The staff was very professional and kind. The room was fantastic.

It was clean except 5he bathroom floor tile was broken in one corner then the shower door would not close all the way. Beside that the room was clean comfortable. The $150 dollar non refundable pet fee . Non refundable doubled the room rate was discouraging. Compare to other room rates and pet fees it is high.

The tile in the bathroom was broken. I ended up cutting my foot in the end. There were ants in the shower and room had a horrible smell.

Bedroom w own bathroom is nice & separate from living room & full kitchen. 2 TV’s good. Appreciate full fridge too. Good for a weekend stay and U want to cook your own food. Area very accessible. Plus In-n-Out just right in front of hotel. Staff good. Could be a tad friendlier more helpful in providing info. But all in all good stay, and would stay again.

Did not have bedding for pull out couch in room. Had to go to front desk to get pillows, bedding, and blankets. Bed was not comfortable.

The hospitality was amazing The lights on the basketball court didn't work. Why have them then? Also the floor stays wet and slippery. Dangerous unsafe. The last night I was there my car got broken into. There is no security on sight whatsoever.

Room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The staff was above and beyond helpful with anything we needed. Parking lot and plenty of space even with the hotel packed.

The room was nice however, none of the soap dispensers had soap in it, we had to ask for towels and blankets. There was none in the room. Later on in the evening, we got a call stating that we were being extremely loud that we had people complaining about us. My son is 5 yrs old and non verbal but he does get a little hyper, but I highly doubt a five-year-old can disturb people beneath us and next to us for them to complain. The next day, the hotel was full of soccer kids that were allowed, but we totally understood and did not complain because they are children. So the fact that the staff called up to the room to let us know that we were being a burden to others was in my opinion rude and unfortunate.

My cousin and I stayed for one night and entering the room we wish we would’ve just stayed for the weekend. The hotel and room were extremely clean. The price is not bad at all for a suite, with kitchen and living room. Check in and out was super easy. We would definitely stay again!

Our second time here we really enjoy it, this time we got a room and had a fireplace. I believe they call it residence Inn because maybe all the rooms have a little kitchen spots.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, quiet property both for ourselves and our older parents. The rooms were spacious & comfortable, the property was always clean, the breakfast bar & surrounding area was a major plus, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to San Jose.

Out of the three rooms, one of the bathtub faucets was streaming down water when it was turned off. And, the second bathtub faucet was dripping water when it was turned off.

My daughter Jada soccer tournament and stayed here, it was amazing, a lot of food choices around there quiet and close to the event!

Could not even check into my hotel they charged me $257 and I couldn't even check into my hotel I demand a refund I will never go to this hotel ever again had my 7 year old in the rain driving around for another hotel I would never ever if this hotel for my worst enemy what a joke says my credit card is a fraud and they took the money already out of my credit card what a joke

The suite was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. And the receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly.

No room service for four days despite requesting it. No hand soap or lotion in room despite requesting it—used body wash from the shower to wash hands for the four days, which is fine, just odd.

Also, we needed to keep the vent going in the bathroom, because the mildew smell was so strong. I imagine the room is used as often as others so the bathroom linens become musty. Otherwise, the space, location and service are more than adequate.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms No place in bedroom area to open suitcase, other than bed. No luggage rack, dresser top or table. PET FEE IS OUTRAGEOUS compared to similar properties. Instead of a reasonable nightly fee of 20-40 that most hotels charge, or a refundable cleaning deposit, they charge a nonfundable $175 fee! That is more than the cost of the nightly room rate for a 1 bedroom suite. And that fee was not described on booking.com. My dog is small and leaves less mess than a human. I understand some dogs create a huge amount of hair or can be destructive, but most dogs do not. Which is why the cleaning deposit should be refundable. Wish I could stay here again, but if I have my dog, absolutely won’t be coming back.

Shower curtain to short in width and length, soaked the floor. Breakfast was cold and eggs were overcooked. Limited food offered. poor lighting. Will not stay there ever again. I travel weekly and rarely comment on service and rooms. Booked room through Hotels.com and page said free parking and then I am charged $14/night, no security person working. So why am I being charged $14/night. Never thought a Residence Inn would be this poorly run!

The lady in the reception simply said, 'You are 5 people, each two will be in a room, and the fifth will sleep on the couch.' How can this be right when we paid for 5 people to sleep on beds not couches?

The room next door was having a party until 4am..we could not sleep, even though we complained to front desk the noise still continued.

The room and bed were fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was maybe the breakfast. There wasn’t bacon.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Indoor pool was small and because it was indoor it got very loud in the room. The kids still had a great time swimming though. It is conveniently located close to the Morgan Hill Outdoor Sports Complex which is why we’re in town. We will also take advantage of the continental breakfast in the lobby tomorrow morning.

What I didn't like was the additional parking fee of 14$ per day which was a hidden fee and not mentioned when originally booking.

This stop is easy to get to off the highway 101. The staff were super friendly and beyond helpful. Super clean and smells fresh. Great free breakfast with lots of options. Nice rooms and well taken care of! Would highly recommend!

All of the staff were extremely friendly and kind. They were eager to help and serve. We’ve stayed at many Residence Inn (and countless other hotels) over the years, and their customer service was exceptional and probably the best we’ve ever experienced!

Room size was nice, very clean. Free continental breakfast was offered in the morning, however once breakfast items ran out they did not refill fast or often. Only one waffle/pancake maker, the line was so long for it that breakfast hours were over before we could get one. It was expensive to park your car there every night. We decided to park across the street to avoid the high charge.

We booked a night for a New Years Eve get away. The room suites size and layout was nice, but the room smelled of burnt popcorn (we looked into it and noticed the smell was coming from the microwave). The bed had a significant dip in the center of the mattress and was too soft. Although we were traveling with 3, they placed us in a room that did not have a sleeper sofa so our third person had to sleep on the sofa – we had to ask for sheets.

Really a perfect property from small to big things. Safe, super clean, excellent hot breakfast, room was big and lots of plugs and USB ports…. TV had easy Netflix access and we could tell the staff was motivated, cheerful and helpful. We usually stay in San Jose when visiting family but this is our new favorite affordable place.

My mistake on not scrolling to bottom of site to see the actual cost to park. Tsk tsk. End on a positive. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good location, generous breakfast; room was clean. My only dislike is that the room was particularly dark, either the light bulbs were not bright enough or they need more light fixtures in the room.

The room was very spacious and clean. Service was top notch, we didn't have any problems with our stay. We would stay again.

Shower curtain didn't fit tib so we couldn't close it and floor Flooded every shower. I also paid for a king size bed and got a room with a full but bed too tired to drag luggage downstairs and complain.

Everything was good. The breakfast was a bit lacking from other residence in hotels. Juice machines were just pushing out water. No fruit and really only egg options for warm food. There was also a hidden fee for parking of $14 a day. Otheer than these things it was great, clean, and the pool was great. Very quiet and we felt safe

I had to cancel my reservation upon arrival: with check-in at 3 PM, I arrived at 2:45 PM. I was told that my room is not ready, so I need to wait 30 - 45 minutes. At 3:15 PM I was told that they are not sure when my room will be ready, as a housekeeper is out for a lunch and it is unknown when she will be back. Taking into account given me info and considering that cleaning with take at least one hour, I made decision to cancel my stay at the hotel. I was able to find another hotel in the area with available room for me to stay.

First of all, it’s next to In-N-Out, which is one of my favorite places to go to /. The staff is wonderful and ended up staying there almost 2 months and I had a great time. :)

Clean and neat, good location

The Staff was very accommodating. Relatively clean. The night I stayed, noise in the hallway and a barking dog made sleeping very difficult. The Mattress was very sunken-in - I had to lay on top of the extra pillows. Be aware that they Charge for Parking.

Staff was wonderful. The only complaint is the hotel was chosen for their pool and we show up and the pool is closed for repairs. Very poor job by Expedia in listing that information. The kids were Not happy.

IT WAS EASY ON AND OFF THE 101

We also needed to cancel our last night and Melissa and Joyce handled it perfectly! We loved our room and the breakfast crew did a great job every morning. We had a bad stay at a Marriott last year and happily this stay was perfect in every way.

We were not informed online or at checkin about the indoor pool being closed. Brought swimsuits and planned to relax there the following day while hubby’s golfed. Not! 😠

We were only inconvenienced by the elevator breakdown. With three children in tow (2 rooms, one under my name and one under INO), we had to make several trips up and down the stairs to load our cars. I did notice that the rooms were quite as clean (bathroom, in particular) as in past visits. Could have been a bit more tidied up. I was happy to be greeted by name upon arrival. Breakfast was an improvement over the to go bags, but miss the fresher foods from pre-pandemic.

The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The pool was under maintenance and it would have been nice to see a warning before booking as that was the major reason I had selected our stay here, also the breakfast was a big let down. For having payed $300 for one night I expected to at least have some scrambled eggs and bacon. Overall it was ok, but I don't believe I would book here again.

Amazing, courteous and helpful front desk staff - very accommodating!!

There was a loud argument/shouting match with lots of expletives in the parking lot, which woke us during the night. Also, I was surprise that we were charged for parking, which I discover upon reading my bill. It's not a crowded or urban area, so why tack on this extra fee? The breakfast tasted fine, but was all prepackaged food, generating lots of plastic waste. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were nice.

Unfortunately, house keeping was not able to clean my room as requested. Disapointed as it was a long stay and the room did need to be cleaned.

I specifically booked this hotel to utilize the pool during my stay for exercise. To be told at the hotel it’s under renovation was frustrating. It did not state this anywhere on the hotel’s information site. I would have booked a different hotel with a pool available had I known in advance.

Stayed at this hotel due to going to a families member funeral in Morgan hill me and my partner where “evicted” due to noise complaints which made no sense because we where sleeping. We received a call about a warning which made us confused. Than we had gotten up and left to grab dinner the room across us harrassed us and made it seem like it was us. We were confused on as to what was going on. Came back from getting dinner could not get into our room and we where told we where being evicted due to a noise complaint which made no sense if we where sleeping. I feel like we where being stereotyped because I was Mexican the noise was not frok our room as we where sleeping and had just got back from the funeral. I think this is so wrong and ridiculous I asked to speak to a manager and was told manager was not in till Monday and that’s when I can call. Worst hotel and customer service ever

Excellent place to stay with family

My daughter and I love staying here. But I’ve noticed the cleaning service they’ve lacked it. The bathroom sink and mirror had men shaving hair everywhere around the hand faucet there was dirt .. dry wet. I had to do my cleaning. The table had fingerprints all over, the light switches had dirt, I’m not kidding you it was disgusting, the doors had honey, syrup. They URGENTLY NEES to do a better job with cleaning. I was about tl post pictures but truth is, I have faith they will correct the cleaning service process.

The room smelled like wet dogs, they did not say anything about the $10 parking fee for what looked like a unsecure public parking lot with a bum camp just on the otherside of a cut fence.

Excellent hotel and super clean. Only negative (but not a big deal) was there was no lotion; maybe just forgotten?otherwise, awesome hotel!

Customer service was horrible took to long to attend me and family

We don't like to complain, so we held off, but the longer we stayed in the room, the more things we found and the dirtier we felt. So, we called, and they moved us to another room. The second room was better. It felt clean and smelled clean. However, we think all of the carpets need a good shampoo job, because if we walked around barefoot and got into the shower, dirt was coming off of our feet. Not overly happy with this stay.

Really nice to have a suite to allow alone time with my partner. BBQ area was greatly appreciated, not having to eat out every meal ruled. Bathrooms came equipped, bed was deviously soft. Only con was the person who spent the weekend chain smoking and stunk up our bathroom.
