Quincy at the front desk was so fun and nice. Also, the breakfast was delicious. It was a great experience.

When we arrived, I pulled back the sheets and noticed dried blood near the head of the bed and after taking a shower, there was a tick-looking bed over the door. When I mentioned it to the hotel manager, she proceeded to tell me that the picture I took was not from their hotel and insinuated that I or my husband cut ourselves and left the blood stain on the sheets because it looked new although, we had just arrived. I had to go down and change my own sheets and was instructed to just put the stained sheet in a plastic bag that was given to me. I was appalled at the lack of accountability that we were shown and after I had to go out of my way to prove the opposite of what she proposed, she offered an apology and took 50% off the room rate.

I liked the cleanliness if the property. The rooms were large and very homey. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The only thing I disliked was the distance to my room being that I walked with a cane.

There was a decent but not extensive breakfast. The room was satisfactory but the location too distant from the elevator for one with badly arthritic knees. It was very clean. I thought I was getting a roll-in shower, but sadly no. The room was too far from the elevator.

The rooms were ready for us at the hour we had indicated. The shuttle was a help. A Wed evening get together was a pleasant time

We absolutely loved our room! My two sisters and I booked the 2 bedroom suite for after a cruise to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday. They allowed us to check in early after we’d disembarked the ship and we were able to enjoy a relaxing day and being before flying home the next day. It was clean and the amenities were nice. The kitchen had a 2 eye stovetop, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and even some coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was great - breakfast tacos with pulled chicken, a waffle iron, fruit, eggs, juices, and coffee. The dining area tables and chairs were clean and comfortable. The gym was small, but had 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and some dumbbells. The pool looked clean and the pool area was nicely laid out. There was a small basketball court and a pergola that covered grills. This would be a great place for multi-household families to meet before a cruise, too, even though it’s closer to the airport than the port.

The staff was great, especially the woman working the front desk- so helpful and kind, definitely made the stay so enjoyable. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was great. Shuttle was on time. Can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend

This hotel is only located about 3-4 miles from Miami International airport, but the journey in Miami traffic will require 30 min, or thereabouts. The hotel is great, they serve a good breakfast, offer a hospitality welcome hour around 5:30 PM with beer, wine and snacks, and the staff was wonderful, overall. The room was clean, spacious, with a small living, dining and kitchen area. The bed was great. All good. I only awarded the hotel 4 stars because I think I need to reserve 5 stars for luxury hotels. But, if I could have rated it 4.5 stars, I would happily have done that.

Breakfast was just ok. Hotel is tired but clean. Pillows in room you might as well not have any. Towels are better than the pillows. Rooms are worn and this hotel needs an upgrade bad. Nothing really around it to do anything or eat etc. checked in at night only one staff member at desk and check in was over an hour due to the line up. Won’t stay here again

It didn’t stop there. Throughout my stay, the hotel continued to run duplicate charges and authorizations on multiple cards, even after I had fully paid. These repeated, unauthorized charges triggered fraud alerts, locked our cards, and resulted in multiple large holds exceeding $1,000. We were left dealing with frozen funds and financial stress during what was supposed to be a simple hotel stay. What made this even worse was the dismissive attitude from staff. No urgency, no ownership, no real explanation. Watching other guests check in without any of these issues made the situation feel discriminatory — like we were being singled out or treated differently for reasons no one would acknowledge. No guest should ever have to deal with this level of incompetence or disrespect. Until this hotel fixes its billing system, its training, and its treatment of guests, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was a dream and the staff was so friendly. I wish I could have stayed longer.

My flight was on time. My bags were first off. And then, I went to the hotel shuttle area a little after 5:30. I expected to see the van around 6pm at the latest, however, it never arrived. I saw several other hotel shuttles go by at least twice before deciding something was not right. After almost 45 minutes, I called the hotel and never got a person to answer. I called back and after wading through the system, got a woman on the line. When I explained I was waiting for the shuttle, she very rudely informed me I had to call. Nowhere on their site, in the voicemail system, or on any documents I received did it say I needed to call. Everything states the shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 7am-11pm. While waiting is never fun, being scolded by a staff member before you even arrive at the hotel is never a great start. Once the shuttle finally arrived, almost an hour after I arrived at the airport, they had picked up another guest at the previous stop. So clearly, there were several of us waiting for the shuttle. Because of the late pick up, I was not able to fully enjoy the evening reception. Again, disappointing. This whole experience is not up to the Hilton standard. It’s unfortunate this property isn’t being handled to their benefit. I can only hope future guests may have better care. And, as I’m writing this, the wifi signal keeps dropping. Yet another disappointment.

This hotel is very tired, albeit clean. The rooms are old, with sheer curtains and heavy draperies blocking out both the views (parking lot) and any light. Bathrooms haven't been updated in decades. It is clean, however, and the staff were helpful. We were not able to try the breakfast.

I made a reservation for a client that was having a long layover on their trip but they were DENIED check in because they did not have a US issued credit card for incidentals. We were OK with the price of this room and we use your hotel alot and We offered to give them our personal card and they still refused. The gentleman that helped my client and spoke on the phone with my Director was named Vince and now I hear he is saying it never happened. You obviously do not stand with your clients. I am a Travel Agent and have used your hotel many times and now my experience is ruined. We are being told that we will not get a refund on the room that my client could never use because YOU turned him away. I will put this all over social media and pass this story on to my travel agent friends if you don't do something to rectify. I've spent all day dealing with this issue and i'm fed up with this run around. Vicki B.

Excellent breakfast. Room was spacious. Only complaint was we had to wait for a second bus so we waited almost an hour for a shuttle from the airport.

The room was quite homey and well appointed however under the toilet seat was not cleaned properly. No worries, I did it myself. Didn't want to disturb anyone.

Huge rooms and very comfortable

I was double charged for my room. Homewood suites charged me and refused to refund after i had paid in full thru Hotels.com. Management at Homewood suites refused to refund and then became hostile towards me when i asked for my receipt showing where they charged me again.

Facility is kept in great shape. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. No restaurant for dinner but the Hilton next door serves dinner. Breakfast buffet is good, with nice variety.

The airport shuttle was a long, long, long wait. The breakfast was barely warm.

The room was dirty. The electric plugs did not work. Furniture was very old and worn. Pool area was not clean

Room was clean and bright. However, we had to call maintenance around 10pm for a leaking toilet which they came to fix right away so we did not have to switch rooms. Upon checking in, the front staff was very dry. No welcome smile or greeting upon check in. When leaving at 5am, a different staff member was standing at the desk and she also did not greet us and barely looked up to speak. This turned us off tremendously!!

Good stay

Thanksgiving afternoon front desk clerk was simply amazing. Food was fresh on target fast and so tasty. Breakfast was equally great. Good cooks in kitchen. Room was near perfect. Handicap shower should have hand rails around seat. Our room was great, big , clean , comfortable. Not a big fan of direct tv. I am coming back this winter. Thank you for a great job.

This stay was just what we needed. After a week of traveling we needed a placed to the night before our flight. We did not have any expectations but we were so happy with this hotel. They gentleman was so kind and accommodating when we showed up early because we had no place else to go. The beds were amazing, the bathroom was clean. The courtyard was cute. It is near the airport but we could not even hear the planes which was great. The shuttle was very convenient. The one thing I will say is it would be nice if they had more food options to be able to pick up as it is a little bit of a walk for food and our flight was early so we didnt get to enjoy the breakfast which is one of the main reasons for picking this hotel. The airport shuttle was easy to navigate and was a quick drive to the airport!

The shower was horrible. The shower curtain didn’t go to the floor so the floor was soaked. The shower head didn’t work very well. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor as well

We also hoped for a place to eat near by but there was nothing. (We arrived after an 11 hour flight). Clerk told as we could order a pizza to be delivered. 1 Beer in hotel vending machine $7! No water was provided in room.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good in the morning, The staff is nice except for the overnight manager on duty, her name starts with an L and she is blonde. On Saturday night around 11:30pm my friend and i stepped out the hotel room right into the hallway to take some pictures and when we tried getting back into the room with the key card the key card scanner said green but the door was jammed we guessed it was that by accident we left the safety latch on or it got hooked on again through the inside. It in fact was not the case the doors have a little metal latch that i guess is like another form of a safety latch from the outside that unlocks after you scan the key card. My friend and i tried 3 times it was jammed so we went to the front desk and she was there and we explained that situation, she kept trying to say that if we had another person in our room that they can open it from the inside but it was only me and my friend. We asked if there was a way she can help or call someone she said due to the fact of the time there is no one in the hotel but her. She was very rude and not helpful she watched my friend and I panic and started calling 24/7 handmen or locksmiths. Until my friend decided to go upstairs and try the card again and it worked we was able to get in the room. Once she heard me say that my friend was able to get in she changed her whole attitude towards me and said she wished she could have helped us other than that overall stay was good

Very big, spacious suite. Was only an overnight layover but enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was good. The airport transfer shuttle took a long time. Waited over 30 minutes on the curb at the airport but that was the only minor complaint.

The first night we stayed the bed felt like it was broken. The second night was better. We stayed in another room, but it wasn't as clean as expected for a Hilton hotel.

This was our 2nd visit, the room was great! Nice emoloyees, clean inside and out. We had one problem the breakfast. We aren't picky, the spuce was heavy. The flavoe of eggs was awful. We settled with packaged muffin and banana.

Very nice stay. Hotel has very large rooms with kitchenettes. found our room to be comfortable, clean and quiet. The overall hotel was neat, clean and well appointed. The pool area was nice, and the pool was very clean. The breakfast was good with a good variety. The staff at the breakfast were very nice and ran a great buffet with attention to detail.

I spent six nights at the hotel and I have nothing to complain about. The staff were always friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and comfortable and I even requested a change of room and they facilitated me quickly. I’m surely returning to stay there anytime I’m in Miami

A few days visiting family in Miami. Not enough room at the house, so we stayed here. Nice Suite hotel. Big rooms with kitchen and separate sleeping areas. Whole place was clean. Great breakfast, clean and good variety. Pool area is nice. Pool is very clean. There is also a half court for basketball. Staff friendly. Parking convenient. Close to shops and many restaurants.

The “free” shuttle did not arrive even after a 1.5 hour wait. Gave up and got an UBER. The shuttle people kept telling us “just 15 minutes more….” Plus the automated pick up info from Expedia provided the wrong door number. It said door 21. Shuttle people said 22.

You cannot rely on the shuttle service. Take an Uber instead of taking the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. We waited for an hour and a half with multiple call ins to the hotel staff that we were waiting at the airport. Breakfast is not served until 7 am. Oh and the shuttle driver was texting and driving at the same time. Not safe. Save yourself time and frustration by calling an Uber.

No restaurant on property so you have to use Grub Hub which hotel will pay for the transportation of it. Breakfast just so-so. Access to fast food or shops unsafe as you have to walk a block and then try to run across a busy highway so unsafe!!!!

Good overall property for short stays. The rooms are very nice with a fridge and cooking unit, even a dishwasher.

The room that i got had two windows, one facing the kitchen and the other roght in front of the bathroom, the courtines were fixed and they did not move, so anyone who's in the street can see you get in and out to the bath.
