Stay was ok. Breakfast was the same thing multiple days which was fine. One of the lights didn’t work and the beds are higher than normal and my mom had a hard time getting into it. Maid service wasn’t the greatest. One of our rooms the bed squeaked Everytime you moved. The bathtub was really slippery be careful when getting in. We liked they have Dove products for you to use. Great location. Staff were nice. Coffee was nice.

It’s a very well kept facility that offers free breakfast and free parking. It’s conveniently located and easy access to major freeways and many eateries.

The staff are professional and friendly.. they were very accommodating..my flight was cancelled out of LAX...so I needed to stay an extra night...so I booked my room for one more night, a few hours later I got a call from the airline and they were able to get me a flight out of Ontario... They gave me my refund for the night. I could not be happier... Now just waiting for the manager to send booking.com the information about the refund..it has overall been an awesome experience!

Very clean. As soon as you walk in it smells so nice and you already get the sense that it’s a clean facility. The rooms were exceptionally well kept and clean! The breakfast wasn’t all that great. Not many options and even at 7:45 they didn’t have hot food options out yet.

I highly recommend this location, the staff is kind and helpful. We stayed in a king. The room and hotel was super clean. They offer a complementary breakfast that has several options to choose from.

The hotel is a nice stay for the money. Took away a star because the refrigerator in my room had a horrible smell to it and did not get cold. Also, the breakfast buffet was not impressive. Pancake and cinnamon roll machines were both broken and my 8:35 on Monday most of the hot food was gone and not replaced even though breakfast is served until 9:30.

Clean room. Breakfast was pretty good. The only thing that I have something about is that both nights we were there there were a lot of construction trucks in the parking lot and it made it very difficult to find a parking spot.

Yes, the staff was courteous, it was clean. Room #313 was a fine room but had 2 items that needed fixed, the toilet seat and the bathroom door. I would have reported it had there been anyone at the front desk when we checked out.

The complimentary breakfast was good..but it wasn’t stocked up according to the guests coming in to eat. Many of us had to wait for the employee to refill the trays. My husband went to ask the employee twice and saw that she was looking at her phone. We’ve stayed at your Hotel in the past and this is the first time we had this happen…maybe she needed help..she was working alone. OVERALL, we enjoyed our stay and will return.

The first room they put us in smelled of cigarette smoke, but the kind front desk person immediately found us a new room, with a complimentary upgrade. The room was very clean and comfortable. We could hear our somewhat loud neighbors through the wall.

Overall it was a good experience. The Accessible room was well equipped although quite far from the entrance for a 90 yr old to access. The first night there was a mistske in booking and we were overcharged. Otherwise rooms were clean and comfortable.

they didn't clean my room properly, the floor was dirty I reported to the front desk the second day ,they didn't do enything .

While I was expecting a quality stay, I was disappointed in the room cleanliness upon check in. The room floors had not been mopped and were sticky. The bathroom toilet was also dirty. I called the receptionist and informed her of the floor situation and asked her if she could have someone clean it as we were getting ready to head out. She said they would, but upon our return the room was as we left it. I tried calling the front desk but one one answered. In addition the windows are not sound proof so we could hear everyone’s conversation outside, and we were on the second floor. The breakfast was great, but my expectations were not met in terms of cleanliness.

Parking lot was safe of course I parked in the handicap area. But I was disappointed when I took a shower. There was no rubber mat. I cannot stand independently. Fear that I might slip and fall.

Hotel was fine, but no towels in room when we arrived. I asked for toilet paper twice and they never brought it to the room.

I’m usually a Best Western type of person but they were booked out; However, I was able to snag a room here. The check in was very easy and quick, deposit was very cheap (under $50 but I can’t remember exactly) and the best part was that the AC was running and the room was cold when I needed somewhere to relax after a hot day. The room was very clean and comfortable, many outlets and amenities were available. The area was very safe and surrounded by other neighboring properties so there was plenty of parking to choose from. Would highly recommend the stay.

Good location off the freeway, close to many restaurants, and stores. Internet access was hard to connect but was able after several attempts. Close to Kaiser Moreno Valley where a family member was receiving care.

we like the property area close to shopping. we dislike they give us only two shower towel limit we are five people in one room.

Nice accommodations except both times weve stayed there, more detail needs to be made to bathroom floor cleanliness, especially baseboards by toilet and corners. Toilets are extremely low, hard for tall people and those with bad knees.

This was a good hotel for a stop over. The bathtub was chipping and didn’t hold water. I called down to the lobby for extra blankets and never got them. I even had to call twice, the first time I was left ringing. I wouldn’t stay here more than a night.

Expedia and Holiday inn are not committed to the customers in Mo valley at all. experience not good at all. Had to ask for heat. basics towels. hot water. not happy. Great lesson learned

We stayed here for two nights. It was very quiet and peaceful. The free breakfast was very convenient. Not much options but it was enough to get you through your day. The room was very clean. They did clean our room but it did seem like they just fixed the beds and that was really it. We had to ask the front desk for more towels. Overall, it was a great stay.

We like everything except the smell in the room. It smells like dirty socks. We want to request changing the room. But since we stay only 1 day, we just dont want to make a trouble.

The bed seemed high for me, had trouble getting on it. Hopefully next time you have a stool, lol. For the breakfast, you have cheese on the eggs, my husband can’t eat cheese, and the pancake maker was not working. All n all place was very nice, thank you.
