, when you have elderly guests it’s harder to manage after a long flight. I have stayed at this hotel only a year ago and it was really good, i was disappointed this time round. Also there is no usb charging points in the standard rooms whereas last time I did have a few.

Reception area and lobby was like a wind tunnel. The restaurant was closed at night and only basic bar snacks were The room was freezing. The aircon only blew cold air. This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stay at. It photographs well, but the place is a disaster. My room smelled of mildew and the entire room just didn’t feel or look clean at all. The housekeeper walked into my room 2 times without knocking, in which one of the times I was in bed with just underwear on. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. 0 stars all around.

Nice room, had coffee cups but no coffee pot. When I asked for one, they brought one up FILTH with 2 decafs. I went to lobby to show and they said they'll send 4 regular coffees with a clean machine. No one came but later delivered 4 coffees which I didn’t use because the machine was dirty. The down stairs ciffee shop was closed and after traveling all day, I just wanted a cup of coffee.

I also found the front-desk agent who checked us in to be very dismissive of my concerns. She seemed impatient and annoyed from the moment we arrived, and that same attitude continued later when I asked about having a package delivered. It was clear she did not want to be bothered. On a positive note, another front-desk agent (braids, bellman side) working later in the day was the complete opposite—warm, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. The restaurant staff were also friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the bugs and the lack of concern from the front-desk agent overshadowed the positives. I will not be staying at the Pullman again and would strongly caution others unless they’re willing to risk encountering the same issues, including potentially bringing bugs home.

The property was dirty, outdated, there were massive spiderwebs with multiple spiders in them hanging above interior elevator doors on the third floor, leather or vegan leather benches in the foyer on the third floor were cracked and peeling quite badly. Staff failed to accommodate accessibility requests such as assistance with getting large amounts of luggage up to the room with service dog in tow, and told me to “move quickly” after failing to provide me with assistance. Staff also claimed that a service dog deposit of $525 was required prior to checking into the room, which is in conflict with both federal and state law. Digital lock on door to assigned room was broken and technician was unable to repair it. I was left in the hallway for 45 minutes with two months worth of luggage and supplies after evacuating an uninhabitable Airbnb in an emergency situation while Pullman front desk staff failed to resolve the door lock issue or relocate me to another room. The maintenance technician saw me still standing in the hallway, without resolve, crying, and took it upon himself to remedy front desk staff’s failures by communicating directly with housekeeping, and finding me an unoccupied room for relocation.

My check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Sabrina and Jesse were very rude when I reported issues with my room. The first room had bugs in the tub, so they moved me, but the second room was no better—there was hair everywhere. I even took pictures, but the staff did not seem to care and told me they wouldn’t send housekeeping because they were “too busy,” which is unacceptable for a hotel charging $100 per night. I still haven’t received my refund. I advise anyone staying here to inspect their room carefully, because it seems like the sheets aren’t being changed and the rooms are not being cleaned properly.

I requested a baby cot for the room during my booking. Upon arrival I also requested the cot again and was told it would be in the room. It was not. Requested it again and later that night was sent a blanket. It was only when I spoke directly with the very nice room attendant that she finally got us a cot for the room. Service from staff was also unsatisfactory. When I requested boiling water for my 7‑month‑old’s bottle (as there was no facilities in the room) I was met with a shrug and told there was “nothing available,” and only after insisting, I was reluctantly advised that the kitchen “might be able to help but they are closing soon.” This is a disappointing response. The room quality was poor. Our group was based in 3 rooms. My room was very dated, and my parents room was in an even worse state, with furnishings that looked tired and carpets that appeared grubby and in need of a deep clean or replacement. There was a random fridge in the middle of the floor, exposed pipe work and a bathroom that was so dated it was significantly below a reasonable standard. Breakfast was another disappointment. On both mornings I had to ask three times for coffee; on the first morning I eventually received one, but on the second morning it never arrived at all. Finally, on multiple occasions there was very limited parking available, which added unnecessary stress and inconvenie

The staff was Extremely helpful especially Lariza and Jan. The room was spacious and modern. The cleaners needed to do a slightly better job dusting but it was comfortable. It Was in walking distance to delicious restaurants. Thanks to hotel staff for recommending a nearby, outstanding brunch spot. Good easy shopping plus grocery store. We weren’t the only ones affected; several other guests in the lobby were dealing with the exact same issue. With most nearby hotels fully booked, we had no choice but to wait in the lobby and eventually received a room around 6 AM. To the hotel’s credit, the staff did provide us with a $50 food and beverage credit and complimentary breakfast the next morning (although breakfast had already been included through our Expedia booking). The food itself was quite good, which we appreciated after a long night. Overall, while we understand the unusual circumstances, the situation was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Because of this experience, we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Our room was physically a fine size. The bathroom was big as well. Problem with that is there was no closet space. The bathroom could have easily been 2 feet smaller and still been plenty big enough. The extra 2 feet would have facilitated a closet being in the room. Instead we got an old armoire beside the tv. Placed on the floor was a bar fridge that made weird sounds when the compressor kicked in. The room safe was on the floor of the armoire way too low to properly use. Onsite food a beverage was very expensive. $70 for a limited variety buffet breakfast for 2 that other hotels give for free.. that’s just insane. The hotel looks clean, check-in seemed easy enough and it’s close to Miami airport. I do give a 👍👍 to the airport shuttle guys. They are fantastic.
