Excellent Value & Location Convenient location, clean rooms, and a large selection of food vending machines that even offer fresh sandwiches. It feels luxurious for the price. A big bonus was Beal Park right across the street, with lake, walking trails, ball fields, and the Wagging Trail Beal Dog Park—perfect for getting outside.

The room had an overwhelming smell of marijuana that made it extremely difficult to sleep. Our technician did not get adequate rest because of the constant odor throughout the night. I'm not sure if we were given this room because we redeemed my banked points for the stay, but regardless, the experience was unacceptable. This is not a luxury hotel, and we weren't expecting one, but a clean, odor-free room is a basic expectation. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing and not worth repeating. We will not be returning to this location.

We just stayed one night. The location was good. The only thing that I didn't like was the door being slammed early in the morning from next door or down the hallway. I understand there are lots of oil filed employees, but it is unnecessary to slam the doctor. Other than that everything was good! ?

Large room with a mini kitchen that was nice. Not really close to anything except a ball field. Pool was closed.

Everyone was very caring and respectful. When I had an issue with my payment, the staff remained calm, understanding, and extremely helpful. I always stay at this Motel 6 whenever I come into town, and I truly appreciate everyone who works there. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel—I absolutely love it.

When I arrived at 8pm the agent behind the desk was on the phone getting help to reboot the computers. 2 other individuals was already waiting 1 hour. He eventually got the situation fixed. The snack machine that has pizza and burritos was out of service. The curtains in the rooms does not block out the light from outside. It does about a 90% job.

You can't bother keeping a few rolls of quarters on hand? It's unforgivable to thereby force patrons to use plastic, and simultaneously cover your bank charges on e-commerce. Petty greed like this is a huge turn-off, especially when the products on offer are already priced shockingly high.

Registration staff burped loudly in my face, during checking, no appologies. Room was partialy clean. Hair in sink and on sheets. Very noisy, can hear next rooms conversations and tv just like is was in my room.

This was a very nice Motel 6. The 3 star rating due to hard mattress and hard flat pillows.

The room was clean but had many issues as follows, Lighting was poor Kitchenette was basically useless with no way to utilize it. The iron was in bad shape The bathroom had many issues, no exhaust vent fan, the door had to be propped open, toilet paper holder was missing, shower drain cover wasn't attached, support for the floor of the shower unit was lacking, water valve wasn't secured and was flopping around. The wash basin drain was completely open allowing small items into the drain. The location was good and we did sleep well but this room needs a lot of attention. I am apprehensive on another stay at this particular location.

Staff was not helpfull. Requested a handicap accessible near the elevator for my disabled sil and got a room across the the building. Was very hard for her to have to walk to the other side of the building. It didnt help much when the worker said to put her on the luggage cart and roll her to the room. Very unprofessional..

It was a kitchenette with absolutely no dishes. Nothing but news channels on the tv. The front desk lady couldn’t answer any of my questions. We were supposed to stay 8 more days at the end of the month when coming back from our cruise. We canceled and booked a different hotel for when we get back. We will be visiting our kids when we get back.

You have to pay 100 deposits and youll get it back right away if you pay cash the bed was either new or extra firm either way not the ideal bed for me no shampoo or conditioner

Things break frequently and it takes a long long time for repair. No communication with both staff members and guests I had a water leak in my bathroom and it flooded my room the guy that worked there gave me towels to clean it up. This went on for three days

They only clean & give you clean sheets on monday, Wednesday & Friday. Someone spit on the elevator door it took them a week to clean it. A/C doesn’t work as it should it takes forever to turn on even on automatic. You could hear everything from the 1st floor all the way to outside like if it was insulated

They did not offer little services like shampoo, and no breakfast of any kind. They did not give us new soap but did clean towels. The air conditioner froze up and then melted all over the floor and it was wet all the time

Great stay! Very comfortable, rooms were nice, ac was cold. The pillows and bedding could have been a bit more comfortable but that would be my only “complaint” if I had to give one.

When i fist arrived it didn't look that bad but upon farther inspection ugh. Hair on the bed. The floor felt dirty, dried kachup blobs on tne night stand. The table felt dirty but the bathroom was clean..... and it smelled like dirty dog.

It is very clean and the front desk lady was very pleasant. For the budget conscious - I wholeheartedly recommend it. The only drawbacks are that it's a little complicated to get to and restaurants aren't very close.

Elevator was broken but everyone was realy nice and professional. Everything was realy clean. I just wish i got the room I reserved..However I would definitely stay again.

2. What ever happened to beds With blankets? It was just top sheets. For $122 for a night there could be blankets. It's a motel not the holiday express so fix your rates.

Another guest and I waited over 30 minutes to check-in. No one was at the desk nor would they answer calls or when we knocked. The room i was first put it was never cleaned and the next one had water all over the floor from the fridge leaking. Was charged an extra amount of money for supposed refundable deposit but was not refunded.

The property is well maintained, clean and pleasant to stay in. The staff are friendly and special Kudos to Stephanie, at the front desk, whom went above and beyond in helping me with a rebooking. She's a great asset to the company. I would stay here again.

There was no toilet paper or towels in our room, I was going to call the front desk but the phone line was frayed and did not work. After standing in the lobby for 20 min I finally got the things we needed. Then went to put the toilet paper on the holder and it was broken as well and not all the lights in the room worked.

Daily maid service, quiet, room was clean, but we had a kitchen and the garbage disposal smelled. That was the only issue. It was a clean room and comfortable bed.

Service wasn’t bad other than they aren’t organized and call me two days before my checkout asking why I still had things in my room. Elevator had blood on the floor and was there for over a week and never was cleaned, elevator also had issues working. A 20oz soda was over double the cost of the store. Went to get a minute made orange juice and got Dole orange juice that was fermented. Staff is never around the front desk, they are either doing something that seems sketchy down the hall or are watching videos on there phone in the back ignoring customers. Someone needs to do something about this place

Front desk clerk would pause every 30 seconds to play her game on her phone while checking me in. Heard every door close from other guests in the hallway. Had to turn AC off due to dust storm, didn’t seem like there was any filter in the unit. Room was just fine and felt updated.

Not terrible, but not great. Hallway carpet was dirty, room was OK. Bed was OK. Location is good.

Was not the best, elevator felt like it might break and then my room they gave me wasn’t ready when they sent me up but they fixed that right away but the people next to me had a dog that wouldn’t shut up for for a bit when they left him in there alone.

Not very clean and if u want rest don't go here. They are a pet friendly hotel. So there were dogs barking all night. Also you get charged 100.00 extra when u arrive in case of damage. Hotels.com doesn't make you aware of this charge
