    Room was a bit smaller than the picture. Other than that, the staff was great the facility was very nice. Minutes from food and shopping. And if safety is high on your list , I'll just say that , I felt very safe inside and outside of the building.

    When I finally got into a okay room on my last night there I didn't like having to keep switching rooms it was always something wrong also the price was not what y'all said also they said that y'all would reimburse me they said they changed it to 139 a night but on their end they couldn't change it because it's don't through a third party and I need to contact y'all so that y'all can take care of it and this was terrible and wayyyy to much my daughter couldn't even enjoy her birthday

    The staff was very dismissive upon check in and also when asked for hotel room items such as blankets. I asked to speak to the manager he called and said the blankets would be put in the room as we speak and when we arrived back to the room they were not. Extremely rude staff! 10 of 10 do not recommend!

    Great, family -friendly hotel in a convenient location. The elevators were a bit rumbly, but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I especially appreciated the good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Generally, it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was superb with lots of options.The desk clerk when we checked in obviously did not want to be on shift, but the other staff we interacted with were friendly.

    The staff was super helpful when you needed something. The building is older and shows some wear on the carpets and furniture. The plugs next to the night stand didn’t work for charging which was annoying and we had to charge our phones across the room. The pool had junk at the bottom of it and looked like it needed to be cleaned. The rooms were clean and breakfast was decent for complimentary.

    The room was very large and spacious. Bathroom beautiful. Sadly, the toilet ran and ran. Service came up twice but was unable to fix the problem. Had to take turning the water to the toilet on and off, a bit annoying.

    The rooms are spacious and very nice. The price is acceptable, but climbing higher, close to getting out of my range. The location in White Marsh, MD is very good for me on my trips to Baltimore. I would recommend this hotel while the price is still acceptable.

    Had a pleasant stay at Home2Suites by Hilton Baltimore/White Marsh Maryland. The room was large and clean with a kitchenette area. The amenities were good. They gave what they needed to give. Also impressive was the continental breakfast. The food was good with enough options. Also appreciated that there was always fruit available through out the day. The Guest Service Manger went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay at the property. His polite, professional and upbeat demeanor was the cherry on top. Would recommend this property for to any one needing a recommendation in the Baltimore/White Marsh Maryland area. Thanks to Timothy and Ted for making my stay at the Home2Suites by Hilton awesome!

    Loved the modern breakfast setup & variety. The pool was great & staff was friendly. Our room was a great size but we had trouble using the electronic curtains. The breakfast hours on Expedia differ from the actual Hilton hours. That should be fixed as we didn’t get to have breakfast before checking out due to the discrepancy.

    I stayed with my family for 1 day and we had a great experience. Staffs were polite and attentive, breakfast was delicious and a lot of options. In addition to this, we loved how there were many restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would visit again.

    Have one complaint. The receptionist at the front desk, Asian women was very NONCHALANT, SNOBBY and ARROGANT! As we know that the rooms there are not cheap, so I would have loved to experience professionalism from the receptionist when checking in. Therefore, I WILL NOT be coming back to that hotel again!

    Check in was easy, hotel looked clean and organized immediately walking in, and every staff member greeted us with a smile. Room was huge, offered everything from a small kitchen, couch with a ton of room, and a great powerful shower head. The bed was not as soft as other hotel beds I’ve experienced but it wasn’t horrible. The complimentary breakfast is a typical breakfast buffet but it was nice to see different hot items on the two mornings we were there. I loved the free coffee available all day and the fruit infused complimentary water was delicious! Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again when visiting family.

    At this point I need my stay to be free or another free visit.. I called yesterday a double checked about this hotel and what it offered for 1 the staff is very nonchalant about the problems at the hotel they didn't even offer accommodations for this huge inconvenience. My family just drove 9 hours to this hotel and wanted to relax at a pool that's why we. Called and checked all week we arrive today to the staff smiling as they tell my daughter on her BIRTHDAY she can't even relax by the pool .. why wasn't a notice sent out to guest they literally told us after they charged my card THAT IS SOMETHING YOU TELL GUEST IMMEDIATELY. Not after you secure the payment. I've worked at the sagamore Pendry for 4 years and the Hilton is giving the likes of a motel 6 very disappointing. There are young kids running around 10pm playing ding ding ditch on guest rooms , very loud place to stay not quite or comfortable at all. The water in our room ran brown so we couldn’t do simple things like brush our teeth or shower. They gave us water bottles and said maintenance was working on it . I wake up at 4am and there are mice running down the halls, me and another guest got on the elevator and it felt like I would break any moment. I have my lawyer contacting management now this is ridiculously unprofessional and sorry Hilton will not be getting my business, my family business or my clients business anytime in the future. Hilton has literally ruined my family vacation and my daughters birthday

    You could smell weed and smoke in part of a hallway. Guests were smoking near entryways and throughout parking lot as well. Every trip in the elevator reeked from other smokers of both kinds. Surfaces in rooms could be cleaner. Staff was great and very helpful

    I was also charged $298 from a completely different card after being charged from the card that I had used to check in with no reasonable justification. Front desk was saying something different while their customer service was saying something completely different which made them sound so disorganized and fraudulent to me. Painfully I couldn’t get the charge refunded. I will never be back here again.

    My family and I loved this hotel. We are able to get a room with three beds so the kids don't have to share. The room was immaculately clean. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was delicious with something for everyone. We will definitely stay here again when we travel through the area.

    We all had a wonderful experience at Home2Suites. The only issue we had is if you are not using MAPS on your Apple phone, and using android or your Chrysler Pacifica gps, it will take you pass the entrance into the hotel, and take you back out to the highway. Their sign is kind of hidden and can easily pass the entrance.

    In the room, carpet was a little funky, beds were just average, powered curtains were old and breaking and hard to control with the switches. The bathroom sink drain kept closing and wouldn't drain easily so luckily there was another sink in the kitchen area The pool was kind of gross and murky, and it was annoying that we couldn't access the pool with our room keys and had to ask for access at the front desk

    Hand Sanitizer bottles are everywhere but none of them have been working. They charged me for the free parking which was included in the booking. The swimming pool was closed the whole weekend for maintenance. Housekeeping every other day.

    First 2 nights i had really noisy people in the next room that kept me and my toddler granddaughter awake. I made a complaint and i would of liked it if they switched my room but they did not. I decided to return Sunday after not feeling well and i was supposed to leave and had to switch rooms due to a bad television and i was soooo tired with a 1 year old and above all i was told i had to have my card physically present and could not use it on my phone after i called and asked if i could use my credit card as tap to oay with phone . Traveled 4 hours and was then told i could not. Imaging if i did not have a backup. This really pissed me off. My experience here now that i think about it was really crappy

    Initially, I was a little disappointed because the hotel was not able to give me the room that I requested and I had to settle for a king bed rather than 2 queen beds. Once I arrived there the front desk manager was extremely accommodating, very professional and extremely kind. When I arrived at my room I was quite pleased with the condition of the room and the amenities that were available to me. The only problem that I encountered with the room was the television. It was not working properly but I had access to Netflix and that sufficed for the evening. I would definitely use the hotel again if need be I am quite appreciative of the manager and the services that he provided to me. The breakfast that was provided for free was also a plus.

    We loved the hotel, but the only reason we stayed was just to go swimming. It was my gift to my son on his 11th birthday. to stay the night to swim after his soccer game..BUT I know things happen. Someone got sick and the pool and they had to close it for that day and the next day.. I asked if we could be compensated by getting a one day pass to come to the pool. Front desk said it was not allowed. So for that I was disappointed and my kids were very sad as this was in january.

    A three night stay needed a bit more space and these suites were wonderful! Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, wifi worked well and the staff at the front desk was excellent. We had to have maintenance up for a TV issue and he was very nice and helpful in spite of a language barrier. Breakfast was ample with good variety and well tended by hotel staff. I am a Hilton Honors member, but booked via Expedia out of convenience, yet they were able to include points on my account. I believe there was a parking charge that I did not know about but it wasn't outrageous. We didn't use pool, fitness or other amenities and the weather was not conducive to using the patio area, but it looked very inviting. It was a great stay and I would definitely go back.

    Judy, the front desk receptionist, was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, courteous, and efficient. Honestly, she should be commended for her work ethic. She answered all my questions and offered suggestions that really made my stay wonderful. I will come back to this hotel specifically because of the way Judy made me feel—valued.

    Our room was a tad bit musky (couldn’t get the smell out every time we entered the room), however the rooms are very spacious - which was perfect for a long stay with family of 4. You can do everything onsite (exercise, dine, and do laundry)! The hotel location is very convenient - right off the freeway and close to the mall. I would stay here again because of so many amenities it has. Maybe next time, I’ll have better luck with my room not smelling the way it did.

    I didn’t stay i checked out Saturday the heat wasn’t working the room was so cold. I just went home didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing all my stuff and moving to another room i just packed my stuff and left and went to another hotel.

    The pool is small but very nice. The fitness room was great. Our room was very spacious for 6 people. 2 queens and a pull out sofa. (one little minor note: one of the electronic blinds for the windows didn't work; but it didn't bother us too much and we didn't ask them to fix it or change rooms). Great stay

    One thing I hate is not keeping up with website AND being nickle and dimed. This hotel is located on its own property, off any main roads, not near an airport----yet they have instituted a parking fee of just over $3.00. Website still said free parking, when I showed that to them, they tried to make excuses----someone else listening in said not to charge it. Not the money----the point.

    Wonderful staff. Very friendly and courteous as well. Breakfast wasn't bad at all. I will stay again when I visit Baltimore. As a matter of fact, I will make it my favorite place to stay whenever I visit the city.

    Do not recommend staying here. Good price but numerous things about the room were unsatisfactory. Tv did not work, heating system was either too hot or had to turn off, beds ( mattresses and pillows very worn out) tear with duct tape over it on headboard, lock on door broken, dispenser in bathroom for conditioner was empty.

    I had to stay here three times. Each time it was worse. Rooms are very damp. We had to run the AC as it was hot outside / inside. AC produces damp cold air. Towels would not dry. It was do damp my medication began sticking to my pill box. I ended up getting sick as my asthma was severely aggravated. HVAC in the third floor hallway doesn’t work either. Bad behavior also lives here. Doors banging, loud guests that don’t respect that it’s after hours and people want to sleep, seem to gravitate to this place. We had to call the reception desk numerous times to have this addressed. The carpet in all three rooms I stayed in was very dirty. Clean white socks were grey in the bottoms from walking in the room almost immediately.
