    Extremely ran down place with dubious characters hanging around, dirty and funny smell. There were buckets collecting water on the reception hall when I arrived, walls were dirty and there were cobwebs in some sports. My room had stained sheets and what looked like a 1970’s jacuzzi right next to it with also a strange smell. Poorly illuminated. It took the staff about 30 minutes to check me in as there was only one person at reception. When I finally got it done, I realized I had been chaged more than twice through Expedia than the walk-ins. I ran out of it as fast as I could and got another hotel.

    Estuve una noche en el hotel ,del sábado 6 de junio 2026 al domingo 7 ,estuve en la habitacion 314,la habitación tenia un charco de agua que salía de la nevera,las ropas de cama estaban limpia,pero tuve una desagradable experiencia,el domingo hice mi chek out 11am y en la noche me di cuenta que habia olvidado el cargador de mi Phone,llamo y me dicen que llamara hoy lunes,y cuando llamó me dicen que no habían dejado nada en recepción, sin pasarme a nadie que pudiera revisar o al menos intentarlo, solo fue un simple cargador ,pero al menos merecía una gestión, cosa que no sucedió

    I got there earlier and even though the room was ready, they wanted to charge me $50 to enter room at 12 pm. I asked if I can use a bathroom and they told me, they did not have a bathroom. I explained I drove 3 hours and still they did not accommodate me. There wee 2 men in lobby sleeping. While in the room, there was not iron not hair dryer and when i requested they told they are not that kind of hotel. the place smell bad, the staff is not professional and i don't recommend this hotel to anyone

    The pictures seen on the website does not match what was actually seen in person. Only 1 working elevator, stairwell wasn’t labeled at all. No evacuation route was posted in the room. There were too many stains on the floor and walls as well as beds to mention. A/C unit was being braced on the floor by a piece of wood. The TV antenna was attached to the blinds. You could hear people walking down the halls at all hours. Questionable maintenance all around. I did not feel safe in that room

    Save yourself some money and stay away from this property. The front staff is not interested in providing any service to you, only taking your money. The carpet in our room felt like sticking to our shoes, was damp in certain areas while pools of water was forming in places on furniture. The room smelt dank, very unpleasant!

    Mold in room. Employee seemingly drunk banged on our door 1am 3am and 5am screaming in a language that is not English. We never answered the door, saw a name tag through the eye hole. Could not get out of that hotel faster. I stay in hotels at least 100 nights a year, this was the worst stay in my entire life.

    Roaches crawling the wall. Got moved to another room where there were 2 big rat traps and food left in the refrigerator. I will be writing a dissatisfaction letter and given the circumstances I asked to speak with management and front desk stated no management on site. I believe a full refund should be warranted. Worst experience ever! I will never go back and recommend no one ever goes there.

    Literal black mold on shower ceiling, window blind broke and stuck in up position: no curtains to block sunlight, room only had two towels for three people ( no hand towels or mat to step on after showering . Only one of four lights working in bathroom, walls filthy, pool light laying in bottom of pool still wired in . In the hallways you can see water stains and the ceiling dropping from holding water.

    Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Looks like the carpets haven’t been shampooed in years. It is quite literally in the ghetto. There was an eyelash on the bathroom floor. It definitely wasn’t mine. The counter in the bathroom was holding on by a thread. The sheets were gross. Just overall so bad. Nowhere to put the toilet paper. Dirty curtains. Stained mattresses. Hair on the sheets. Dirty blinds. I think they literally make the bed and call it a day with the same sheets from the prior person.

    Absolutely NOTHING this place needs a visit from a regulator or inspector. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is basically a homeless shelter. Stained with smoke, bugs in the room, hairs all over the bed, different height drapes on windows with knife cut slits in them. When we checked in the lady read our credit card info over the phone to someone else to process it.

    The room was in deplorable condition. The bathroom had visible mold, which is not only disgusting but also a serious health concern. The towels were stained, giving the impression they hadn’t even been properly washed. Everything felt neglected, unhygienic, and far below any acceptable standard of cleanliness. Sleeping there is not an option. Honestly, it would be better to spend the night on the street or under a bridge than to expose yourself to that level of filth and neglect. There is no excuse for offering service in such conditions. I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. If you value your health, comfort, and peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs.

    Parking was fine… got to room and checked in at 4.. was told by guest before us to check the room really good… got a room on first floor, looked over everything and seemed fine, left for dinner and to see how to get to port, got back to room after dark….     The first room we checked into had broken blinds cigarette burns on the tub Dustin and hair everywhere broken concrete pedestals on balcony. Second room after complaining about the first same condition except they didn’t have lines door didn’t close all the way at the top sheets and blanket. Pillowcases were dirty. Had to buy her own. Staff was extremely rude checked out the following day could not stay there would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

    The room keys didn’t work and had to get them reprogrammed every time we left the hotel, I paid extra for a jacuzzi room with a walkout balcony to the pool but the jacuzzi didn’t work and the pool wasn’t open and the water was green in it. Homeless people sleeping out front of it and people sleeping on the couch in lobby. And I’ve never seen a hotel with a behavioral health doctor on site… stay far far away from this place

    The hotel was terrible. The carpet was dirty, the elevator was barely working, the tile in the room we eeee were in around the jacuzzi was broken and cracked. No railings to note the steps to the jacuzzi. I fell over the step and hurt my knee and shoulder. The staff the first night was rude. For two people in a room they had one washcloth, two bath towels when I asked for more towels I was told there’s only two people in the room you have enough come get more tomorrow. The check in process was slow. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. We will never stay here again. Definitely not worth the money. This was the worst hotel ever. They are lucky I am not suing them for my injuries.

    This hotel, which was more of a motel was one of the worst motels I ever stayed in. The pictures online need to be updated and clearly shut down for so many safety violations and safety concerns. This place is horrible. The two young ladies were nice but the manager and setting of the place was very heartbreaking. I will be sending an email to cooperate with all pictures and videos. This place is disturbing, disgraceful, and dangerous. I payed for two nights but left a day early and the manager refused to refund me. I even called the motel hours prior to me booking. Please don’t waste your time and money. You’re better off sleeping in your car or the airport.

    ROACH MOTEL. They shouldn’t be allowed to rent these rooms. The paint was peeling off the walls, the beds have mismatched sheets from dollar tree, not clean at all. And yes roaches. I slept in my clothes on top of the bed and didn’t open my luggage. Walls paper thin and doors slamming w druggies all night. The staff was nice. But they know it’s bad.

    Upon checking in into our bedroom, there was a notice that the Jacuzzi doesn't work. And if we were to use it, it will be at our own risk.And we will be responsible for any damage caused for using the jacuzzi. The room is not to stand there was a black duvet on the bed. The pillows are very old and the pillows have absolutely no covering. The bathroom is very dirty. The pluck holes was blocked. Water wasn't flooring properly. The shower curtain is very dirty. The floors in the entire room is very dirty.The carpet is very old and it smells, and the floors are very sticky. There's absolutely no window curtains and the blinds are broken. The walls are very dirty. The ceiling is old paint dropping off, and ironing board was broken. We needed some plane towels and beddings. We were asked to bring our dirty towels downstairs before getting any clean towels. The receptionist was very rude. This is definitely not a place to stay. It's a waste of money, and we definitely did not enjoy our stay there. Do not book this place. It's very ghetto, there's no restrictions for smoking.It smells like smoke.It smells like weed.

    It’s a dump. This place is one of the worst place I stayed. The pictures you see in the Expedia.com are very very old or heavily photoshopped. There is an air conditioner but they said the heater is not working. It is in Miami but it’s low 60’s in the night in February. So as my room. I hate being cold room. Well, that is just a starter. There is a jacuzzi in the picture. But it doesn't say there is, because it’s not meant to use, I guess. There is no water goes to the jacuzzi. There are only 2 bath towels in the room. No smaller towels no hand towels at all nor one for the bathroom floor. Just 2 bath towels. Check in is after 4pm. No exceptions. The stuff there are not so accommodating at the best. They talk behind your back in Spanish if they think you don’t understand Spanish. There is a charge that I didn’t know, upon arrival I had to pay a hotel fee for 22$. I should have checked. But I have never seen a cheep hotel charges the hotel fee before. Usually only at 5 star resorts charge such a fee. One good thing, the bed itself was reasonable.

    The rooms are extremely dirty. The tile is broken, there are burn marks on the countertops. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room that the handles were stripped off and not operation. The mattresses are so old and bad. You get two bath towels no hand towels. The whole place is beyond lower end. This should be a 1 star or if possible less. Yes it was a good price but you literally are risking your safety being there

    Room bathroom was barely hanging on. The blinders are all broken in different spots. The hallways smells like weed and pee mixed together. You can hear others in the hallway all night long. The elevator doesn’t tell you when you arrive at a floor, you have to literally peek out to read the floor number. Customer service sucks a$$. They all have attitudes and don’t wanna be at work. If you get towels you won’t get wash clothes. One or the other. I stayed one night really late check in and left at 6am the next day

Sunday morning there was no hot water, heat, no light the elevator was not working, stairways dark. Lots of people complaining to the staff, they didn't care. That hotel needs to be remodel.     No hangars, ironing board with no iron. Nothing to sit on in the room. Toilet paper dispenser broken and hanging down. Patio with one decrepit chair and a filthy, broken chaise - lookin out on a long empty pool, taped off to keep you well away. A major freeway, very loud and busy, just outside the closed pool area. Crumbling and deteriorating, once very fancy decor, in every direction. Local people loitering and walking the hallways, Thankfully unknown substance on the floor. When we arrived just before midnight, there were six people ahead of us, with one desk clerk doing their level best for each new guest during the long registration process. When we got ours completed, with lots of paperwork, there were thirteen people impatiently waiting.

    The room was a complete wreck. Extremely dirty carpets, bathroom falling apart, and water soaking everything. Found hair in the bed and the chair was stained with an unknown substance. We left a night early because we just couldn't do it again. It sounded like people were running in the hallways all night and there was a civil dispute between spouses in the parking lot that woke us up. Would not recommend to anyone.

    Negatives - Staff was absolutely horrible and not helpful at all. I saw 2 roaches crawl from the hallway to my room, the housekeeping may be the worst I’ve ever experienced. You don’t get clean towels or rags unless you ask front desk and you still may have to wait hours. I’ve paid for a deluxe patio and jacuzzi; the jacuzzi didn’t have a stopper so I couldnt use it. The patio was dirty and the building is falling apart not to mention they have photos of a pool and it’s yellow taped off. So I paid for all the amenities that I never experienced and didn’t know it was unavailable until we got there it was pure false advertisement.

Absolute Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Filthy, Unsafe, and Unacceptable – Avoid at All Costs!This is hands-down the worst hotel I've stayed in during 41 years of domestic and international travel (since I was 16; I'm now 58). What should have been a basic, clean place to rest turned out to be a health hazard and safety nightmare.The room looked like it had never been properly cleaned—ever. The carpets were so filthy and stained that I had to go out and buy slippers just to walk around without touching the floor with bare feet. The bed sheets were sticky, covered in mysterious stains, and literally torn in multiple places. There were visible rips and holes that made the bedding unusable and disgusting. The entire space reeked of neglect, with dust, grime, and what felt like years of buildup everywhere.Adding to the shock, the front-desk staff were casually eating meals right at the check-in counter, showing zero concern for hygiene or professionalism. The overall atmosphere felt more like a crack house than a legitimate hotel—unsafe, rundown, and completely devoid of any care for guests.I would not recommend this property to anyone, under any circumstances.     Check in got the first room someone was already in it. Went to the second room and the door did not even lock and the patio door had a 2 inch gap in it and did not lock. They gave us a third room and the toilet is not even attached to the floor. Two lights over the bed would not shut all the way off. Told the front desk every day about the problems. Only third day a maintenance guy came and took a lightbulb out of the bathroom and put it in the bedroom. Then there was three lights that would not shut all the way off. The maintenance guy walked out, never done anything to the toilet and never even said anything. I just gave up and dealt with the problem. Also had to go get our keys programmed every single day because the doors would not unlock when we came back to the room.The hotel is nasty all the way around.

    The hotel is dirty, the staff rude (When you can understand them) and the check in lobby staff are behind glass (Bullet proof?) one reason why you can't understand them. The grounds are unkept and dirty. The pool area was drained and looked like it hadnt been used in years. Back door lock broken (Card reader) soi the back door was locked no access. The room was dirty, the sheets were paper thin, glass to the "Patio" door was dirty. The Patio (I couldn't get to as the door was locked permanently probably for security reasons) was dirty and had trash on it. The bathroom was not clean; toilet seat was broken (not on properly) the shower curtain was paper. NONE OF THE PHOTOS on Travelocity match this hotel at all. I have real photos of this location. It looks like it hasn't had any maintenance since 1950s. This hotel is not for Families, Business travelers, kids. May be if you need a place for an hour or two and don't mind bed bugs..

    This place was an absolute nightmare. The pictures do not accurately represent this place. On the website it looks simple but clean. That is not what I found when I checked in. Within the first five minutes of waiting over an hour to check in, four police cars arrived to handle an issue with one of the customers. Their statement to me was they visit this hotel routinely. Once I got up to my room, there was a heavy smell of roach and or cleaning spray which forced me to keep the window open all night on late December just out of a precaution for my health. It was walking into a dump. Shades broken, water damage in the bathroom, stained surfaces with god knows what and a shower that didn’t work properly. Just to top it off, random people walking the halls endlessly and slamming doors. By far the worst hotel of experience I ever had. True nightmare of my life. No refunds on any portion of the stay and they actually have the audacity to charge a resort fee”. Horrendous!!!

    Ok. Where do I begin? We arrived on a Saturday afternoon I called ahead and confirmed we could do early check in as we were flying in from out of the country. We arrive around noon, 80 dollars for early check in. We were exhausted so we paid and checked in. The lobby stunk like BO there was a diffuser that was trying to make it smell better. Didn’t work and there was a loud banging sound. I asked the front desk agent what it was and she said she didn’t hear anything despite it clearly being audible. We go to our room up the sketchiest elevator I’ve ever seen creaks and cracks all the way through very dirt and un kept. We arrive in our room and there is an iron mark on the carpet, the carpet looks like it’s form the 1960s, there’s visible mold everywhere. The room was disgusting, dirty and just not taken care. It felt like the room was never updated. To door to the bathroom didn’t close. There was a burn mark on the toilet paper, there was loud noises all hours of the night. The pool was filthy, and the staff couldn’t care less about any of these issues when we brought them to their attention. We were on a budget so we couldn’t exactly leave and there was no refunds available. Will never go back and highly recommend nobody ever goes there either.

    We DID NOT stay. The girls were frightened that someone would break in. I had concerns over the stains on the sheets and uncleanliness of the room. We returned to the front desk and said we had concerns about our room and without question they checked us out. No offer of a new room or trying to improve the situation. And no offer of a refund. Expedia, please remove places like this from your offering. On site they told us because we booked through Expedia there was an additional $22 charge.

    The place is dirty, the hallways smell like weed and cigarette. The staff is unfriendly. The first room we got, the alarm was beeping, they couldn't be bothered to change a bettery, the second room smelled horrible. While they were trying to look for a third room we decided we don't want to stay there. We asked for a refund, they refused, and said we would just get back our deposit and if the manager approved the hotel service fee (because we weren't staying), within 48 hours. Well it's been a few days and we haven't heard back, nor received any money, not even the deposit. Even Orbitz reached out and tried to reason with them, but they refused to even make an attempt.     As soon as I was going to check in I noticed it very dirty and a lot of mold. The lady at the desk told me I would have to pay a deposit and a resort fee which would have been fine but this place was far from a resort and really disgusting. Don’t believe the pictures they put up this place is no place for anyone to stay. We ended up leaving immediately and very upset about the waste of time and money i spent to not even stay there. Luckily I was able to find a nice clean Marriott nearby and was able to walk in and get a very clean room.

    This hotel was easily the most disgusting hotel I have ever checked into. First of all the front desk staff were rude and uninviting. She gave me a key to the room that did not work. Went back down requested another key. Got another key. And then when I got into the room Immediately started taking pictures to send to hotel.com because it was so disgusting. How do you put a hotel on your website without reviewing it. The sheets were stained with God knows what. There was a roach waiting for us in the bathroom. It was appalling. They told me my room was nonrefundable and they could transfer me to their sister hotel, which was so disgusting and dirty. Safety concerns, no smoke detectors, mold and mildew, not ADA compliant, exposed wires around the pool ladder, pool lamp hanging from socket, no iron, only supply two bath towels and if you want clean towels must provide the dirty towel for each clean towel.     Took 30 minutes to check in and the room has viable mold and smell when entering. The entire complex was the worst conditioned hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Asked for refund after 5 minutes and was refused due to no refunded rate.     Terrible place to stay do not recommend do not referral do not pass go. I only stayed here because it was close and convenient to location where I need to go. The next few mornings the treatment from hotel staff meeting the women there working front desk was very much poor and terrible. Also the owner.

    The place was unsafe and dirty, the moment you walk in the front desk staff don’t even acknowledge you, they were on there phone. The rooms are disgusting the furniture was old and stain.     From the elevators to the actual room…filthy, old, need repairs, repaint…everything! We booked two nights and only stayed for one. The room itself was very old school and looked like it had not had a proper cleaning in years…it gave more motel/guest house vibes. Furniture was dusty and bathroom had stains all over. Def not worth the price. Upon checking out and getting my deposit back…they had the audacity to charge $20 for makeup being on a towel…a towel that can bleach and be cleaned in 2 minutes! Some makeup on a towel while there are permanent stains all over the room? Ridiculous. The female staff was quite rude at the front desk. I can only describe this place as old and run down…NOT a great experience and def not worth the $!

    I’ve traveled a lot and I can honestly say this was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, the hotel was dirty, the first room we got was dirty and smelled like mold. The second room we got after requesting a change was the same or worst. It had mold in the bathroom walls, but the bathtub, they gave us only 1 towel. The bed sheets were dirty, the carpet was dirty and ripped, the wall and ceiling paint was peeling. It was horrible. I couldn’t leave the first night because it was 1am already, I left at 6am and lost all my money because I requested a refund and got 0.00 back.

    This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at my entire life. It was absolutely unbearable to be there. I paid for three days and I left on the morning of the second day. I was there because I didn’t know that it was gonna be as terrible as it was and I had to rent a car and I went to a different hotel. The ceiling panels have been leaked through. There is brown spots all over the ceiling. There is no cleanliness at all inside of this hotel room. There is no handle on the refrigerator. It was dented. It was like I walked into a nightmare , and I’ve never been more disappointed in a hotel I’ve ever stayed at .The toilet was falling off of the ground. It was not even safe to use the room that I was in I did not feel safe there. There was absolutely no way to lock the door from the inside. You could only use a key on the outside And it was just absolutely horrible. It was horrible horrible horrible I would never recommend saying the staff was somewhat nice. I called them when I flew in on a red flight ride at 5 AM and I asked if I could come in to check in early. They said absolutely. I got there at 6 AM and they said oh I’m sorry you can’t check in until noon which I thought you know that’s OK. I would understand that if I hadn’t already called. I don’t know how they even can advertise this as an option for humans to stay. I would never stay there again I left on the morning of the second day that I was there and I paid $742 for three days and I am so dissatisfied

    The rooms are horrifying! When we opened the door to our room, and we were knocked back by an overwhelming stale stench in the air! The main window panel was hanging out of the frame and you could hear the traffic from the airport as if you were standing on the tarmac! I dont know how this hotel is even acceptable on Expedias site! There were stains throughout the bathroom walls and mold throughout the groutlines from pore maintenance. My family and i could not stay here safely. I was truely concerned for our health and decided i couldn't risk staying here!!!

    I work overnight and was in the process of moving so needed a place to sleep when I got off work. The room was satisfactory and durable to get rest after my 10hr shift. However, the hotel grounds were not kept clean, herb smoking was smelled throughout the hotel daily, and elevators worked occasionally. They should waive the additional $135 resort fee because this place is not a resort.

I paid for an extra night but the front desk didn't register, so the took my stuffs out the room...and they didn't even give me and my family a discount for the bad time.

    Con job at checkin they charged a check in fee of $22.60 per day, no problem if there was anything for it but no clean towels, I had two in my room one was dirty. No hand towels or wash cloths no tissues, one roll of very cheap toilet paper. Check in took 15 minutes. They had a door marked gym but it was locked,I asked about it and was told it was closed. Pool was dirty and water freezing cold obviously not heated. My room had numerous cracks in the ceiling with falling paint scraps. No blanket only a sheet and a decorative cover that probably has not been washed in who knows how long. It had a small refrigerator (bonus) and a coffee maker but no coffee, not one cup for coffee or water none. I went down to desk and asked for a. CUp and was told they did not have any. No ice buckets no ice machine other than one for entire hotel that was in the office and the desk attendant would give you some but only a cup full (you furnish the cup) she told me people would fill up their coolers so they removed them. Trash all over the front of the hotel I can go on but safe to say I will never go there again. this is my strongest review of any hotel that I have ever stayed in, a horrible dirty hotel. I highly recommend Hotels.com remove this hotel from any listings.

    The interior of this hotel was run down, hallways were all dirty and walls marked. The room had an awful smell to it. Even after a long drive and being tired, we requested a refund. Refund required manager approval and was not given at the hotel. Hoping this hotel does the rifht thing and refunds my money.

    At check-in the lobby smells horrible, asked to see the room and it seems that they recently fumigated for roaches and did not air out. Could not stay with asthmatic conditions and was unable to even get my refund. this is not worth the amount charged per night. should have looked at ratings prior. There are mostly negative comments. Unsafe and unfit and being represented by Expedia. After using Expedia for many years this was it for me. I want to see my refund which is over $600

    I booked this hotel for my step mother who was stick in Miami due to a cancelled flight. The quality of this hotel was atrocious. On top of that, they charged her another $150 to her credit card after she left. I need to get a refund for this hotel stay as it was not as advertised.

    The smell of cleaners in the entire place was overwhelming. The television was equipped only with an inactivated Roku and in spanish. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room with no knobs. The bathroom floor and tub were very slippery and unsafe with no bath mat provided. Luckily we did not plan on hanging out in the room any longer than to sleep.

    Since there were very few guests, I was able to park closer to the door. The desk clerk was unfriendly, the elevators were filthy and worked poorly. The room was dirty, walls around the door handles were filthy, Walls needed repair, and a coat of paint in may places. The room carpet was worn out and dangerously ragged. There was no hot water in the shower and no anti slip foot strips on the shower floor, AND, THE BOTTOM BEDSHEET WAS FILTHY, only the top sheet had been washed. This hotel is unworthy of a single star. Please advise on what you plan to do. I have pictures to support my comments. The dollar amount on my checkout does not match my check-in receipt.     The property is old and dirty. It smells horrible. Unsafe room floors. Dirty shower curtains and walls. You have to bring dirty towels to front desk and wait to get clean ones. You also have to go to front desk to get replacement toilet paper. No room phones, no cable. In my opinion, this property shouldn't be listed for anyone to stay at. It should be closed umtil it can be repaired and bring up to code.

    I was glad it was only for one night. There were no wash clothes and the towels were both dirty. My daughter is 6 and she kept saying how nasty and dirty the fridge was. The jacuzzi water was dripping when we got in and little hairs were in the bottom as if someone was in there before we arrived. My daughter almost got shut in the elevator door because it wouldn’t open I had to put my foot there and push it open so my daughter could squeeze through. When I was checking in there was another customer complaining that her bathroom was disgusting and the toilet wouldn’t flush and was dirty. Terrible place to stay and they have a nerve to hold a $100 deposit for that piece of crap place.

    TERRIBLE! I rarely leave negative reviews, but the place is in very bad condition. Incredibly dirty room, especially in the bathroom where we found very dirty in toilet. The smell of mold was unmistakable and instantly made me anxious about my health and safety. I immediately decided that my family couldn't stay here, so I booked another hotel at a higher cost. Till now, this hotel still don't refund my booking fee. I don't understand why the hotel is still on EXPEDIA?

    I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having the worst experience at this hotel.
