The room is very spacious Half the plugs in my room did not work the water never heated up also the pressure on the water was almost nonexistent I was waiting for it to heat up and the water just turned off on me

Nothing Under renovation/construction. Half of the plug ins were not working properly neither was the kitchenette stove and the pool was being shoveled out by some lady so therefore the pool was dry and be prepared for getting nails and or screws in your tires cause they were all over the pavement. Tv was a joke also. And no water pressure at all when you are taking a shower and no place to put your personal soap or shampoo in the shower the bathroom was very tiny all you have to do is stand in one spot and just turn around and your still at the toilet.The rooms were poorly cleaned and the pillows were a dingy yellowish color and the towels and rags smelled of sour milk as if they were not washed or dried properly oh and i had to ask every day for clean linens and trash bags. I notified the hotel manager of issue of my stay and I advised him that I was leaving early to get back home and asked him how do I receive my refund for leaving early. I was advised since I used booking i have to go through them now I been on the phone with them everyday trying to get my refund and they advised me I have to wait till the property issues it and they couldn't even give me a deadline for when I should get a approval for a refund from the property and they are still waiting for a response from the property . This is the worst experience I've ever had to deal with and the worst part is I was 20 hours away from home. I will never stay at this motel again or use booking for reservations for anything else for what I've had to deal with customer service support and my experience I believe I should get a refund for my entire stay but No 15% is all booking will give really yall suck on all levels Never Again will I use yall!!! Verbo is really were it's at if you want a truthful property listing and customer support.

Breakfast was a couple of selections of cereal and waffle maker and a loaf of bread. I didn't get much chance to look at anything else because the man behind the counter asked me what room i was in and then told me I didn't match my picture. Very rudely implied I was someone from the street stealing food from him. Staff cooties have been MUCH friendlier. MUCH less accusatory. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE.. this place is a dump, drop tile ceiling falling in in places. Blinds mangled and broken to the point anyone walking by could just look right in. If you value privacy, don't stay here. Wifi barely worked and when it did was so slow was almost unusable. My room faced the setting sun so ac could barely keep up. If I could have gotten refund I definitely would have

Had an overall great experience and plan to go back. The staff were friendly and helpful. Had concerns about my fridge and they addressed my concerns promptly. They were considerate, respectful and responsive! Onsite washer left the clothes a little too soaked and dryer left the clothes a bit damp.

The blinds completely blacked out the room. Was absolutely amazing to sleep in! Stove didn’t work and asked the front desk multiple times to have someone come look at it or move us to a room with a working one and never got either.
