Had the sign uo for do not disturb and they still came into the room.

The property was newly renovated. Renovation is still ongoing. Room was nicely furnished and very clean and quiet. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is under construction and the reception and 1st floor are a mess. I had my room on the 2nd floor and the hallway was a mess. My room was brand new and clean. No cleaning was done in more; I stayed for 2 nights.

I would not stay here again, the hotel is in construction so there’s construction material and plastic everywhere. But that’s not the biggest issue, I was giving a room where everything was dirty, the sink looked disgusting and the shower looked like it had been just used and was also very dirty. I asked to be moved to a different room and the staff did moved me. The new room was okay, it looked clean at first glance but you can tell that all they did was to whipped things with a rag. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself. At night there people yelling in the hallway and a dog barking. I guess you get what you pay for, but they really need to work on cleanliness

Besides the hotel being in construction nothing worked it was very dirty after the room service people came in and cleaned up made the beds and we left went about a day they came back and took pictures so they can keep my $100 cash security deposit they could have took it off the card but they wanted cash I know why now thank you I will never say it with him again or super 8

My credit card was abused by overcharging over $200.00 for a booking of $100. Watch out, they will give you excuse that they can that printer is not working. Hotel was under renovation, full of construction materials all over the place and breakfast rte sandwiches bought on a convenient stores.

Newly renovated and room was very clean besides being dusty. When I booked online, I booked a king room. I ended up with 2 full size beds in the room. When I asked the front desk staff they said they only had “queen rooms”. We could have made do with a queen but the 2 double beds were disappointing.

This place is getting renovated so I got a brand new room 🙌 for the price I can’t complain. Plus the room had a smart TV to watch Netflix.

TV not working. Thin walls. I could hear someone in the next room hacking and coughing.

It was all acceptable.

Room was presentable, but with obvious flaws. One curtain side would not stay up. Places to hook it to were missing from the curtain rod. It fell twice on me when sliding curtains; I had to put it back up. The concrete floor beneath the carpet was cracked or broken, and then sloped beyond the break. I had to walk uphill in my own room to again find level floor. Something was noisy beneath the TV. I think it was the refrigerator. A distressing motor noise. The refrigerator was not secure in its cabinet, and because the fridge is light weight, when pulling in the well sealed door to open it, the refrigerator came with it and had to be placed back into the cabinet. LED lighting is bad for the eyes and your nervous system, and every light was sadly LED. One window was badly fogged, but not actually fogged. It looked permanent, insightful. The window did not open smoothly, if I wanted fresh air. Checkout instructions were unclear. (Should I return the key or just leave it in the room, or throw it away?) things like that. Otherwise, it was just “a room.”

The breakfast was really gross all the food was stale and the milk smelled sour. There were several loud people that stayed there in the hallway smelled like pot lots of guests coming in at all hours of the night I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe See above the hotel was dirty the rooms were dirty there was no housekeeping there was a lot of people that were very loud and coming in at all hours of the night it was uncomfortable and I did not feel safe plus the breakfast was stale in the milk was sour

The first room that they put me in the TV was not working. The second room that they had put me in, the bathroom toilet was leaking. The lady at the front desk when we checked out in the morning was very rude.

Nice ample parking for trailers, greeted and treated nicely by staff along with nice clean rooms. What more could you ask for?

Everyone was great. TVs all getting switched over to smart tvs is nice. Our fridge worked too good. Froze everything… but overall comfortable, clean and daily housekeeping crew was great as well.

Tv Two rooms were not clean, peeling surface in bathtub. Bedsheet not clean, top cover had stains and a hole in it. I'm still having difficulty getting my stay changed from 4 days (planned) stay to 2 days (actual) stay.

Tv didn't work but we just went to bed had a early morning. Curtains didn't close all the way but I laid floor lamp against them. Outside light flickered all night flashing above curtains. Besides that nice place. Would go there again.

Cleaning staff comes every day fresh towels soap. We were on a weekly stay. Many hotels don’t come daily on a weekly. They’ve installed new smart tvs also in most rooms which is a really nice added plus.

The tub had paint chipping off the sides and floor, the shower curtain would not close properly causing water to go everywhere diring shower. Exposed ceiling tiles in bathroom. No clear channel guide for entertainment.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable . The ceilings were cosmetically unpleasant, the pattern didn’t match and the drywall seems were visible. The bathroom had paint splatter all over the floor and the shower surround was in poor condition.

Everything Nothing

Honestly the experience was kind of whatever but the big kicker was that MY DOOR DIDNT LOCK. I stepped outside my room to leave for the concert and it clicked behind me but when I tried the knob just to make sure it was secure, the door opened easily without needing the key card. I think the latch was so worn down that it wouldn’t stay locked unless I was inside and used the deadbolt. Sure I could have requested a different room but I didn’t want to be late and didn’t feel like packing up and moving, plus I feel like the absolute least a hotel can do is give you a door that locks. I feel like this deserves a one star rating for this fact alone but I have it two stars for gits and shiggles.

There was no stay due to a paid double bookiing.. The hotel stated Expedia took my money and would not accommodate.

It were terrible, don't get me wrong the lady at the desk was nice, but for this to be a none smoking motel, smell like cigarette smoke throughout this place, if you not a smoker like myself this a problem, the carpet in our room were nasty, house keeper is filthy my fiancee and I left for a few hours on our return the same sheets still on the bed from the night before, I dont want to give too much information but know the sheets were nasty! We will not return.

It was not worth the price I paid. The water pressure was so low. I asked for a refund and they said I couldn’t because i booked through Expedia. The people above me walked the floor all night hard and the room next door was adjacent with gray tape and they talked loud all night. I was afraid to sleep. Then I got moved to second floor and it wasn’t any better. Never again. I’m requesting a rull refund. I drove 10 hours to get no rest my 3 days there.

The beds were comfortable, although I hit my ankle on a metal piece sticking out from the base of the bed. The shower head was dripping , but no big deal. The food choices available was Harold's chicken, Subway, Gracie's Taco's, McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and Culver's just to name a few.

The king size is too worn with a rather large sink hole on the left side of bed, very uncomfortable for sleeping.

Booked abs paid for two beds, gave us 1 king bed with washroom and no door. I was staying with my son. Was very weird.

Breakfast could have been better and more choices

Deplorable condition's. Hotel needs major renovation. Smoke Detector hanging down from ceiling, bathroom shower faucet leaking and wouldn’t shut off, toilet wouldn’t flush, bathroom smelled like stinky feet. No cover over the exhaust fan and full of dust. The walls have been patched multiple times. Told hotel clerk and some items were addressed. They said they didn’t have any other rooms available or we would have changed rooms. No availability at other hotels in the area.

It was a good hotel

If you're reading reviews and seeing lots of 10/10 reviews, ignore them. They're lying. Our room had rust and mold in the bathroom, paint peeling off the ceiling, hole in the tub, and the peep hole in the door was stuffed with paper towel. The only reason we stayed there was because we couldn't afford to wait for a refund to go somewhere else. The lady at the front desk did try to get us another room but the bathroom was no better. We had to buy a mat for the tub it was so dirty. NEVER AGAIN. I was fooled by the good reviews on here. Don't be fooled. Stay somewhere else.

I reserved a non smoking two bed room. When I went to check in they had just smoking rooms left.

Location Commode tank and valve failed. Commode was to low. Bathtub surface had been damaged and no handles in shower/tub. Tub was very old. No handicap access rooms available as requested. No ice container. Room had moldy smell. Desk lamp didn’t work and management didn’t have a replacement available. Lastly, did not have any USB A & C plugs for charging Iphones and laptop computers. 2 Desk chairs were old cheap wood seats on metal frame (very uncomfortable)

Staff was very accommodating and kind, the rooms were nice and carpeting was nice as well in the hallway. The room had lighting fixtures that worked and the phone in the room worked to contact the front desk. The bathroom was nice as well, no water flow issues, the beds were comfortable. It was hot outside and the air conditioner worked fabulously. Thank you Super 8 -Monee, Illinois. I will revisit this one!

Pretty good stay, very friendly. Towels not the best with some stains. Shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and outlets for blow dryer didnt work. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

We had to take a trip for unexpected family business and had to stop because of a storm coming through. The hotel was okay but was charge $50 for no amenities used. Never will stay there again!

Drapes broke... Elevator broke... Window fogged over .. only a couple towels. ... No juice for breakfast.... Hallway reeked of cigarettes.

Great place for a short, local, overnight get away…only issue was getting something delivered, had a hard time finding delivery/door dash service past 9pm. Otherwise it was great

Had no towels in my room had to call to get towels and then the shower didn’t even work. There was no water pressure in order for the shower even turn on you to stand there and hold it while you were in the shower so I checked out and I had to go shower somewhere else. I will never stay here again.

I was a bit concerned and unsure of what to expect due to the low rating but had to book last minute and it was the closest option available…I was pleasantly surprised, the room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and efficient at check in / out and the breakfast provided was a plus. The facilities could definitely use some remodeling but it was acceptable and clean.

My truck broke down on hwy 57 so I need a place to stay for a few nights. The staff was friendly, the lobby was clean and the room was nice and cozy, after freezing all day in the truck the room has a perfect temperature to sleep all night.

My keys were left laying on the front desk counter for us because the person working left the building before we arrived. Room had fixtures that were legit pulled out of the wall and had not been repaired.

The water never got hot and it was hard to adjust temperature on the unit in the room. Cold shower sucked and there was breakfast but lacked variety

6 cops first night, bunch of people screaming and fighting, wreaked of weed, no elevators, raisin bran and frosted flakes for breakfast, 10 dollars if u ask for a half hour extra time for check out

Room was dirty, hair dirt filth between mattress and box spring cigarette burns in the sheets in a non smoking room after bathing walked back to bed and feet were black from a carpet that hadn't been cleaned properly. Also no Bible in the room...

The front desk clerk is extremely rude, very aggressive and ignorant. He assumed I couldn’t pay for my room. After my reservation is over I will be finding another hotel in the area to finish out my stay for work. This is very unacceptable and a disgrace to the business

The room was ok but there were no cups in the room and the water pressure in the sink was very low. The water came dribbling out of the faucet.

This had to be the worst hotel ever!!! We checked in the room and it was dirty. My Husband has a broken finger and due to kidney issues I have issues with my swollen ankles which cause me to have issues walking and after checking us in and charging my card I was told the elevator did not work. Our house roof was being repaired so I could not go home and since we paid for almost a week our funds was tied up. My Husband stayed but I had to go stay with my Sister in Wisconsin because I could not do the stairs! Now if it was just the uncleanliest I could have went and bought my own covers and pillows and towels (as my Husband did). It cost me more to stay there and on Saturday night my Husband had to leave the property and sleep in his car at another neighboring property because of a fight in the lobby area. This by far should not be open and I feel for the legally disabled people (such as myself) it should be told that you have to walk up flights of stairs before the money is taken off the card!!!! I am passed unhappy!

Stayed at the super eight in Monee Illinois for a concert over the weekend was not aware that there was no elevator. We were on the second floor once we walked into our room our room smelled like marijuana. Our room curtains also were falling off the curtain rod and were broken, the pillows were flat there was no fullness to the pillows. The walls had patches of spackle on them as they were maybe at one time trying to fix the walls. This was an awful motel.

Unfortunately, my ligjta had gone out due to a storm and i had to find shelter. This was rhe only hotel that was available. The hotel lobby hasn't been uodated. I ws reasy to go immediately. However, there was no where to go. The bed was horrible and uncomfortable. The room was hot. I didn"t sleep at all.

This location is run down and there is a distinct order in the hallways and the rooms. It was a mix of marijuana and filth. I also had stuck to the shower stall wall. I don't have great expectations, but I do expect cleanliness.

I always do a staycation every 3 months and I chosen this hotel the hotel it self was in good condition the room was different on how I saw it on the page but other then that it was good

My room was in the middle on the bottom floor. There was a few smokers here and there. The room was okay nothing super special and it was worth what i was paying.

The room and carpet looked updated. The tub was peeled off almost completely. Totally unable to shower. Only good for sleeping overnight if need to. Pay more or drive to the Tinley Park area for nice hotels.

The property was very shabby, the walls were paper thin and I could hear people talking all night long and walking up and down the corridor, the curtains simply would not close as the rod was broken and I had to clip them together, the fridge made annoying noise all night long, the room seemed very unclean, the bed covers were super thin and I froze and it was March. Breakfast was adequate. The staff was just amazing. I would not stay there again.

The room was clean and quiet. They were replacing box springs so the entire second floor had them out in the hallway. It did not effect my stay, however.

The room was mostly fine for the price. Low rating because there was blood smeared on the outside of the toilet, a pizza crust behind the headboard, and peanuts and other debris between the mattress and box spring. I felt a little gross, but not unsafe.

The room smelled like cigarettes upon arrival. The walls were dirty. Ceiling paint was peeling. The microwave had someone’s old drink in it. Lots of weird hairs on the bed sheets and cigarette burns in the comforter. Some chick was smoking a pipe (assuming crack) outside the front door. We didn’t even stay. Didn’t feel safe and was definitely did not seem recently updated.

The rooms stunk. Gave my 2nd room away claiming hotels.com told them I was checking out. Would not provide clean sheets that were filthy. Very less than helpful and would not provide refund or partial refund for giving room away.

The rooms were not cleaned, just a change of sheets (I hope) and towels. The place has been run into the ground. Not maintained, I.e. filthy stained carpets not even swept, bathroom fixtures not working properly and curtain rods falling down. Shower and sink both had hair in them. Dresser and tables had sticky drink residue on them. I’ve been staying there for years prior to Covid, and was satisfied then, but it’s a crap hole now. I will not stay there again.

The worse thing is there water pressure..very low.. showering sucks, toilet pressure is the worse,has hard trouble flushing a piece of toilet paper..

Very dirty room. Bulb burnt out in lamp next to bed. Window lock was broken and there was a stick for security. I was on the first floor. Bathroom walls were dirty there were rust stains all over the tub walls. They're pubic hairs in the bed. There was a small coffee maker in the room with coffee but no cups to put the coffee in. There was a bad order in the hallways. In the morning I went to have the continental breakfast and the coffee maker was broken and it was the only coffee maker for the entire facility. It looks like it had been broken for years. This entire facility is in need of an extreme remodel and it is currently not safe whatsoever. I highly suggest you pick another place to stay at. This is one of the worst I have ever been to in My Life.

The person at the front only spoke to me once when he adked for my ID. We walked into our room and the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed in awhile. The bathroom was the most disgusting room I've seen in a long time. I washed my hair in the sink. There was no way I'd step foot in that shower.

Both daytime and night Front Desk Clerks were helpful and accommodating.

Second room...bed skirts looked like someone had vomited on them, pubic hairs in the tub. Refused. Third room...barely any better. Bathroom horrendous condition.

Good for a quick night stay.
