I made a reservation and paid a week in advance for 2 nights. When I arrived at 8:30 pm to check in after work, I was told they could not accommodate me because they were under construction, and that Expedia had been contacted and I should get with them for a refund. It’s crazy neither the Comfort Inn, or Expedia especially, couldn’t take two minutes to give me a courtesy call and let me know I should find something else. But, I expect nothing less these days. Both of them are a joke. Now, I’m getting the runaround from Expedia about getting a refund. I’ve used them off and on now for the past 7 years, and they’ve gone from okay, to terrible. 5 years ago, I would have been able to speak with a real person on the phone in a matter of minutes, and my issue would be resolved by the end of the call. Those days are over. Plus, their rewards program is garbage. You can literally use ANY other travel site, and the rewards are going to be better, and rates probably cheaper. I’ve already spoken with a few of my coworkers and we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. And we know a lot of others who use Expedia that will jump ship as well, just as as soon as they hear about this. As far as Comfort Inn and Expedia go, they are garbage. Like 0.18% out of 100%

The room was absolutely terrible drywall rotting, hasn't bren cleaned in who knows how long didn't touch anything,we refused to stsy there staff was very accommodating refunded our money with no hassle at all i think they are embarrassed of the hotel

Yes the ac was ok.

Rooms were clean, roomy and had all the amenities we expect (frig, microwave, etc.). AC was cool and quite. Walking distance to Walmart and eateries.

Couldn't shower due to brown leaking into the shower from the above floor. I gave them a second chance due to my toilet over flowing and soaking the floor. Checked out the following morning and tha front lady had cats all inside the building. Im allergic to cats so i had to deal with that for hours. Will not be returning. The daytime folks rocked though!!!!

My employee ended up sleeping in his car because he had no room. This is so unprofessional. DO NOT stay here.

Bed Bugs: The room had bed bugs, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. Poor Water Pressure: The shower had terrible water pressure, making it difficult to use. Outdated Rooms: The rooms are old, outdated, and not well maintained. Unsafe Surroundings: There were homeless individuals camped right outside the property, which made the area feel unsafe. Construction Ongoing: The building was still under construction, adding to the mess and noise. For the price, I expected much better. This hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. Until those issues are fixed, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The place was a mess with remodeling going on. Lacking in everything and everyway.

It was closed for renovation, had to find another place to stay after driving 6 hours... not cool at all

This property was in middle of Reno’s. The windows all taped off. Hallways were hot. I didn’t even stay. You should refund the 17,000 points I used to stay at a different hotel.

Location Infested with roaches in the bedroom, bathroom and everywhere else

hotel was under construction and they didn’t advise us at all and we asked for a partial refund for a difference in a room since they said a 3rd party overbooked us were unwilling to help us had to go through expedia to get any kind of resolution just to get kicked out when we asked for sheets since the once in the room were dirty we called around midnight close to 1 in the morning and they were waiting to tell us anything

When I arrived to the hotel I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel. I assume there was remodeling going on but nothing was stated on the website. The entry was demolished and under construction, the entire building was hot and uncomfortable but also open to the outdoor elements. The front side of the hotel was also being renovated and under construction. Once I was in my room the was so much cigarette smoke dander to the point I couldn’t stay in the room. I also had issues breathing in the room due to mold spores growing on the AC unit inside the room. Being an HVAC technician I knew exactly why I was feeling the way I was in the room. I then went down to request a different room and luckily they did have rooms available due to the renovation and very few people staying there. I can honestly say this has been my worst experience at any hotel and would not stay there ever again.

The hotel reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the room was very old. The bathtub and sink were not dirty but they seem to be stained with many years.

The front desk clerk Toni macaloso was kind and very helpful she.was on point and very helpful Breaffast was good the rooms smelled clean

Didn't have breakfast. Too dirty, too much noise from somebody with a dog close by that was barking, not enough towels, will not go back there, will not recommend either.

The room and bathroom were dirty

The whole time we stayed. We did not have any cable in the room. No wifi and the air conditioner didn’t work. We talked to the staff and nothing was done about the complaint. Was told we would be getting some money refunded and nothing was ever done

We should have walked out, the outside looked like the building was an abandoned motel, front door and lobby dirty, rooms were worst, I washed everything off in the room possible, and put all bags on the table top , walls had something splattered on them, if it was metal it was rusted, floors dirty and carpet dirty and un vacuumed, white quilt had stains, sheets looked clean, shower curtain looked clean and we did have water pressure , I wore my shoes the entire time, hallway carpet dirty , my skin crawled the entire time, I bearly slept, I will never do this again, I’ll sleep in my car

The hotel was ok, we were surprised by the renovation. Also, The breakfast can be better

Location and the front desk attendant. Construction remodeling of half of the hotel. Construction workers parking in disorganized manor. At night parking in handicapped spaces. Breakfast was sparce, and no one around to refill things. We were very disappointed

The hotel smelled and looked dirty, when we opened the room door we heard the water was running, we looked in the bathroom and saw the water was running in the tub and it wouldn’t shut off. We left to a different hotel.

Shower stall dirty and drain rusty,, rust stains in Tub,, room was not cleaned properly, dust everywhere, lamps dusty, chairs dusty, carpet needs vacuum better.. Shower lvalve dripping all night. Breakfast ran out of items,, first day we came down 20min before end of breakfast and lady told us no more breakfast service, only what was it’ll out there.. Not good at all.. No one came to change towels daily? Would not recommend this location. We like a refund for the stay, not worth the money. Need to learn from your other location and rehab this place

Nothing it was absolutely awful We didn’t eat there cause we was scared of food poisoning cause the hotel was horribly dirty and smelled horribly bad it looks abandoned and we got stuck in the elevator so we used the stairs after that it was just awful and I think they should only charge $10 a night it’s not worth it and looks like crack head central. We had to go buy bleach to clean the toilet and bathroom and Lysol wipes to wipe everything down and the beds had dirty sheets with hair, black stuff , and pee stains on them had to clean the room from head to toe and the mirrors was dirty and the hair dry had black and other dirty stuff on it. And the microwave had dried up ramen noodles in it and no plate and the phone didn’t work it’s a lot worse than what I’m saying in this post so don’t waste your money cause I paid $250 and it was beyond nasty. I also have videos but it won’t let me post them ??the wipes is from us buying them and cleaning the room.

The bed smelt like urine. The water wasn't hot. Just warm. And no breakfast at 8:50 a.m.

This hotel is undergoing a renovation. It really needs it. The people were friendly, but things like slow drains were the norm. They are working to fix the place up and when completed, I will be glad to visit again.

The people running the breakfast acted like they were on drugs and when asked if they were going to put anything out for breakfast because there was nothing the lady just grumbled and the guy was acting like he was going to pass out! This was at 815 am!

Upon checking in, I expected the hotel to have an operational pool and hot tub, as advertised on the website. However, I discovered that neither facility has been functional for years, and the site information hasn’t been updated accordingly. In addition, the room phone and TV were inoperative, requiring staff intervention to enable HDMI connection. The shower suffered from poor water pressure, making it difficult to use, and the bathtub's filter was notably grimy. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

We first got there and checked in and found out the pool is empty and they are under construction. 1 of the rooms I rented had no hot water, the other room the floor was went and the toilet was leaking. I understand that there working on improving the place but they could get people heads up because we were very disappointed in the over all say.

Staff was nice The hotel inside looks so out dated, plus they put us in a room where the faucet was leaking the calcium and mold where on the faucet. Then they moved us to a different room and the faucet leaked and room was so dusty my allergies kicked in bad

Hotel has renovating soon everywhere. It smelled like cigarettes and weed in the lobby. My room had streaks of fluid on the leather chair, weird yellowing in the bathroom walls. The person handing me my key said aloud what my room number was. All around felt like a cheap motel than a hotel.

Pleasant and quiet

Location was good. Ample parking. Very dirty and threadbare room. The blackout curtains were hanging off the rail so the room was too bright to sleep well with the car park floodlights right outside. There was litter strewn around in the car park. The bed had crumpled sheets and looked like it perhaps had not been changed. The towels were in various shades of grey. There was a very early 09:00 breakfast cut off which is atypical. Housekeeping woke me up at 09:30 tapping on the door to service the room (I had arrived in the small hours the night before) and then came back again at 10:30 despite the checkout time being 11:00. When I reported this to the desk staff I got a very defiant and hostile reaction. Was told that "most people are up and gone by then." My impression was that this place is really a form of worker's hostel. Just grubby and not invested in. Cannot recommend this establishment. Later found nearby hotels with very much higher value for the same money.

We founds bugs in the room, the smoke alarm was disconnected and the breakfast cold.

This place is in the lower section of town..has holes in their windows. Repairs very visibly being done to the roof and dirty. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !! its non refundable and u will see why when you drive up!

I didn’t like that when we got there the room had mold everywhere and the tv didn’t work until they came and fixed it so we got moved to another room. It was worse then the other one and then all you smelled was weed so I removed me and my family.

They never when to the room to clean or pick up the trash. The parking lot bad lots of potholes. Breakfast they didn't have verity only eggs, sausage, and waffles there kitchen didn't look clean. When i when to check inn no one was at the front desk i even ring the bell twice had to call twice to get someone to the front.

The check in was easy and the front desk was as helpful as they could be. I wouldn’t stay here again and I’m glad I was only there for one night.

Very run down with a sign saying they would be renovating but looked like they gave up cleaning and maintaining for a long time. Sheets were stained and smelled. Carpet was crunchy. Dirty towel on back of the bathroom door when we came in. Bathtub was stained and gross looking. Huge potholes in the parking lot entries. Would not go here again.

Housekeeping kept knocking on the door, wanting to clean, but it was only 10 in the morning and we just got back to our room. They were nice though.

It was clean, the price and exactly what we needed for the time we were there. Nothing to complain about. We had a family member in the hospital. It was somewhere to go to sleep shower and rest when needed

Nothing! The room was dirty. There were roaches in the room, there wasn't any hot water and the bathtub wouldn't drain! I've been to a lot of different rooms but this one was absolutely the worst I've been to. I will never stay at this one again in life!!

I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this has been the worst I've stayed at. What I saw is that it is mostly used for oilfield workers. The whole hotel has a very unpleasant smell. The carpets are very dirty, the furniture is very outdated and I saw several bugs in the room. We were in the lower level and we could hear every single step of the persons in the room above us, they would be up most of the night and went back and forth so we couldn't get much sleep. I asked to switch rooms since I had booked a 3 night stay but supposedly they were completely booked.I will never stay at this hotel again.

Shower slippery. Pool very dirty.

We were told breakfast would be offered. The next morning we went for breakfast but it looked as of it was from the day before. Everything including the juice was almost empty and this was at 8 am.

Great staff it’s nice hotels around but for the price of this hotel you can’t beat it pulse it was clean just not built new but other than that it was nice

Me and my friend Debbie enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, Breakfast was very good, staff was wonderful very friendly. Wished the hottube would have been working but other than that everything was great. When back in Midland will stay there again.

Everything taped down, not worth the 100 per night that is for sure. If this motel is outside of midland it wouldnt make it.

The building looks like it’s about to fall down, the whole hotel smelled bad, the beds were very uncomfortable, our TV kept not working and we would have to unplug to reset it, the pool and hot tub were closed at 8:30 pm and hot tub wasn’t hot! The front desk lady was super nice and that is the only going good at this hotel

The bathroom away dirty with bugs in the floor. They said they were out of breakfast by 8:00 and said they would have to go to the store for milk but never saw any milk. They said breakfast was served until 9:30. The pool was suppose to open at 8:00 but still wasn’t open by 10:00.

THE ENTIRE WAITING ROOM AREA SMELLS BAD. THE SWIMMING POOL AND JACUZZI HAS A FILM AND LOOKS DISCOLORED. WHEN I TRIED TO TAKE A SHOWER ON HOT WATE CAME OUT. THE SURFACES IN THE BEDROOM IS STICKY. YOU CAN TELL THE CARPET IS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THIS PLACE IS VERY FILTHY.

The room was very dirty. Especially the bathroom. The bedsheets were all wrinkled. I don’t think they put clean sheets on it. Will not ever stay there again

Usually not a bad review leaving kind of person but want to prevent others from having the same experience. This is what I would call a “crack hotel”. The hotel appears to need a lot of updating. I should have backed out when I walked into the lobby to find rap music blasting on the clerks phone (which she didn’t even turn off while checking me in) and another person completely passed out in a chair! The online pictures are misleading. We ended up not even staying. We went next door and stayed at the clean Holiday Inn.

The room smelled like mildew or something and the tub and shower were in bad condition. Was very dirty. I was there for a funeral or I would have left and tried to find another place.

It was a work related trip, covid is affecting their normal operation so it’s understandable. Rooms are cleaned daily unless asked for and if you forget you have to wait till the next day. But all in all was a pleasant stay

While the hotel is not new and showing its age, the hospitality shown by the staff exceeded my expectations by far! Even the breakfast was better than I had in my personal trip at other more expensive hotel just a few days prior! Location is also very convenient.

Hotel was basic...we chose this property because we had our dog with us. When we arrived, the parking lot was flooded due to rain that had come down a few hours earlier so most cars were parked by the entrance. We walked in around 9:30 pm and no one was at the front counter. Waited a good 5 mins before someone emerged from the back...no biggie. I had previously paid for my stay but was informed there was a pet fee which was not stated on this site. No big deal again...the big deal breaker for me was the amount of trash outside the property...lots of empty beer bottles and cans!! With all the hotel choices neighboring this property, I was kicking myself for not having considered other newer properties nearby...

The bathtub was really worn and looked really dirty, I was tired and I placed a towel to step in there. The carpet had a smell, I have a disinfecting / cleaning company and I wish I had brought back some of my supplies from a job site where we were disinfecting for covid19 just to clean the air in the room - we had 3 rooms and we were not happy, we stayed elsewhere the next night...

It was good, nice staff. The pool was ok a lil cold.

We pulled up to the hotel and noticed torn screens and grounds not very kept. There was only one person working and mulitple people at the front desk complaining that housekeeping hadn't been to their room. We were informed at check in that no housekeeping was employed and if we needed clean linens or towles to take the dirty ones to the front desk and they would be exchanged. My room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed there was crumbs everywhere. The toilet in the bathroom wasn't even flushed. The tub was very disgusting there was even hair left in there. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms were junk, my door never once worked right and shower was disgusting. I promise you I will never stay there again.

The carpets didn’t look like they had ever been vacuumed. Along the wall and in the corners of the carpet, there was dust built up making it appear gray in color. There were spots and mystery stains all over the walls, even the placard that went on the bed had spots and stains on it. The bed cover was wrinkled and ceased. Aside from the state of the room, around 3am the guest in the room above us got up and started stomping around... obviously that isn’t the hotel’s fault, however, the floor creaked so loudly it sounded as if the floor above is was going to cave in. The next morning we went out to the lobby for breakfast. The Continental spread was exactly what you would expect, and everything was fine. However, and maids came in for a quick breakfast, and were grabbing piece of bread with their bare hands, despite the posted sign stating to use tongs. One of them had a bad couch, and was stating how she needed to go to the doctor, but didn’t want to take the tome off. Aside from the Corona virus outbreak, that was off putting.

The hallway on the first floor where room 140 was in smelled like rotten fish. There was a man at the back of the building with a firearm in a holster smoking. Looks very unsafe!

Wonderful staff! So helpful! We enjoyed the smiling, accommodating employees of this Midland, Texas Quality Inn the most. We started out in a room that didn't quite fit (one adult and two kids on a king sized bed) the staff worked out a change for us even though the were completely booked. Also, my daughter left a special keepsake in the room by mistake. I called a few days later and they had set it aside and are mailing is back to us today. Thank you Nadine!

What a sh*thole. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to stay. Any two star is better than this place. It’s old, poor A/C, staff doesn’t care, parking sucks, I could go in and on. They shouldn’t be charging more than $39.95 to stay here.
