Great customer service, so nice and helpful. Patient enough to answer all of my questions. Beautiful view. A lot of things near by. So many things to do inside the hotel if you’re not able to get out much as well. Food is impeccable. If you love art you will not be disappointed with all there is to see within the beautiful hotel.

This is the second consecutive year I started at Hotel Beaux Arts Miami. The staff here really treats you like family. They go above an beyond to ensure all guests are comfortable and satisfied. Thank You Medoley who checked us in and give us that family welcome and also Gabriella & Loida. The staff and management is very hard working and they Will go to moon and stars to ensure your stay is satisfying. The pleasant smiles from both the young lady in the Arabic wear and the managers and the breakfast buffet. Around my stay I bump into the managers in the elevator and they as well was very pleasant to ask how are you and if you are enjoying your stay. Valet Parking is 100% effective and efficent. The guys who help you with your luggage also cool and friendly. House Keeping Ladies are a gem, they do an marvelous job in cleaning your suite and also they are trustworthy, i left all of my electronic devices; laptop camera go pro etc on the table and they did not even moved it. Thank You House keeping for your trust and honesty.... I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU. And Please keep up the great and wonderful job you guys are doing. See you next year again. Stephen ❤️.

Parking overnight for $75 is too expensive already but charging you overnight tariff for 1 hour parking is ridiculous. I reported it to the front desk and so far nothing has been done. Not good service.

Great room
- 2.5/5
Location is great. Suite was large and well laid out. AC was so noisy I could not sleep w.o shutting it off. Then room was to warm. Bed was not comfortable…way to firm…great for heavy people but not regular weight people. No instructions for auto blinds….it took lots of time to figure it all out. Warhol art was not very interesting….room did not feel like a Warhol suite. Espresso machine had only one reg and one decaf coffee pods….and only two sugars and two creams. I guess they assumed only one person drinks reg and the other must drink decaf. When I bought this up with the manager on floor 39..they delivered about 40 pods in a plastic bag and left it on the counter..very rude display from staff. I also pointed out that there was no ice….so they left a clear plastic bag full of ice in the bar sink….again…what was that about…all they had to do if fill the ice bucket. TV did not work first night. Only two towels in a huge suite with jacuzzi tub…and only one hand towel between the sinks….with only one towel ring….as if this is only a suite for one person. The bath towels were like sand paper, old, and frayed at the ends…. Why have Netflix displayed on the TV if it requires a subscription…at this level of suite it should be included….

Excellent Service From Gabriella, and the two young ladies at breakfast. The room Service ladies are very honest they do not touch your personal device but they do an excellent job by cleaning. The Valet boys were also excellent. The rooms are baby and toddler friendly. Keep up the great job.f

The room view was amazing ? I did not enjoy the daily $42 charge, it was not necessary. I would have also liked for breakfast to be included.

I love this hotel ❤️

Over all enjoyed the stay here. Staff was wonderful and very customer oriented. Hotel was clean and location was ideal for us. Only thing I would have liked is more variety for food/dining.
- 5/5
Absolutely beautiful. Great views There was no gift shop convenient stores to buy stuff
- 5/5
Love this hotel. Rooms are amazing with great views on the 40th floor. Bathrooms are very large with every convenience known to man. Staff gets a 10/10 and huge thumbs up. Valet worked great. When I called down to get my car, within 15 minutes I would get a text saying the car was downstairs. Hotel is within a 10 minute walk to the best restaurants in Miami. I will be back for sure! Thank you for such a great stay

- Breakfast not included - Pool towels not allowed to be taken to the room - Limited towels inside the room - Limited in-room dining options - No formal relationship with a nanny/babysitting service. We don't expect the hotel to offer nanny services, but they should at least have a relationship with some options. The area is nice, there is a park with a playground close by. But if you are going to spend this much money on a suite with a baby, you are better off staying in Coconut grove, Mr. C.

The Autograph hotels are absolutely beautiful, nothing bad to say.
- 4.5/5
We enjoyed the breakfast restaurant and bar which were conveniently located on our floor. We liked the spacious corner room with views in all directions. The automatic sheer and blackout curtains worked well. The TV was not very easy to operate, but we found a way. We had to request a bulb replacement upon check-in because the desk lamp was out. Facilities responded quickly. We did not mind that there was no available ice machine, once we realized that housekeeping would deliver ice.
- 5/5
Five days later, I still do not have my bags and have been hung up on by AA more times than I care to mention. If you have to be alone on Thanksgiving with no bags. i highly recommend the Hotel Beaux Arts.
- 5/5
The staff was very very nice, always helpful Food and drinks at restaurant and bars were absolutely fabulous and delicious.I would recommend this hotel definitely to friends and family I loved the cute breakfast area at the 19th floor. And we had a blast using the play area (with Billard table, bowling, soccer table etc.)great fun for rainy times That the pool was very shady, only In the afternoon it had sun for sunbathing, but that’s not the hotels fault.
- 5/5
The view was absolutely gorgeous No gift store
- 5/5
I loved everything about this property. the staff were amazing. this place was super clean.
- 4/5
suite was clean. For this to be a 5 star hotel, the service could’ve been better.
- 5/5
Not sure the real reason not to offer concierge level serves and all the proper sundry items.
- 1/5
Worst part was that the day we checked in we had a very important event to attend and needed to be ready by 6. this was a black tie event and i ended having to go with my hair wet because of the little time i had to get ready. We did not get our room till 5 pm and had arrived at 4 I have stayed in this hotel before and its always been an amazing experience. We did learn over our stay that the hotel is extremely short staff.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff
- 2/5
Not staying here again.
- 5/5
Amazing Would love to stay again
- 1/5
The property was beautiful and the suite was excellent. However, the service was extremely poor. This is the first time I have ever provided a hotel review but one is called for. I called for housekeeping multiple times to no avail and was forced to sleep on dirty linen. I was repeatedly promised that it would be changed but that did not happen until the 3d day of my stay. In room dining got my order wrong and then challenged that I did not make the orders that I had. And when they attempted to correct it, they still got it wrong again. The place is too classy not to pay attention to detail. I don't know if I would stay again.
- 2/5
Difficult to locate. They did not have a sign out, the are sharing a building with another hotel. Expensive parking.
- 5/5
We had an amazing anniversary trip , we stayed here one night for the downtown feel and it did not disappoint. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
Nice decor
- 5/5
Always awesome!!! Thanks!!!
- 5/5
It was amazing everything was clean and tidy, friendly staff and the bed was great , there was no freezer which is a little disadvantage other that that great
- 5/5
Would definitely come back. Could use more staff but overall experience was great!
- 2/5
Good size room, we had a King Suite corner. Only issue is the cleaning and the overall quality. Furniture damaged, stains on walls, mirrors dirty, floor "suspicious"... Bit of a shame frankly
- 5/5
This was my second time staying at the hotel and l absolutely loved it
- 1/5
I don’t recommend this hotel
- 1/5
Rude front desk.
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice, the only problem we had was that room service failed to clean our room twice during the stay. Apparently the system was down when we requested it for both days.
- 5/5
it was amazing!
- 5/5
Elegant. Staff was very attentive. Location is convenient. The view is so nice. Would stay there again for sure.
- 5/5
This is the best Customer service I experience amongst all the hotels I stayed in Brickell. Talot by checkin service is just awesome. The technology is so cool. The room was awesome. This hotel is the best.
- 5/5
The suite and amenities were very impressive. The staff were terrific. We would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
The hotel was beautifullllll! Check in was a headache. I called before had to check to see how much would the deposit be.. they assured me there would be no credit card hold or anything. Once I got there.. there was a 500 deposit needed. Once in the room realized that this was not the room I also called about and was assured I had booked. (Not a huge deal because there weren’t as many people with my party as I had thought would be). WIFI IS NOT FREE! it’s 20 dollars a day that was the biggest turn off! Breakfast buffet was TERRIBLE for 40 dollars! And watch our for the resort fee which is 25 a day. So basically as you can see this place is a money pit! On the bright side, stunning and extremely clean rooms. Bell hop and valet were very nice! I’d stay again and plan accordingly now that I’m aware of the hidden fees
- 5/5
Great Hotel, fantastic rooms and excellent location.
- 5/5
Nice hotel....clean and very modern. Truly a luxury stay!
- 3/5
The noice levels of A/C and ventilation is totally unacceptable. The switched for lights is a mess - wrongly designed.
- 5/5
I loved everything, from the ambience to service that was provided . The View if the city was amazing. The amenities was also great, the food was delicious. Very excited on returning for another stay and I highly recommend this hotel as a great choice .
- 5/5
The check in was super easy and the staff was very friendly. Our room was absolutely beautiful with modern decor and a stunning view.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Truly worth paying up for - a very unique 5 star
- 4/5
I take off points for technology. The room was outfitted with technology that was probably way ahead of the curve a decade ago, but hasn't been maintained or updated. There were very nice speakers, but there was no Aux input or bluetooth connectivity, so all you could use them for was radio or CDs, so, of course, we never used them. The TV/remote were "smart" (able to connect to streaming services) but were painfully slow (every button push took seconds or more to resolve), and we needed to have someone bring us a new remote twice when the left/right buttons stopped working so we couldn't navigate through apps. A Roku, or Apple TV would be much superior to the technology that's currently in the room. And we actually had brought an Nvidia Shield, just in case. But the connectors on the TV were covered by the mounting bracket, and a cool wall panel they had with VGA, HDMI etc. wasn't actually connected (a service engineer opened the access panel on the wall and showed us that the wiring hadn't been hooked up). Anyhow, this wouldn't have been a big deal for an overnight business trip. But we were staying for several days and would have loved to take maximum advantage of the speakers and electronics while lounging in our beautiful room.

Fabulous stay extremely friendly and helpful staff!

This is a boutique hotel located inside the Marriott Marquis. I love the personal touch that was provided and the warm and welcoming staff

- 4/5
super modern designed rooms. open floor plans. wonderful helpful staff.
- 5/5
It really worths every dollar
- 5/5
I was given a complimentary upgrade to the Executive Suite. This suite was decked out with state of the art technology. TV in the bathroom mirror, iPAD controlled shades, surround sound, etc. The finishes in the space are top of the line. There is everything there for a comfortable stay.
- 5/5
Great rooms and amenities. Steam room missing ! Food could also be better. But overall, the hotel is welcoming, chic, and super well located.
- 4/5
Great welcome from Ane at reception on arrival and she was so friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. Also, she was able to give us a room immediately even though we were early. The room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. Its all very high tech, for example remote control of curtains, which has a downside.....the curtains can only be fully open or fully closed, no midway! Breakfast was good but limited hot buffet and pricey.
- 5/5
The best hotel I’ve been thus far, everything and everyone was great. A very pleasurable experience
- 2/5
it's a Mariot Hotel that renovate few floor it's not a 5 star hotel

- 5/5
Loved everything about this hotel !! Nice some Iv ever been to
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. The bathroom and bed were fantastic and you can't beat the view
- 5/5
I very much enjoyed this hotel. It's about a 12 to 15 minute ride to South Beach (depending on traffic), about 10 minutes to Wynnwood, and 10 minutes to Little Havana. The staff was awesome. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. I paid a little extra to have a view of Biscayne Bay and TOTALLY WORTH IT. I was on the 40th floor and wow that was view was amazing. Room was very spacious. You don't need to call the front desk for anything really. You can do everything through the provided iPad. You can order room service and have someone bring ice. I stayed here from June 22-June 25th. Our stay was short so we didn't get to check out any of the amenities like the pool or gym, but I'm sure they're nice too. We took a Lyft everywhere so I can't speak on the valet. I'll definitely stay here again. Someone else probably already mentioned it, but this hotel is in the same building as the JW Marquis Marriott. My first Lyft driver from the airport didn't know that so we drove around the block a couple of times. On Saturday, I ordered food through UberEats but the UberEats driver couldn't find me even though I was standing right outside the hotel. One of the guys downstairs saw me that I was driving to give directions to the driver, and he offered to talk to him on th ephone. The UberEats driver was literally around the corner so the guy offered to get the food for me, and he walked over and brought it to me, and that was really amazing.
- 4/5
Loved the facilities of the hotel- there was much to do including a pool, bball court, yoga etc.
- 4/5
Nice room design, a little bit complicate to operate. Problems with celular signal reception.
- 5/5
A wonderful property--centrally located to so many activities in downtown Miami. Close to the airport; close to the cruise ship dock; close to the Opera house & close to the baseball stadium! Very clean; concierge was wonderful to help us with all the plans that we had. Highly recommend this property
- 5/5

- 3/5
Cozy but the bathtub was in very bad condition and grossed me out. If u have a car its 45$ per day to park. High tech room curtens and rotating tv are controled by a remote.
- 5/5
This hotel is amazing...modern, clean, etc. Only thing missing was a balcony.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with excellent accommodations! I would highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Wonderful view. Terrific Service. Worth it
- 5/5
The hotel shares the pool / gym / amenities on the 19th floor with the marriott - the pool doesn't get much afternoon sun but you're in Miami get over to the beach! Hotel is situated a short walk from Brickell and Bayside Marketplace and American Airlines Arena. The metro mover is literally right next door and a bus stop around the corner to get to places a little further afield - 15 minutes or so to South Beach. Overall, if you're staying in downtown Miami you have to stay at the Hotel Beaux Arts ..... worth every penny and a breathtaking hotel.
- 1/5
The staff in this facility is unbelievably impolite. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world, but I have never been treated in such a rude manner. I advise anyone reading this, The Mandarin Oriental Hotel, is the most affordable, modern location in Miami, the staff is incredibly friendly and care for your every need.
- 5/5
The view was amazing, staff was awesome, and the room was just unbeatable.
- 5/5
Beautiful views and an amazing hotel to stay in. Shame we only did one night.
- 3/5
Check in was very difficult. Extensive process to check in. Poor start to a relaxing trip.
- 5/5
Great location, great hotel.
- 5/5
Valet service is slow and inefficient. It takes FOREVER for valet to bring you your vehicle. One day it took them 45 minutes (no exaggeration) to bring our car. The manager did not charge us for that day ($45 daily rate) but it still takes too long. Our car was never ready and waiting for us to hop in and go. We waited for valet every single time. Customer service is the hotels strength. The only way we would come back is if the valet service was improved.
- 5/5
Our first trip to Miami. The downtown location made it easy to get Miami Beach and outside communities like Coconut Grove.
- 4/5
Inflexibility with leaving past noon on a Sunday after a two day stay. This despite the fact that check-in is at 4PM. They advised me they would charge me 1/2 day plus facility fee for one extra hour as penalty. I told them I only wanted one hour so I could eat in their restaurant. They were unmoved and It diminished the satisfaction with my stay.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel in a great location. We will definitely be back.
