I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking $20.00 a day and yet there are not responsible for anything that happens to the car.

The room was clean and comfortable and bar tender was great.

The hotel was well-maintained and provided daily housekeeping services. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided tips for an enjoyable stay. The complimentary Uber service and neighboring restaurants were also a plus, especially for a solo traveler. The only downside was that the room was not soundproof from the noises in the lobby and other rooms close by.

Overall nice place

The room was clean. The view was basically the roof front. Staff at 10 PM were not the friendliest or accommodating. We did have problems with the toilet where we needed to fix the valve ourselves to make sure we had water in the tank to flush. Hot breakfast is basically microwavable items. For an overnight state is OK but

Old rooms with exposed ceilings. Not like any other Aloft we have stayed in. Also the location was poor. The description said high floors with good views…parking lot

The only things I didn’t like were that the ice machine on my floor didn’t work, and the elevator ding was very loud, so you could hear it every time someone used it. It was inconvenient late at night during quiet hours. There was also only one microwave located in the lobby. In addition, the walls seemed thin because I could hear everything from the room next door.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They immediately asked if I had additional travel needs and arranged for my transport to the airport the next morning. Our room was large with high ceilings and very comfortable beds. After being out of the country for a week before, it was the most comfortable bed we had for a while. Food was next door and across the street. We could see the airport, so it was very convenient. Further, we were able to have a drink with other travelers in the lobby over some games. Nothing. Suggest changing the black out curtains soon but no problems or challenges.

The room and The Front Desk Staff were very pleasant. I stayed at this location about 4years ago, this area appears to be a new development. I would stay here again as the price matches the level of the accomordation. The Lobby could do with an upgrade, the reception desk was like it is misplaced like a second thouught it has no presence, the reception desk could be a little more inviting.

I had an excellent experience.This would be my third time standing there.The young lady that worked the 7 to 3 shift was outstanding.So was the people that checked us in ,when we got there. The whole staff was warm and friendly and just made me want to come back more often. I would like to say thank you to the whole staff. And i would highly recommend for anyone coming to Miami to stay at this hotel. .

Spacious and clean property with lots of onsite activities and convenient access to offsite eateries. Loved the DryBar products in the bathroom and the complimentary Uber to the airport. Breakfast voucher and 6am meal access made it easy to grab a bit before catching an early flight. Overall wonderful experience. Front desk was professional and very accommodating.

Open space, clean, nice linens. The master lights created some confusion. The remote control only worked if pointed in a very specific spot. Loud when someone in bathroom or showering.

Manager was aggressive and adversarial. This hotel charges $100 for incidentals. I have never been charged more than $50. Although my sister presented a new card for the 2nd room I booked, my card was charged. I was told that that charge as well as the $100 would be refunded in 3-5 days. Unacceptable!!

Excellent facilities, large , clean, spacious, comfortable room. Unfortunately we were on the street side of the building and the noise is extremely bad. A room on the back side of the building would be much more desirable. Additionally at check in the clerk offered me discounted parking if I signed up for Marriott Bonvoy and by the time I got settled into my been charged 100 dollars for 4 nights of parking even though we were there for four nights.

Good hotel with spacious rooms, but it’s far from Miami’s main attractions. I booked thinking parking would be cheaper, but it was $20/night instead of the $10 listed online. At that price, staying near South Beach would’ve made more sense. Double-check parking rates and ask them to honor the website price.

Nothing, I have stayed at Aloft on several occasions at different locations and they have all been wonderful, but this place was literally the worst. It was nasty and a dump, it appeared to be the kind of place that rents rooms by the hour if you get my drift.

Parking fee if $25/day is way too much for no special service line security

Property Terrible service. Arrive at 2am to check in. The person in charge very upset because we arrive late. (Smell alcohol) told us to wait 30 minutes because the system was updating (shift change probably) and then after 10 minutes he gave us the keys. Terrible terrible attitude. Not coming back. Usually go there 2 to 4 nights a month. Also, they always send an email saying that they could not use the card in booking and they are cancelling the reservation. Poor service on that as well. Not coming again. Comfort inn good option similar location, price, and friendlier.

The rooms were nice and clean but the finishing of the building looks unfinished inside and the wall colors are dark grey make the place look dark. But the staff was nice. They have a little breakfast nuc with coffee, bagels, ect.

VERY BASIC. OK for a night or 2. Absolutely no frills. Get ready to grab a trolley and take your own bags to your room and return the trolley. The location is close to the airport so great if you are staying for travel. Great food options around.Overall i wouldn't say its value for money as i've paid less for a better service.

I felt some of the advertising was misleading. It turns out that "Parking available" meant $20 for night, even for a handicapped spot. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

For the price the hotel charges, it was less than average. There are La Quinta hotels right across which is the same location at half price. No breakfast, no amenities and nothing fancy about the hotel. Staff found it tough to smile.

My stay wasn’t terrible, except that lately expedia seems to be doing what they want and overcharging guests….my rsvp was for solo booking and the room was $314, so I wanted to add bfast and on Expedia there was no option to select bfast for just 1 (where as the option should be made available, according to the number of persons), so this was the 1st hiccup, anyway so I went ahead as seems there was nothing I could do then and the 2nd thing was the cost listed for this bfast for 2 option as it was $52 which is expensive even for a full bre

Decent room. Nothing special. Highlight: We asked for an extra pillow, and they said no.

The rooms were decent but could use a deep cleaning, especially the carpets. The hotel price was more expensive than The Elser Hotel that I stayed in the day after to be closer to the cruise port. Also, one of the front desk attendants (The pregnant one) didn't have the most pleasant demeanor and also announced my hotel room aloud. As a solo female traveler, Hotel staff should know to never say room numbers and phone numbers aloud for guests. You never know who is listening.

1 of my favorite hotels ever. The rooms are always super clean & the staff is always super nice and pleasant.

For starters the staff en the front desk did not want to check us in before 3:00pm we were willing to pay extra for early check in but she did not want to budge so she made us wait hours. The room was ok. Mind you I booked to rooms and payed over $1,100 for 2 nights not worth the money at all. They had dogs barking and running around the halls. It was terrible. Would never stay there again.

For what we needed the stay was just okay. Staff was kind, but not welcoming when I dish checked in. Came down to get snacks one evening and felt like I was bothering the you lady. Parking lot covered in trash especially on the side lot and the area was okay. It’s a really busy street. On the last day I had no wifi in our room. I texted front desk twice and they never responded. But they text me the first day to give them a rating.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF AIRPORT SHUTTLE. They do NOT have an Aloft airport shuttle with their own driver. Instead they give you a complimentary Uber ride. They fail to mention this in the description prior to booking and when checking in. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the location and shuttle service. My stay at this Aloft location was with my brother and we both had different flights leaving with substantial time apart from each other. When I went to the front desk early morning to request transport the lady told me it would be a ride with uber. I said that’s fine then when I explained my brother will also be needing one later at check out his flight is later. She told me no they only provide one ride per reservation. I told her that’s not specified anywhere in the details when booking and he is on my reservation. She didn’t offer any help and said we could leave together if we prefer. Pretty poor service. We have stayed at other Aloft locations that did actually have an airport shuttle bus running every 15 minutes and we had no issues or inconvenience taking it at separate times. Also my uber driver was rude, unhelpful and dropped me off at the wrong terminal when I kept insisting that was not the correct location. This is why I didn’t want to deal with an uber because I already know how difficult they can be and wanted only an airport shuttle the drivers know where to go and are employed with the hotel. So pointless to have stayed at this place honestly.

The service here was exceptional! All the workers were extremely professional and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Me and my aunt stayed there and I will definitely stay there again if I’m in the Miami area. ❤️❤️❤️

I called before making my reservation to ask about the pet fee for my small dog and was told it would be no more than $150 for the stay. That sounded reasonable. However, after driving four hours from Orlando to Miami, I arrived and was handed a pet policy stating that dogs cannot be left unattended in the room at any time, even for a short moment. This information was never disclosed over the phone, and it made my stay impossible. Some places don’t allow dogs, and I expected at least minimal flexibility. The staff refused to cancel my stay at the counter, so I had to drive all the way back to Orlando to find someone to take care of my dog and then return to Miami — meaning I lost my first night. I emailed the hotel manager, and she admitted there was miscommunication on their part, but still refused to refund the first night. Corporate apologized and sent me a gift card, but this situation should have never happened. Even worse, the manager at the front desk mentioned that leaving a dog in the room, even briefly, could be considered a violation and a potential reason to call Animal Control. That is extremely concerning. If you plan to travel with your dog, be aware that you cannot leave your dog in the room at any time — no exceptions. This hotel should not advertise itself as pet-friendly without clearly explaining their strict internal pet policy.

My room looked like it wasn’t suppose to be stayed in. The carpet was dirty the window panel wasn’t on you could see wood and the wet spots on the concrete very horrible to look at! I would not choose this property again! It gives Aloft a bad name

This is my third time staying here, however I doubled booked by accident. At least my traveling person didn't have to hear me snoring. Will definitely continue to return.

I booked 7 rooms, I CLEARLY selected the pay at hotel option, and they charged my credit card about 8 hours before check in. They refused the reverse the charge. This was a major inconvenience for everyone. They had the air in and the heat did not work. It was an extremely cold sleeping night.

The staff was amazing! I booked the room last minute around 8 pm and called to see if they had airport shuttle service. They don’t have a shuttle but they do provide a free uber ride to and from the airport. They make the process incredibly easy. They text you a link you can click on when you’re ready to get the uber. They also pre set my uber back to the airport the next morning. My rating is because the hotel design was a little more sterile than I was hoping. I’ve stayed at other Alofts and haven’t had this same feeling.

I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties! The one thing they need is to add the JW burger at the bar! Every Marriott property I’ve been around the world it’s a flagship delight to get a classic JW burger that’s normally not on the menu but always a delight with fries while traveling. Pizza and chicken wings was the only food at the bar. The lobby had some snacks. We went out to eat. It’s a clean hotel and was quiet for being close to airport.

When I checked out I saw I was billed for something from their refuel area. I contacted them and told them I never got anything from the refuel area. They told me I did. I only had one person stayed with me and they never got anything from that area. I’m telling them it wasn’t me and it seems like they are not going to refund me. So it seems anyone can go to the counter and tell them a hotel room number and you’ll be charged for something you did not do. I’m highly disappointed in what happened and probably won’t stay there again. Be careful and ask the desk during your staff if anything was charged to your room without your knowledge because they will not look into it after you leave. They will just tell you it was you and nothing will come of it

The room was clean, modern, and large, with a very comfortable bed. They have Starbucks right next door, as well as Chipotle and Pollo Tropical, so it's easy to access the basics of what you need. I especially liked the carts they have to lug your luggage around, and all the cool art on the walls and hip decor. They also offer free Uber for you to the airport, and the staff were nice and accommodating. I arrived at 1 am, and it was easy breezy and fast check-in.

First time here for my wife and I. We requested the breezy view with double windows and we were not disappointed. My wife and I really loved how spacious the room was laid out. The Architect deserves an A+. I would highly recommend it to friends and look forward to visiting the property again when I return to Miami. A couple of the lights in the room the first night did not work, but we reported it to the front desk and when we returned for our second night from being out all day, all was resolved.

The property was average.I kind of look like an old jail/prison. Starbucks and Chipotle next door so convenient. property is in a high traffic area so expect to add 10 min to travel/uber ride. We experienced repairing during the morning hours which was hard to sleep thru. breakfast was served 6am to 9am, parking is $12,

Location was perfect distance to MIA airport and not too far from Wynwood and South Beach. It was nice to be able to walk to Starbucks in the mornings for coffee.

Fitness room was nice as always for a quick workout and breakfast was also nice. Only other minor disappointment was that days in advanced we inquired about the complimentary uber transportation from the airport. The hotel indicated that a link would be sent prior to our arrival for this service. However, this link was not sent as expected.

I felt safe at the property. It was very nice. It was just the paying for parking. Surprise me when I got there and the extra fees that was held on your card, but customer service rep did explain that it will be released once after checkout. It did have a leaking problem when it was raining from the window but overall it was OK.

Cons: The outside could use a power wash to brighten the place up. The doors of the rooms are water damaged. The showers had soap scum all over the tile walls and floors. Also the room smelled like mildew. All things for the cooperate people to fix. The staff was amazing !

Very upbeat & welcoming atmosphere from the moment you pull up. Everything feels spacious, maybe not elevator but lol. Room felt huge! Bathroom was clean & big as well. I enjoyed this stay for sure. Played pool as late as I wanted & knew I wasn't disturbing others. Sat out back by the pool at night & felt safe. Nice selection of snacks in lobby. Staff was always helpful & friendly. Thanx aloft

I liked the staff, very helpful and attentive. The location was great. Starbucks, Chipotle, Pollo Tropical, Wendys , McDonalds and Dennys all in walking distance. Modern, Chic rooms. Great pool area. Comfy beds. Great Shower. Will always stay here. Great stay before and after cruise.

We enjoyed our stay here. The only problem we had was a noisy neighbor but it was not within the control of the hotel staff. The lobby is very nice and our family utilized it for dinner and for playing games.

Room was hot , some kind of ac issue. They did bring fans but it was still very uncomfortable . Staff was nice and tried to accommodate.

Great stay, check-in was super quick and room was ready by noon. Close to airport and surrounded by so many eateries in the parking lot ( you can walk too). Lobby and common area was super nice. Lots of space and also games for the kids to play. Close to port of Miami if you’re going on a cruise too.

The breakfast is too slow, the lady is very nice but her alone making each order makes the process time consuming

Great hotel to stay in. Lobby has awesome board games for entertainment along with a pool table. Outside oool was great too. Room super comfortable and roomy . Would stay here again

Maintenance fell short. Torn curtains didn’t black out intense parking lot lighting coming in to our room. Location was ideal for us and room was spacious.

My family and I live in Miami we just wanted to stay a night so we can get in the pool due to the rain they open the pool late but we were able to stay in the pool when they opened till 10pm staff was amazing everyone treated us super nice

Could not get through to front desk to get transport from airport, why i booked in the first place...the aircondition was not working all night and staff was unable to assist. Was a very uncomfortable night. Would really like a full refund and would NOT recommend.

I had a great stay at Aloft Miami Airport. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a modern, comfortable vibe. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also a big plus—very convenient for getting into both Downtown Miami and Doral. Overall, a solid option for business or leisure travel.

This was not a bad hotel however, the interior of the hotel room gives scary vibes. The aesthetics was not very pleasing however, there was satisfactory on the average standpoint. Paper thin walls.You can hear everything even when someone phone rings in another room. People smoking mj outside.Very ghetto.

Bathroom counter had hair all over it and the guest next door was so damn long all night long.

The hotel was easy to find. When we arrived, there was an issue with the power and there was no electricity in the building! Thank God the room was still cool and we were able to check in despite the issue. The room was clean
