The property is under renovation but is clean and suitable for travelers. But the pool is under lock down by the staff and you have to get the front desk to access, which is different from most hotels. But other than that my stay was okay.

Upon check in staff was not upfront about the condition of the hotel. There was renovating going on. There was paint splattered and dust everywhere in the hallways and in the rooms. Floors are laminate and not carpeted. They were so dirty that walking on them your feet would be extremely dirty. Breakfast was very limited to mainly carbohydrates. No vending machines and the ice machine near us was broke.

My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this needs to be said. The front desk was disrespectful at check In. The beds were horrible hard as a rock we had three adults and all of us could barely sleep. Then in the morning at 8:50am we were told to not eat breakfast because she wanted to clean up. I would only stay here if you had no other choice.

The Continental breakfast could've had more choices. Bed was comfortable. Room was ok. Shower,tub need fixed.

I reserved my room as pay at the property. The manager called and demanded payment before I arrived or he would give my room away. He said he would cancel my room if payment wasn’t received by 6pm. The app has no way to pay after you select pay at property. I made another reservation and paid online. Once there the manager said he would cancel the other room knowing he already charged me for it. The manager is a thief. Hotels.com should make hotels uphold the reservation I reserved. Never had this happen before, a demand for payment.

The staff was very rude the room had a smell and spots on the wall and sheets. Could not get a refund so I had to stay. I went across the street and purchased Lysol spray and alcohol, for bed bugs and air fresheners. It’s 3 days doesn’t have hold refund

Great service! Very nice staff. Very upfront about the price and deposit on room. It has a pool that is well kept. You have to go to the front desk to get access but totally understandable to keep the pool clean and at capacity.

The room was very outdated, the walls were patched up all over the room, even inside the shower / bath. The door in the hotel room was also patched up as if someone punched a hole in it previously. The breakfast was all dry foods, there weren’t many choices.

This was a three night stay for a family trip. Although the staff were friendly and accommodating, the facility and offerings were disappointing. The interior was run down and our room did not appear completely clean. The carpet did not look swept. I found a beer bottle cap on the floor in the room. The in-room coffee pot did not work, nor was the basket stocked. The cable channels advertised as offered weren't available. The manager stated this was a Comcast issue for all guests but it was never resolved during our stay. The "continental breakfast" barely had offerings with limited stock-and we went down during the first hour each morning. The pool did not have towels and only had three chairs. Overall, the facility seems to operate on bare-minimum offerings to guests. It didn't match with how friendly and helpful the staff were.

Everything was fixed

Front desk did not have my reservation correct. TV remotes in two different rooms did not work. TV came on by itself and woke me at 4:30 am three days in a row. Water pressure in shower was minimal, just a dribble.

We liked that the facilities were cleaned and it felt welcoming. Our room could have used a little attention overall. The bed was worn out on one side while the other felt brand new. The wallpaper was peeling in multiple places, and the jacuzzi paint was chipping.

The tub was dirty as well as the furniture in the room. The chain for the door was missing. Everything had stains and the staff gave attitude when I pointed out all the unclean and unkept things no accommodations offered at all.

Location was good ,breakfast was good, staff was very nice. The bed was not comfortable, spots on sheets, spots on bed spread .Some sort of dark spots on the box spring look like it could have been an bloody spot . Bed should be replace,and shower, and tub need a make over.

We got there found out. The pool was not in working condition. We talked to the person at the front desk and had said that we wanted to cancel our reservation due to the pool not being in service. We asked to make sure that we weren’t gonna be charged for the room they said we would not be charged the room and found out we were charged for it anyways, horrible experience will never stay at that. Never recommend it to anybody else.

I picked this place especially for the pool the pool was out of service the whole time with boards covering it. The furniture was out dated and dirty. The hallways were not well light. Breakfast had no fresh fruit or meat only a microwaveable breakfast sandwich cup yougurt granola bars waffles bagels and muffins the staff was friendly

Booked this hotel because of the pool and when I got there find out that the pool is under renovation then the TV in my room didn’t work for an hour and they finally fixed it. Then I actually check out this morning. They tried to charge extra $20 to check out at 1:00 PM, so I did decided to check out at 12 PM noon then damn employees knocked on the door and tried to charge me $20 to check out at 12 noon.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. The pool was closed due to “maintenance” but didn’t see anyone actually working on it. The staff was very rude. Bed sheets had stains on them. Towels still had stains from previous guests. The bathroom was an overall disaster. Would not recommend staying here unless the staff makes a lot of changes.

Shower was peeling its finish. Pool was out of order. Wallpaper was perking off of the walls. There was a large spill under the soda machine that stayed there for 3 days.

The rooms were not clean. The carpet was so dirty that my husband left black footprints in the shower. There were brown spots on the walls, duct tape on the doors so they didn’t close, and vomit on the floor.

Pool not working bugs in bathroom only hot breakfast is a waffle. Bed veryyyy uncomfortable king bed has 3 pillows and carpet is stained and smell.

I called hotel and was assured pool was open. I have handicapped sister and we were all coming to see her and she very much wanted to swim but when we checked we were told that the pool wasn’t in service. When I complained the front desk gentleman told me he would open the pool for us but about 15 minutes later he said he couldn’t. The beds were very uncomfortable. I would not have chosen this hotel if they had been honest about the pool was not in service. They did give us a discount but it was still a very unsatisfactory stay

Just let me start off by saying, DO NOT STAY HERE. When my wife and I first checked in they put us in a double room when I booked a single king bed. I told them about the wrong room and the guy said that the king room was messed up. We get in the room and it was the nastiest place we have ever seen in our life. We didn’t even want to sit our luggage down. So after an 8 hour drive we have to leave and find a Walmart to buy new bedding, new shower curtain and some sanitizing spray because they said they didn’t have any clean stuff. There was semen stains all over the bed, mold on the curtains, boogers in the shower that shot out of their nose, grease all over the microwave stuff all over the walls and on and on and on. The pool looked like a puddle of water that had been suiting for a year with frogs all in it. If I could load pictures it would blow your mind People were smoking pot in every room it smelled like. Cops were there about every night. Biggest dump I have ever seen in my life. I will never stay at one of these hotels again. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I went to senior week when I graduated and stayed in some pretty bad hotels and this is by far the worst. Just stay away. The place needs condemned, someone should definitely contact the health department. If it were possible to get my money back I would try because I to furnish the room with clean bedding and everything else. I went to Hilton Garden Inn for the next 2 days and it was awesome.

We booked this hotel outside of Chicago because it was close to our concert venue, and chose it over the Super8 because of cleanliness concerns. This was, unfortunately, a bit disappointing. It looks ok in the pictures but in person it could definitely use an update, and in the meantime it needs a good deep clean. The first thing we noticed was the smell from the bathroom, it smelled so strongly of vomit that we had to go buy Febreeze to cover the smell. The walls and ceiling were cracked in places and dirty in others, the computer chair in our room was filthy, and the bathtub was stained and dirty. These things aside, the staff was friendly and helpful any time we had to interact with them, and it was a safe place to sleep. For the price, just look a few minutes closer to Chicago around Matteson.

Checked in...sketchy area. Went to room...ac did not work...i called front desk and was told i would have to wait until morning. I said i could not stay here like this. Was told no more rooms and come down and will recieve a refund. Never again!!

Stay was fine for price, pool hours were only 4 hours 4-8 so that was very disappointing as the pool was always filled with kids.So couldn’t really enjoy

The check in was quick and easy and the staff was very nice. We were given important information and then were on our way. Our room was nice enough. Here is a list of negatives: wall paper in the bathroom was stapled to the wall in one area. There was something brown growing around the tub The wallpaper was pulling away and rolling up at the corner next to the door. One of the beds had a mattress that collapsed down to nothing as soon as someone sat on it. The same mattress was very comfortable to sleep on as long as you moved away from that edge. The positives: Location The ligjts automatically turned on when the bathroom door was opened The room was quiet, we didn't have any issues with hearing other guests Overall, this hotel fit our needs. We were in town for a concert nearby and just wanted something that was close, safe, inexpensive, and had free breakfast (which we slept through). I would book this hotel again if coming back to the area for another concert.

It was horrible My 3-year-old was scared of the gross shower tub, the pool was green the filter didn't work There was stuff floating in it It was disgusting and I didn't even want to even open it within the normal hours at all and tried to keep it close till like 4:00 so that we really wouldn't be able to use it but not that anyone probably should It's got missing paint all over It's disgusting They were Band-Aids sitting around and garbage here and there and everywhere and it like to get hadn't been mopped maybe ever the tables are cheap plastic garbage that wobbled everywhere the service was crap I think that the jerk that was running the desk that night gave me the worst room in the entire hotel for some reason. It was scummy and disgusting and gross and I would never ever recommend it it's that room shouldn't even been rented out The wallpaper was falling down that I think there was blood on the ceiling That place is a complete dump, hands down the worst hotel or motel I've ever been to in my entire life and my entire family agreed I will be fine complaining with quality inn but, the places are all independently owned and operated so there's no corporation to come down on them about what a dump it is.

Tried to have a nice time at the pool and about 20 kids, some who I don't believe had a reservation (someone let them in the back door and nothing done about it) made it impossible to enjoy it. Started giving my wife and I a headache. Not very impressed with the free breakfast.

It was definitely not as pictured. The bed was hard as a brick, sheets stained, bathroom dirty and molded. What took the cake...was the soaking wet carpet. 😳 Having My one year old child there with me was definitely a risky situation. Never will I be going back.

Management did not do what he said he would. Not enough breakfast food to choose. Milk was served in a coffee pot. No hot water for tea.

No hot water. Dirty towels in tub. Brown smears on ceiling. Cream cheese for my bagel had to be 2 years old. Took it because it was sealed. Looked like a brown quarter when opened. Had to step over whippets to get in the front door. Rager going on outside my window until 4am. So all and all, will never choose this hotel again. Front desk guy was kind at checkin at least…

The bathroom tub looked dirty they never came to clean the room or leave toilet paper we always had to ask for clean towels the pool heater didn’t work so the water was always cold.

Why not say “Ma’am, there was an issue with your card, may we try another one?” None of that was necessary. Why be so short with me; and why was he running my card before I even got there? I’m genuinely confused and annoyed.

The last Quality Inn had hot food and I thought they all did. Holes in carpet. Couldn’t understand clerk. Will never go there again.

The room was shabby, bathtub was dirty, heavy mildew in the tub, on the curtains, and on the handle in the bath. The refrigerator could not be adjusted or turned off, I had to unplug it to turn it off. I informed the person what the condition was in and he insisted the room was clean. I was originally was to be in room 220 upon check-in he switched me to room 222 which was filthy.

It is old and not the traditional standard of Quality Inn. Stains on bed covers, shower curtain. Tub had dark stains, needed bleached. Carpets in hallways stained. Treated like a mere truck stop for truckers and women of the night. Grounds not kept. I will never stsy or recommend

This place is showing some wear & tear. There were lots of scrapes on the doors, which might be due to the fact it was a room for the disabled. The missing paint on the ceiling is harder to explain. The biggest issues were thin towels that made it hard to dry my hair after a shower, and an extremely noisy fan in the bathroom.

Check-in interaction was awkward. Rooms were dirty (sheets didn’t look clean) smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling. Poorly maintained throughout. Noisy and questionable guests. Not recommended.

The hotel was pretty run down, old AC units were piled up near the stairwell, and the water pressure wasn’t good.

A lot of renovations are needed. The ice maker wasn’t working I was told to go next door to another hotel to get ice😕

Hotel front desk was unattended most of our stay with a sign that said “We will be right back” pool was never open while we were there. Breakfast? Ha, yeah right. A couple of microwaveable sandwiches. A little yogurt. And make your own waffles. Wasn’t risking the waffle batter, didn’t trust it seeing how everything else lacked in care. Coffee was nasty, and no decaf. Service in our room was bad. Didn’t make bed. Just replaced a wash rag and emptied trash. We put stuff in the refrigerator that froze solid. I will say fridge/microwave was clean. Second night neighbor was loud again. Complained and stupid hotel staff called our loud ass phone to tell us he said something to them. Tipping them off to us complaining. Glad there was no retaliation. Second day still no ice machine or pool. This definitely is not a $150 a night hotel. MAYBE $39.99 a night kind of place. Welcome to the Low Quality Inn. If I would have known this review could have had photos I would have taken pictures.

Not very clean, sheets looked like they had not been changed, odd oder in the room. Bathroom tub was grimy. Breakfast was skimpy and mediocre. Would not recommend this quality Inn to anyone.

They didn’t let me know the pool was going to be closed my whole stay. I booked their because they had a pool. The first two days I was told it would be open after 5 then after 5 on the next day I was told it was going to be closed for a month. Very disappointed.

It was outdated., and bathroom was in need of repairs, and linens dirty also walls had either paint or crayon marks on them.

Place needs overhaul, even the "upgrades" were poorly done. Clean the carpets!!!

The pool was awesome

The front desk folks were amazing! Our group was stayed for two nights and both mornings we had to get started early. They opened the breakfast early for us so we could eat before starting our day. I can't say enough how great they were and we would definitely stay again!
