The back sliding door to room 228 doesn’t close therefore it was hot in my room the whole night..I woke up the next morning covered in bed bug bites as well..shower doesn’t drain so the tub is just filling up with water as you shower..may go to the hospital cause I have stopped itching since I woke up this morning

The experience at this hotel was terrible. Very dirty with terrible attention. The lights in the rooms did not turn on, the bathrooms with bad appearance, broken tiles, bad smell in the rooms. Even a little mouse walking through the lobby because the garbage was overflowing. The main door of the room did not close and the security lady, no matter how hard I tried, could not fix it, so they had to move us to another hotel that, although a little better, was not very far from this one. It is a lack of respect for these expensive reservations, in these conditions.

We checked in during F1 weekend and there were only three people ahead of me in line. It still took two hours. While standing there, some sketchy guy behind me muttered, “All these m.f’ers are here for the race, I can tell.” The elevator was straight out of a nightmare — max 4 people, noisy, bouncy, and felt dangerous. When I finally got to the room, the vinyl floors were so filthy my feet turned black just walking across them. One thin sheet per bed, two pillows, a microwave on a random round table, and a cheap TV. The doors were peeling, with years of dirt ground into every high-touch spot and around the ancient light switches. The bathroom light flickered constantly and everything was rusted from decades of humidity. The tub had nasty rust stains, though the shower head was surprisingly decent with great water pressure. There was even a brand new can of beer left behind the curtain on the non-sealing sliding door, which let in every police and fire truck siren like they were right outside. No surprise — this place sits at the intersection of four major highways. Out in the parking lot we saw multiple people wearing ankle monitors. I was glad I was carrying. The connecting door to the next room wouldn’t even close properly. We started calling it Arkham Asylum for good reason. Cheers to the memories, I guess… but unless you’re looking to do drugs in a sketchy motel, stay far away.

After a 5 hour drive and exhausted, looking forward to a restful night, dragged suitcases upstairs because elevators were not working, had to go downstairs twice because door key didn’t work, asked for two extra towels and they only had one left, went to the car to get my phone charger and was surrounded by kids asking for money, walked around the corner of hotel and realized it was not a safe neighborhood, had to take stairs up again dragged suitcases and family (including my 86 yo mom) downstairs, returned the key and left. Had to look for another hotel and finally checked in at midnight

It's the most terrible experience for me ever! Hardware conditions, amenities, services... everything was terrible! No blankets, no cups for brushing(even most common disposable ones), no room phone (you had to talk with front desk in person).... Almost nothing! Our flight got canceled and we need some place to stay for the night. This was the cheapest and closest option that was available. The pictures in the website our completely different than what we saw when we got there. It looked dirty. The elevator barely worked so we had to use the stairs. The stairway lowkey sketchy. The room was not swept or wiped down. Crumbs everywhere. We moved the little dresser between the beds and it was so much debris behind it. My friend took a shower and the shower floor was sticky. Everything had rust on it; The shelves in the bathroom, toilet paper holder, floor, walls etc. The beds seemed to be clean but we did not sleep under the sheets. The window was said to be locked but it wasn’t. It was a small crack in the window where we couldn’t close the window fully. We were close to the ground floor so we felt unsafe sleeping. Someone literally could have gotten in our room. You can absolutely hear everything through the walls. EVERYTHING. I would write more but I just wouldn’t stay here again.

The experience was so terrible that we left after checking the room and was unable to receive a refund. There was no way we were spending a night there it was not even near to the room pictured on HOTELS.COM. The entry door had no security lock and the door wall had no lock and did not completely close. Also the card opened our neighbor’s door as we mistook the room numbers. No TV with only a small table, small frig , bed and nightstands and drapes that did not cover the doorwall. The room was very shabby and did not feel clean. When I turned the key in after having a difficult time finding another hotel in the busy season the receptionist acknowledged that she understood why I was walking out. I have second thoughts about using Hotels.com again

Filthy smell, dirty sheets, walls, rust in ever corner of the room, sliding door doesn't lock in the room, could not even sleep because of the noise, grafiti all over the place, even on the elevator doors. None of the vending machines work. The carpets are filthy and dirty. I feel ripped off for the price I paid for a night there...Check-In process takes ages. I did not receive my $100 deposit on checkout as promised. Now have to call my bank. But what is the deposit even for? This place is literally not in living conditions. The flooring and corners are visibly dirty and stained. The closet area is unacceptable, with rusted rods, poor lighting, and an overall feeling of neglect. There are also signs of water damage on the ceiling, which raises serious concerns about maintenance and safety. To make matters worse, the bed linens were dirty, which is completely unacceptable. Clean bedding is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and this was not met. Overall, the room feels unhygienic, neglected, and honestly macabre. This is not just about aesthetics — it is about basic cleanliness and health standards, which are clearly not being met. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Immediate renovation and proper maintenance are urgently needed.

Yes, it’s affordable, but I was not comfortable. They were cracks in the wall. I didn’t dare walk barefoot on the carpet. I felt itchy when I laid on the bed even my eight year-old was uncomfortable.

I found this hotel and judging from the pictures I booked it in a panic cause everything was filling up. Only a sheet for a blanket, one towel no face cloth, no glasses for water. We got out early morning and went to a Denny’s by the airport till we can go to airport! Very noisy as well! So upset!!! First time I haven’t looked at reviews as I was in a panic!

This hotel has deceptive photos used for advertising. I found the hotel run down, needing lots of work. The room smelled like burning electric, I didn’t want to sit in the upholstered chair, toilet didn’t really flush and the tv was not linked to cable or anything. The pool was dirty and not sure it was open. I have travelled all over the world staying in all sorts of accommodations, but this really was the pits. I left shortly after checking in and securing a room elsewhere. I could not believe they wanted something like over $200/night. I didn’t feel as though it was particularly safe; the bullet proof glass at check in should have been a yellow flag. I do NOT recommend this hotel for any reason. It had 3 stars at time of booking, but there is now way it should have that many.

Before i even checked in someone had stolen a ladies bag from the lobby. Check in was very rude. My daughter was sitting in our assigned room and some random guy came in because his card still worked for MY assigned room. Never seen security at all the 2 nights I stayed. The carpet had not been cleaned in years. Walking across it from the shower turned your feet black and felt "greasy". Property was in disrepair outside as well. Exposed wiring and broken lights in the parking lot. No hand or face towels. Windows AC units "taped" into the room/outside opening. Several tears in the curtains. Small ants found nearly everywhere but the bed. No comforter, only a white sheet. We felt like we needed fresh showers somewhere else after staying there. Will not return.

Made the desk aware of dirty floors when check out. Hooks and racks in bathroom missing, no switch plate on light switch leaving wires exposed (hazard). Will not return and do not recommend.

As a result, we were forced to leave the property around 3:00 AM and book another hotel at additional expense, including transportation costs. We did not stay in the room at all because it was not sanitary or suitable for occupancy. Despite this, we were charged and later informed that a refund would not be issued. I also reached out directly regarding the resort fee, but the owner never followed up. I have booked multiple stays through Expedia and have never experienced anything like this. I strongly encourage future guests to carefully consider this property.

However, the actual condition of the room was extremely disappointing. At first glance, the room looked decent. But when we woke up the next morning, I discovered small bugs in the bed — bedbugs. This explained why I had been itching and feeling like something was crawling on me throughout the night. I immediately went downstairs and showed the front desk attendant both pictures and video. Her first response was, “Did you get bit?” I told her yes, and she simply replied, “Oh!!” Later, she handed me a card and told me to contact management. There was no immediate resolution offered. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even take a shower because of the condition of the shower in the room. Due to these issues, I had to find another place to stay immediately, even though my original plan was to extend my visit. This experience was unacceptable and very unsettling. Cleanliness and guest safety should be a top priority. I would strongly encourage management to thoroughly inspect and address these issues.

Worst experience this hotel staff of day shift is extremely disrespectful and doesn’t know how to treat guests at all. Check in at 4PM which is again delayed check in time more over the hotel rooms are so bad and dirty that this hotel looks more of older than 1800s the carpets are so dirty and have so many stains as if they all are rotten and infested. No microwave in the room but advertisement says it all. No coffee kettle etc. service is pathetic broken shower. No iron boards. Such hotels should be close instead of operating like this. If it allowed me to give negative star rating I would have given them -5 for the hotels condition and rude staff of day shift.

The floors in the room were so dirty that we did not feel comfortable taking our shoes off. There was also a very strong unpleasant odor in the room, which made it difficult to sleep. The elevator felt unstable and unsafe, which added to our discomfort. In addition, the noise level around the property was overwhelming. Cars and motorcycles were doing burnouts late into the night, making it nearly impossible to rest. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

This by far was the worse hotel known to man. Its disgusting, nasty, molded and smells aweful. I refused to stay there and they wouldn't give a refund for the property.The pictures are fraud and the hotl doesn't look like whats advertised. Took 3 attempts to get a room key to work. Up and down from the top floor with one working elevator took a really long time. In addition, the building was old, dirty, had many leaks, and was extremely loud. The AC worked well.

The hotel pictures and summary on hotels.com was materially misrepresented. The hotel and hotel room was not habitable, there were health and safety concerns, bugs, mold and dirt. —the service noted on the site was not as described. I contacted hotels.com and filed a complaint.

The hotel offers a clean bed to sleep for a few hours if you are traveling. It is not a nice hotel. But the room and bed were clean.

This was the worst room in a hotel I have ever stayed at and I have traveled internationally for decades. After several flights being canceled this was the only hotel we could find and now we know why. Took an hour to check in and there were not that many people in front of us. The rooms were dirty, hairdryer hanging off of the wall not working, no towel racks as they were partially hanging off the wall and only one towel and washcloth for two adults. The carpet was dirty and stained and holes were on the headboard. Don't recommend even if you're in a bind like we were.

This was my first and last time staying at this hotel. The room felt unclean, the bathroom was a complete disaster, and the TV was not working or connected to any service. Customer service was very poor and unhelpful. My wife and I had a terrible experience, and choosing this hotel was a big mistake. We stayed here yesterday and will never return. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is literally the hotel from beetlejuice. The day we checked in the elevator safety inspection expired and the doors were very scary. You were stuck in there until you pressed the open button a few times. The carpet in the room is disgustingly dirty, walked a few steps from shower to bed and my feet were black. The fake balcony window was broken and cracked open (used to slide open i guess) so it was hot in the room the whole time. The bed left us with a itchy spotted rash. No room service, no breakfast, flickering hallway lights and the smell of mold and mildew was everywhere you went. Parking lot had crackheads sitting outside. Pool is very small and dirty. DONT BOOK THIS PLACE

Hotel is under renovations and doesn’t look like the pictures, there very outdated. Checked in my room smelled like smoke, the bath tub was full of water, and tv played sound but screen was black. Very bad experience for me, and I flew all the way from Cali. They also have resort fees, for a very outdated hotel just because it’s in Miami.

Unsafe from the minute you walk in. Workers were behind glass with gloves. Elevator looked as if out of service, door to room looked like it had been kicked in and didnt close securely. We walked right out without hesitation. I would not recommend this hitel

The front desk staff also was very unconcerned and very unprofessional and wouldn’t tell Expedia that they couldn’t accommodate me, which would have allowed me to get a refund…in my book that constitutes THEFT. Also, this property shouldn’t be allowed to be an option for travelers because it’s a SLUM property and they need to stop using old pictures to bate people in to booking with them.

Room smelled like clorox. No remote. Mold. Switched rooms. Stained carpets, broken TP holder and broken soap dish in shower. Room smelled foul. Elevator broke. Had to climb up and down 6 flights to and from room. This should be reported. If I was handicapped, I would have reported them to the proper authorities. Had a great time at the Dolphins game and was ruined by a ghetto hotel and no one cared. If I could get a refund, then I would but I doubt it. Most horrific hotel ever!! This hotel should not even be open and operating right now. Shame on someone!!

Absolutely nothing like the pictures! Went and there was too much activity outside the hotel. I waited to see a room before I checked in but decided against it! I ultimately cancelled my reservation and am fighting to have my monies returned. I asked for a letter to confirm that I cancelled my reservation and was denied. People look as though they live there. Around 8PM the doors were locked, and the patrons had to be buzzed in... and if "bed bugs" and "trafficking" had a look, it's definitely this place! As it gave the feel of Hotel Rwanda! I kid you NOT!!!!

The checking window wasn’t cleaned and very noisy. The receptionist was behind a glass area which was very hard to communicate with her. A dehumidifier running in the lobbed with a plastic sheet covering half of the lobby, seems to be drying up mold in the area. There weren’t any bathroom in the lobby area, had to walk to the nearest gas station for the bathroom. Three guests ask me not to stay there due to the conditions of the Tommy’s they were in. The outside building looks very old and outdated and scary looking.

The room was spacious; however, there was an unpleasant odor and significant road noise that made sleeping difficult. I always carry lysol so it helped with the smell.

negative: The carpet was wet and the room smelled like mold & I had to wear my shoes in the room. (found out it was wet when I took my shoes off and my socks got wet and the bottoms turned black.) I had problems locking the door, had to put suitcase in front of the door and put a chair under the handle to secure it closed. All the fixtures were rusty or discolored and the tub had stuff in the bottom, I had to wear flip-flops in the shower. On check in the lobby was full and we overheard a drug deal going on and the place smelled of marijuana. This was the only hotel within an hour of the airport. If not for that we would have left.

The doors of all the rooms are scratched up with graffiti and tags, the carpet is disgusting, they don’t give you any washcloths or bath mats, just 1 standard towel, the bed sheet was cover in fuzz, hair and little bits of stuff. Requested a refund because I checked out and did not stay and 3 different staff over the phone were unable to help and told me to email the manager. I emailed the manager 6 days ago and gotten no response them. Stay FAR AWAY from this trap hotel.

Staff did their job but service was not a top priority. The room smelled, the walls had cracks and holes in the drywall and floor was stained. The pictures do not show the real facility. There were plenty of places to eat close to the hotel, but internal services were nonexistent. As I was packing up to check out there was a cockroach on the bathroom vanity/sink area. Not surprising given the condition of the room. I was surprised to not find bedbugs, so that was a plus.

The room furniture and shower was CAKED in years old dirt and grime like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was built. Carpet was damp and really sticky. Lots of peeling paint. The room looked like a nightmare. The mattress was throw towards the sliding door with blood on the it. The mirror was broken with glass on the floor. The bathroom had water flowing into the walkway.. I immediate asked for a refund and they refused. The girl at the front desk was rude. The supervisor/manager by the name of Lee was not around. We left and i went to stay by my family house.

Toilet dirty upon entry. Also constantly running. But no problem there cos the ac was so loud I couldn't hear it or the TV for that matter. But that at least blocked outside noise.:-). Carpet nasty. Door had no latch lock. No desk or trash can in room. Entry had motion sensing entry light that also just went on and off throughout the night. Bed I do think was "vintage" from the original build. Best part of my 2 night stay, was I got in at 3 am the first night and 2 am the second night so I wasn't in the room for long

My son and daughter checked into the hotel and had to pay an additional fee of $130 which is not for the security deposit. They needed a place to stay, so the paid it. But the real issue was when they went to the room. It was like a crime scene. The mattress was throw off the bed. They never even made up the bed. It was missing the bedsheet and all pillows. There was blood on the mattress, the mirror was broken and the glass was on the floor. The bathroom water was all over the floor and was running into the bathroom entrance. When they tried to get a refund, they were told there is no refund. My daughter was traumatized and so, they had to go book another room at a diffferent hotel. There was also a weird smell in the room. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

I Drove from Lakeland to Miami and for a football game and decided to get a hotel for the night so I didn't have to drive 4 hours after the game. We checked in at 11:00 PM and by the time we made it to the door we were already thinking of leaving. The elevator door took like 20 seconds to open and close like it was a haunted house, the walls have curse words scratched into them and half the lights were flickering like the conjuring was about to spawn in. We got into the room and in the span of 10 minutes we found that we couldn't lock our door, saw a roach crawl on the ground, found mold on the lamp, tv remote non existent, tub filled with mold/rust, and we could hear everyone around us like there was no walls. We decided we would just take the ride home that night cause it honestly was disgusting and we did not feel safe at all. It then took the lady an hour to check out

Trust the poor reviews. It is a scam that they do not accept refunds because they know when you walk in the place you'll want one. It is disgusting. When I saw the state of the lobby bathroom I left. I did not even go to my room. How is the presentation in the lobby poor? Anyway, I ended up going right over to DoubleTree by Hilton Miami North I-95 which was a much more pleasant experience.

Nothing is appealing about this place. Many homeless people are sitting and sleeping right in front of the hotel. They had to call police. Room stink, carpet dirty, elevator dirty, bathroom can barely flush. Only one miserable towel was in the bathroom. A dated and dirty microwave sat in the room. Nasty! Nasty! Nasty.

This terrible the worst service ever not only do they have a lot of hidden fees the front desk people are beyond disgusting and rude and aggressive. The place looks nothing like the photos the managers do not answer it’s only email none are on property and they address you with dismissive attitude. One guy had to come down because his door doesn’t close another came down because the microwave doesn’t work and this all happened while I was trying to contact management. Honestly that place should be shut down asap.

The property looked NOTHING like the pictures online. The elevators were extremely loud and felt very unsafe, shook and lights flickered as they traveled. There were unexpected fees, an additional $100 that they promised would be returned and which I’m still waiting for 3 days later plus an additional $22 and change which O do not know what it was for. I checked out very early (6-6:30am), turned in my key to front desk and still haven’t been sent a receipt. I chose it for its location close to the event I needed to attend, but trusted the pictures online unfortunately.

Terrible experience and awful customer service. My hotel room was completely unsanitary - I found bed bugs and random hairs in the beds, making it impossible to stay the night. The staff was very unhelpful, and don’t even bother trying to call the hotel as no one answers the phone. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Where do we start. Check in was. At 4:00. Yes I get I was early 3:40 to be exact. $50 to check in 15 mins early? If I was made aware I would’ve paid $50 and checked in at 8am early. Proceed to stand at the desk until 4:01 to finally get check in. The lobby was a mess renovations going on so every old piece of furniture is stacked in the lobby. This place is terrible, and I do not recommend anyone stay here. The pictures you see online are misleading. The lobby is cluttered with couches, desks, and trash everywhere. The elevator makes a noise like an airplane, and the room smells like urine. A public bathroom would be better than the one in the room. I spent six hours here because I arrived late, and the next day, I checked out.

DO NOT STAY! This hotel should not even be open. They should have to do a mandatory health inspection. Walking inside to the roof leaking and the desk people not noticing it when it was literally leaking on customers then had a problem with my check in. Finally got to the bottom of it and got to the room and it was FILTHY! It didn’t even look like the floors were swept or bathroom was cleaned. Had a musty smell to it. Hotel was nothing short of terrible. Paid affirmed $20 at property with an affirm al $59 to check in 1 1/2hr early. You’re lucky if your parking is not in the dark sketchy alley way. Walking in the hotel, the doors don’t properly work, the lobby is ground to ceiling with dirty stinky furniture, checking in through the only glass window, you patiently get dripped on with water by a leak, the elevator door does not even close all the way to give you a view all the way up (if it even works- broken min into stay) if not you have to move your way through filthy furniture to go in the stinky stairwell up to your room only to find thekey does not even work. The door barks shirts. The smell of the room and uncleanliness is nothing short of disgusting, no toilet seat, you are provided only 3 throw pillows, 1 towel to share for hands and body… for all staying. No phone to call desk, tv did not work. Long story short all in all terrible all the way around and walked right out.

The place is terrible

Our room smelled like cigarettes. The elevator light was flickering and felt very sketchy. The shower drain looked like it was rotting.

The photos that appear on the page are not as the hotel is. The lobby is full of mattresses and everything is dirty, neglected and smells bad.

The room 707 had a poorly appearance. I will let the pictures talk for itself. The staff was good no complaints about them. Now I was told all 1 Queen bed rooms are near the elevators. I'm not saying you may have the same problem but room 707 is on the last floor. In that room you constantly hear a loud noise like somebody is drilling or working on the roof but it's none of that is the elevator when it goes up or when it goes down. If you are a light sleeper like in my case it's not going to work for you at all. I'm just really glad that I was just there one night. That room appearance was not what I was expecting. The parking and the entrance to the building was safe.

No ice vending machines worked. None of the air conditioners inside the hallways or the lobby worked. Lamps didn't work or looked like they came from a trap house. Terrible place never again.

This property on your page it is a horrible place. The elevator is broken there’s no lock on the hotel door it’s broken. Only locks with the basic lock. The carpet looks like there’s stains all over it and scary. The bed seems like it has clean sheets but the actual bed itself is gross There’s burns all over every piece of furniture in the place the bathroom is the only place I think is somewhat decent but overall very scared cause a major fight with my boyfriend and I because he was super tired and I want to leave try to switch rooms and the other one was even worse. Literally looks like hookers live there and it’s a drug house it should not be under Paige

If you need somewhere to stay for a quick stay but I would not recommend this place to anyone

I booked this room with hotels.com for a one night with my family. The room was extremely affordable and I knew not to expect much of the location. Upon arriving the woman in the lobby was not welcoming or friendly. She said my room was over 700 dollars which I did not agree to on the hotels.com app. The hotel stated they have the right to adjust the room rate but that is certainly not what I paid for. They were not accommodating and expected me to pay for that rate. I asked for my license back and left. I did not stay and would not be able to say anything else about this experience

Don’t bring your loved ones here. A dump. Expedia reviews are way off and will make me hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely disgusting! Everything falling apart or broken. Smells everywhere, mold, drugs absolutely horrible even a beeping smoke detector in the hallway WTH.....

Horrible hotel I didn’t know people leave there with the family. The hallways smells soon as elevator pray you don’t get stuck change room and both time and both room were horrible omg why are they still open needs to Tear down at this point. Mold walls no one dust rooms. I had to Clean and sanitize the room just baste RUN

Not sure where to start. If you were staying longer then one night this is not the place. Parking is very limited. The elevators are very noisy as you think you're not going to make it up to your floor. There are signs on the elevators stating only 4 people at a time the way they sound you wouldn't want any more on them. As getting for the elevators going to our room there has been holes cut in the walls that have never been finished. Holes in the wall in our room that has never been fix. The popcorn ceiling in the bathroom falling off. You will pay a $22 resort fee not sure why considering the pool and hot tub have not been cleaned in some time. We didn't see any other thing there that would call for a resort fee. The light that's just as you get in the room could not be turned off so the room was never dark. The ac unit worked great and there was plenty of hot water. Now Im sure you're asking why we stayed the night . We checked in and stayed for about an hour then went for dinner and then on a night fishing trip and didn't get back to the hotel unit 1pm.

Nice hotel in an area close to a gas station. Room can do better with a table lamp and easily reachable charge pads for phone

It is a TERRIBLE

The hotel was beat down dingy. We were only staying for a few hours so we didn't expect much. But my fiance nicked herself shaving and got a bit of blood on a towel and we expect we would be charged a nominal fee. When the deposit was returned I found that I was charged $40! When I called they said the fee should have only been $20 and referred me to the manager email. But the manager never responded or returned a phone call. Stay away from this horrible place.

Not a decent hotel by any means of imagination. Avoid it unless you don't have any other options. This property seriously needs a huge facelift

Lights in the hallway were flickering like some out of a Steven king movie beds were uncomfortable no blankets only sheets outdated furniture with stickers all over the night stands and TV didn't work

This property does not look like the photos at all. The whole place smells like marijuana. It's clean but run down and unsafe. There were hoodlums hanging out in the parking lot and looked like they were up to no good. There are signs all over the parking lot that says you can't back in. Usually a good indicator of the financial class of people that stay there. It's right next to a busy intersection so you hear the traffic and cops all night long. I'm still trying to figure out why they charge a $20 resort fee. Definitely will not be staying there again. Not a safe place to take children.

I recently stayed at your property with my 12-year-old daughter, arriving very late on May 2,2025, and booking for two nights. I am writing to formally request a full refund due to the unacceptable and unsanitary condition of room 402, which did not match the pictures or standards advertised online. Upon entering the room, we found: The door did not lock properly, compromising our safety. There was black mold in the bathroom. The room was extremely dirty. There were no blankets -we had to use beach towels that we brought from home. Due to our late arrival and the fact that my daughter was exhausted, we had no option but to stay the night. However, the next morning, prior to the start of the formula 1 events, I went to the front desk to report these issues and request a refund. I was told to check out immediately but was not offered luggage storage, leaving us with no practical solution for the day. We had to return at 7 pm on Saturday to retrieve our luggage and begin the stressful process of finding another hotel-something I had not planned for. Given the false advertising, unsafe conditions, and disruption this caused to our trip, I believe a full refund is more than warranted. I have photo evidence to support all of the above and am happy to provide it if needed

Lobby..Spacious with one place to sit, No shine on floors or old wood. (not like the photo). Elevator can take 4 people, IF the outside door closes. Room. Spacious, one 1960 school chair with matching table. Futon sofa, microwave, TV, dresser and mini fridge sitting on drawer cabinet, both worked. No phone, 1 towel, wash cloth. No Iron and the board did not work..back to front desk. Air condition has duct tape around for sealant, drapes are torn and falling down. The beds were the best thing of the room. Cancelling at this time would have cost the complete price paid for. Switching rooms we had to wait 8:30 am, Could not do because of plans. Had to go to front desk for extra towels. After hours lobby person was pleasant and helpful but Security had to take iron from another room. (no house keeping working). Over all, only got to hotel to sleep.

I really had a bad experience the worst experience I’ve had staying at any hotel and I travel a lot. There were no towels in the bathroom. There was no ice machine. The floors were dirty. I had to wear socks. I had to put down stuff to keep my feet from getting filthy the hallway was filthy. it was supposed to be a non-smoking Facility, but the smell of marijuana drove me crazy elevators needed maintenance. The walls are cracking. The bathroom was musty and enough said..

Awful place. Looks like it's ready for demolition. 2 towels, no washcloths, no hand towels. No water glasses. Very thin sheet and blanket. A lot of the ground floor is torn up. I could go on and on but hopefully the situation is clear. The online photos look NOTHING like the current condition.

Does not look like the pictures at all, the furniture was not existing, the bed were on the floor the bathrooms door will not close, everything is old and outdated needs to be repainted and remodel all the walls and structure needs to be repair theres holes on the wall amd paint filling apart, scratches and people's names carved all over from the elevator to the rooms, and no illumination on the rooms other than 1 little lamp.

Only given one towel. Toilet paper was missing but front desk replenished it. TV was only addition. No fridge or coffee pot. But shower pressure and water temp were phenomenal on 3rd floor.

It was fine. Definitely doesn't look as good as the picture. It is older and run down and things are very dated, but overall clean enough and fine.

I never stayed here. I went. Lady was on phone and told me to wait. I really felt unsafe and it was a nasty hotel. I left and drove home instead of staying. I tried to call the front desk to cancel and they never answered the phone. The worst experience, ever. I never even checked in.

Nothing about the property that’s showing online is what you see when you show up there the building is rundown the elevators broken washroom rundown there’s roaches.

As soon as we got off the elevator, there was a horrible smell in the hallway. Inside the second room, there was a strong mildew odor, the bathroom was again dirty with used towels, the bed had no covers, and the dresser was literally missing drawers. To top it off, the first floor had random furniture blocking the entire hallway. The whole place was disgusting and poorly maintained. It honestly needs to be shut down. This hotel doesn’t deserve the 4 stars it claims—it’s misleading and unacceptable

Worst place I’ve been ever in my life. Everything is dirty. The smell is horrible. Hotel condition. Miserable carpet with stains everywhere. Customer service awful people who work there are rude. Don’t recommend it at all. It’s better to stay in the hostel then staying in this hotel.

This place is a health hazard. I wish I read the reviews before booking. Room dirty and smells horrible. They charge $ 90 for room service but don't pick up the phone when you call. Good location but that's all. Front desk lady was rude. No refund. Overpriced. Terrible experience. The health/safety department should pay them a visit.
