the water pressure is horrible and its not that clean and rooms are small

Room was spacious Everything was barebones, no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, no plates or utensils, really thin blankets. Not very comfortable or welcoming.

Ease of checking in. Nice staff. No dishes, no pans or knives. Kept getting told they were out of in the washer but never got any delivered despite multiple inquires. No where to do laundry on premises. Choice was great but breakfast was poor.

Bedding was lousy. Pillows very uncomfortable. The door locks often did not work. Overall a very irritating experience. If I paid $49/night I'd understand, but it's no where near the standard their prices would demand. Oh, and no good food places within walking distance unless you like extreme Asian.

One thing we missed during our stay was the availability of kitchen utensils. Since the kitchen facility is one of the main reasons we choose Extended Stay America over other hotels, having basic utensils readily available would have made the experience even better for us. Without the kitchen functionality, other hotels would offer a very similar stay experience. That said, this is only a suggestion for improvement and does not reduce our rating, as everything else cleanliness, staff, room comfort, and overall stay experience was excellent and as expected. Travelled with family.

The other guest are super nice,friendly and inviting.also super clean rooms in nice area and the staff are great. Overal would stay again and again ,definitely recommend it .

The room seemed clean. Then we saw cockroaches. We moved to a different room still cockroaches. You have to ask for everything dishes, pans etc. Will not be staying there again.

I paid 22.99 for 1 week of "Enhanced Internet", Most of the time the service was bouncing between nothing and 2.7 Mbps. Front desk did not help, nor did the internet help desk. After complaining about a week of almost no internet they still proceeded to charge me. No concern from the front desk staff at all. Pictures suggest they have a "breakfast" available. This consists of Coffee, Oatmeal packages, snack like muffins, or nutri grain bars. No bowl for the oatmeal. No plates. Just cups. Car was left on jacks for 24 hours. Another was parked on the walkway. Overall, not a great experience.

It was a decent stay; quiet and in a nice part of town with easy access to restaurants and stores. The big factor as to why I rated my stay a 3 is because of the floors! They were dirty all over and the overall cleanliness was not great at all. I had to wear slippers or socks when walking on the floor.

No coffee, self serve water or tea provided in the lobby. A party in room next to is playing loud music, we had to ask on second call to front desk to send security at 12:30 am, because they did not turn down music after the first call.

Room was not in good condition. there was a AC leakage in front of the door. toilet tissue holder was missing. 2 lights in the leaving room was not working. ketle was missing in the kitchen

Hotel was safe & quiet, but some things were dirty or out of repair. Floor was swept, but not clean, hair dryer cord was broken, shower curtain was too short and shower was weak. No dishes in the room we had to get them from the front desk. Laundry room has some machines out of order and no laundry soap was available. Breakfast was very minimal and there were no coffee cups.

I did not like the fact that you call front desk and Robert didn't k ow how to deal with it and argus with the room renter

False Advertisement. This place has poor quality service and rooms. Never again I would make a reservation here. I had to cancel my stay and go to another hotel.

I arrived really late close to 12am. The room had a bad odor when I first arrived. It smelled warm and slight cigarette smell. I eventually increased the ac to diffused the smell. Around 4am I smelled a soul odor and I couldn’t figured out where it came from. I told the front desk about this problem. All she said was you should’ve told last night. She didn’t even check out the room to see or smell the problem. She didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Also there was a pink/reddish lipstick on the sheet under the pillow. I didn’t see this until I woke up. I think thee staff should’ve followed up and see what I had a problem with instead of saying you should’ve changed the room. The staff had lack of empathy for the inconvenience. Also we when I went there, to ask the front for a toothbrush and toothpaste the staff ignored me. She was on her (Rachel) personal phone talking to another staff how to lower a rate for a guest. She didn’t acknowledge me or state I’ll be with you shortly. I

First time staying here, room was dirty and had a faint smoke smell.

The property is in poor condition. The room was dirty upon arrival, huge gap under the door which opens directly outside. Lots of people loitering and smoking right outside the doors. My blanket, which is laughable thin and uncomfortable had a burn hole in it. This should not even be a 3 star hotel and I wouldn’t stay here again, even though the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice quiet comfortable it was a pleasure staying here. I was staying for business and it was very comfortable. Large desk and chairs, comfortable beds nice big screen TV, refrigerator kitchen microwave, great amenities easy parking. Will love to stay again sometime soon!

The bath tub was clogged, floor was dirty which was confusing because it looked clean until we seen our feet. Its a nice place but they need to double check the rooms thorougly.

We checked in at 6p. Received room number and key card.. than stated room isnt ready. When we come back in an hour or so, room would be ready. So we arrive back at hotel.. go to assigned room #359 same number on key card. We attempt to walk inside . Which key card unlocked. As we walk inside. We are startled by two people laying in our beds...cant make this up. We went downstairs and they gave us another room. But crazy horrible experience. 0 stars

Positives: -We arrived early and the employee at the front desk was nice and allowed us to check in early since there was an available room. -The area was safe -It was nice having a full size fridge, microwave and stove. Negative: -The room smelled like smoke even though it said non-smoking. -The outlet had paint all over it and looked dirty. -The bathroom paint job wasn’t neat either. -The pillows were small and flat. -The walls were extremely thin and I could hear a bunch of guys next door that were loud late at night. It was a basic room and did the job.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not great. The room was not clean—there were spiders in the shower and noticeable stains throughout the space. The walls are also extremely thin; I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms clearly, which made it hard to relax or get any sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again unless improvements are made to cleanliness

The A/C unit didn’t blow cold , the breakfast didn’t have much options. The staff didn’t seem welcoming.

Meets all what we need for an overnight stay. What takes it up a notch would be the unmatched service of Desiree B. She made sure that our stay was pleasant and that we get what we needed. We arrive atleast 1 hour before the designated check in and the room was already ready. Price is also the most justified within the 10 mile radius of Levis stadium.

Staff are very friendly and helping us. The housekeeping person was so nice to let us walk across the building instead of around the building which will take longer time. Excellent services. Thanks.

We had to check out early due to roaches in the second room we were moved to because of overflowing trash and stain on sheets in the first room.

It was so so. There were 2 hotel clerks that were helpful and one that was rude. Amenities were so so. Definitely have been in better hotels.

I saw a water bottle cap from previous guests in the kitchen area. So you know it wasn’t thoroughly cleansed. Bathtub didn’t drain . So I was taking while the tub was filling up .

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had back to back rooms first room smelled like some women’s cologne they couldn’t get rid of! Second room they put me in had droplets of blood on the floor. They need to get rid of their housekeeping, staff and start all over!

Staff was rude and unprofessional, suppose to have dishes in the room, demanding guests request what they need based on availability and staff refused to provide it when asked, no phone in room.

Amazing place to be

Tiny little shampoo bottle, kithchen accessories, and anything else needed had to be requested at the front desk. No conditioner or body lotion. One front desk person was nice and let us check in a bit early and everyone else was somewhat pleasant. The "gym" had 3 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and 1 bike - all in working order. Television, microwave, wi-fi, A/C and fridge worked fine, too but the fridge was noisy and so close to the bed in the TINY room I had to flip the circuit breaker for peace & quiet. No restaurants within walking distance.

Property was fine but even though I stayed for 8 nights, they wouldn't clean the room or change the sheets the entire time I was there. I would have liked to see room cleaning service once in a couple of days like most hotels offer.

Upon entering my room, I was hit with a strong, stuffy odor, that only having the room at 65 degrees all night, made the odor go away. It was clear the room hadn’t been properly ventilated in quite some time. In addition to this, the room was dusty, especially on surfaces like the shelves and nightstand, which made the space feel neglected and unclean. To make matters worse, the room didn’t provide any basic personal hygiene amenities, such as soap or shampoo. For a hotel branded as "extended stay," I expected at least minimal provisions for longer visits. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and wouldn’t recommend this location. The lack of cleanliness and security made it a very uncomfortable experience.

Excellent customer service! Crystal and this gentleman (i forgot his name) saw us through that evening when our a/c and lights were out. This is for sure my go to place for an overnight stay! This place is conveniently located in between shopping and spending time with relatives after your work is done!

Staff is not helpful. I asked for complimentary room service that was added to my stay for booking over 2 weeks. Never got it. They didn't give me a bug spray even tho i asked them. There was spider n mosquito in my room. it mentioned breakfast was included, but it was the worst breakfast I have ever experienced. They only had coffee, hot water, cereal but no milk to have it with and cheap store bought small muffins. Would never stay here again
