clean nice and big room. it was a very last minute stay and we were happy we were able to get it. quite place, unfortunately i wasn’t comfortable in the pool someone’s kids were taking the whole thing up with large floatys. i was a little upset about that but the room was nice.

Clean hotel and convenient to local restaurants. TV did not work, staff fixed but only worked for two hours. All over, had a difficult time with TV staying connected during the two day stay.

Reserved a handicap accessible room with roll-in shower. Hand held shower had horrible water pressure making it unusable. The spray from the regular shower head did not reach bath bench attached to wall. I put in a complaint at front desk at checkout requesting a small refund. Young man at desk didn't speak very good English, but he assured me a manager would call me. No call after waiting all day. Also freezer wasn't working so ice cream melted. And hidden air freshener that aggravated my asthma.

My stay was excellent. This hotel and its staff are extremely helpful and kind. So glad I get to stay here

Cons: no room darkening curtains ( view and glow of lit McDonald’s sign not a joy), noise ( 6am garbage truck wake up and laundry) and bed was kind of hard

I smelled the bacon or sausage when i came out of my room in the morning. Very nice. Very nice stay overall!

The only thing that I wasn't able to use was the pool. It looked a bit cloudy, not clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and welcoming!

The place was great but even with a pillow top king the beds are very hard where it hurts your back! Breakfast was good and place was clean

Property raised their rates by over $140 a night due to a soccer tournament in the area. It’s not right that these hotels price gouge parents. Hotel room also smelled like someone had smoked in it and had a strong chemical smell to mask it.

I always stay in holiday inn express no matter where I travel. Usually the facility is in great condition. Our room was outdated, and beds were uncomfortable. Found a huge roach in our bathroom and looked like the bathroom was cleaned weeks before or it had been under construction. Parking was a nightmare as well

Good breakfast Room was dingy, walls were chipped and smudged. The sofa bed was old and dingy. It was uncomfortable. The pool was packed with people who were not guests. They were the children of staff. Not once did anyone come in and monitor the non-guests or replace towels, etc.

The rooms and beds were nice, clean and comfortable. The shower heads were horrible. If the shower heads were replaced with better water pressure and removable heads with cords to rinse it would be a much better shower experience.

Upon arrival the front desk was not very friendly. My room was also not the cleanest, and there was a gross red stain on our sofa bed when pulled out and opened. Also hair in the shower upon arrival.

We had a nice stay at the Holiday In Express in Morgan Hill. The first room we were assigned had a noisy AC unit and bright lights shining in the window at night, but we were moved to a quieter room on the North side of the building, which was fine.

Everything’s was great, a lot of parking available, staff was nice breakfast was delicious. Very clean room. Sad we didn’t have time to use the swimming pool hopefully next time. Thank you!

Good food options around the property within walking distance. The beds were amazing! The staff was nice and the breakfast was great.

Check in was easy. When I first booked I was looking for a dog friendly hotel which stated on hotels.com. When I arrived they said it was only service dogs, but they told me it happens and let my dog stay. If you check now, it says service dogs only. For the most part hotel stay was nice and quiet, except the night before I left. There was a large party that were so loud around 2am and went on for a long time. I called front desk and the guy didn’t seem to care. It took over 10 minutes for the noise to go away. Walls are thin, so I had laughing hyenas next door that same night that lasted over an hour. Breakfast was decent. No one available at check out. Called to get my receipt and was informed that it would be emailed to me. Never was.

I've stayed at this property several times and the quality is consistently good. During my recent visit, wet varnish on the desk stained my clothing. The staff promptly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Things happen and the staff resolved the issue, which for me, makes this a good place to stay.

The staff was extremely rude, my room was not the room I booked, they made me go downstairs to grab pillows and a blanket myself. The pool was disgusting. There was nothing but young kids working there with no manners or any customer service skills. I’m so disappointed for the amount of money I paid for one night this is the worst I’ve experienced.

My bed has a blood spot and the cutrtains have poop on them lol but im a good sport and just dealt with it.

Only complaint is with the heat/cooling system in the room. It was quite noisy every time it cycled on.

Traveled with my two kids and so far this was the best hotel we have stayed at. Everything they have to offer was great.

Didn’t care for the turkey sausages. Loved there was still coffee in the evening. Did not like the smell of construction materials from across the hallway. Swimming pool was warm and clean. No jacuzzi which was a bummer. Staff was helpful.

Great stay in the Morgan Hill area. Great staff. Easy to get to interstate. Restaurants and local shops. Would stay there again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite outdated. The decor and amenities felt more akin to staying at a motel rather than a proper hotel. Considering there are newer and more modern hotels in the same area, I would recommend exploring other options for a more comfortable and contemporary experience.

The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Rooms were nice and clean and staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here because it was nearby our Fitness event. Overall good for a one night stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom lacked a drain plug in sink. Could not see out of the windows due to sunburnt screen and dirty outside glass. Elevator was out of order 2 of our 4 night stay (we were on the third floor). My wife had a hard time with the 3 flights of stairs (bad knee). Breakfast was good.

The room was great, bed was comfortable and nice sitting area in the suite. Decided NOT to stay again because the people (mainly young kids) in the breakfast area were screaming and extremely loud at 7am on Sat and Sunday morning. It was extremely unpleasant to wake up like that for our whole weekend. Otherwise we would have continued to book there since we flew into town 4 weekends in a row for sporting events.

Room was clean and it was nice to have breakfast there.

Exquisite water pressure. Loved the added body mirror, it made getting ready easier in the mornings I didn’t have to share a mirror. Usually I don’t trust hotel breakfasts, but the breakfast here was delicious I even went for seconds. The front desk workers were very kind and extremely helpful. Very impressed.

Staff were nice, attentive and welcoming throughout my entire stay. Family friendly hotel and property was clean inside and out. Beautiful atrium to relax and enjoy breakfast with the family. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and working AC which was a plus during the heatwave.

Co-worker and I enjoyed our stay. Comfortable Beds, good Continental Breakfast. Lots of food options nearby and easy access to the highway.

Everything was great. Except the orange juice teasted like water. Otherwise everything was perfect.

I was hearing a dripping sound in the middle of the night - I ignored it coz it could have been the rain. The next morning there was puddle of water and huge water stain in the ceiling. Infomed the front desk right away and they came with bunch of towels. They said they will refund us a $20 off - which is a little ridiculous and they have not refunded it.
