    Staff was very helpful. This is my second time staying here. First time was perfect second time, ehh. Construction workers stay at this location so there were signs of them in my room. Paint droppings all over the chairs and couches and so other un-non residue. We just asked for something to cover chairs and couches and that was easy fix for us. It was a great value price for what I needed. Beat out other hotels or Airbnb. I’ll always return.

    I liked the staff and the supermarket being a five to six minute walk. I like that it is in a peaceful area and the apartments was nice and clean and had washing up liquid and a sponge as well as pots pans nice forks plates cups. I like that it was spacious. There was no hoover or dustpan and brush or mop. Also the TV in the front room did not work.

    This is a beautiful property and the rooms are very comfortable. A home away from home feel. Clean, bright and quiet. My only disappointment is that they didn’t have clean towels when we requested them. Other than that, I still rate them as a 5 star hotel.

    I was hopeful for this location as I am staying in the area weekly for my job. The place definitely seemed nice enough, but my room wasn't completely clean. There was hair in the sink and the bathroom trash was there from the previous guest. It was late when i realized it, so I just cleaned it myself. While I was trying to sleep, there was a constant tapping noise coming from the bathroom fan. It was quite frustrating. I am unsure at this time if I will give them another try.

    This was my third time staying here and the last. The cleanliness was horrendous. Stained and overly soiled sheets snd covers that need to be discarded. Dirty floors, not enough wash towels. Not to mention upon arrival , my 2 bd room wBALCONY room, i actually paid for was giving away and was given an "upgrade" that wasnt even a convenience to me and my guest. The main amenity i wanted to use, was given away. So that left a bad taste in my mouth from the beginning. So im not sure if they short staffed or just have employees who just don't care but maybe some micro managing needs to be considered or cleaning new staff.

    I think this property is very run down and needs more maintenance within the rooms (ex: closet doors not working properly, the main bathroom door underneath the sink was broken, some cabinet doors in the kitchen didn’t close properly. Pillows are very uncomfortable.

    We arrived after check in time were told our reservation was cancelled, no call, no noticed. The desk clerk was rude and unconcerned that we had nowhere to stay. I asked several times how the reservation was cancelled, we did not cancel. He said he didn’t know and there’s nothing he can do about it. Every time I tried to ask a question he replied he didn’t know or shrugged his shoulders. I received an email AFTER we tried to check in informing me that our reservation was had been cancelled (after we tried to check in). We had stayed there previously, nothing spectacular , but we will never stay at this property again. I recommend you look elsewhere.

    In terms of amenities, there is not a lot, but they do have a coffee machine. The staff is lackluster. They really need to work on their customer service. A simple hello would be nice because it almost seems like you’re inconveniencing them by walking into the building. I literally had to ask if I was in the right place because they looked up when I entered and continued conversing with each other. Also, the bed feels as if it is made out of cardboard.

    Went downstairs to notify the Front Desk person and she just asked me how long was my stay I told her my pillow upstairs was dirty along with other things and she informed me that the they didn’t have any extra pillows in the building so my room was really really dirty and you can tell that it wasn’t washed properly. I was so disappointed, especially with it being $200 a night was not worth it

    The room layout was great. The lobby was great. The staff was great. However, the other guests are constantly smoking cigarettes and weed to the point that the entire hotel is caked in the smell, including the room. I felt nasty even after showering because of the thick stench. The smell is on the towels and sheets too. I went to the balcony and saw a woman across the property on another balcony, not wearing a shirt and smoking weed. The property itself is well kept and pretty, so seeing that was a jarring juxtaposition. For the amount I paid for this room, I was incredibly disappointed. Room service knocks on all doors screaming room service, there are no do not disturb signs to hang from the door. The walls are thin and you can hear every single thing. This was a place to rest my head, but I didn't feel safe the entire time.

    Night 2 same unruly guests on their balcony being highly inconsiderate at 1:00AM waking me up yet again. However the room was great itself. Just had some really bad luck with my inconsiderate neighbors for the two nights I stayed there.     The design and convenience of the room was nice. Hardwood floors instead of carpet is appreciated. When we needed extra detergent all we had to do was ask. The building and common area was always clean. Coffee and tea in the common area 24/7. For someone who works out consistently the gym wasn’t impressive for us so we had to go to LA Fitness. It’s located in a safe area and you can walk to Walmart in less than five minutes.

    Everything was almost perfect for our stay. There was a issue with the billing, but the staff did get everything straightened out and made everything right. The lobby, hallway, and room were all clean. Staff was very friendly and when asked, they recommend some great local places to eat. Rooms were spacious and had everything you could want. Other than that billing issue everything was perfect. However humans are not perfect, and people make mistakes. Thats life. When the mistake was brought to their attention they apologized, took full responsibility for it, and immediately started fixing the problem. Would definitely recommend staying here with a family or if alone. If I am ever back in this area again then I will be back. Special shoutout to the staff members that we encountered while there. Fox, Jessica, and Olivia were very friendly and definitely made the stay better for me and my family.

    Suite spacious for one. Kitchen well equipped but not so thoughtfully stocked. Thermostat hidden behind TV, a truly bizarre location. Love the washer/dryer. This is a very good choice if you are on the road awhile. One block from a Walmart so food shopping is a breeze. You should expect you will spend time on I40 to get anywhere.

It’s affordable and roomy and there is a size room for all occasions. Going back in a few months.     Kitchen was not cleaned very well. Coffee pot had old dried coffee in the pot, stove had dried food in it, so did a wall, utensils on the counter had food on them. The Click was disgusting with dried food or something. And what’s worse is I called the front desk who said they would send housekeeping in the am. I left a note for them and NONE of it was cleaned! I even asked for a sheet to cover the couch so we Could sit on it. Nothing. Would I stay here again yes, but I will Check the Kitchen as cloth furniture soon as I get in the room.

    The room was excellent. The area was good. Service was okay except the person that checked me in. I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby before she showed up and that's only because I called the number on the desk. She sounded like she was in the bed she came down with a bad attitude. Slammed herself in the chair just being real rude. One lady actually walked out before me. The other staff was great but she needs to be retrained.

We didn't call downstairs because it was the middle of the night (we'd crossed multiple time zones in the last two days) and we were both in our jammies. Didn't want to answer the door.

    This stay was unacceptable. As a frequent traveler, I am well aware of the standards of quality and cleanliness that hotels should maintain. I booked this hotel for my daughter and her family, and upon seeing the photos of the room, I was appalled. Fortunately, I had waited until the last minute to book my own accommodations in the same area, which resulted in a different hotel, thankfully. The condition of this room is inexcusable. Unacceptable stains on sheets and pillows, burn holes and ashes inside bedside drawer. The entire hotel had a pervasive odor of cigarettes and marijuana. The Gym was acceptable and the coffee was great. That's the extent of the positives.

    The property, although newer, was filthy and understaffed. They never had clean towels, the couch and chairs in our room were disgusting. There was a smashed stink bug on the wall that they never cleaned. The dishwasher was broken. The coffee maker was broken.The toilet was broken, and there was ketchup all over the cabinets. At all cost avoid this property!!!

    There should also be a casual work dress code for front desk staff to bring a sense of professionalism once a guest walks in. Guest shouldn’t feel like they just walked into your personal house nor your bedroom to check in. It gives a since of low quality at the facility your staying at. Like, poor service, cleanliness and safety. And I’m sure that is not what is meant but that is what my instant feelings were met with. As for rooms, nice. I’d just remind staff cleaning services to make sure doors and walls are wiped. Curtains are checked and cleaned.

    Front desk attendant had to go check the room and it honestly seemed like they quickly went to clean it themselves which made the room feel like it was spot cleaned at best. I found a few items left behind by the previous occupants example Bubbles on top of refrigerator and hair clips left in the shower. Furniture hasn’t a few stains and oven was filthy and gross looking. Over not horrible for the price but definitely seemed like a low end place trying to give the appearance of high end.

    My sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It had a full kitchen and a common living area. We had our own bathrooms, there were 3 tvs total, even had a washer and dryer which came in handy. We really enjoyed the space. There were a few mishaps with the keys not working but the staff were able to fix it. Overall we liked it and we plan to book again. It has great value for the space we got. I hope more hotels such as this one become available in more cities.

    I selected this property for a one night stay since we arrived later in the afternoon from our flight and wanted to stay in Raleigh before heading down to Carolina Beach. I especially liked having a full kitchen to cook meal. The 2 bedroom is spacious and very comfortable. We did not have any major cleaning issues as some previous reviewers have mentioned. However, would have been better if the oven was cleaned. Not sure if that was overlooked or doesn't routinely get cleaned between renters.

    This hotel was not that clean. The bedding had hair on it, one towel was completely dirty and hung up like it was clean. Floors were not clean and the chairs are disgusting. I left brand new frozen groceries in the freezer and realized right away but they had already trashed it. Was promised a refund for one night, but no refund is pending. The lady from Jersey was sweet and so is the girl that works during the day, but they have alot of business but don't stand by their brand even though it's their mistakes. I will never stay again when there are far more better places to stay.

    We were supposed to get a one bedroom suite but somehow they were all out so they upgraded us to a three bedroom suite. Once we checked in they knew they had an issue but already had it resolved before we ever arrived. That type of customer service is greatly appreciated!

    Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this location. Spacious for families. Only complaint is the stains under living room couch pillows. Overall stay 9 out of 10. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

    We booked a suite a month in advance for one night stay for an early flight the next morning at RDU. We are a family of 5 and wanted everyone to have their own bed. The morning of our check in date, I received a message about air conditioning issues in the room we had booked. I called and spoke with Fox; he explained they didn’t have another room of the same size available and they were having trouble getting an HVAC company to come out. Fox offered either a full refund with no penalty charge or another room that was slightly smaller. I informed him we could make the smaller room “work” and asked if we would be refunded the difference since we paid for a larger room. Fox placed me on a brief hold, spoke to his manager, then stated they would fully refunding us completely and offering us the room fully compensated by them! This was an unexpected delight and was not expected! Fox was very nice and personable, which kept stress down having a last minute, “day of” potentially major issue at the beginning of our week long family vacation. The property was clean, the staff were very nice, the rooms are spacious and very neat. We will definitely keep this property in mind when needing another overnight stay for flights from RDU. The property is a few miles from RDU and you can travel non-congested secondary roads to reach the main roadway going into RDU.

    Really disappointed in Hotels.com I had spoke to Hilton Inn and they told me it was up to the Hotels.com to issue a credit. Then on another note I booked a night at Water Walk in Raleigh NC & when I arrived they said they were all booked even though I was charged for the night had find other accommodations this was so disappointing at this point will look to find other ways of booking hotels.And what sad I’m getting emails of how was my stay there instead of just sending auto generated email someone should find a way to better help customers I was told I should call hotel to confirm my accommodations that’s the first time ever I was told that.

    The place was okay. I feel like the pillowcases weren’t changed, i had to request new ones. They didn’t provide hand soap and other toiletries as normal hotels would. But overall, the place is very cozy and it was quiet. I had a nice stay overall.

    Stay was good. Overall clean and comfortable. Love the two bedroom suite! Only issue was Wish there was more pillows. There was also a person playing loud music until 2:30 am but the front desk did put a stop to it so appreciated that very much!

    It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Fire alarms were triggered twice over 2 days and the personnel at the front desk were very hands on. They keep updating us about what was happening and notified everyone when it was safe to return to your room. It also has the convenience of being located near a Walmart making shopping extremely easy.

    Fox at the front desk was awesome he did everything in his power to take care of us. Now a couple of negatives. Very loud as many of the units are being lived in. The weed smell is overwhelming, at least smoke it outside. And the couch and ottoman were in very bad shape. Not bad for one night but probably would not stay again.

    Nice, quaint space for a longer stay right by the interstate and the airport. I liked being able to take walks around the area to get some exercise in and the room was cozy and comfortable. The only thing that was not good were ants in the bathroom on the first floor. Other than that, the place was adequate for what I needed.

    This was an absolutely horrible experience. I arrived to attend a local music festival. Upon arriving i learn that the room i booked weeks in advance was not available. As a matter of fact there was no longer any two bedroom units available. I was traveling to this festival with my son and cousin, i needed at least two beds and a couch. There was only one written size bed available because they had given my room away. Then when i was told what could be done the staff member simply shrugged their shoulders. I was extremely angered at this point. I forgot to mention i drove 9 hours to this music festival and it was 130 am. So to not have a room is disgusting. But it gets worse. As i mentioned i needed at least two beds, my son is 15, cousin 23 and they are not small smh. So i had to sleep onthe couch in the living room. When i looked for extra sheets i couldn't find any in the room i again went to the front desk. When i asked about extra sheets and towels i was told that there was none extra available in the entire hotel. I was completely and utterly disgusted, fed up, and done. He informed me he would walk to the hotel next door to see what they had available, crazy. Anyway don't waste your time with this hotel.

    When we checked in we were not given any info about WiFi, cleaning schedule or other information. The staff was hit or miss. We learned quickly that Fox was our go to person. He always was friendly and helpful. Kacy is housekeeping was also great. We were there for 3 weeks and the kitchen set up was lacking. We were cooking there and so many items to do so were either missing or unusable. It took almost a week until we had enough to make it work. Why they do not take inventory and make sure there is adequate kitchen items is a mystery. We would stay again but I would ask for the top floor, as the unit above us was noisy early am and late pm. Very convenient location for anything you need. Staffing is hit or miss and sometimes if you needed something there was not much effort. Just happy we knew to wait for Fox.

    Front desk was very unprofessional upon arrival. Waited over 10 mins for someone to show up at the desk. Was told after checking in, if you have any questions just don’t ask me because I’m getting off and won’t be here. The evening staff was too busy flirting with customers & on the floors and at the desk. The room setup was nice, apartment style. There were clothes from previous stays under the bed and behind the chairs. The couch was slightly stained & hard. The upside it’s near a lot of shopping stores and restaurants etc. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again due to the unprofessional environment.

    The property was nice, it was a bonus that there was a washer & dryer. It was really annoying that there were no luggage carts. It's a large property and it was a real pain in the @ss not having a cart. This caused us to have to make multiple trips. Not the end of the world, just a big inconvenience.

    My only concern was the front desk receptionist was very rude, and had an unfriendly, unwelcoming demeanor. Upon entering the hotel there is no one there but a number that you do have to call. When we called she hung up the phone before the conversation ended. When she did come to the front desk, she did very little speaking. Very short, abrupt sentences. I witnessed her interaction with another guest and the guest stopped speaking immediately upon her acknowledgement because of her tone in responding. It was unfortunate to witness. Her name is Kai. (Not sure because she mumbled into the phone when I called the desk later on that night.)She was the night receptionist on 3/29/2025. I would like to mention Dameon another front desk associate I encountered and discussed my previous interaction with his coworker was the total opposite of the young lady the night before. He was pleasant and professional.

    I was only there for two nights but had an extended stay suite. Roomy and comfortable. Price was certainly right. You have to drive to restaurants but many within ten minutes. Area is all airport related hotels or apartments.

    Whenever I come to visit my college-age son, this hotel has always been my top choice. I've been here four times without any issues, but this was horrendous. I arrived around 7pm, changed quickly, and left because I had a previous commitment to attend. I came back very late, so I went straight to bed and never really looked at the room until the next morning when I woke up. What I saw was completely disgusting to me(pictures below). The tv was broken as well. I had a discussion with the front desk worker about it and presented him with the pictures. Moving forward, I really hope that the owners talk to their housekeepers about how important it is to thoroughly clean the rooms. This is one of the nicest extended stays I've ever stayed at, and I really hated to stop visiting.

    This stay wasn’t the best. It smelled like marijuana and the staff wasn’t great. We had to wait 10 plus minutes for a staff to attend us checking in. Then we got a call late at night from a staff member saying we got a noise complaint. We told her we were in bed and she was incredibly rude and hung up.

    I enjoyed my stay this weekend. The room was everything I expected to be. My only complaint was that next door to us, they had dogs that barked in the middle of the night and most of the next day. I didn't know the hotel allowed pets. But overall I really liked my stay.

    I was visiting a nearby supplier. The room was clean and had a full kitchen and full size washer dryer which I've never seen in a hotel before. Dining options are very limited near by so if you don't have a car, plan on Ubering or Cabbing to your dining location of choice. There is a Walmart near by so you can walk there easily to get some food supplies to cook in your room. the Nearby Indian Restaurant had very good food.

    I stood here because it had good reviews and 2 bedrooms. I like that the property has a kitchen but kitchenware is very limited, i also like the washer and dryer in room. This hotel has a lot of monthly residents that basically live there. Large dogs the entire grass area is filled with large dog poop everywhere. The firepit wasnt working neither did the gas grills. I tried to do a towel swap because they dont do room service was told i could bring my towels down to the lobby but couldnt get new ones for more than 2 hours because they didnt have any clean. My last night as i was walking into my building from walking my small service dog and large pitbull bit both me and my dog and we needed medical attention. The staff did call 911 for me and tried to help me.
