The hotel is older, definitely could use some renovations especially in the rooms. Overall we had a great stay. The check in was smooth and getting to our room was easy to find and the beds were really comfortable. The AC ran a little loud but it got the room cool. The bathroom was clean but definitely could tell it has seen better days. The breakfast options were decent, it had a few options but we definitely did not leave hungry. We would stay here again.

We requested a room with handicapped facilities and were delighted with a bright clean room! We arrived late at night and appreciated the personal service of the person at the Desk.

Airport shuttle was very timely. Great location. Very close to the airport! Check in was a snap. Lady at the front desk very polite and had a warm smile. Room was clean and comfortable. Toilet was very low. Could be a problem for someone with bad knee or hip. Didn’t have breakfast had an early morning departure.

I thought the pool would be open and the pool was not open so I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t use. It went on the website. It said it was available during May through September.

Do not recommend at all. Staff was not empathetic, we told Kristen how unhappy we were about the experience, she kept reading rules on booking. Bathroom hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long has it been they have cleaned the tub. Bathroom doors do not close, carpets are not vacuumed. Pool was not open yet due to inspections not being performed by the state but by the looka of the pool, it was dirty. Reviews were very deceiving, not happy at all.

Very comfortable two night stay. The shuttle was not working, so the concierge sent an Uber for us at the airport. Short walks to several restaurants. We liked Texas Restaurant, 3 dollar glasses of house wine. Fluffy beds and pillows. Good size rooms with fridge and micro

I was going to take a swim in the pool but it was filthy. It had not been cleaned. There was gren scam all over the bottom of the pool which is unacceptable for late May. Also AC didn't really keep the room at a comfortable temp even when adjusted.

Wish I could have had some breakfast but had to get to the airport extra early. Super glad to have the shuttle and a place to park my car for my business trip. Will stay here again upon return. Good set up for airport travel into out of RDU.

Convenient place!

There was a spider in the room I stayed in, suggesting it's not been occupied in a while. The had very little variety.

The staff was nice, but the room was musty and moldy, and damp and sticky. We didn’t even take showers because it was so moldy and musty. There was mold all over the floor and corners of the bathroom, the carpet was cold and sticky and damp. I’ve never been afraid to take my shoes off inside a hotel room before, but it was very humid and greasy.

This property has a little age on it, but the room was extremely clean. Good location and nice pool area. Breakfast was nothing special, no fruit and not many choices. Overall great for the price and location as we were there for medical appointments at Duke.

The location is near grocery stores like Walmart and nearby gas stations. I would definitely recommend either with a group or as an individual. Have a blessed day!

Insanely loud AC unit. Paid extra for a hotel with a pool. Pool was green. Breakfast was disappointing and picked over. Cleaning staff harassed my Wife to leave starting at 9:30 am. Our checkout wasn’t until noon. They must’ve knocked 12 times in that time. Will not return.

The room was in disrepair with holes in the walls where old towel bars were, bathroom door with no handle or lock and minimal breakfast. There is a convenient shuttle to the airport and the sheets and room was clean.

Our room was damp and musty. The sheets smelled horrible.

I needed to return my rental car to the airport, but the hotel shuttle wasnt running at the time, so the front desk clerk got me an uber-- at NO COST to me!! That was a perk beyond what I expected, and much appreciated!!

Staff Nothing

The bathroom had some flaws and breakfast needed more options. They were late with coffee that is supposed to be 24 hours and late on Sunday with breakfast which was annoying, because we had to be out early.

I enjoy staying at La Quinta because it is very close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and even though it was late at night when my plan arrived (11:00pm) the shuttle came and picked me up. Great hotel!! Patrick Keough

We arrived very late, called the facility and our transportation was arranged, just like they said it would be. The clerk was welcoming and very helpful. It was wonderful to not have to stress.

My room was not cleaned once after a 5 day / 4 night stay. Additionally, the toilet was leaking the whole stay.

I liked the courtyard access however the pool was green and not open even though it said it was open may to September . The breakfast wasn't good there was never any reg coffee only decaf and no creamer , if u weren't down at 6am there was very little left to choose from

We have stayed at this LaQuinta many times. This visit was pretty disappointing. Common areas were very worn and outdoor seating area had not been cleaned in months, even the elevator was pretty beat-up. There were holes in the wall of our bathroom where they replaced a rack but didn’t patch. Another attempt to cover a hole in the plaster - whatever they used just ran down the wall. Also, the bathroom had not been mopped. I’m sad to say it was bad enough that I will be looking for a different hotel the next time. The staff there is always great but I feel the room that I’m paying for should be equally as good.

The room was ok. They need to remodel or touch up the rooms. The refrigerator we had in our room was wobbly and was sitting on wood with tape at the bottom. The coffee machine in the room was not that great and the iron leaked water.

The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to park our vehicle there and get the shuttle to the airport. We have stayed here before and this is our go-to place when we have to fly out of town.

The staff had a very welcoming vibe, cuatomer service was excellent. My room waa beyond my expectations: very spacious and not a cramped feeling. The bathroom was also spacious and with lots of towels and bath cloths. The airport shuttle driver was very nice and had everyone where they needed to be and on time. I really enjoyed my stay and after an 8 hour work day being in a quiet space was so so relaxing.

Wonderful staff. Front desk is efficient and kind. Room was clean and properly prepared. I left an item. Hospitality took to the time to retrieve it. Love the text message checkout option. Only downside is how much upgrading the property needs. The grounds are kept well, but the building is aged beyond repair.

Nice area… pets accepted at a reasonable cost! Reasonable rate! Pretty lobby and lovely courtyard. Grass was needing cut and entryways could have been swept better. Caulking in tub area was done sloppy and the bathroom doors needed sanding and paint. With a little more attention to detail this hotel could increase their rates!

The location and easy access to the airport It was dated and needs a good remolding, I didn’t put my feet on the floor without shoes or socks on cause the carpet was so dirty and stained. Also, it says it’s a no smoking policy, but the smell of weed permeating down the hallways, and it was so bad I had to put a towel across the bottom of the door to try and block it as much as possible

Cleanliness of the hotel; i had many ants and other insects in my room; my room wasn’t cleaned one time during my entire stay even after requesting for it to be cleaned.

Bed was good and room was overall okay, but I little musky. The elevator smelt bad and the pool was very dirty. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but got the job done. Overall 3.5 stars. The location from the hotel could make it a 4. Paid a little more than I thought the stay was worth.

I was surprised at the pet charge. La Quinta for years has not had a pet charge.

Rooms are a little dated. Motel could use a little paint a lot of wear and tear. That is allo Deadbolt on my room door did not work. Recliner didn't work too well.

Love the convenience to the airport and the shuttle service! A very nice hotel! I was a bit surprised at the noise level, being so close to the airport. I thought the windows would be more noise proof but luckily late night there are barely any flights so not too bad, but I recommend bringing ear plugs and getting a dedicated wake up call!

This was a horrible experience!!! There was no power from when I checked in until I checked out the next morning. They didn’t want to give any refunds. I had to order food and it just sat at the front desk with no one even letting me know it was there. I won’t be back.

This was our second stay here! We really love this hotel. The rate is very affordable and it’s a cleaner, nicer place than some very expensive hotels we’ve stayed. The staff is super kind and helpful. There is veteran parking which I appreciate as a soldier. The rooms are clean, well kept and the bathrooms are nice.

First time staying here, but it came recommended by someone I know very well who actually accompanied me on this trip. The A/C in our room made a horrible noise, shower/tub did not drain very well, hallways/corridors weren't very clean. You can tell that some repairs/updates had been made on the property, but this particular room didn't quite compare to the others.

This has always been our go-to place when flying out of RDU. Always courteous staff, and the shuttle driver is very helpful since I use a walker. This place rates highly with us.

The carpet between the bathroom and living area was also ripped and pulled up and had the tacking showing. Stepped on multiple times. Other than that like I said people nice , comfortable beds and the breakfast was great. Would have like bananas.

Room was clean, however the floor I was on was incredibly loud at all times of the day. Also security is sketchy at best. I left my key card in my room on accident and when I went to get a replacement I was just given one, no questions asked, no ID verified - just given access to a room they trusted to be mine. As a solo female traveler this is incredibly dangerous. For these reasons I wouldn’t stay here again in the future.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Prompt airport shuttle, friendly staff, clean room, excellent breakfast...I could go on and on! The only bad part was that we couldn't stay more than one night. Thank you to all!

Room was great, beds were comfortable & bathroom was clean and tidy. We all slept great, & unfortunately had to leave so early we didn't get to try the included breakfast. We paid per day to leave our car in the lot. I didn't know this during booking (booked online) so this was a bit of a surprise, but okay  The reason for my degradation in score is that upon our return, our flight returned late & we called the front desk for the shuttle immediately. We were assured since it was just before midnight the shuttle would head over to grab us. We collected our bags & car seats & headed out to the designated location. We waited for 20 minutes before calling (it was 1225 at this point) and were told that the shuttle individual doesn't drive past midnight and they would be unable to come get us. We had to pay 60$ for a large uber to take us the 1 mile to the hotel so we could get to our car. At this point, we didn't make it to the hotel until 2am and had to drive 2 young children home. We will continue to stay at the hotel across the street as we've never had shuttle issues like this with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR LATE NIGHT ARRIVALS OR FOR YOUNG CHILDREN.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was extremely disappointing. The toilets were not clean, and the overall condition of the room made me genuinely concerned about sanitation. It felt neglected, and I honestly worried about things like bedbugs (thankfully I didn’t see any, but the condition made me uneasy). The dining area was also not a good experience. The food was not appetizing, and the overall environment felt unclean. The person preparing the food appeared to be cooking, vacuuming, and handling trash at the same time, which did not feel sanitary. I gave breakfast a second chance on another day, but the experience did not improve. There were visible holes in chairs in the dining area, scratches, and damaged furniture in the room. It’s hard to understand how the hotel has a 96% rating posted on the wall based on what we experienced. While the front desk team deserves recognition, the property itself needs serious attention, especially in housekeeping and dining sanitation. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.

The fan unit of the hotel had a broken interface making it impossible to adjust or turn off, and there were far too few available outlets for charging electronics. We also weren't fond of the lack of a proper door for the bathroom, but beyond that, everything else was good and felt fair to the price.

The room was not clean. Unsanitary stains in several places. The tub has a hole around the drain, tiles were missing in bathroom baseboards. Foreign music played every morning nearby waking my spouse after a medical procedure. A person with bad intentions tried to lure me to his vehicle in the parking lot, thankfully I'm not naive. People who appear to be from India sit around the lobby at all hours of the day and just stare at everyone walking in and out. Not sure if the are guests, employees, management, family members of employees? They are out of place and rude. Dogs are allowed and can be heard roaming on the floors and in rooms at all hours of the day. If you have allergies to dander don't stay here, they don't warn you that your room was inhabited by a dog previously.

When I arrived at the hotel I did not expect it to be so well kept and clean. The presence of the hotel was impressive and very decent. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I used my own transportation and the parking was convenient. Breakfast was awesome and had a very good variety of different food groups to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back to stay again.

Always nice and convince for am flight

Every person i encountered was pleasant and helpful when I enteracted with them. I never felt like I was bothering anyone when I had a question, The building is in a bit of disrepair, or just really old. The carpets had stains, though maybe could have been stemed out, the grab rail and shower head sconsets were not tight, the tub had black and pink colors around the soap holder, grout and tub mat, the feeezer was over iced and on max, there was no internet connection for the first day, no papers in room to help me find amenities around the area and with no internet, that put me in a no-food situation. Lastly, the bed, looked great, until I pulled the blankets back, I thought they didn't make the bed with clean sheets, it was all wrinkly below the ironed good looking portion. I have videos of all this. Either staff or owner doesn't care for the finer details. Great looking building, pleasant enough staff, I slept and had a good enough breakfast too.

We’ve stayed here many times. La Quinta is our go to when flying out of RDU. We parked our car there while on a trip and stayed on our return. Great option! This time we were on the first floor and I found the mechanical noise over night louder in this part of the hotel compared to the other levels. Also, that morning they cleaned out the breakfast earlier than usual and I wasn’t able to get a much needed coffee. This has never happened before. Timing is everything. In any event, none of this will keep us from coming back. The STAFF is fantastic and accommodating. And the location is very convenient.

The shuttle was every 30 minutes. It was doable. Didn't partake in the breakfast. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. It was raining and night so can't review the property.

We stayed one night before flying out of Raleigh. This was our second time staying. We have no complaints. It’s spacious and reasonably priced for what we need it for.

Elevator needs updated. When asked check in person for a new room, she exhibited annoyance and gave us a handicapped, unasked for, room which created difficulty in the bathroom.

Clean shuttle

Very difficult on airport shuttle. In reservation there is claim to have airport shuttle (main reason to choose hotel). In reality it does not go all day. One is required to have a cell phone that calls local number which is not on booking. Then there are no shuttles from noon to 4PM. I ended up paying transport to hotel that I reserved with FREE airport shuttle.

I would have given you more stars but I found a roach in the closet that holds the microwave and the coffee maker. Sure hope I didn't bring them home with me. Also behind the right end table there was all this white stuff that had run down the wall. No way that the housekeeper could miss that.

This hotel is in a very quiet little area. A Wendy’s is a very short walk away. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our room was so big. So much room.

I had the absolute worst experience ever. First, the room smelled like a strong odor of marijuana for it to be a “smoke-free” hotel. There was mold spots in the bathroom, unflushed toilet, leftover water still in the tub. Then, I was placed right next to the gym. After 12 am, I had to call to the front desk to report the constant droppings of dumbbells. Not to mention, there isn’t a “quiet time” designed for other paying customers. Lastly, before check out, the clean up crew just came into the room BEFORE check out time. I paid entirely too much money for this stay. I will never return

The eggs tasted like water and the sausages were soggy. Staff was overall very kind and communicative. My main issue is within the bedroom, my cousin and I noticed multiple hand prints on the mattress headboard which had not been cleaned. A prior guest(s) had clearly engaged in sexual activities, which made my stay more uncomfortable as I had to stay within that same bed...

Very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Walking distance to the gas station, Wendy's and Waffle House for late night munchies.

Clean room, exit doors at back of hotel looked like they had never been cleaned. It was closest to our room and the parking lot so we used it a lot but I had to use paper towels cuz it was so dirty. Otherwise good for and overnight stay before catching our flight. Airport is literaly 5 minutes away.

The Rooms were horrible, filthy, dirty, with mold, no TV remote, and the walls and door knobs were filthy. We walked into the bathroom. There’s a giant cockroach on the bathroom counter. We asked for clean bath towels, but that never happened. We finally checked out when the toilet stopped working. Y’all know you need a toilet that flushes. Finally, we checked out and found a different hotel

When we arrived our room was still being cleaned. We asked for a different room and the desk said no, so wee waited. When entering the room the floor and all furniture cushions were saturated, as if they had just been shampooed. It soaked our socks and we could not sit down. My son was to sleep on the sofa pull out bed and we didn't want him on a wet bed. We asked to switch again, they agreed but said the room wasn't ready yet. We left our luggage behind the front desk and returned at 8 pm to our new room. It was also saturated wet, all of the carpet and couch/chair cushions had also been shampooed. At this point we were tired, checked to be sure the beds were dry, and dealt with it. We requested extra pillows, they smelled like smoke. The sheets on the sofa couch had brown stains. We wished we had left and went to a different hotel.

The staff member at the front desk was very helpful and kind upon checking in. The hotel has had several improvements but the bathtub could use some freshening up since sections of caulk were missing, and the tub was stained and discolored. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The room is large and clean. Good breakfast selection with coffee available for us early risers. They are still working through issues with a recently installed Spectrum TV issues and it is very difficult to find channels. Staff is friendly and accommodating. This hotel is slightly dated but it is clean and close to RDU

Pool was constantly closed during our stay. They tried charging me $250 for a comforter. I had to go through my bank and take care of it which took months as they werent cooperating. We will not atay at this hotel again. The food around the hotel was terrible, staff wasn't friendly, and you heard airplanes every few minutes throughout the day. We will never stay here again

This correspondence addresses my concerns regarding the cleanliness of the suite I recently reserved. Upon arrival, I observed an unpleasant odor within the suite. Further inspection revealed the presence of refuse beneath the sofa cushions. Additionally, the bathroom's floor was saturated, and the toilet exhibited multiple black markings. These observations raise concerns about the cleanliness of the bedding, linens, and bathroom fixtures. I requested a suite relocation but was informed that no alternative accommodations were available. Consequently, I was relocated to a standard room. I have supporting photographic evidence available for your review. I request that you investigate this matter and implement corrective measures to prevent similar occurrences. Furthermore, I request a refund to compensate for the difference in cost between the suite and the standard room. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It was extremely dirty. Bugs in the room, bathtub was rusted out and a plastic sheet on top. This was a suite which I didn't ask for . I wanted 2 queen beds not one kingsize. Couch was uncomfortable, like sleeping on wires so I had the bed with my Father. Horrible experience.

We entered the room and it smells horrible, covered up with a maple syrup smell. The curtains look like the room has been flooded at some point. The table was dirty with a spilled sticky substance, there were dead bugs everywhere, generally not clean with tons of hair and dirt in various places. Get in the shower and there’s no shampoo or conditioner in the attached bottles. I would recommend finding somewhere else.

Booked this property based on location to the airport and because they have a pool. Unfortunately we were notified the pool was not in working condition upon check in, but the location was great in relationship to the convenience to the airport and ease of getting on and off the highway

Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed several issues: a bee inside the room, two lights that didn’t work, and a strong odor coming from the carpet. The window had been left open from the previous guest, and I even found a bug in the bed. When I went to the front desk to request a new room and mentioned the bug, the receptionist neither apologized nor acknowledged my concern—she simply reassigned me a room. Unfortunately, the second room also had problems, including visible brown stains on the shower curtain. Overall, my stay was extremely disappointing.

We were given a wrong room, which was fine, we didnt complain because it wasnt a big deal. Not the cleanest of hotels but it was good enough for a night stay. The staff were AMAZING! Because of the staff, i would stay there again.

And I love that they serve hot continental breakfast! Check out is at 12pm but make sure you request it. I highly recommend staying here!

It was a room. It was in an area I wanted to be close to. The room had a mini-fridge that leaked onto the carpet and the hairdryer was not connected to the wall despite the mount. It was a cheap hairdryer and the bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep for more than 3hrs

This hotel is one of the best places I've stayed in a very long time. It rates as a five star hotel.

My stay was really good overall, my only complaint would be that my room had a funky smell to it but everything appeared to be clean and in order otherwise.

I Am so angry about our stay in the wrong quinta hotel. I called quinta to get a room close to the AirPort. I was booked by an agent in India at a hotel a half hour or more from the AirPort. There was no bus Service and it cost more than $75.09 roundtrip plus the wasted time. When we got there we were given a room that was ocupied already. Our total experiencia was very stressful.
