This hotel was one of the best in which I have stayed. Us three adults were very comfortable in the massively comfortable beds (even the trundle), and we had space in the room the move around and not bump into each other. Sleep in a hotel room is important, and it was quiet and dark enough to do just that. The mini fridge, the microwave, the iron, the ironing board, and the blow dryer were all used and worked and were a God-send to these under-packed travelers. Everything from the bedside lamp (very easy to find and use) to the clean, amazing shower, to the aesthetically pleasing space left me wishing we had more time here! Parking lot as easy, close, and not complicated. They were easy to book with and I ended up needing another room for family and it was easy to book another quickly and affordably. This stay for a wedding and half my family was staying at this hotel. The ones who didn’t have a 5am flight enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and everyone was happy. The staff was friendly and patient as well. I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Spring Hill Suites. I would 100% stay here again!!

-Shower liners need to be changed (brown shower liners instead of clear, clean liners) -Mattresses have brown spots in them when you lift up the sheets -Bed sheets need to be CHANGED. Fresh sheets need to be washed and put down for EACH guest.

Ran out of toiletries. Was hardly given and toilet paper for 2 days, Ran out on first day. Took a long time to check in. Paid thru this site and it wasn’t registering on hotel computer. Was frustrating until I showed I paid. Staff blamed it on new computer software

The hotel was transitioning to a new computer system and as a result I was first given the key to a room that was occupied. I’m not exactly sure how any system can allow this to happen but I’m glad the guests were not in the room when I opened the door. The staff apologized and quickly assigned me to a different room. That room was very nice other than the small ants (several) that were crawling onto the desktop.

room was very nice... but we didnt have any hand soap or lotion in the bathroom. we had to use the bodywash in the shower to wash our hands.

Parking is very limited and there is no bar in this facility and also the elevator has been broke for over a week anyone who needs an elevator it’s a very inconvenience, especially for older people people with medical conditions or bad hips or legs. It’s not good. I’m pretty sure it’s been like that longer than a week.

I would definitely recommend SpringHill Suites! We had to make this reservation because the first hotel we booked was absolutely awful. The staff at the other place was extremely rude. When we booked SpringHill last-minute, they did everything possible to help us get settled in time to attend a family funeral.

I was on an out of town family event and booked a two night stay. The hotel was well situated with shopping nearby, and parking was adequate. The continental breakfast was ok- coffee was lukewarm on both days, though. The friendliness of the staff varied from person to person, but everyone was polite. No hint of cigarette smoke noted, which was a plus, but the shower temp was very difficult to regulate

I like that it's close to lot of amazing places. It wasn't cleaned at all if you ask me. There was used condom in one of the rooms, so I asked for another room. The new room wasn't cleaned either. There were used bottles of whiskey in front of the microwave. This was very disappointing. N

The room was very nice with separate sitting room that we didn't need or use, but still nice for many. The breakfast was not special in any way but it was filling. We would stay again if we needed accommodations in the future. This was picked entirely due to location for our work.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. My lower than average ratings are solely based on the fact that the entire lobby, elevator and hall to our room smelled like marijuana. It’s a disgusting smell and made my stay less than satisfactory.

Only complaint we have is the sofa was very uncomfortable. We used the hotel as home base for 5 days and nights and spent a considerable amount of time in the hotel relaxing and watching tv

I loved how easy the process was. I loved the breakfast in the morning but disliked only having waffles during the weekend my husband doesn’t eat pork so that was one of the only things he could eat. Also that they removed the bacon half way through breakfast. Furthermore. I disliked the shower curtains in the bathroom very unsanitary ours was very dirty and i called down for a new one but it never came so I showered with the curtain open all weekend lol.

I had a wonderful experience, thanks to McKenzie's super informative and helpful nature. The breakfast was made in a timely manner, and it was very filling. The rooms were clean, with the exception of the shower needing to be recaulked, but overall, it was a great stay.

The front desk women staff had horrible attitudes from the time I checked in and when I left …They were very nonchalant and not friendly. They weren’t really helpful and acted like they didn’t even want to be at work , I will not be returning

I had stayed at this hotel on a previous birthday. I enjoyed myself then and always wanted to go back but the prices jumped really high. One this day i dound the price to be reasonable so i took my fiancé there for a couple getaway. The room was really nice. I wished that we were places closer to the elevator because i was having trouble walking.

Location was great! We were there for a Dartmouth graduation. It was 9 mins from the school. Prices were a bit higher than usual. The property was dated. There was no breakfast, but tea and coffee with a convenient snack foods area near the reservation desk for sale. The room keys kept deactivating. We went to the reservation desk twice for reactivation. We weren’t the only guests with that issue. Overall, the best thing they have going for themselves is the location and staff. They were pleasant.

The breakfast this hotel offers is enough for me to give 100 stars! Overall, everything was clean, service was amazing, and everything was perfect! We have found our new hotel for when we come into town!

When we searched thru Expedia, i put in pet friendly hotels. Expedia gave this hotel as a pet friendly one, i booked it, it was late at night as we were traveling from Florida to Maine. We arrived at the hotel that Expedia said was pet friendly, and they are not. The only upside is the lady at this hotel knew of another one that was pet friendly. I had booked 2 rooms online, the hotel is refusing a refund, and so is Expedia. So almost 400 dollars gone and stress added. I will not use Expedia again.

Only had 3 pillows but everything else was great

4 night stay in April 2025. Management and service is sadly lacking and doesn’t care. After a 10 hour jourejy we were booked into Room 425 that had a KNOWN AC fault resulting in temperatures in the 80's - after a late dinner and went to bed. At 11pm it was stifling and had to dress, report, repack and move to another room - partner who had a severe foot injury and disability.) Front desk informed me that night SPECIFICALLY that the previous guest had reported the fault ,was also moved but obviously 'maintenance' failed to fix it. The following morning we asked to talk to the manager but were informed that she had no real schedule at the property. and were not sure when she would be there but would take a message. We asked to speak with her after she had been informed of the issues. At no time did she make any attempt to contact us , we checked the next day and she left a internal message that they had no previous AC issue, and in any event ‘we were moved so all was ok, she saw no reason to apologize or discount the bill ‘. We stated to the front desk that we were not satisfied to give her one last chance to review the matter as the fault occurred previously (her staff raised this ,the disturbance was considerable and her response were inappropriately not caring. We did mention if no positive response would be given we would follow up with reviews and reports On checkout this was totally ignored. Very poor choices from the manager

Love this Hotel. We travel to Baltimore often from PA and this hotel is in the perfect location and just about 10 minutes away from a good strip with food and stores! This is our new go to place to stay, big comfortable rooms with a nice lounging area on main floor and decent complimentary breakfast!

This is the second time I stayed at this location and both times the facilities were so clean, well lit, friendly and I felt so safe. The location did not charge me for parking... I love that. This will be my first choice when staying in Maryland.

Lived the cleanliness and customer service. We had a great sleep as well.

Hotel is good, room is a bit small compare to other “suites” stays. The pool is permanently closed, if you have kids they may be disappointed. Not many restaurant options close by, but within 20 min drive or less.

Amazing location with easy access to highways and to restaurants and best of all, close to my family. The very well lit parking lot made me feel extremely safe. The rooms were beautiful and had all the amenities for relaxing and studying. Breakfast was delicious.

Don’t plan on breakfast. At nine on a Sunday there was no hot food except oatmeal, no cream for coffee, and three cartons of chocolate milk, no white. The person working there was complaining nonstop to anyone who would listen about working alone and being too busy to put out more food. I had a few blueberries and retrieved powdered cream from my room for my coffee. A couple of people shook their heads and moved on. We did not stay for breakfast the next morning. I’ve never been to a Bonvoy hotel, but always considered Marriott a brand known for food and hospitality.

The property and room were clean and comfortable, not sure it is worth the extra $50, every major hotel within 2 miles was just as nice and cheaper.

My wife and I made a reservation at this SpringHill Suites hotel 5 days in advance and paid for the room in full. Upon arrival we were greeted by the most inconsiderate person we have ever encountered at a hotel. His name was Tamal and he refused to check us in. I explained that we arrived late because we had been traveling the entire day. I also explained that we had checked in online earlier in the day. We ended up having to drive to another hotel exhausted and frustrated. This experience is not what we expected and I can’t imagine it meets the standards any reputable hotel sets for how guests should be treated. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Overall stay was mediocre. My daughter celebrated her 13th bday with friends. I did not know that we were being charged $500 for balloons and decorations in a room. They worst of it there were a few balloons in the room that clearly would only take a minute to pop or clean up. Clearly the hotel wanted to take our money. I will make sure I do not stay here again

We enjoyed sitting outside in the small courtyard area on a beautiful (unseasonably warm) Fall evening. What I didn’t like (but it wouldn’t prevent me from staying again) … the shower ran either too cold or too hot … for some reason there was no middle no matter how much you adjusted the faucet.

Very professionally staff

From the time we checkin to the time we checked out, the staff was very gracious and kind. The room was great, spacious and most of all CLEAN. No dust, no rust. The shower curtain and lining had no mildew or discolor to it. Towels were clean and fluffy. Breakfast was very good. My family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again when I’m the Maryland area.
