The resort was beautiful! Everyone was nice and helpful. The room was really clean. Only bad thing is they didn’t have enough toilet paper stocked in the room, we only had 2 rolls.

I have stayed at this property about 6 or 7 times over the last 2 years and have never had a problem. This past stay was awful. The unit I stayed in was dirty and issues with the toilets and microwave. When we arrived one of the toilets would not flush and this was after one of us had used it. They resolved that issue and got the toilet working. The floor was filthy and had what appeared to be dirt all over it. We stayed for 5 nights and house keeping did not come one time to clean or give us fresh towels. We had to go to the front desk in order to get fresh towels. On the 3rd day here the toilet in the bedroom clogged. We called several times for someone to come and fox the issue and nobody came. So for the rest of the stay we had a smelly clogged toilet. The stay was awful and I will not be booking a stay here again.

Bathrooms need to be cleaned better AND upgraded, or refurbished. The bathrooms need cleaning, and the mattress needs replacing. Of the four nights we stayed at the hotel, the room was cleaned only once. We had to ask for new/dry towers on our 3rd day. When the room cleaning service was finally provided, the maids used a queen-size fitted sheet on a king-size bed. Needless to say, the fourth night's sleep was not very comfortable. The hotel said that Expedia/ Booking charged a $30 room cleaning fee. The room was not cleaned, but only bed sheets were changed (incorrectly) - so who actually received this fee and for what service? Also, the reservation said that the restaurant provided a good breakfast for $25/pp. We expected a buffet with a variety of choices for this price, but there was none. We were charged $25 even if we ordered toast and a cup of coffee!

If you are reserving 2 room be sure to get both confirmation. The check in process was very long as the counter person had a hard time finding our booking. The hotel is ok, a bit out dated and needs better cleaning but comfortable for what we needed.

We were told by the front desk that the spa was closed until further notice and then overheard a staff member say by appointment only. The poor bartender at the pool ran back and forth between the inside bar and outside making service unreliable. Our room was large and clean but we stayed two nights and no one cleaned our room or offered clean towels until the morning we were ready to leave. The remote to the tv in the bedroom worked the tv in the sitting area roo which was super annoying because they were too close to each other so went on simultaneously and lit up the room at night. The food was serviceable at best. The staff was friendly but barely spoke English so communicating to them we needed was challenging. We will not be back.

The hotel was very comfortable and had everything we needed. My favorite thing was how spacious the room was. The reception staff were also very kind and welcoming. I felt very comfortable staying there, and I would definitely come back again if I visit Miami another time.

This property has pest control issues and they are the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Hotels.com had to place me at the Elser. Please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place is not worthy to be called a hotel rather a hostel or rather HOSTILE environment. The moment I walked in the first room I didn’t feel safe. They placed us in a second room and it was worse. Filth from the ceiling to the floors I ran through 2 packs of Clorox wipes that wiped brown and I showed the cleaner each time and asked her why the rooms were not cleaned and she didn’t have an answer for me. Then to make matters worse it was small ants scattered throughout the countertops and I can only imagine what was on and in the carpets. We didn’t feel safe not even a little bit. Fair warning to choose another property.

However.... so many maintenance issues.... broken tv.... broken lamps/overhead lights.... lack of toilet paper..... almost NO wifi in rooms so couldn't use my laptop..... broken room phone.....

The room is beautiful but the bathroom had mold in the walk-in shower & in the jets of the tub. Make sure you bring shower shoes just in case. The balcony wasn't clean, yes there isn't a screen it's open but you could tell they didn't clean it for a while.

The internet was down a whole day, there wasn’t breakfast included , the spa was out of service, they don’t clean the room when you schedule it. The sink was clogged , the staff tells you one thing and do another. The lighting is horrible. They gave us a towel with yellow stains, there was spider webs all on the balcony

During my stay, I encountered several significant issues that greatly impacted my experience. The room and hallway leading to Room 601 emitted a strong mildew odor. My initial room, 906, had a non-functioning air conditioner, which necessitated a room change. Additionally, cell phone reception throughout the property was extremely poor, and I experienced frequent Wi-Fi outages for the majority of my stay. As I was traveling for work purposes, these connectivity issues forced me to seek alternative locations off-site in order to maintain productivity.

Pool was closed for events when we had time to be at the pool two days in a row, still pale. Staff usually waved from the golf carts, that was nice. Good stay.

It was a trip for my boyfriend’s birthday. The hotel was nice, and I loved the suite because it made us feel at home while enjoying time away from home. However, the bathroom had dirty towels left in the sink, and the sheets had a big spot on them, which I found disgusting.

The room is very large as is the bathroom. We were in a 1 bedroom. The room needs a big time remodel. The tile floor looked dirty but the marks were permanent from being old. The carpet had stains all over. The shower was the most difficult shower we have ever used. It also took forever to get hot water to the room. The bed wasn't that bad but the sheets were like boards. We could not figure out how to hang our clothes and reach them bc the ceilings are very high. On the last morning, I found the bar to pull down the hanging clothes. There are 2 very large closets. The tv was large but hard to figure out. I ended up watching someone else's Netflix bc it was signed out of. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and so was the bartender. The guys driving the golf cart shuttle were extremely nice. I don't think people ever tip them but we did many times. We went to the Cadillac Championship and the shuttle driver took us right to the gate. The entrance was so easy to get into even with TSA security due to Trump's visit. The pool was nice and large but a little dirty. Unfortunately we witnesses almost 2 drownings while there both due to lack of parental supervision and there were only 15 people max at the pool. We had to call 911 for one family. Due to the lack of cleanliness in the room, we will not be back. Although it is so close to the Blue Monster golf course and we will be back to attend.

The rooms were not clean, carpet was not clean grimy stained, blanket appeared to be reused and smelled of previous guest. Mold in shower, charged for parking however could not find parking. Unfriendly security, upon check in he asked “why were we here” as opposed to are you checking in? We expected more.

The first room was muggy/stuffy and damp. Furniture/Walls/Floors were all scratched and scuffed up. Dusty lamps/tabletops. Stains on curtains. Bathroom tile chip. The jetted tub had a leak and the jets didn’t work. The staff was apologetic and really tried to accommodate.

The property is located in a area of lots of restaurants which is a plus however the property needs better maintenance i had to switch rooms 3 times due to ants and a spider in my room the other just weren’t cleaned good other then that excellent staff and they did try to accommodate me they need to really clean carpet snd you can tell that the cleaning staff would spray to clean but didn’t clean it so i had to buy stuff and clean my own room because i was there for week and it just wasn’t clean enough but nevertheless it recommendable just those things i mentioned

Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms are falling apart and dirty; dirty bowls in the cupboard, dirt under tables (easily swept away), sofas look and feel cheap and visible dirt on them etc. Closet cabinets and kitchen cabinets falling apart; repairs made to cabinetry is substandard. The pace was very nice 10 years ago however, it’s now poorly maintained and it shows. They replaced beautiful carpets with very cheap vinyl tile, make it make sense pls. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Check in was unenthusiastic to say the least. No welcome, no information and completely unhelpful. Same for breakfast, nobody about, staff could not care less!

The kitchen did not have a sponge or dish soap to clean dishes, the knives left in the knife block were not cleaned, we asked the staff to come service the room (make the bed, replenish towels, and take away old towels) and all they did was throw a bag of towels on the floor by the entrance. We had to call maintenence because there was no way to get cold water out of the shower making it extremely uncomfortable to shower since it was smoking hot water coming out. The soaking tub was filthy with red rings around the jets.

sofa bed mattress should not have any stains and should have bedding in room already for it. Pool bar was not open which was a bummer. Later pool hours, upgraded hot tub (bigger). Also ensuring pool towels are always available. Make sure all phones work in guest rooms. Quality of food was not worth price. The view was beautiful though and was nice to be in a gated community and all staff were pleasant.

The location is wonderful, and the place was the perfect size for our 7 person group. It was dirty upon arrival, the drawers were concerning to use because they seemed loose, and the stains on the carpet were disappointing. The cleaning really needs upgraded. There was food on the counter from previous person, and the extra security lock on main door was broke upon arrival. Needs somw updates

I was charged a cleaning fee after I was told I would get a credit for the washing machine having old dirty water sitting in it when my daughter put her pants in there to wash. Also Omar promised me a complimentary bottle of water and they charged my card for it. Horrible service will never stay there again.

Definitely not on the list of good hotels that I’ve stayed at. Juice splatter on walls , next to washer and dryer , lil nats all over the room, called to get a new room now rooms , maintenance left a note on a paper towel when we got back that the room was sprayer and a I have a good night , bugs stayed with us while stay , low water pressure for shower , even had to take a cold shower one day , pool does not look as advertised, hot tub water is yellow and dirty. Room doors don’t shut so make sure to pull it close, req wash clothes and towels , waited at least 30 min and then was giving hand towels to dry off with. Did not get any new towels or wash cloths to our room , no laundry detergent nor trash bags .My child accidentally spilled his ice cream in the elevator, I went to the housekeeper and told her , she brushed me off and that I’ve cream sat in the elevator the entire stay. Saw a black box outside for rodents with a dead mouse laying on the side. Tv also had terrible reception/internet

Dining area was good but there was no WiFi for 2 nights, washer didn’t work, bathroom could have been somewhat cleaner than what it was. Also I had ants in the second room that I had to be transferred to. This hotel will always be a last option. Didn’t get compensation for the WiFi or washer that was not working. With the type of money you pay for this hotel, customer should receive top service!

The pool and spa very relaxing and staff very helpful. The master bed was very comfortable however the living room sofa could be updated for better comfort. We had minor issues with constantly adjusting the temperature of the air conditioner and not getting enough hot water in the jacuzzi bathtub only - the shower temperature was perfect! We have TWO MAJOR complaints: DUST (ESPECIALLY in the bedroom) as the furniture, telephone, clock etc. was VERY DUSTY. I wiped off the dust several times, however it re-appeared (I am very allergic to dust and therefore was congested). Perhaps the AC vents need a good cleaning? The carpet needs to be CLEANED as our feet and white socks were BLACK from walking in the unit, and every time we showered, there was BLACK SOOT in the shower from our feet. We found dirty towels (soiled with black soot) in the washing machine upon our arrival and the balcony floor and table were also FULL of black soot! Otherwise the space is great!

We were not the only ones with this problem and I suggest you clear that up because you are losing confidence in your company.

The property itself was nice, however, when we got there our reservation was switched to a different property from the one we booked at the Provident blue. We had made the reservation alongside several other families that were staying there, and our kids were very much looking forward to hanging out and running room to room. We discovered when we checked in that we were moved to the Provident grand and given a room that did not match the description which we booked. We booked a room with three beds, and we got a room with a king bed and a couch that did not pull out. Add that to being at the wrong property away from friends and family. It was incredibly frustrating. While the staff did help to try to provide rollout beds, no accommodation is Wade to compensate us after we had paid a lot of money to stay at this property. They did not seem to care about batting and switching you for booking for one property and going to another. I would tell anyone never to book this property cause you don’t know what you were going to get.

Property is impressive but rooms are not. Checked in late in the evening. As I was getting ready for bed I checked my patio door only to find that it was open and unable to lock. This was a ground floor room making it unsafe to stay. Had to change room.

Great front desk staff

We had a great time how ever upon checking in the front desk told us because we booked through expedia it showed the room was available on a certain day and it was not. Luckily the manager stepped in and saved my ass and took us for the extra day we had booked. But other than that everything was fine.

I would like to express my concern regarding the unprofessional experience I had with the staff at this hotel. My guests and I were required to wait in the lobby for two hours before our room was ready, while other guests did not have to wait. The front desk staff asked us to check in with them regularly until the room is ready, which we did each half hour from 3pm to 5pm, but each time we were told that housekeeping and inspections were not completed. After voicing my frustration and observing other guests receive their rooms immediately at check in, I contacted the property through the Expedia app. Only then did the manager address our issue, acknowledging my message but responding in a manner that was unapologetic, aggressive and dismissive, stating that the situation is beyond their control. This experience felt unprofessional, uncomfortable, and possibly discriminatory, as no other guest was treated the same way during a long two hour wait. The response from the manager was also humiliating as she decided to address the issue in the presence of other guests without any privacy or concern with her tone.

My flight was late into Ft Lauderdale so we didn't make it to the hotel until 10:30PM and come to find out the hotel overbooked. I think I was booted because when I reserved the room I got it for $232/night but then I saw they were asking for $700/night due to it being Valentines Day weekend. Maybe if I had been able to check in earlier in the day my room wouldn't have been given away. I was told since I booked through hotels.com I should've been notified by them that they overbooked. I was then "upgraded" to their sister hotel across the street. First it was not an upgrade whatsoever, I reserved a King size suite and got a full size bed with no kitchen. The walls were not sound proof like I had reserved, the pool was freezing cold and not heated, there wasn't an onsite restaurant, and there wasn't parking except for street parking or valet at $40/night. I was told at check in that the Doral would reimburse me for the $80 valet parking and that ended up not being the case at all. I paid out of pocket in order to be able to get my car and then when I called the next week to get the credit I was then told they comped me the resort fee instead. I shouldn't have been charged the resort fee anyway because it wasn't my choice to stay at the other hotel!! Not to mention it took over calling 10 times and waiting hours on end to be able to FINALLY talk to an actual manager. Only then to be told she is no longer honoring what I was told on the night of check in.

The manager was trying to over charge me for parking. I've been at this hotel at least 5 times and never was told I have to pay $17 per car. I didn't pay it but beware. The owner (female) is a scammer.

The room was lacking and the support was lacking. I paid for a king suite which was not a king suite it was a queen. The TV did not work the whole time we was there so we were there just looking at the walls. I spoke to somebody several times and they all apologize and said it was nothing. I can do on my checkout day this morning. I talked to somebody in the office once again she apologize and say sorry for the experience she said they could have done Something but no no one did. She said I can reach out to Expedia for a refund. I can’t do that through them because I did it to a third-party so somebody needs to make sure that I get my money back because I did not get what we paid for. I will never book through Expedia or the hotel ever again.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and felt like our own personal apartment. The appliances (washer/dryer, ice maker on the refrigerator) made our stay convenient and comfortable. The spacious bathroom and separation of toilet and shower by their own separate doors made it safe for my 1-year-old to run around. The location was accessible to local restaurants. Although it is a little far from the beach, I would recommend this stay.

Amazing hotel with great hospitality. The staff member are very polite and informative. The rooms are super clean and the heated pool is always warm on a cool day . Ive now come three weeks in a row. I am very impressed by this property.

Room was not cleaned even though they told us that this was to happen every 3 days. We stayed 7 days. Only once did they come in to make the beds and change the towels. They never vacuumed or cleaned the floors. One sheet had holes in it. The appliances were very old although they worked. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was large and beds comfortable.

Bathrooms didn't function well -clogged drain, no hot shower, etc- and the rooms didn't feel clean.

The staff were great but when it to the room it was dust everywhere like the hadn’t been rented in months. The television and furniture was out dated vs the other rooms. I called and let the front desk know and nothing was done. I was highly disappointed especially with the amount of money that was spent.

You know the vibe when its the room staff use when they have time off and dont clean it after, as nobody uses it anyway.. (not saying that happened, but it felt like it) Here is an incomplete list of the issues: Single time use items was clearly refilled without even bothering washing of the dirt from the previous user. Balcony and door handles black of dirt. Hair left in both showers. Cutlery had burnt in food on it. All surfaces had a layer of dust on it. Toothpaste stains on the bathroom counters. Washing machine room had old cable ties laying on the floor. Smoke alarm kept beeping as battery was low. Was given a lousy 15% refund after complaining.

I really bad stay with this property. They had me a downgraded room and didn’t say anything until I called from the room after checking in. The doors didn’t work so I was never provided a room key and someone had to come to my room each time gain access. The room was also dirty.

ALL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ANY CONSIDERATION FOR RE-IMBURSEMENTS ETC WAS ADVISED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGERS TO BE ADDRESSED TO THE THIRD PARTY (EXPEDIA TRAVEL) FOR APRROVAL.

Reached the front desk, they moved us to another room that had the same issues. Called multiple times to the front desk and were told housekeeping were coming to which they did not until we made several trips up to the front desk to apply pressure. Almost 2 hours later someone showed up and did a quick vacuum. This unfortunately was a very disappointing experience and as a result would not stay here again.

Kitchen was equipped for cooking. We did not have breakfast. Did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking.

The rooms really need to be deep cleaned - crusted food on cutlery, bathtub and shower were full of hair, no house keeping for my four night stay.

Everything was excellent.

Room was extremely spacious and large and had a great kitchen setup. Location was close to lots to do. Property was gated and safe and the pool seemed nice. My only issue was the cleanliness. Our room seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned, or used, in years. The entry floor was dirty, there was thick layer of dust on the counters and there was debris on the floor (someone’s else’s plane ticket stub from 2023).

Room wasn’t ready until almost 4:30, no compensation offered. Walk in spa appointments not offered and nothing was available online, even though hotel seemed mostly empty. Room was gorgeous and spacious. However, had tech issues with tv which necessitated an evening visit to program a new remote, as the room was missing one. The room was comfortable, but noticed that it was not as clean if you were to compare to a Marriott or Hilton hotel. Bed sheets were dirty, bathrooms were not fully clean. I walked barefoot in the room and my feet were black since it doesn’t show that it was swept or cleaned. The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. AC had to be dropped down to 60 degrees to maintain a good temperature since it wasn’t that cold. I previously stayed at a TownePlace and AC was at 69 which was freezing. 60 degrees at this room felt like a room temperature of 70. I think there may be an issue with the AC unit. I was unable to contact front desk from the landline. For the location of this hotel, it looked nice from the outside but the rooms need more attention. I had a great experience and was comfortable.

Property was not clean before arrival, addressed issue with the front desk and they said they would send someone to do deep cleaning, it never happened. cups very dirty in the kitchen hot water was not working in the main bathroom, shower handle came off, and on other bathroom sink faucet was loose in the other bathroom. Overall, not a pleasant experience will not repeat at this property.

Room needs improvements

Room was very good, clean and spacious but we are not happy at all, beware: we got hurt, pain and bleeding, with a pointed bed corner right in the middle of the room where you walk around the bed. I warned my spouse but he later also bumped into itl so we were both hurting and really concerned how they do not fix this dangerous thing, we did not report it to avoid finish ruining our r&r. We are seniors and takes longer to heal so we are still at it two weeks later.

Overall everything was dirty. I had called early in the day to make sure they put a play pen in the room as I was coming from out of town and did not know what time I would be checked in, they never placed it , when I called at night they said it was in the note just they didn’t know if it was placed or not, why not confirmed before staff left. Very unprofessional. When they brought the playpens next day one had mold, disgusting. Overall not a great experience. The AC took until the next night to cool off. The property has potential as the rooms are very spacious, but cleaninnes and service needs to improve.

We checked out a day early because of the conditions. The bathrooms were so dirty and stained. Shower faucet in one bathroom didnt work. Furniture was old and scratched everywhere. Tvs didnt work. Floor tiles dirty. Aweful experience. Would never go back to this place. Thats why we had to checkout a day early.

Overall property is great, not your traditional Hotel type. Area across the street is Doral City place tons of shopping and restaurants and walking distance from the hotel. Parking in that area is a pain in the neck so you were better to leave your car at the hotel and walk across the street

This was the most terrible stay at a hotel we have ever had. Aside from the condition of the room, the washing machine was not connected to an outlet valve- soapy water poured into the room and flooded the tile floor. I fell hard as a result. The manager was notified and never checked to see if I was okay. I have been reaching out via email for weeks, only to get the run around - the hotel room was unsafe- the communication with the hotel was just the worst- please don't stay here if you care about safety or customer service

We needed to use the sofa bed, but the room did not include a blanket. When we called the front desk, the response was uncertain: “let me see if I have one around.” Only after insisting were we given a blanket, which should have been provided upfront. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the advertised washer and dryer, but both were inoperable. The dryer left clothes wetter than the washer. On top of that, the hotel allowed guests to blast music and party past midnight, making it hard for families to rest. Given these issues, I can’t understand how this hotel has 10/10 “exceptional” ratings. Our experience was unpleasant, inconvenient, and disappointing. I would not recommend this property for families.

Worst hotel stay I ever had.the room I was given should’ve have even been available for anyone to stay in because it was clear as day the room wasn’t cleaned properly and if they are checking the work behind their staff they would know this. Beds were flipped on wrong side and broken and bed room furniture was very dusty like it hasn’t been whipped down in weeks.The freezer door was stuck had to get maintenance to fix but still couldn’t use because of the rust and black stuff in it. Water didn’t get hot in master bathroom and dryer still had someone else's dryer sheets and underwire to their bra. The guy working guest service was very nice and helped as much as he could and told me he would put in notes for day shift managers to contact me but I was never contacted. I had a very busy weekend I honestly forgot until we pulled back up and it’s to late because they don’t have night management.

Just update and fix issues and this hotel would rock!

If you want to stay at a place that looks nice but nothing functions then this is the property for you. Want to take a bath or shower? Too bad, their water settings are cold and colder. The Miami rain is warmer. Need to sh!t and don't want the entire place to smell? That's also your bad for choosing this place as the bathroom vent fans don't work. I spent less than 15 minutes in the lobby and 2x people come to ask for ice because their ice makers don't work. Ours didn't either, but we didn't need it. They have free rides to the clubhouse as it's a long walk, standard response is 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we started walking. When we arrived at the clubhouse the driver was talking with the front desk clerk. 2 hours after you check in and are sleeping off the prior night someone calls you to ask how your room is. You know, before you do anything. It's like a server asking how your meal was after serving just the appitizer. As this was our last night in Miami and paid extra for this room it was a the worst possible decision. A tent with the homeless would've been more satisfying. Why this property has such good reviews on here is beyond me. Perhaps people like walking a half mile for a $50 burger and fries in Miami?

The young man working the front desk on Friday night when I checked in was outstanding. He went above and beyond to resolve my issues and made sure I was taken care of. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out—he deserves a raise. I didn’t encounter a single problem during my stay. There were a few cosmetic things that can be improved to the jet-tub and the water temperature was not hot at all. I had 1404 and whomever cleaned the room prior to my arrival did the bare minimum and I did my routine deep cleaning as I do regardless. The staff were kind and there’s plenty of food options near property grounds.

Location is great. Room only cleaned if staying 5 nights or more. Asked for towels in room they never came. Noisy at night apparently other guests said the same thing I was told when I checked out.

Parking was a little rough some times . Also was a little upset I was not prepared to know there was a $300 security deposit due to staying 8 days. Also wasn’t aware they charge per day for parking and parking was my only inconvenience and it had a fee that’s a little upsetting. Other wise the room was perfect for what we needed that week. And location was great because everything was close and even if we didn’t want to loose our parking spot we just walked to get food.

It was a decent priperty but I had to buy air freshener for the rooms..I thi k they may have been using dirty mops. At first I thought the previous guess may have ate seafood and it was just lingering. But that smell stayed there for days. We were there 10 days. After they cleaned the room after we had gotten lunch we realized it was probably the cleaning supplies. Another thing I didn’t like is they put a hard to get off sticker on my car at 430 in the morning wjen I had a parking pass in the windshield. But ots not one of the typical big wide ones you get. Its bery skinny and it slid down a little .But security looked at the picture layer that day and we both could clearly see the pass. Je didn’t apologize and didn't offer to take off sticker. I had to go to lobby and they had someone scrape it off for me.. Last but not least we had people partying 2 nights in a row.The second night I called security and this security came to our room hotel walked out through our back patio and told them to shut it down. So everyone knew we were the people who told. So unprofessional. We couldn't believe how unprofessional and how inconsiderate she was . She was too lazy to walk around. Imstead she came through our suite, through our sliding door and onto the patio and confronting them. The best thing about the place is Azul Spa inside there. Ms. Judith and Ms. Fernandez gave amazing massages!

The property and rooms look good. They are lacking cleanliness. The shower floor had pubic hairs. The bath towels did not smell fresh and the cotton got on my skin as I dried myself. The king mattress would just sink in when I laid in it. The sofa looked old and had stains. There obviously is no cleaning supervision to ensure these rooms are ready for occupancy.

The property is not clean at all. The bed, the sofa bed are not clean. At night, there a lot of people partying and you can hear the noise!! Overall, the experience is not that good!

Its a gorgeous place. Very nice room layout and spacious. However everything is outdated or tired down. The faucet leaked underneath the kitchen which led to a constant puddle of water in the kitchen floor. Only 1 toilet paper and 3 towels were provided to begin our stay and no other instructions were given at check in in order to receive more. The pool water was mercury. We went the next morning and we could still go in but a pool employee was dumping chlorine in it. We could not use the pool. No signage to warn guest was in place and so its unsafe for guest to jump into the pool that way. The bathroom toilet fixtures on the wall are worn and torn along with others on the shower.

It was a okay stay… I had to change to a different room when I first made it because the room was horrible but the second room was better! I give this stay a 5/10 most definitely could’ve been better!!!

Me and my family stayed here for about eight days flying from Houston Texas the day we got there we were unaware that we had to pay a $300 security deposit that was never put back onto my account after checking out not that it’s a problem, but we also wasnt aware that the rooms was not gonna look exactly like how it looked online we was replaced in about three different the first one was so horrible and dirty. We reported it, and they instantly moved us to another room inside the same building. The second room was even worse. It had bugs everywhere stains everywhere. The showerhead was not working. We even slept in the car my grandma is very sick and was injected out of a convertible. Her body instantly swelled up. We was not offered anything by the third night. They moved us to a better unit, but even that unit wasn’t what we was hoping for, but we didn’t wanna complain anymore so we just took it. please be mindful and be aware to read reviews before booking any reservations.
