The website i used to book my trip was booking.com and I do NOT, emphatically, recommend them as they have done everything in their power to keep my money. Including 2 customer service representatives literally yell at me when I asked a few questions and tried to explain "my side" of the story. Its been awful dealing with them. But the staff at the Hampton Inn were terrific. They helped me and have even gone to bat for me with this whole booking mess. I recommend this hotel at 100% The company i booked thru. They are trying to keep almost 600$ and deny my refund. Do NOT book thru booking . Com. They will disappoint you.

We ended up leaving after five minutes I. The room. No heat was on, pubic heart was on the bathroom floor and a wad of hair around the shower drain. Looking to be refunded our money.

People room bed swimming pool Not able to provide lactose free milk, although I got the email a week earlier asking me what I may need to be confortable during my monthly reservations. Neither oat for breakfast was an option. However what REALLY DIDN’T like was this: The answer that I received which was “this is a Hampton hotel NOT a Hilton hotel “.

Worst hotel experience ever. Stayed Jan 5–11. Room cleaning never happened despite repeated requests. The manager, Alexa, was aggressive, rude, and openly said she hates people like me. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

The staff members were perfectly lovely, but the hotel is showing severe signs of neglect. The door to our room was askew, and we had to throw the full weight of our bodies to get in or out. They were willing to move us to a king room, but we needed 2 queens. The elevator was out of order, and the stairwell was roasting hot even with the fire door propped open. The furniture in common spaces is dusty and the carpet is very stained.The bathrooms weren't up to usual standards. We were supposed to get housekeeping every other day, and the room was never touched in our 3 night stay. The beds were fine and the hotel was quiet other than the noise we created trying to get in and out of our room. This used to be a nice property, so we were quite disappointed.

We stayed one night over Christmas while in town to visit family. The front desk person was excellent. Very efficient and friendly and checked in with us by text after we checked in. Now the negatives. The elevator was out of service so we had to lug our baggage up the stairs. The front desk clerk kindly put us on the second floor so it was manageable but I can’t imagine how an older or disabled person would cope. The room was fine but not as clean as it should be, i.e. random hairs, dust, and grime around the bathroom. The pillows are abysmal. Zero support and smelled like someone’s greasy hair. Disgusting. Overall, a fairly miserable night. In the morning as we came down the stairs we were met with a fog of marijuana smell and met one of the housekeepers hanging out with her vaping boyfriend (?) by the side door exit. Not great when you have your impressionable teenagers with you. The whole experience was off putting and showed a lack of management oversight. I expect better from a Hilton property. We will look to stay elsewhere next time.

Nothing could not stay there no elevators working and could not climb stairs so I had to go to another Hampton inn and pay again a lot more! So now I’m out my money that I paid . Is there anyway I can get a refund Nothing

Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing and did not meet the standards I expected from this hotel brand. During my stay, the elevator was out of service while my room was located on the third floor, which made accessibility very difficult. I also experienced cleanliness concerns in both the room and bathroom, as well as limited towel availability throughout the hotel, including the pool area. I was informed that the hotel was short-staffed, which appeared to impact overall service and maintenance. These issues made my stay uncomfortable and stressful, and I did not feel that my concerns were adequately resolved at the time. I am sharing this feedback so it can be reviewed seriously and improvements can be made for future guests. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I've stayed at this property several times in the past and have never been disappointed and the same is still true. The room was very comfortable and clean and your staff were wonderful. In particular, Chris was very helpful, friendly, and made my stay better. He went over and above and that was greatly appreciated.

The front desk was great. I had to move rooms because the door to the fridge area and fridge itself was broken. Moved to another room and door to the fridge enclosure was broken again. The pillows were horrible though. It needs updating. Staff was great though.

My rating is based on “comfort (2 stars)” d/t the 3rd floor room being incredibly hot and I was unable to adjust the AC. Very long, hot night waking up repeatedly. My rating for “condition (1star)” is d/t the washer/dryer not working. I’ve never had occasion to need a washer/dryer for 1 night, but our dog had some trouble with the long drive & her blankets needed cleaned for our next day’s travel. Alex, at the front desk, provided detergent and was very helpful pointing me to the laundry area (1 washer + 1 dryer). Unfortunately, I loaded the laundry & detergent into the washer THEN found out it wasn’t working!! The app for payment is terrible (can’t we go back to real money?) and it was declined twice which may have been the first sign there was an issue with the machines. A text to the front desk revealed the problem couldn’t be addressed until Mon (I arrived Sat) and I now had a dirty load of clothes mixed with detergent that I took to a laundromat nearby and finally cleaned for the next leg of our trip. It was an exhausting day and, unfortunately, we didn’t have a good night’s rest to compensate. The staff were very pleasant and professional and I might consider another stay if I arrived earlier to cool the room (laundry duty is a one-off in most instances)

This property was wonderful and very family friendly. The staff brought coloring pages to our room for our girls during our stay and it was the little extra things that made our stay great! This location is easily accessible and close to so much in the area.

The room was clean and spacious, the pool was clean and the area felt very safe... location was near everything there was even a Dunkin Donuts you can walk to without crossing roads! bonus for us New Englanders!!! Most surfaces in the room were spotless, so I felt quite comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean, neat, and well stocked. I always enjoy breakfast at Hampton Inn! The only area which needed attention was the entrance. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed directly in front of the main entrance. The second-hand smoke was not acceptable, as were the cigarette butts littering the entranceway.

Booked a room for a 2 night stay. Room did not get serviced. Had to takw my own trash out and use same towels. Asked the front desk and the guy had a smart mouth about it saying if it was such a problem he could go and make my beds himself.

Surprised to learn upon check-in there is a $5 parking fee. The property is in suburbia, not in a city. The hotel parking lot is not even gated or anything. What’s the point of it other than to make more money. This fee was not disclosed in the Expedia listing. Yes, it’s only five dollars but I feel they are taking advantage of us

The pool was so cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom of the 3 1/2 ft deep area let alone the 5 ft area. The chlorine was so stronge that it was burnt my eyes as soon as i walked in the pool room. The breakfast was horrible. Scrambled eggs and the chicken sausage had an odd taste to them. There was any other selection for the sausage. No complaints on anything else.

This property had the standard Hampton setup/decor which I like! However, it was also dog friendly so while I know the yapping in hallway was not their fault, the animal hair all over my bed cover was preventable! I did not appreciate finding animal hairs on my clothes each day after sitting on the bed and although, I eventually removed the top cover, the floors had it too which I did not appreciate esp since I had my small grandchildren with me. If ur going to allow pets, please ensure u launder and vacuum all bedding in those rooms as it’s pretty unsanitary for others! No room service either, so better bring ur own trash bags! On a positive note, the breakfast service was great and the front desk and breakfast staff both days were very accommodating so A+ to them.

Booked a 3 night stay, We arrived late, but before midnight! They sold our room for the first night, they were sold out. Driving through Richmond to get to another hotel in the middle of the night with a child was no way to start our vacation.

There is not a lot of Handicap parking. We stayed late at family's home and when we arrived the 5 Handicap spaces were filled. They should designate all of the parking that was on the smaller parking area in the front for Handicap as it seems that, that particular population is growing.

The rooms were very nice. Spacious and pleasant to be in. The bathroom was great, but there could have been a little better cleaning in the corners. The breakfast were okay, but the eggs did not have any taste and the sausages were greasy. We went out for breakfast after the first visit. The grounds were the real negative. Being a pet facility we had our dog out for many walks. The grounds had zero fall cleanup. The leaves surrounding 1/2 of the bldg were a mess. Top that with many guests not picking up their dogs poop. Overall the stay was good. There are not that many pet friendly places in the area, so we would possibly stay there again. Also, not sure if it's your property but there is an open hole for utilities on the ground next to the street coming in from Hull St, and on your property an open electric box on one of the light post on the side of the bldg.

Arrived at 2 o’clock was told room will be ready around three was promised a phone call when room was ready. Never received the phone call. Checked in at about 5 o’clock. Went to take a shower. No shampoo in the shower. The dispenser was completely empty. Never received housekeeping after the first day, just a poorly run place I will never return.

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times. It's always super clean pluis the staff is friendly and helpful. We're especially fond of Diana R who makes sure our breakfast is just right. She goes over and beyond to accommodate.

I’m so disappointed that we asked to move our stay from Friday to Saturday night, and the hotel would not allow that, despite the fact that there was availability. We were charged the full amount as a penalty without the hotel showing any willingness to help. It just seems unkind given that the payment to the hotel would have been the same AND there were available rooms. I would appreciate you reconsidering.

Although, the mini fridge froze our drinks, you could hear everything in the surrounding rooms easily and the bathroom sink faucet, when in the on position hits the bottom of the mirror. I'm afraid at some point it will break the mirror. A nice stay otherwise. Clean, comfortable, convenient.

I realize the site is under construction but taking the sign made it very difficult to determine if I was at the right location. Probably bad for business as well as someone looking for hotel on the main road won’t know you’re there. Put something up - even if it’s only temporary.
