The hotel has been using our credit card for multiple charges that are not even ours. We tried to contact them and they keep saying we have to pay even for a room that is not ours or didn’t even use it . They are charging double and we cannot get our money back . They stole our money and didn’t have any answer where they are willing to help us. HORRIBLE SERVICE

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff was so pleasant. It was easy to check in and out. Nicely decorated and clean. The construction outside but it can't be helped, it didn't interfere with my comfort and it won't be there for ever.

Absolutely loved our room and how the hotel was walking distance to many food locations. Jewell was amazing, he was so kind and let us go to the top/lounge floor to relax and wait for our room, which was so nice instead of sitting in the lobby for hours. We were able to have peace and quiet and sit on the balcony to enjoy the view. The price was a bit high for one night, but it was kinda expected with the location.

Charging the full stay despite the published policy is unacceptable and feels unfair to customers. I hope management reviews this situation seriously and improves both their billing practices and customer communication.

Basic room, nothing special about this hotel but they benefit from a great location, short walk to Miami Ave and all the stuff that’s there but service from the staff could use a lot of work. We were checking in and yes it was F1 weekend and we had rooms booked. We repeatedly were told that they maybe would be ready before 4 but the front desk person was very aloof. When 4 PM arrived only one was ready and the other two took another two hours to get ready and in a staggered fashion, which was very frustrating. Additionally, other guests were experiencing the same issue we were and it just always seemed like a mess at check-in and nobody knew what they were doing. Moreover, none of the staff seem to be much bothered by any of that, and there was very little to no customer service or recognition about the wait times or messing up things or things like that. All they did was offer us some free drink cards thinking that should take care of it when in fact, those drink cards are limited to only beer and wine. Got a good rate, which is the main reason we stayed, but I don’t think I would stay there again, even if we had a good rate.

Make sure you're not assigned a room connected only by a door, as you can hear everything said in that room. Also, ensure that if there are pets in the adjoining room, they are not left alone at night. At 1:00 AM, we complained to the front desk about the dog's constant barking, and it was resolved, but the guests were very noisy upon arrival.

The hotel itself has a clean, modern vibe. My room was comfortable, nothing over the top, but it had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was solid, and overall it felt like a good place to come back to after being out most of the day. Service was decent. No major issues, but nothing that really stood out either. I did find that every time I tried to call down to the hotel lobby, no one answered the phone or maybe the hotel phone wasn't working. The breakfast was delicious and the service was lovely for breakfast. The valet staff was also extremely friendly and helpful loading my bags into the car.

Indigo is a beautiful hotel well run staff is wonderful with an enormous ego. The rooms were very nice. The building next-door was a mess and under total construction there is no view from the hotel. We were able to walk from the hotel all over the place, which was great. The location is very convenient to Walgreens CVS Brickles Mall restaurants Miami Avenue. Miami is a very crowded town.

The valet staff were all welcoming and remembered which car was ours so our service was very prompt and friendly. The front desk staff were ALL professional, courteous and helpful. And our check in process was quick and simple with no issues whatsoever. Our room was gorgeous!!! The views were breathtaking day and night. Our bed was extremely comfortable and cozy. Our suite was perfect. The area in Brickell is centrally located to so many restaurants and places to see and visit. There’s so many construction areas around the entire area which was a little overwhelming at times. Just fyi a lot of streets in downtown Miami are one way streets and traffic can hold you back due to the opening and closing of bridges. So you definitely will not make a mistake in choosing Hotel Indigo for your next travel experience in Miami.

We stayed one night before our cruise. It was a perfect location to cruise port and many dinner options within walking distance. Hotel has a nice workout room for a basic workout in the morning. Room was very nice. The location to dinner options with a short walk is the biggest plus.

Design of the “living room” of our king suite made no sense. The TV was on a side wall to the sofa. If you wanted to watch TV, you had to turn your head the whole time…bad design. And the whole entry/living room area was not well utilized…kind of a dark alley to get to the bedroom.

There's not adequate lighting in the bathroom. It took about 3-5 minutes for the shower temperature to change. The room was clean but I'm not sure how often the bedding is changed. It looked clean but when I woke up the next day both my daughter and I were bitten up. My thigh and on her face.

The staff was extremely unaccommodating. If you are not an awards member they will make you wait until 4pm for a room and will not approve a late check out. My room was freezing for me and there was not an option for heat, only A/C or fan. They said they would provide extra blankets but never did. I had to leave my office early to check in later in the afternoon so I could change for a client event and was late because of it. So many hotels will do what they can to get you into a room if you let them know your arrival time but Indigo tells you they have a strict 4pm policy. Will not stay at IHG again. Don't be sorry, your apology is useless, just be better.

My family and I booked this hotel from March 1-2 2026. My card was charged at the front o desk and we were told this is a refundable deposit 24hrs upon check out. It's been over 2weeks and I still have not received my refund yet. I called the front desk today and the lady that picked up had no idea what she was talking about . She told me I needed to call Expedia even though my card was charged directly at the front desk , then went on to tell me it will take 25days for a refund. She ended up ending the call while I was talking. refund policy and customer service is this? I'm highly disappointed with the service I received and I still don't have my refund yet. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone .

Close to a lot of cool restaurants, bars, things to do I stayed here last year and it was great, but this time, I spent 4x as much on the exact same room and time because of accelerated spring break prices. There are 10 hotels in a 3 block radius that are still in walking distance to cool things to do that cost a fraction of this place. I am loyal to Indigo, but I am not sure if I will be booking for the 3 vacations I am planning this year. Sucks, I always stay at Indigo!

Location is great for walkable restaurants, the train is also very close that you can take for free and site see. The room does not come with a microwave which would have been helpful for my extended stay. The Valet was also $40 a night but cheaper alternatives are available a few streets over.

However, I was told that the manager canceled my reservation the day before my arrival because the hotel was unable to charge my credit card two days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Since my reservation clearly indicated that payment would be made at the property, this cancellation was unexpected and left me in a very difficult situation. As a result, I arrived at the hotel only to find that I no longer had a room and was forced to search for alternative accommodations late at night.

We did not even get the chance to stay. Hotel Indigo cancelled our reservation 2 days before our arrival, without notifying me that my reservation was cancelled until we arrived at the hotel last night. Raul and his supervisor were terrible to us, and it was the third party security in the building that was able to help us find a hotel somewhere else. Will never be staying here, or another IHG property due to how poorly they handled this situation.

Great location in one of Miami's most attractive areas. Brickell is loaded with great restaurants and bars. You're a short walk to the people mover, which gets you around downtown Maimi and the train which gets you to the airport in less than 30 minutes. The hotel is a remodel of an older building and has a modern industrial vibe typical of those retro projects. Excellent internest and HVAC. Nothing not to like.

The room was not clean thoroughly the valet did something to my rental and I had to csll roadside and have them come to the hotel for inspection and they mentioned the valet always do something tgey are not supposed to do. We had to go retrieve snother car and it dampen my entire stayin Brickell.

The staff of the Valet Parking (I think Jose (have braces) & the Guy with long hair) are so good and very hard workers!!! The room in general is clean however, the bathroom was not in the best shape of you soap stain on the glass of the shower with water stain as if it was not finished. The towels were very small and a lot of good quality kind of thin. And they were only two towels.

We were originally assigned a room right above the gym (#702) and were awaken at 5:30am by the noise of the dumbbells or heavy weights being thrown on the floor. I can't imagine why a hotel would even built rooms next to a gym. Request not to be in room #601(next door) or #702 (right above). We had lunch at the restaurant. Staff could barely speak English. We were also charge for a Restaurant Service Charge of 21$ ! When I asked was it was I couldn't get an answer besides that it wasn't the tip and I add to leave tip on top of that expensive bill. Front desk staff were more concerned by their cell phone than by the clients waiting in line to check-in. If the manager didn't tell them to assist the next client they would be glued to their phone. Poor management. The only positive point was the location. Few blocks from many dining options and shopping.

Very clean, beds super comfy, front desk staff very prompt and helpful. Checked in early as our flight was early, our room wasn’t quite ready so they held our bags while we went to have lunch. They called 20 minutes after we left to say our room was ready. When we got back later to check in, they had upgraded us! Second time staying here before our cruise, and would stay again!

Room nice & clean although we was placed right by a really noisy ice machine which just doesn’t stop! Location not great as you are in the middle of a residential area. Breakfast appalling. Pre-paid but your choice was oats or eggs on toast & thats it! When the food did come it was entirely average! Very expensive for a totally budget hotel. Wouldn’t recommend for the price.

The room was clean and lots of room. Staff was friendly. The only downside was we tried to eat breakfast and the service was really slow. I didn’t get my avocado toast until after everyone was done eating. They messed up my order and had to remake it. I had them make it to-go and they didn’t toast the bread and it was soggy by the time I ate it.

Overnight stay on way to another city. Good, fast check in and staff were great. Room was very dated, and dusty, and the tv didn’t work properly. Bed and pillows were below par, but that’s probably personal thing. Shower was average, and if you do want to turn on the top shower head make sure you are tall enough or get a chair in with you to stand on. We also had to listen to loud music from other rooms from 4-6am! Not a place I would choose to stay at again - very few redeeming aspects unfortunately.

The front desk and bar staff was very friendly. Lobby areas were very clean. However, the room could have been cleaner. There was drink rings on the nightstand, bathroom had hair in shower and a hair tie and dried toothpaste on sink handles. There was a lingering odor of marijuana the entire stay which I didn’t care for. The floors felt like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The bed was comfortable, so atleast I was able to sleep. But I truly couldn’t wait for this trip to be over and to go home and take a shower and clean everything that came with me. I will definitely not be back to this particular hotel.

Hotel Indigo has a great reputation so we were so excited to book there. There is a plant in the bathroom that is hanging and the rope is covered with dust. The coffee pot was uplifted, trying to unroll the hair dryer was like playing jenga with twister. Things should have been a little easier and cleaner and the garbage pails are full with two waters and zero recycling. We were quick in and out but those were a few things that were a bit painful and the shower water took forever to get hot. That’s all and enough honestly lol!

3 coffees, piece of chocolate cake, slice of Cheesecake and a bowl of soup cost over 73 dollars with tax and service charge. Downstairs ladies restroom dirty and unkept. Also my son said that the men's room was no better. Toilets did not flush. Watched people get checked in early ever and ever again while we had to wait until 4pm Woman at the front desk told me she was going to text us when the room was ready. When I asked for an update she told me that she tried to text me and than called me by a different name. And I gave her my name and that is when she was like ohhh yeah your room isn't ready. I asked when it would be and she said not until 4. I wouldn't let this bother me but watching all of the people that were in the lobby waiting get their rooms early was very frustrating. I would like to mention that until we were in the elevator we did not know that there was more than one hotel within the building. That could be the reason why others were being checked in. But not sure. After speaking to another person at the front desk (for the girl was no longer there) the gentleman up front was actually checking and a half hour later he got us into our room. The elevator....you have to hold your room key to the pad and it takes a couple seconds before you can choose your floor. It is extremely hard to do that while others are going to different floors. The front desk does not let people know either. And because

So we were in room 611, it is the worst room. It has a large floor to ceiling window that overlooks the pool and people are sitting in lounge chairs and swimming right outside your window. You can't have the blinds open or everybody will be able to see your entire room and what you are doing inside. So in order to have privacy you have to keep yourself in the dark. It's the worst design I have ever seen at a hotel.

There was sewage running down the street outside. And loud construction. The rooms are problematic. The air conditioning is “master controlled,” and the thermostat controls it. It gets hot at night, and there’s nothing you can do about it. I asked for a different room on the night of checking, but German found another room and said he “blasted” the air before we arrived. When we got to the new room, it seemed to be on for about 20 minutes before stopping. The hotel hallways have no AC, and the carpet floors are stained and smell like weed. The most egregious issue is the handling of the room deposit and “resort fee.” The gentleman at the desk caught me off guard with the $300 charge, which I paid with the same debit card I used to pay for the room. If you stay here, use a credit card. I had one, but I was so shocked that I used a debit, and $300 of my money is now tied up, likely paying someone’s salary. It’s almost

Overall this property was okay but I would not stay here again if I’m in the area. Check in was great, I arrived early and was able to check in sooner. Other than that my stay was sub par. Everything about the hotel is slightly dirty, i.e. the shower, the pool, the towels. The food at the restaurant is very expensive and not appetizing. There was also a night I had pulled in late and the valet guy is yelling at me that I can’t park here, I was very confused, he was then trying to clarify if I was a guest and I told him yes and then he changed his attitude real quick and was then pleasant. If you plan to stay at this property do not for any other reason other than pleasure because the walls are paper thin and you will hear doors slamming, yelling, things being dropped on the floor from above, for the duration of your stay.

Most comfy beds ever. The pool was very nice. The rooms are nice and clean. Very close to the Metro mover and Metro rail station plus near the buses and trolleys. Quiet area. The staff needs to be able to help people with directions and know the times for the Metromover, etc., and also let them know how to use the elevator with the room cards because people didn’t know how to use them and were riding up and down the elevator.

They over charged me for parking gave me a receipt at the end of my stay on Sunday $40.01, but charged me another $40.01 on Monday. When I called said a manager would call me back and never did, and when I call now it just says they are not available. Was definitely not worth the money I paid per night, the rooms were old and not well cleaned.

Service was unacceptable. We tried calling the front desk over 20 times—no answer. We finally got through the emergency line, and they promised a callback that never came. When we went down, we saw three staff standing around ignoring ringing phones. The room wasn’t clean. The floors leaked brown liquid and we had to use towels just to walk. Housekeeping never showed up despite daily requests. When they finally did, it was while we were in towels getting ready—completely inappropriate. After checkout, I noticed a $143.11 charge. I called and was hung up on, told they couldn’t find my booking, and eventually told it was an “accident.” I was refunded—until I wrote a Google review. Then they took the refund and my deposit back. The timing is suspicious at best. This hotel is dishonest, mismanaged, and a total scam. Avoid at all costs.

The room was dirty, they came to clean the room and change the bed. The housekeeper had the nerve to tell me , sometimes the house keepers don’t change the bed if it doesn’t look slept in. There were spots on the floor, the housekeeper took the rag she cleaned the bathroom with threw it on the floor and scrubbed with her foot! They changed my room. It was worse.

Black young csr at desk on Saturday morning around 10am was so rude! Was using his hands to tell me to hurry me up and speak. I was simply telling him we could hear everything from the people in 803. Their conversation. Their nusic. At 430 am they were making so much noise and i wanted to call downstairs but the phone on the base was dead and never worked. It also took about 15 mins for the water to get hot in the bathroom Bad experience overall. I have never given a review to this extent on a hotel. Never given a bad review. But this was unacceptable. Considering the price. Outrageous. Glad i was only there for one night. Very disappointed.

The room was spacious and clean, with natural light. The decoration and lighting were a bit cold in tone, but otherwise fine and functional. The bed and bedding were great. The flooring was not all carpet which is a cleanliness plus. The a/c was quiet, and the a/c setting was easy to change. Unfortunately the walls of the room seemed made out of paper. Sounds of late-night conversations, argumentation and other activities from the room next door were barely muffled. If possible, opt for a room with an outside wall.

I really love the area, downtown was beautiful. The hotel was close to walking distance to so many different places, the room had a nice view! I didn’t like that the pool area closed so early and that Indigo didn’t have a microwave. I stayed 4 days so I had lots of food I couldn’t reheat.
