So first of all it looks way different then the pictures but I guess thats what happens when u trust pictures off the internet..I will say that the girl that worked at night was really nice but other then that I wouldnt recommend. The room was dirty there was something all over the wall n the blankets were dirty, the shower was nasty, It smelt awful, the air conditioner barely worked n there was always ppl hanging around, sitting outside n laying on the couch thats inside right when u walk in. I booked 2 queen beds but got 2 full size beds. Also at about 3am some guy wearing a hoodie pounded on the door my daughter n niece got scared n woke me up but when I looked out he was gone they said he stayed standing there with his back towards the door..It said breakfast was frim 6 to 9 but at 8 there was nothing but bread n cereal but no milk so someone else staying there asked if there was anything else n the guy got bugged n put out 4 frozen waffles but the syrup bottle was empty. The juice machine didnt work it sprayed out all over but was not juice..If ur thinking about staying here please dont...If i coulda got a refund n stayed somewhere else I would've in a heart beat...

The only thing I think you got going for that hotel is your staff at the front desk.They're real good, thorough and a respectful and nice. What I don't like is there's holes in the walls plugs are burnt out.Cockroaches are f****** crawling floor mugging blood on the wall from somebody'shooting up and spraying on wall to not clean it all the sheets and towels are stained.

Location. Location was good as it was on the edge of town and there was not a lot of traffic to deal with. They have no real space to park if you’re traveling with a trailer. The room needed work as there was a hole in the wall and no smoke detector. And waking up to a beetle, a cockroach and a grasshopper in your room at 6am is not the ideal way to start the day.

I had made reservations for 2 rooms with a king bed bed in each room. When we arrived, we were informed that the king bed rooms were not available and we would ve put into rooms with two beds. We were so exhausted we agreed. When we got to our room, these were the smallest beds we had ever seen. Immediately went back to the front desk and they informed us they would try and change our room at check out. Walking back to our room we stopped to look at the pool, bad idea. Gross pool, no hot tub. And someone on drugs laying out by the pool. They switched our room, to a door with a broken handle. Finally got a new room, dirty beds, broken toilet. Breakfast was old cereal and old bread. People doing drugs and fighting through the hotel. Parking lot full of people doing drugs and selling sex. Worst experience of my life.

Wyndham should remove their name and reputation from this property. When we arrived the first room we were sent to. had the peep hole on the door completely removed and stuffed with a paper towel. You could literally remove it from the outside by simply pushing it through. The second room we were sent too was OCCUPIED BY A GUEST, and that’s not even the worst part. We walked in on them GETTING INTO THE SHOWER! At this point we just wanted to leave, but just our luck everywhere else in town was completely booked. So finally we received a 3rd room with an offer of a $5 discount...lol. When we got to the room the ceilings and walls were peeling off and a possible blood smear on the door. The smoke detector was completely removed. We finally decided to call the general manager and surprisingly he answered. He said he would drive over to get us into a new room which he did. Our 4th room was finally “sleepable” but still not even close to decent. 3 out of 5 lights in the room were burnt out including the night stand light, which meant the charging plugs didn’t work either. The whole thing was a nightmare. Definitely not what I expect when I book a Wyndham property. Very ratchet.

I liked that the staff was helpful, and courteous. It is a little run-down.

Pool looked clean and fun. Furniture was definitely second hand and needed repair. The office desk needed reupholstered

Room was non smoking, the bed spread was full of cigarette burns, the room smell like urine smoke alarm was missing wires hanging from the ceiling bathroom floors was so nasty and sticky. On hotels.com it was rated an 8, that’s a big lie. All in all a very nasty place

My room smelt like urine. The A/C filters had a layer of crap on it so bad i almost couldn't wash it off. It sounded like people were having a party in the hallway after 10pm and the staff did not even try to stop it. Someone started banging on something in the hallway around midnight!!! Still no staff!!!

This place is so dirty. The carpet is filthy. Someone vomited on the floor and they never cleaned it up. Never stay here.

When we arrived the room was unbearably hot and the cigarette smoke from surrounding rooms was very congestive. It took several days to recover. Plus the room was not at all clean. There was food on the wall and door handle to the bathroom. Shower was so dirty I could not even go in with shower shoes. I will never choose this hotel again. The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

This is one of the dirtiest-stinkiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Sadly we checked in about midnight and was too late to hop into another place. Please for your health avoid this hotel… and if you think they serve breakfast as is advertised well it’s just coffee what they mean. Awful

Do not prepay at this hotel through the Expedia app. Staff behind the counter was CLUELESS! The young girl behind the counter had no idea what she was doing. Rooms were clean enough and the place was quiet. They DO NOT offer coffee much less breakfast in the morning as advertised. I will not be back.

False advertising on the free breakfast. No place to hang clothes. The shower had black stuff where the door had been removed. Presumably this was caulk but unsightly. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Shower pressure just adequate.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything is so out of date and the security was awful. The door didn’t even have a glass, and the card reader didn’t work so anyone could go inside.

I didn't feel safe. The back entrance of the hotel didn't have a lock on the door. The parking lot is connected to someone house & it looks really creepy. They also charged my card for two nights but I stayed only one. When calling them about the charges, I was told that there computer wasn't working properly. The phone in the room didn't work and the room had a odor.

Super fast great check with a clean room & comfortable bed. Shower looked a little stained but otherwise everything else was fine. Desk & USB chargers were great. Perfect for a road weary traveler.

Un securd doors After hours swimming pool gate was not securd and was always open all night I have a room next to the pool and I saw the gate open all night stay here for a week It needs a spring so when they open it it'll come back and shut

Time for new towels and linen everything was dingy and the shower looks as if it was never cleaned. Hot water was non existent they told me give it a min I gave it 10-15min and all I got was lukewarm. Very disappointing stay!

The staff was perfect and the handicapped room was what he needed and it just worked out perfect for him

The bathroom floor and overall bathroom were extremely dirty- I cleaned it with the provided shampoo and soap in order to use it. The sheets appeared clean but were stained in multiple places. There was a large crack on the glass window, held together by clear tape. The refrigerator was dirty and the freezer was completely frozen over. In the hotels defense: I did not request another room. I had been on the road for almost 14 hours and was too tired to go back to the desk with all belongings. I therefore opted to clean the bathroom and treat the room like I was camping so they did not have the opportunity to offer me another room.

They have a nice small pool but no chairs or table to sit at. I had a do not disturb sign up as I wished to sleep in, they were vacuuming the hall outside my door at 8 am for 20 minutes, banging into the door several times

Our shower was DIRTY upon check in. There was someone else's hair in the drain, and alot of it. I asked the front desk if they would have someone clean the shower while we were gone. When we returned, the hair from the drain was gone, but the rest of the shower was still very dirty. The air conditioner smelled very bad. It made the entire room stink.

Well we got this hotel on the way to cali. Didn't read the reviews. When we got to hotel the guy was kind of nice. We were tired and ready to lay on a comfy bed. When we got to the door, we could open but then able to. Once we got into room, we were like wth we looked around and OMG the shower looked gross and the beds well we never took the cover off. My husband went and asked for a different room and they were willing to move us. My husband went to look at the room before moving out bags and it was the same. We couldn't sleep just thinking about bugs or rodents that could pop out of nowhere. In the morning we all showered with sandals and only did a body shower. Never again. Horrible.

Was told i could check out at noon when i checked in as i work nights. Room phone was broken and repair man showed up at 10pm. After getting to sleep at 7:30am i was woke up at 11:01to Mr. Cash saying to leave. I explained I was told it would be 15.00 to stay another hour and that the woman who checked me in didn't know everything.. very rude and unprofessional. I will not be staying there again.

I cant believe I had to pay 259.00 for a 2 night stay at this place. My first night there realize the next morning that I had slept with the window an inch open on the ground floor with questionable people wandering around in the parking lot. I asked the people at the front desk to fix that window and they did not didn't have anything to fix it with so I had to go to the hardware store and get a dowel rod and cut it myself to put in the window so that it would remain closed. Being a single female staying on the ground floor with a window that doesn't lock wasn't a great idea. None of the doors coming into the building were secured. The pool was open all night with people drinking coming into the hallways whooping and hollering and whistling at 3 a.m. in the morning. Definitely made you feel very unsafe.

The “lobby” looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed or dusted in months. The room I stayed in wasn’t properly cleaned. After seeing the condition of the lobby I checked to see if my sheets on the bed were clean, they were definitely not. I found many hairs and the sheets seemed to be discolored. I went to the front desk and had to ask for new sheets because the ones on the room were not clean. The man gave me the sheets to put on the bed myself and I did not receive an apology or even a hint of him caring about the room not being up to standards. After changing my own sheets I went to see the bathroom, and again there was hair everywhere. Floor, sink, shower, toilet, hair was EVERYWHERE. The shower was atrocious, I ended up showering at a friends house, thankfully. I am truly disgusted by this place and will never book here again. And I am so surprised how they can charge as much as they did for this hotel. Absolutely disgusting.

I wasn't going to write a review, knowing it would be colored by the fact that we had to spend $150 for a Super 8 in Midland. What finally made up my mind was the really disinterested attitude in their continental breakfast. Toast and cereal is fine, but I really did expect NAPKINS! The excuse was the right ones didn't come in, so they put out the box of Kleenex. Guess there's not a WalMart in Midland. Also the "cranberry juice" was so watered down it was just colored water. Experiences as one checks out leave a bad taste for future visits to any Super 8. And I didn't even mention the sink stopper that didn't work...

Parking space close to the room needs little more variety of breakfast

I didn’t stay because they didn’t allow pets and when I searched pet friendly hotel this was on the list. I arrived early and when I was told NO PETS; I had to look for another place. Then I get my bank statement and this hotel Super 8 charged me. I think the front desk personnel at this hotel should have told me that I was going to be charged. I will never or recommend this place to anyone. From now on I will call a hotel directly and not use any kind of internet websites.

Everything was good. No complaints. Check in was easy and simple

The room was clean and relatively comfortable but there are some issues. The room does not have a closet or anywhere to put clothes. I was unable to hang my suit that I needed for my meeting the following day.

Accidentally booked a smoking room without realizing it, and the front desk person refused to let me cancel and look elsewhere. He kept insisting I'd "requested it" when I've literally never smoked in my life and the air in that end of the hallway was like instant cancer. Didn't care that I had a kid with me and that it was really late at night. Just smirked and insisted I'd requested a smoking room. Frankly, I didn't even know there were still smoking rooms in hotels, and never thought to look at that detail. And to top it off, he said the only people who could cancel the room was Expedia/Hotels.com – after I called them for help, I discovered they have to ask *him* to cancel it, further wasting a huge amount of time when he knew it was ultimately his decision. Finally had to give up after nearly an hour of begging, trying to rationalize with him, and trying false leads, and ended up sleeping in that giant ashtray of a room. Clothes smelled like smoke afterward. People coughing and hacking in the rooms near us all night, smoke drifting down the hall, only mitigated somewhat by running the A/C full blast. The room was basic, no-frills, but there was some kind of router over the TV that kept flashing a bright light in our eyes all night so I had to unplug it. Continental breakfast was missing several items advertised, even though we were nearly the first ones there. Can't recommend this place at all.

Perfect location to a few good bars

Our room had two locks that didn't work, the deadbolt and the top latch. The only working lock was the automatic lock that locks when you close the door, which can easily be kicked open. We spoke with management and they didnt have another room to move us to so we had to stay there for the night. The hotel isn't located in a great area and we had a man try to open our door so we didn't feel safe. We paid for two nights in advance but moved to the Hilton the next night for safety reasons, and are still waiting for our final refund.

Need a better selection for their continental breakfast, raisin bran stale, juice not drinkable. Our bathroom smelled of smoke, must come in thru vents although hotel no smoking. Bed comfortable. Very quiet at night and clean.

Shower curtain had something on it. atoilet paper holder was broken. Electric outlets were falling out of the wall. Microwave and coffee pot were plugged into an extension cord that was too short.

It was great only problem was water wasn't hot but instead luke warm. But otherwise it was good.

Might have been my PC but the internet gave my email program fits.

My biggest complaint is that I asked for wake-up calls at 7 AM which never came; instead, I got calls ca. 6:15 AM both mornings. The business center's computer is old, and the printer is out of order and disconnected; one wouldn't want to have to print out a boarding pass. The breakfast was very limited, going little beyond waffles. There was another Super 8 location near Interstate 20 that seemed better than this one. I am sure that Orbitz can do better than this establishment.

Towels are old. The beddings has hair strands. I wonder if they change it or not from the previous guest. Even the pillows doesn’t look like crispy looking or new. It looks like used as well. Over price! For travelers do not stop by to Odessa or Midland area. It’s extremely overprice specially on weekdays. I have no complains with the staff.
